Recently three of the top mobile providers started new rule on their telecom services that was outgoing call validity, we need a plan recharge once month even we have a balance to make a call, many people older or uneducated people can't have any knowledge to do a recharge once a month, peoples who have their old parents in their houses and that peoples in gulf countries they need to call their parents but, after this rule all sim of their is stopped services, another point is when take sim before 1 year or 5 + years before they says that sim have lifetime validity, but currently no responsibility we need explanations at least, so please carry forward this case to the trai department

    I have given request to vodafone team for conversion of my postpaid sim to prepaid but i have not getting any response from them. I was trying to get it done since month. Kindly help it out. Also many times call was get disconnected. Not getting proper resolution from vodafone team. Unnecessary i am paying monthly premium.. If it will not resolve by 20th january 2019 i will not able to pay my monthly premium...

      I am subscriber of tata sky id : [protected] since long & presently availing basic plan of rs. 199/-. I had paid annual charges as per your plan. There was a credit of rs. 1087.98 as on may 31, 2018 in my account.
      On june 7, 2018, i got a call from tata sky for providing hd channels, but i refused to accept it as i had not having hd tv. But company’s executive/employee told me that being a loyal customer, the company is providing this facility free of cost. After long conversation with him, i gave my consent for same as the company’s executive/employee had assured that prior to levying charges, same will be informed to me in advance & after giving consent from my side, same will be applicable. But later on, the company have debited my account from june 7, 2018 itself, which was not fare.in this regard, i have lodged two complaints on dec. 22, 2018 & dec. 28, 2018 having no. 19viw2m & 1a08y9i5 respectively for refund of charges but my concerns not yet resolved. On dec. 29, 2018 at 7.07 pm, i received a call from the company and their employee/executive has confirmed that free period of hd channels was 3 months but my consent was not obtained prior to charging of hd channels facility. I have also sent e-mail on dec. 30, 2018 and reminder dated jan. 3, 2019 & jan. 6, 2019 but company has not responded as yet. I have also lodged complaint against the tata sky (Complaint id : 2205565) on jan. 19, 2019 before the consumer court, but not yet responded.
      My concerns are as under:-
      1. Whenever the hd channels facility was free for 3 months, why the company has charged the same from june, 7, 2018 it self.
      2. Why prior information was not given to me by the company prior to levying charges in my account.
      3. On sept. 5, 2018, the company had revised its hd channel package charges from rs. 3.30 per day to rs. 5.83 per day without informing as well confirming from me.
      Hence, i request you to please instruct the company (Tata sky ltd.) to refund my entire deducted amount rs. 960/- as they have fraudulently charged in my account immediately.

        Despite being directed by trai not to disconnect services if there is sufficient balance amount available on the account airtel cut rs. 23 from my main balance for validity and again sending the same message for this month and vodafone disconnected my service unless i recharged it with rs. 35 despite having minimum balance.
        Despite getting recharged my numbers regularly for top-up as they were having lifetime validity i am receiving these messages and facing this problem of disconnection of service.

          Tata sky is not allowing me to choose packs as per trai guidelines. They are very unprofessional. They are saying that trai has extended the deadline and are not ready to provide any kind of proof to support this statement. Their packs are too costly. Other operators provided same content at a less price currently. With trai's new regulation this price will further go down. Tatasky is not ready to provide the packs or a date by when the packs would be avaialble. This is just pure tyranny. They might as well just loot out houses and take the money..

            Greetings sir

            Den cable network not following trai rules in hospet city bellary di karnataka and they are making there own rules and when ever cricket match happening they stop the telecast of dd sports channel. As per trai rules they have to telecast the free channel of dd sports but they won't do it's an just example lot issues are going here kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

            Hello There

            In Bangalore, btm layout 2nd stage area we are being stopped the feed of free DD sports as there is a live cricket lined up now.
            The feed was good some time back and just half an hour before match starts feed is stopped.
            My cable operator Hathway when called suggested that it will come and it's not a problem with them .

            I am pretty sure match won't come on DD sports as the feed is being cut down intentionally..

              As per trai site now i need to select a list of pay channels and pay only for those pay channels.

              I selected a list of pay channels and shared with airtel dth. Now they are saying that you continue to pay the base price of rs.130 + you need to pay for the selected pay channels (Rs. 184.75) + gst taxes.

