Mere area me jio ka network bahut hi slow aa raha hai iski speed 2g ki speed se bhi bekar hai maine lagbhag 6 mahine pahle iski complain kiya tha to bataya gaya tha ki jio ka network is area me theek kiya jaa raha hai jo 3 se 4 mahine me theek ho jayega lekin speed abhi bhi wahi hai. Complain karne ke baad se main 2 baar recharge kara chuka hoon lekin speed wahi ghatiya aur network bhi theek na aane se call drop ho jaati hai. Please is par action lein.

I have made many time telephonic call to Airtel customer care and asked for changing my new pack. But they are giving wrokng information and unable to update my new pack .
Please help.
I hereby bring to your notice the apathy of tatasky in implementing the new trai dth rules. The customer care people seems so aloof of the new rules. I am a user of tatasky dth since last 8 years.

    I receiving regular calls from bajaj finance ltd. I asked number of time that i am not interested and why you calling again and again but they not stooped calling. Last time i received call from [protected]. My number [protected]is also registered as dnd even then they disturbing me again and again. Please take the necessary appropriate action so that in future they not distrubed any chartered accountant

    I am trying to select new channels as per TRAI rule. But dishtv is charging 130+18%=154 as NCF and the final pack price is the following.

    NCF(154.0)+price(89.35)=243.35+18%=287.15

    Actual price should be
    NCF(130)+price(89.35)=219.35+18%=258.83

    dishtv is cheating customer. Please take necessary action.

      I was in use of 219 per month pack having mix of all paid and free channels but if now i'll do a minimum recharge of 153 and then i'll add channels packs of sony-star-zee then i'll have to give like 153 (Base pack)+31 (Sony)+49 (Star)+39 (Zee)=273+may be taxes... With the same channels i'll have to pay more than what is was previously. Its a bad rule. So please have a view on this we don't want to pay more for the same channels... However as per trail new announce about base pack of channel selection i. E. Either fta channel or any paid channel can be selected in base pack of 130 but consumer no provide any paid channel in 130 base pack.
      Plz clear the issue neither rule is not provide the benefit to customer.

        This is to bring it to your attention about an un ethical and non leagal practices of reliance Jio charging their customers. Today i.e 1/21/2019 i have recharged my mobile number [protected] with RC 99 rs and my recharge was successful but my data and calls were stopped, When i contacted Reliance Jio customer care they told me that RC 99 is allowed only for Reliance Jio handset numbers and they asked me to Recharge again with RC98 then only i was able to get the data and calls because i am not using reliance handset . I have requested them to adjust the money for RC98 but they are unable to do so. I have to recharge again with RC98 to get my network back. I have lost my money and time.

        I strongly felt that these are unethical business practices by Jio and this is how the Reliance Jio is cheating its customers.
        Kindly take the necessary action against them and Requesting TRAI for the corrective action against Jio network.

          Injustice to Seniors, widow
          It is also Exploitation of Consumers

          Recently Airtel has made validity period limited for prepaid Mobile users
          Meants, after limited validity period unused balance shall get wiped off.

          I have made an appeal to Airtel, informing senior, seniors, generally use
          mobile for receiving incoming calls, they do not send text messages, so if
          their unused balance gets wiped off after limited validity period, it troubles
          seniors since they have limited income. so is the case with widow.

          It is regretted Airtel has yet not considered appeal on humanitarian ground .
          Airtel be requested to take care of Seniors who live on limited Income.
          Airtel should comply to social responsibility

                Currently dishtv charges me rs.583/- per month, for the channels i want to watch... My
                Dishtv system doesnt allow me to select myapna pack of the channels i want to subscribe to, they want me to select a pack of their choice only as per my earlier billing. Every time i try to select the packs i want their system shuts me out.
                Dishtv wants customers to pay as per their packs only, this defeats the very purpose of the trai notifications.

                  I gangadhar kore a dish tv customer residing in nanded city. My question is why should i pay rs. 130 + gst for 100 fta channels because these channels are free of cost through free d2h.
                  Nowadays my routine package is north super family pack for 253+ gst but when we bought single marathi channels and sony, sub star bharat and some news channels my budget is crossing rs. 350.
                  So make rule that convenient for customers.

                    My tata sky dth semi annual (6 months) expired on 19.1.2019. I have been requesting them for the last few days to provide me the pricing of channels under the recent directions of trai so that i would subscribe to channels of my choice. Their response to my telephone calls was that they have no information yet on the new pricing and that i should go for renewal as per the existing tariff. There is no response to my e-mails to them. The service provider is violating the directions of trai in the matter of providing choice of channels. They want to buy their packages which are expensive and contain many channels which customers would not watch.

                    Thus, tata sky is indulging in anti-customer and restrictive trade practices. They should implement trai guidelines immediately in letter and spirit.

