I have recharged my Videocon D2H with Customer ID:[protected] in June 2018 with One Year plan of NEW DIAMOND including HD add-on with the name of 6+6_D2_PRIMIUM HD ADD-ON, FREE Marathi Add-on which has validity till 28th Jun 2019.
PFA screenshots where we can see validity and Package add-on Information when I had recharged. In the screenshots we can also see post stopping the service, validity and package add-on Information got changed 2nd Aug 2019.

I had called CustomerCare 2-3 time before recharging for the package information and with their information and confirmation only I have recharged this package.

On Dec 22-23nd, suddenly my HD add-on stopped working and when I called to customer care to check the issue, I told that Company has changed/stopped this package hence I am unable to view HD channels. if you want to view HD channel, you have to recharge with new HD package(Add-on).

- Pls let me know Who has provided authority and why service of HD channels stopped without customer interaction, if the customer has already paid all the amount.
- If the Videocon D2H has all the right to change their packages/channel plans at any time then why the service are getting offered for the longer period and why these information are not getting shared while customer calling CustomerCare for information?
- I have taken HD Add-on(6+6_D2_PRIMIUM HD ADD-ON, FREE Marathi Add-on) when the prize was 175 per month and when I called customer care for checking issue. I came to know this package prize got reduce with 129 rupees only. Though the prize got reduced and company making profit, why the service of HD channels stopped.

As over the call Customercare person was not ready to take complaint, he suggested me to drop an email @ nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com and [protected]@d2h.com.

as suggested by him, i have dropped a mail to above mentioned ID and also added Dhananjay.[protected]@dishd2h.com which i got in ther escalation matrix on Saturday, December 29, 2018 12:20 PM

Now its been a week, i haven't received any reply to mail.

Request you to pls help to activate the HD channels service at the earliest.

    Sir i am using vodafone sim last 9 years but now they say that validity recharge is compulsory. I am suffering from this. Because any one can not recharge mounthely. I am use only one sim and my consumption i am recharge but now they say it's a compalsary or not use the service. What trai due on this situation i don't know. Just we they collect comments and delete they don't do anything.

      I was using airtel prepaid. The mobile number stopped working in 1st week of dec 2018.
      On checking with airtel store personnel and airtel customer care, it was understood that there is no trace or record existing in the system. Hence, they could not help me. Neither they could tell the reason of deactivation nor they helped in reactivating my number. Sad part is that they denied to lodge a complaint.
      I am unable to do any financial transactions due to absence of otp and going through mental trauma. Please help.

        Dear sir,
        I was using a mobile number [protected] for long time and i put it on safe custody for 2 years (Between june 2016 till june 2018) when i went abroad. It got deactivated when i returned and i had to wait for the number to be released to the service provider (Airtel). But it's been 6 months after it got deactivated and still it is not available. Could you please help in releasing the number. I registered this number everywhere and i need this number. There are no other complaints on this number.

        Please help and let me know if you need any more details.

          Still thay not ready to deliver channels at the rate of 130.. I asked customers care representative about this.. And they said they were thaken necessay action within 2 weeks...

            Since many days airtel not providing basic call facility on my number ([protected]) and even not informing the reason. I have called and mailed to airtel but not getting proper response. I am facing huge problem for the inconvenience. I am neither able to contact through this number and nor others able to contact me on this number. When i contact customer care of airtel... They say everything is fine and we can't do anything. Kindly look into the matter of the problem i am facing.

              I have recharged my dish account yesterday. But it's not reflecting in dish account. When call customer care they are saying to wait for 24hours. After that only they will take complaint & that complaint will be processed in 24 hours after taking complaint. What is this? Why customer need to wait for 48 hrs to resolve issue. Please find attached receipt payment fro. Paytm.