              So this way my monthly rental for airtel dth connection is coming even more.

              Please see this wrong doing of airtel - why they are charging a fixed monthly rental of rs. 130? They should charge me only for the pay channels that we have selected, i. E rs.184.75 + gst.

              Please look into this.

                The internet service my area is very slow. Average speed in my area is 1KB/s to 3KB/s.
                Jio customer care is telling that the traffic is high and the speed cannot be boosted.
                My number- [protected] was deactivated by vodafone after i spent my last reacharge amount 4 days ago. When i recharged today and noticed the sim card has been de activated by vodafone. Is that even legal to deactivate my sim only after i didn't recharge my number for 3 days?

                    I have been trying to get inputs from tatasky on the new plans and they are pushing me to continue the current one saying we need a government order and trai price list for even starting on this. They are very unprofessional and is not committing to anything. The current channels i subscribe will be only 255 as per the trai pricing but tatasky is forcing me to pay 735 per month. Please help as they are oblivious to what is happening and is operating against the interests of the consumers and legal framework!

                      Myself abhishek chatterjee. I have an airtel prepaid mobile no [protected]. I want to port this no to bsnl prepaid mobile. For this i already submitted necessary documents and port id available from 1900 sms and submitted to the bsnl office panihati telephone exchange. The date i submitted was 10.01.2019. After submitting the documents the authorities of panihati telephone exchange said me that in 4-5 days it will be change but till now it is not have been done. I called the bsnl panihati branch office they said that they already fulfilled the procedure but airtel mobile company did not fulfilled the process. So they suggested that to contact airtel customer care. I contact airtel customer care then. The airtel mobile customer care said to me that they have no information regarding this. After that i contact bsnl panihati branch again and asked them they said that they already fulfilled the procedure so they don't have anything left by their side ball is in airtel mobile company. I contact airtel mobile company and told them to do the procedure. And i complaint to national consumer forum and by their suggestion i mailed airtel mobile company for this process. National consumer forum took my complaint and provide me a complaint no and told me for 7 days. They are very kind and polite with me. But today morning i received a sms from airtel mobile company to recharge a pack value. My question is i am porting to bsnl mobile company so why i am doing this. I already did the procedure 7 days back. But till nothing has been done. The panihati telephone bsnl branch took 153/- from me for my 1st bsnl recharge but till porting has not been proceed so on recharge. I am an ordinary human please take necessary steps regarding this. My alternate no is [protected]. My address 42 nabin pally belgharia kolkata 700056 west bengal.

                        The rules made by you are useless ias a consumer is not satisfied with your useless rules becoz the rules you have made are very expensive for acommon man it means youare taking the blood of a common man i as a consumer can afford a recharge of 230 pack but now your uselss rules are charging it 500 with same channels as in 230 rs tellme one why you have implemented the ncf of 130rs if dont paid nc[censored]nder todays plans then why we pay ncf 130rs under your useless rules you have done injustice with common man i as a consumer suggested you to not implement ncf of 130rs instead implement ncf of max 30rs you are giving us fta 100 channels why we take these useless channels it means these channels are also paid each channel costs 1.50 why you are making us fool that 100 channels cost 130 i as a customer wants to put your rules in dustbin (Baad mai gaye aapke rules)

                          Dear sir, i am trying to get indivisual channel prices from tata sky so as to make my channel selection and pay only for the channels we watch, but tata sky is spreading false information that trai has extended the timeline and trying to ask us to commit for one years subscription of their packs. We are deeply disappointed.
                          We were extremely happy with your ruling of letting us pay only for the channels we watch, but tata sky through its unscrupulous methods is trying to stall and delay your order and sc's order repeatedly.

                          Please take this as a complaint against tata sky, i am a registered paid subscriber with them and request you to immediately take strong action and ensure they follow trai and sc set guidelines and allow us to pay for only the channels we watch at the determined rates.

                          please look in this matter.
                          As per the new Trai rule customers can select the 100 channels but Dish tv pre selecting this 100 channels without customer choice.so customers need to add their required channels only after this 100 channels.So the actual price for the customer starts from 130+tax not from zero.This is not fair from dish tv.Please do the needful.

