Dear sir,
I, santosh vishwakarma, am customer of airtel telecom. I replaced my old airtel sim card to new airtel 4g sim card on 18/12/2018 at 12:00pm. Sim is activated soon but messaging service is not activated till now. I called airtel customer care and they said that after 22 hours it will be activate but after 30 hours it is not activated. I called customer care again on 20/12/2018 at 03:05pm and they given me a complaint number but still my messaging service is not activated. Compain number is [protected].
Sir, messaging service is very necessary for me because my all works depending on us but airtel continuously gives me losses.
Sir, please solve my issue.

    Hello sir,
    I am a customer from airtel last 9 years or more. From october onward they imposed to recharge additional plan or pack to receive incoming call or outgoing call even i have money in main balance. They said that i should recharge to continue i/c or o/g service else your sim card service will stop. When i bought airtel sim with a customer agreement of lifetime validity on sim card service and before october 2018 they show my sim card has a validity of 2035.
    That you had passed the order that the telecom operators should not cut the consumer incoming and outing calls. But now service providers start to cut i/c or o/g facility without any proper notification or while contacting the customer helpline of airtel they didn't give any proper reason and they are blaming the trai (That you only told to cut the calls for the consumer). And more importantly when we try to call about its clarification they blocked customers for contacting the customer care. I request you to take necessary action as soon as possible for solving this telecom operators cheating activities.

      I am the customer of your telecom service and done the recharge of amount of rs 35. My problem is my sim card was broken inside. Then i am call customer care number to resolve the issue and suggest to go nearest airtel store with our original id proof. Then i am going to nearest airtel store which stablish in geeta colony and where tell your sim card is block and please recharge of rs 35 to unblock your sim cards then i do i goes to sikh candidate in the srore to sim replacement and he was forced to postpaid sim but i request please sir provide my prepaid sim card then he is tell sir your sim card was block and your outgoing incoming calls are blocked and the sikh candidate said sir because due to your blockege of incoming and outgoing i am not sufficent to provide prepaid sim card i am only provide these number in to postpaid. But i said sir please try it the sikh candidate said sir you came tomorrow and i am gone continuously visit in the airtel store for three days but only on solution he was present sir take your number into postpaid otherwise i don’t provide your number into prepaid. In simple word he is enforcing to sold postpaid number. My question is TRAI who one provide the right of telecome companies does not issue a prepaid number. Who one provide the rights to force to take postpaid sim card. Sir i am facing big problem please resolve these issue. I am also complaint in airtel but no satisfied reply does not provide .please resolve these issue as soon as possible.

        Telecom companies such as Vodafone and Airtel have stopped the incoming and outgoing services despite having a lifetime validity sim card with a certain amount of balance in prepaid sim. As it being my old number I have connected it to all major services such as banking, income tax, and for various other private institutions. I am having problem to do my day to day important activities related to it. It is highly ethically incorrect just to increase the profits. If they are not able to sustain they should not run the company rather than harrasing it's customers.

          I have ordered the indepedent tv (Reliance tv) settop box from thier website and made a payment of rs1999 on 10 nov 2018. I got the message from company that

          "dear customer, your workorder no is 673186, and your customer id is [protected], your installation will be completed shortly. Independent tv" and second message
          "dear customer, welcome to independent tv family your booking id - r[protected] and installation will done within 10 to 15 working days."

          But it has been more than 40 days there is no clue of settop box and even thier customer care is not picking up phones.. They have taken money and not giving the product or service and i am unable to contact them..
          Please help me either they refund me my amount or they must give product and service.

            I suddenly received a SMS from idea stating that my request for barring my has been successfully processed and my outgoing call was immediately barred. when i call customer care i was directed to their showroom where only I got to know that my number was barred by TRAI for that I have used it as a commercial number. I am a very small time single operated entrepreneur and my business also very dull. I am struggling to manage my break even. I am using this number for marketing call for six years. I make calls only to get small business only that too very difficult these days I will not use this number to make a marketing call in future. please release my service.. My numner is [protected]

              No channels are coming from eve 6pm. From 2 months i have raised more than 10 complaints and made 50 calls but no proper response. They are not closing my account and not refunding my money. I took yearly pack for 5700 which is frustrating for me and 2500+ for set top box. They don't care about customers. Please take this seriously.

                Dear sir,

                I have been using vodafone and idea sim since last 4 years or more time

                But since some time vodafone and idea both have a message in sim, that recharge every 35 rupees per month.

                If it does not happen, then the incoming and outgoing facility will be tied to your phone.

                If it is a kind of force

                And both the idea and vodafone sim can not be tied, because the number is given to the bank and lots of places

                Kindly solve the problem as early as possible.

                As i understand that many customers facing same issue.

                  Hello Sir/ Madam, That you had passed the order that the Telecom operators should not cut the Consumer incoming and outing Calls. I am customer from Vodafone Company and I have not recharged for my Mobile number but they cutted the call and additionally the had taken rs. 35 for the next plan automatically and I had called the customer helpline of Vodafone around four times but they didn't give any proper reason and they are blaming the TRAI ( that You only told to cut the calls for the Consumer ). And more importantly I had called the customer helpline more times but there is no reply for them And they blocked me for contacting the customer care and please take necessary action as soon as possible for solving this telecom operators cheating activities.

                        Dear Sir Myself Sombhunath Mukherjee i'm not getting any bill from airtel company.They want to make payment immediate basic for my mobile number [protected] which is already port and i used other operator but from my previous operator they did't send on the last bill so i want my Bill for make payment.