                Called tata sky to inquire on new channel pricing as per new trai rules. However they say that the date for implementation has been extended. They also state that they are not aware till when extended. Asked them to implement same as i am loosing financially as a customer and am getting deprived as a customer as i suppose with new trai rates the charges will be reduced. Request please take necessary action against them for immediate implementation and please do not give any further extensions

                  My mob. No. [protected] airtel co. I got porting code on 25/12/2018 4.34pm i have submit this no. To vodafone next day. Than my problem start from airtel co. So many calls start to cancel my port request. Yesterday also i got call from airtel to pay bill of rs. 90/- than port is possible i have immediate pay rs. 90/- but till today there is no movement from airtel co. I come to know that new rule is only 2 days for port. And rs 10000/- penalty. I also talk about this new rule to airtel customer care to port my mobile no. Urgent i getting data problem so i need urgent portability but airtel co. Harassing me by doing call to cancel my port request. So pls. Do needfull to port my mob. No.

                    As per trai guidelines tata sky not following and revealed the plan as of now.

                    When i called them simply got reply from them like update in process. Once we finalize the plan we will let you know.

                    Kindly follow them and make confirm about their plan. I don't hope they will reveal the plan as on time period. Take primary action on them as soon as possible.

                      As new rule and regulations from trai that all customer can choose their dth plan or channel according to their wish and all dth operators are ordered to reveal new price list of channels but still tata sky didn't revealed their plan. When we call them they always make us assure to reveal soon but till date we are disappointed..
                      Plz took an action towards them.

Nor i am able to see pick by channel option on your website. I am unable to watch news also. And why should i take ₹100 basic pack and 1 compulsory regional pack to watch free channel? Please fix this immediately.

                          Team - having network issues in my location and not able to connect and vodafone team not able to provide any solution and denied for manager calls as well, they told me thatanager are not available.                               As per trai directives the dth service providers are supposed to allow the customers to choose the channels as per our choice. However airtel dth insists that trai has provided time to operators to allow customer to choose from feb 1rst 2019.

                              Is this not a clear violation of the government of jndia body trai rules..

                                  As per the new trai rules consumer can select the channels and pay accordingly like star pack in rs. 45 and zee pack in rs.49. I am a consumer of distv with rmn [protected]. Dishtv is not ready to change the pack and misleading the customers. There is no option available on dishtv website. Call centre people not behaving well and not ready to change the plan.

                                    This is to inform you that not only me, even my family members, neighbours and almost all masses in our country is getting frustrated and having too much distubance in life from so called annoying unwanted messages and calls on their smartphones or basic mobile phones. These messages or calls are from all type of industries, even from telecom service providers and mostly are for marketing or promotional or advertising purposes.
                                    A request for dnd to all telecom service providers is worthless now because neither they take it sincerely for an action nor the strict rules are there in this convern from trai.
                                    It seems that every regulatory or governing body in different fields is concerned to only self satisfaction and doing nothing for providing better and satisfactory services to masses of india.
                                    For what the masses are being tortured in india? Shall there be never a listening of genuine request of masses in this country now? अब तो ऐसा लगने लगा है कि कोई राह चलता अनजान इंसान भी कहीं से हमारा sim नंबर लेकर मैसेज भेजने या कॉल करने शुरू कर देता है। चाहे वो हमारे लिए किसी तरह से जरूरी न हो तो भी झेल रहे है जबरदस्ती।
                                    आपने एक category list दी है complain के लिए जिसमे से सिर्फ एक चुन सकते है। यहां तो उस category के हर field से ऐसे unwanted मैसेज और calls आते है। loan, insurance, education, vehicles वगैरह वगैरह। अब कितने नाम लिखू, सभी sectors या fields से ही तो फालतू मैसेज या कॉल आ रहे है। तो फिर किस किस की और कितनी सारी complains भेजूंगा आपको?

                                      My name is mayank sankhala. I am a consumer of airtel dth and my customer id is [protected]. As per trai directions the last date for submission of choice of channel is 29.12.2018 i.E. Today, but they are not ready for compliance. I have made several calls but they are just postponing the date again and again for selection of channel. Now it is conveyed that airtel will be ready for compliance of trai after 31.12.18. After today i will have no option to select my choice of channel and charges applicable for that and i will be forced to pay more to airtel whereas charges are less than that.