                            This is harshavardhan, i'm a post paid customer of airtel from last 6 years.. I have complained about my network issue to the particular department and they behave as very irresponsible person because facing the network issue since 2015 but till the date no solution has taken in my case and they close the complaints on their wish... Finally i even warned them that ill complaint to trai but still there is no change in the behavior... So what should we do?. If trai says that we are not responsible for single person then who will take action against such lame networks?..

                                I am writing this complaint with great dissatisfaction and agony. As complaint through calls, email to nodal officers and on social media all went under noticed. I have been following up since last 15 days but no response received on my complaint. To brief about my issue, i would like to inform that on december 30, 2018 there was a short circuit in my set up box due to which it was stopped working. To get this issue fixed i have tried calling toll free number for whole day starting from 10 in the morning but to my great surprise i was able to connect with the toll free number in the evening around 7. Wherein i have dictated my issue to 4 different person however i have not been given with any resolution.
                                I logged a complaint wherein i hv been informed that engineer would visit between 24 hours however engineer has visited at my place after good 2 days and multiple calls which i was not able to connect. Also, if the fault was off set up box then why i am required to make the payment of the same.
                                Thus, seek your intervention for above-mentioned and apprise.

                                  Dear customer, account [protected] as this is the number n they. Said about it will work continuously but it just work about for little time n again it stop to work n as i ask them they send one to just check n. Later it is the same as it was.
                                  When called them to solve the issue the company "hathway india ltd" before even listening to our problem the call was disconnected.
                                  That was a very harsh and rude way to react to our customers.
                                  Please look into the matter and take necessary steps to avoid such issues to solve and not happen again

                                  My name is Varun and I am a resident of Greenfields Faridabad. We have a distributor of your services here in Greenfields " DCN" Devendar Cable Network located at H.no 1969 Block-A GreenField Colony Faridabad

                                  First of all not sure whether this DCN is a legit and authorized service provider for Hathway. I had 2 Hathway HD connections from him which never worked fine, every now & then there would be issues with signal quality or HD not working. I raised the complain so many times but unheard.

                                  This bugger is so rude when we talk to him and it feels embarrassed to be a Hathway Customer. Finally I gave up and switched to tata sky.

                                  Recently because of changes in TRAI regulations, he charged me 1000 rs and did not activate my channels at all and when asked for update he would just either not respond or reply in same arrogant manner which is not acceptable.

                                  I am bloody paying for your services, not only I am not getting services, my channels are not working and to make it worse this guy adds to your frustration. I told him I will complain to Hathway and TRAI, he said he does not care at all.

                                  I requested him to terminate my services and pick up your boxes and return the security amount. He is adamant and not willing to do anything.

                                  two things: I want my money back (I have all the screenshots of conversation with this vendor)

                                  secondly: If you care for your services, take action against such buggers who defame your reputation as a brand.

                                    I sanjay kumar I am customer of airtel dth service since 2011. My customer id is [protected]. My problem is that my validity period expired on 09/01/2019. I have recharge my a/c by Rs.200.00 on10/01/2019. But my service is suspended till 12/01/2019, I have try several times to contact customer care but I could not contact, but balance is deducted from my a/c. On 12/01/2019 evining I again call to customer care, then my service start. I ask to customer support person about deducted amount for without giving service, she replied you are defaulter because you not informed me, while I have recharge my a/c.So it's duty of service provider and it's lack in service. Till now my problem is not resolved

                                      I have been charged without intimating me for the services that i have not taken from them & overcharged than my credit limit crossed without intimating me for the ir pack internet services. My bill for the one day came to cross internet consumption on date 13th jan 2019 of rs 1120 for incoming calls, rs 700 for outgoing calls and rs 59760 for internet consumption for bahrain country. They are not providing me detail of this & also not proving proper guiding on the issue why i have been charged for the services which i have not taken from vodafone.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        My mobile number [protected] with vodafone sim is not working abroad. It was fine till 21st sep 2018 and then i stopped receiving otp's. Went to vodafone outlet and was told that due to no minimum recharge done the sim has gone back to airtel.
                                        Then i checked with airtel, they said it is with vodafone. Went to vodafone again and got the same reply, repeated a couple of times. I have given this number in all my accounts like pan, pf, banks etc. So i want to reactivate this number again. Request you to track with which network it is and ensure its activated. Also request you to ensure no other customer face this kind of problem again.
                                        Please do the needful.
