Please unblock my number for all incoming and outgoing calls and sms. I am not involved in any telemarketing activities.

Please advise how can i get my number unblocked. This number is my personal number which is not involved in any kind of business.

Network is not coming properly in my area and even internet connection is also very poor. Facing this issue from past one month.

    I got suspicious sms, saying that "dear customer, as per trai's tcccp (Ndnc) regulation dated 24-may-2013, services on your vodafone no. [protected] are being disconnected on account o[censored]cc violation (S), your associated airtel numbers, if any will also get disconnected shortly".

    After receiving sms, immediately i called to vodafone customer care executives and ask about sms detail. They said they didn't find any such sms detail and no such sms has been sent from their side. Please ignore it.

    By the time of evening all services barred on my mobile.

    Kindly note i am using my number last 10 years and its been completely and strictly for personal use only. Please help me to resolve the issue and unblocking the number.

    In any case my number hacked for any kind of commercial misuse. Trai should help me and other to get prevent such kind of fraud instead of just blocking the number without providing solution.

      Before this rule from trai the cable operators provided n number of channels at price of just 150rs now the customer has to buy hd packages, sports package, cartoon package which cause mor than 150rs for the customers. Though the judgement was good but not good enough to decrese the cost of the monthly subscription for customer. If the judgement need to be that good please provide the base pack with all above packages where the customer need not buy the packages. If they really want help the customers in reducing the mothly subscription please provide maximum number of channels in base pack itself. Which means there are different channels are important in different areas in our country make base subscription according to each region with best cahnnels and entertainment.

      What iam trying to tell is the judgement was good but please provide maximum number of channels which are best for customers according to different areas

        But network so weak (Poor) since two year,
        Last feb, 18. I registered complaint network issue,

        He agreed network so poor,
        He replyed me network team working same location,

        But till date same condition
        No any imprument,

          I am unable to receive community related sms. It seems my number has been blocked. Servicer provider confirmed that they have not blocked any sms. Can you please unblock my number [protected] on priority. There are serious urgent messages which i have not been receiving.

          I was able to receive community messages earlier when i was with airtel, after that when i moved to idea, i stopped getting messages and now same number has been ported to jio but still unable to receive sms. Though dnd is not active. Bulk sms service provider confirmed that community messages are not getting delivered as number is blocked.

            The company is notifying of, disabling out going calls despite having/ main balance./

            The mandatory nature of validity recharge pack makes it a fraudulent practice, there by forcing customer to recharge despite having validity of years at the time of purchasing the sim card.

            The sudden change in the contract without consent of the customer is the breach of the contract.
            Thus the mandatory nature of validity recharge pack must be abolished.

              I had recharge my number [protected] on 5/12/2018 at 1031 hrs, with unlimited add on pack 558 (Unlimited callling, 3gb data/day for 82 days)... The account is credited but i dont get benefits... For this i lodged complaint on customer care number 198 two times (Ref. Nos. Sr[protected] and sr[protected] i got priority calls... They said visit to nearest airtel store..
              I visit two airtel stores but they said pack is wrong. But i did this pack from your website by logging my account.. Also this pack shown in trai tariff add on packs for jk 10 plan on your website...

              Please do immediately in this concern. I suffer this last 10 days,

                Hi sir/madam,

                i have sufficient balance in my prepaid connection (more than rs.300/-) still airtel service provider blocked out going services and sent message stating "recharge with unlimited/smart packs otherwise rs.23/- will be deducted from your main balance".

                Tried to contact the customer care executives, but they are not giving the option to contact them.

                Please do the need full asap.

                  Last 10 to 15 days i m traying to idea celluler regarding network problem but they are not responding our complain.
                  I have tray a lot but the customer care number is also not responding all the time i m traying but call is disconcting automatically. So my humble request to trai to reaolve the creatical condition of network problem as soon as possible.

                    Since last 8 months I am getting network issue at Vodafone. Today I called at customer are at 198 twice, but they dont take my complaint. Many times in a day I am facing No network issue. Other operator network getting at same place but vodafone network not available at the same place. they Dont give me proper answer.                       I am to state that i am using vodafone sim card and my number is [protected]. Company has stopped incoming and outgoing call facility on my number and today i have compelled to recharge of rs. 35/- due to this mischief business doing by the company.

                        I had requested for a port out from airtel on 1st December. I was told that the sim will get deactivated within 7 days and I will be able to install the new sim card. After 7 days, when I called they told that the sim will deactivate ehen I make the payment. The payment was due on 24 th December but I was asked to pay it on 8th December without even using any data . But still i made the Payment. They so told that the sim will get deactivated at midnight after I make the payment. This did not happen then I made another call afte two days . They told me that the request has been cancelled or expired. They asked me to generate a new request and that after generating the new request the sim will get dactivated in 3 days. I asked them to place a new request. Now today i.e when I called they told me that they don’t have any request of port out.
                        The place where I stay . I literally have no network in the room. This is highly inconvenient for me. I have placed 7 calls in total and evertime I am told something different. I am being harassed to the next level. They ask for reasons of port out and that they will send an executive to check the network. Basically they don’t want to let me port out of airtel. This is against my rights . The only option I found that could help me is contacting you people. Please help me regarding this matter. Also . I will be visiting Spain for a study tour in 11 days. For this reason I had requested for port out such a long time ago. Plwase make sure that these operators do not trouble the customers like this.