                          I have call number of times to tata sky customer care regarding new norm of trai for dth. But every time they replied same thing that till now new norm for dth is not yet to apply by tata sky and new norm last date is extended by trai. As soon as that new norm for dth channel tariff is decided by our tata sky authority, they will call and guide us.

                            I am tata sky dth consumer. As per trai's new rules, which is to be implemented from 1 feb 2019. They have not provided any option to select channels till date. When i have contacted them they are saying that trai has extended the date of implementation but recently i have seen interview of trai chairman on zee business where he cleared that there in no extension of the date so please help regarding the same.

                              These are complaint lodged regarding network issues from since one and half year we don't have proper network, incoming calls issues, outgoing issues, poor (Edge network) internet speed, there is negligence service from network team found in your network

                                Previously am using vodafone network red 399 plan, they offer me red 399 plan to 349rs for life time, then i received a call from airtel for porting they offered me same plan for 299rs after porting they are charging 399rs for the plan, airtel is cheating peoples, i want my plan details should me activate because they explained one plan before porting and now telling some other story.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  This is to inform you that my vodafone pre-paid a/c no. [protected] is wrongly deducted by rs.24/- on 20/01/2019 03.56 as per sms. Before this debit my balance was rs.350.27
                                  As per your previous reply to me dated 23/12/2018 i was about to renew plan of my choice.
                                  There is about 15+30=45 days time to renew by me, then why my account is adjusted by you for rs.24/- to extend og validity by 28 days immediately after expiry of 28 days of previous re-charge.
                                  As per online checking the automatic renewal to my account is not active.
                                  Please refund the rs.24/- wrongly deducted

                                    I am a resident of kolkata with pincode-700084. I am a customer of the mso, "meghbela digital".
                                    Many other msos such as siti cable, etc. Are so customer friendly, and working in sync with their customers regarding the new updation of rules, updating their apps, websites, providing the information to the customers, etc.
                                    "meghbela digital" on the other hand does not even know what are the exact payment procedures, etc.
                                    They have not even given us the proper list of channels to choose from. They have just given us an alacarte list and nothing else, providing no information after that on the rate changes which are taking place.
                                    They don't even know the exact payment methods and their respective procedures.
                                    Since the deadline of 1st february, 2019 is fast approaching i would request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible so that we customers don't suffer the blackout of the respective tv channels.

                                      Trai के द्वारा यह निर्देश दिया गया है कि 1 फरवरी 2019 से आपको केबल/ dth के द्वारा fta चैनल देखने के लिए न्यूनतम 130 + gst देना होगा जो कि किसी भी तरह से न्याय संगत नही है। इन लगभग 100 fra चैनल में अधिकांश वह चैनल है जो कि किसी घर में बहुत कम देखे जाते है। अधिकांश घरों में सोनी, ज़ी, स्टार के कुछ प्रमुख चैनल ही देखे जाते है जो कि fta नही है।
                                      अब यदि मुझे अपने पसंद के उपरोक्त चैनल देखना हो तो या तो मुझे उक्त चैनल को सिंगल खरीदना होगा (सोनी, ज़ी, सब, स्टार जैसे अधिकांश पापुलर चैनल 19/- के है) या फिर मुझे उक्त चैनलो का एक बंडल खरीदना होगा (स्टार -49/-, ज़ी-39/- और सोनी 31/-)।
                                      मैं airtel dth का कस्टमर हूँ और मैं अभी तक 219/- प्रति महीने में उपरोक्त सभी चैनलों का लाभ उठा रहा था। लेकिन अब आपकी नई पालिसी के अनुसार मुझे न्यूनतम 130/- के साथ स्टार (49/-), ज़ी (39/-), सोनी (31/-) का पैक भी लेना होगा। इस प्रकार अब मेरा dth का चार्ज (130+49+39+31= 249+gst) होगा जो कि पहले से काफी अधिक है।
                                      अतः मेरा सुझाव यह है कि न्यूनतम 130 के चार्ज को हटा दिया जाए क्योंकि इसमें अधिकतर fta चैनल शामिल है जिन्हें बहुत कम लोग ही देखते है।

                                        I am using vodafone since 2013. Recently my sim is deactivated from 3rd january 2019.. I asked the same to the customer care people of vodafone. They said that, you visited our store and applied for new sim thats the way we disconnected your sim. But i didn't visited and apply for new sim. Without my documents and without my signature how can they disconnected?
                                        From past 2 weeks i suffered a lot. This is my business sim, i lost business due to disconnected sim. I doing all my transaction with this sim.
                                        Hence, i request you to please some needful action and compensate for the same

                                        Still my problem is not resolved. i gave the complaint 3 weeks back. please take some needful action