                        My previous operator demand that make payment other wise your line was disconnected.But if i don't get the bill how i do the payment.
                        On this regarding i informed to there Customer care number but they can't provided the bill.

                        Kindly look into this matter closely.

                          Subscriber to take the basic pack of 100 free to air channels at rs 130 (Plus taxes) along with the paid channels which he/she will choose on a la carte basis?

                          Please clarify if a subscriber can opt not to take the basic pack of 100 free to air channels or he /she has to mandatorily take the basic pack.

                            The service of my airtel number has disconnected by the service provider. Now to get incoming calls asking me to recharge every 28 days with a minimum amount rs.23 which doesn't have any talk time.

                              I've number a of airtel which is valid till 2032 but suddenly airtel changes validity period to december, 2018. I've called to customer care 121 they told me trai give them notification to collect validity recharge from customer. I've recording of customer service officer. I want to know that trai issue as such circular which they told about or they cheated to customer.

                              They cheating with customer on behalf of TRAI . I've record of their call where they tell about #TRAI given circular to companies to collect validity recharge from customer .
                              All SIM card life time. No pay for every month recharge. All Telecom company customer s chitig. Not sure.

                                According to me as a law student it's perception airtel telecommunications company stretch unfair trade practices that can't be suffered by me.

                                  The base is rs130 and to buy the additional channels like E TV, GEMINI, MAA TV, Z TELUGU, SPORTS the customer has to pay additionally 80 rs to wacth. before this the cable operators provided almost 420 channels at the price of 150 rs.
                                  now a days TV become one of the part of daily life for all the people but due to this rule the people who have money can only see all the channels but what about the daily labour situation.he cannot able pay the 220rs for month.

                                  what I want to convey is provide base pack with all the channes like E TV, GEMINI, MAA, Z TELUGU, SPORTS etc for rs 150.so a everyone can watch the channels a poor person can also offered the price.

                                  and more over the DTH people are going to get more profits due to this rule but the cable operators in villages will loose there income in india we have 555000+ villages each village cosist 1 cable operator so directly 555000+ people is going to loose their orginal income.

                                    Airtel dth, bangalore has not providing services even after i have recharged rs 410 as monthly rental through airtel mobile app. Its been more than 7 days the services has been suspended, error message displaying that services suspended due to no balance in my account. Every day i follow-up with customer care and no proper response from the call center. They have created ticket and keep on saying its a technical issue and will be resolved in next two hours. We reached the karnataka airtel nodal officer niti chawla (Dthnodal. [protected]@airtel.com) and explained the situation, the officer told us that the issue will be resolved in the next 48 hours. But its more than 3 days no update on my issue. They not even providing me the updates on the issue.

                                      Couple of months ago vodafone announced of minimum recharge pack mandatory even if the customer has lifetime validity account or the customer outgoing validity will be stopped.
                                      Trai made notification after vodafone announcement that no customer mobile would be deactivated or service stopped if customer satisfy trai terms (I. E mandatory minimum talktime, minimum one usage in period 90 days.)
                                      What vodafone did is rejecting trai order as they know trai can not do anything if they do unfair trade practice and stopped customer outgoing validity who has lifetime validity forcing customer to recharge their minimum recharge plan. Hence predatory pricing.
                                      Coming to trai defense on predatory pricing, they were not represented well. My suggestion to trai, first show your power against telecom operators like vodafone by taking their operation as they still violating your order and activated all customer number who's outgoing call was deactivated.
                                      And for predatory pricing defense. Example: a company promoted and sell a service to customer for a period of time as advertised as lifetime validity (Say 20 years) but shocked the customer later that they changed the terms and will charge customer monthly. What this practice called is unfair trade practice (Predatory pricing for existing customer who has lifetime validity account).
                                      Note: trai! Vodafone has no indian interest in heart as per the constitution of india. Because they are violating not your authority but indian laws as they are still charging their customer till this date 17th december, 2018 total disregards of your terms, ruling. They are using the tribunal judgement as excuse to charge customer because trai predatory pricing order and trai regulation on deactivation of cellular mobile service order are two different orders even supreme court ruled earlier that no company, businesses can clubbed one judgement on one order with another starving indian law and justice. Hence, it is termed criminal nature of business.

                                        I had port my mobile no [protected] mtnl to vodafone on date 17 october. But my number incoming and outgoing call stop when i use 4g data and when i uses 2g for incoming and outgoing call than my mobile net data stop, so i no paid online any billing by this network.
                                        Because i have no received any otp in this method, vodafone stop my any message, incoming and outgoing on this number. I face this problem.
                                        I go to help for vodafone store, but he tell me you call 198 when i call 198 he tell me call 199 than i call 199 he tell me call [protected] than i call this number he tell me call another number, but vodafone not resolve my problem and stop my number,
                                        Please help me and take a action against vodafone policy, how i pay my online billings when i use my this number for banking.

                                        I get a message from my VODA Phone service provider saying that your incoming call will be barred from 22-dec onwards.

                                        As per TRAI directions, any telecom operator shouldn't get any payment for incoming calls.

                                        Please provide them the direction and save customers.

For last two months Vodaphone is sending threatening message to discontinue outgoing calls if Rs.35/- is not paid every 28 days even if we have sufficient money balance with them. This is nothing but official extortion and daylight loot of customers. Pl request strict action against Vodaphone .