                        Hi good morning sir i and my wife used two AIRCEL number [protected], [protected] i sent port i get my UPC code but now all so canot chance anther net work pleas this number used Adhara, school, collage.and my busunas also
                        My number has been blocked by TRAI . I am not aware why? I please request you to activate my number [protected] . I am using this number fom more than 10 years now . It is very urgent. I have not used misused this number for any sort . You can check the records. I request you to please take a quick action and activate my number

                            Hello

                            We have been using reliance big tv dth since 2010 and the service used to be good.
                            But, since 2016 the quality of their service has become really pathetic.
                            The service becomes unavailable for months and every now and then one ore more channels to which we have subscribed becomes unavailable.
                            A lot of times the set top box malfunctions.
                            Their customer care folks do not accept complaints saying their "server is down" and ask us to call again in a few hours.
                            They also claim that they do not have a refund option.

                            I would like to terminate my subscription and get a refund of the amount that is currently locked in with them.
                            Kindly help me with this regard.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am shradha mishra my mob no. +91-[protected] connection jio. My number is block by company’s side on 3rd dec 2018 time 4:30pm and i contact jio customer care, after sharing my problem they said everything is fine from our end and i need to visit service centre, same day i visited jio service centre which was luckily near to my home (My jio center shop no.9 old market ramesh nagar delhi[protected] and when they check they informed me some problem in my connection and need to change the sim and they provide me new sim of same number (Iccid :[protected]) and informed me it will activate within 12 hrs but when its already more than 48 hrs and its not been activated i visit the same jio service centre again on 5th dec. That time they informed me that my number is not showing in jio system then i told explain them that this number has been port from idea to jio on 7th feb 2018 and i have done my first recharge from the same centre on 7th feb 2018 but they were clueless and asked me to wait as they will check and will contact me back. Next day i received a call from the same guy and he confirmed me that my number is marked under dnd system because of several complains against my number.

                                As i was blank that time and for confirmation, i called up to jio customer care then the lady told me she will process to active this number and also will send mgs on my alternative number which i have given to them.

                                After that, i have received below given 2 messages

                                1. Massage

                                Dear customer,

                                We have received a dnd from complaint (Dnd-customer complain about telemarketing/promotional activity from your jio no. [protected]. Service of this number will be disconnected shortly. Thank you, team jio

                                And

                                2. Massage

                                Dear customer,

                                We regret the delay activation of your jio number [protected]. Your service request no. Is sr00000tis2m. We are processing your order at the earliest and shall reach you with an update by[protected]. Your patience is appreciated. Thank you, team jio.

                                After all this i was relaxed and sure my number will activate soon but when till today noon it's not activated, i called jio customer care again and get to know something new that my number will never be activated again because this number i have used for telemarketing and sending promotional messages. So, we can not help you to activate your number, and it’s deactivated from trai.

                                When i thought about so came to my mind that i have sent around 80-85 messages on 23rd november because i changed my job and need to inform all my old customers about the same and can’t do the same from company number as i was leaving from there. I need to inform and tell them this will be my regular contact and if they need any help so can contact me on my direct number.

                                I just want to know is this a crime to send the messages to existing customers and as far as i know, i just sent 80-85 msgs and none of my customers used dnd against my message because they need my help if any problem in our product.

                                This is my personal number and its important for me because its too old and on my each and every govt. Document and id such as aadhar card, passport, bank account and even my university i have used this personal number so if this number deactivated then will be so many problems for me.

                                I request you to kindly look at the matter urgently because these days if we change or stop our mobile number suddenly means its huge loss as it’s an identity.

                                jio care also told me my no. show ion JIO service and my jio no. last working from 7th feb jio and before my sim is IDEA service I am port my no. Idea to JIO on 7th Feb and last 3/4 recharges also done..

                                please do some favor its most important for me...
                                Idea Airtel Vodafone has made rules which are required to be recharged to keep the SIM card running; It is not affordable for us, please make a plan for this and should make some decisions that should be supported by the general family.

                                  Sirs, my vodafone sim card [protected] has been barred even if i have sufficient balance ie 7 rupees. Please take an appropriate solution in my case. Mobile companies like airtel, idea and vodafone are exploiting customers. I had informed the authorities of vodafone but they neglected me. They tell that a customer must recharge at least 35 rupees per month. This amount is a burden to common people. Really a customer has right to pay for what he calls.

                                        I decided to change network through mnp and i got mnp which i submitted, two weeks before, with my aadhar with photo in bsnl office in melur-625106 to get new sims for my three cell numbers but the bsnl said there is some server problem. So we could not issue new sims
                                        . Today[protected] i called remined for my new sims but the bsnl says till now the server problem is not fixed. That is why i complaint you to get new sims. There for please take necessary action in this regard.
