My area jio coverage was so worest.. 5 signal point in all networks but jio 1 signal point.. I am more than compliant raised but not resolved this network problem... Jio speed was only 10kb to 276kb only.. Not work internet, voice call issue, msg not sent, this area peoples main issues jio network.. Indoor coverage was emergency call.. Out door 1 po it show.. Please help me.. Thanking you

I have mnp my number 04.12.2018 Customer care continue calling my number so I pick the call first choose so select 2 so press 2 after 15 min deduct 15 15rs in my Balance. So I contact Customer care thay are not proper responce my problems.

    Vodafone is barring outgoing calls despite having sufficient balance and had recharged with their lifetime validity coupon. Without any prior intimation they are just changed the plans and barred outgoing call facility.
    Please look into this matter.
    Vodafone, idea, and airtel have just announced minimum prepaid recharges for their subscribers stating that in order to avail free incoming calls, users will have to recharge their cellular connections with these minimum prepaid recharges which are valued at rs. 35, rs. 65 and rs. 95, all of which come with a validity of 28 days.

    This move was taken keeping in mind that there are a lot of mobile phone users who are just using their cellular devices for incoming calls which were earlier free on these carriers. However, in order to cut down the costs, vodafone, idea, and airtel have announced these minimum prepaid recharge plans.

      Good day,
      Please note that idea is not providing any customer care service. I called up the compliant number as well as the customer care. The call gets cut saying all our customer executive are busy. I wanted to port my idea number but wen i go ahead for the porting request. It comes as failed. Idea is playing around. I gave the recorded i've call detail, but cannot upload the same as no option is given for it.

        Airtel is cheating customers by charging 100 rupees extra on mobile bill without informing customer. I complaint about this issue 6 months back and doing the same from last 2 months. I have audio recordings and sms as proof of my calls and bill clear show the charges.

        They are really fooling all the customer and it is scam. Every time when i call they say it will be resolved in next bill. This is my mobile number[protected] on which i'm having issue.
        Here are the references for the complaint.

        Dec 8 - voice recording. They were supposed to send sms of complaint but they did not do so.

        Please address this asap. This would be happening for all customers and money they would be cashing in cores and lakhs.

          Respected sir,
          With due respect i beg to state that i, swapan kumar bhunia is a life time (To give rs. 999/-) airtel mobile grahak of west bengal telecom circle. Then, airtel company has been provided always on showing in mobile display validity upto 2037 and they also committed to continue extend validity automatically. But now airtel company has denied their previous validity commitment and they decrease the validity upto 02.12.2018. The old mobile grahak has given to bound the payment of rs. 999.00 to the company for the life time validity but new grahak has not bounded to payment for life time validity. They are all able for lifetime validity automatically. The company has created two rules for same customer. My mobile number, [protected] is added all of my important documents and offices. The airtel company has stopped/bar my outgoing calls, sms from 03.12.2018. After complaining on 03.12.2018 and demanded them to return rs. 999/- with (About 12 yrs.) interest or give me lifetime validity facility. To get no answer from them i repeated frequently complain, but today on 07.12.2018 the company executive call me and they told me that they launched a new monthly validity plan & previous lifetime plan has expired on 02.12.2018 and they have not able to return lifetime value of rs.999/- that they take for lifetime value purposes previously and they also tell me after 15 days incoming calls are stopped. Why am i victim so?
          In this situation, i requested you to kindly step them accordingly. I wait for your kind hands remain.

            On my vodafone number ii'm receiving sms saying that if i don't recharge till 12 dec.2018 my outgoing call facility will be disconnected!!! I am having 100 rs. Balance in my vodafone account. Is this the right way to disconnect one's outgoing facility??? What is trai 's conditions / law says?? Why my outgoing calls will be disconnected inspite of having enough balance in my vodafone account? Vodafone sms says that after recharging my outgoing validity will be extended for 28 days only and thereafter i have to recharge it again!!! What is this?
            Please help me out to get this information asap.

              I got suspicious sms, saying that "dear customer, as per trai's tcccp (Ndnc) regulation dated 24-may-2013, services on your airtel no. [protected] are being disconnected on account o[censored]cc violation (S), your associated airtel numbers, if any will also get disconnected shortly".

              After receiving sms, immediately i called to airtel customer care executives and ask about sms detail. They said they didn't find any such sms detail and no such sms has been sent from their side. Please ignore it.

              By the time of evening all services barred on my mobile.

              Kindly note i am using my number last 5 years and its been completely and strictly for personal use only. Please help me to resolve the issue and unblocking the number.

              In any case my number hacked for any kind of commercial misuse. Trai should help me and other to get prevent such kind of fraud instead of just blocking the number without providing solution.

                Idea company is not providing the 4g service.. But they are charging for 4g service.
                I compliant has internet is not working in my location.. They lodge a complaint... Network team came and they checked in location, and confirmed their is no 4 g coverage in this location..
                But customer service is closing the complaint as unresolved and they are saying like, we are providing maximum network... Its not 4 g service/ network.
                But idea company id charging for 4g service in my location...

                    My outgoing calls and other services are being blocked by idea for not recharging frequently. I hold a lifelong valid sim and i do make recharges every quarter. I am not making frequent outgoing calls and they are now forcing me to do so. They have violated the terms of lifelong validity attached to my phone connection. Please take necessary actions against idea vodafone limited.

                        I buy a vodafone sim on that day the company say sim is lifetime validity. Now they told recharge 35 rupess monthly monthly otherwise outgoing will be barred what is this. How can they change the rules. Please take a action. I speak to customer care of vodafone they told we can change rules what ever over company do. You should recharge otherwise outgoing will barred we can't do nothing.. Take a immediate action..

                          As per on the basis of you pretigious company trai that if customer has a minimum balance of call with lifetime validity then, service provider can not able to discard any services of the customer. After, this airtel has been discard my outhoing calls from today itself and before two days back they start sending sms regarding stops the services. I have 7.45 rs balance recharged with 10 rs. For emergency bcos i am using vodafone no. On regular basis because airtel provide us such a poor services inside of my home. That's why i continue with vodafone. Being a female if i am keeping the minimum balance for emergency it is my fault. How they can stop my services like this.

                          I have compalint against idea as well without giving any information regarding stop my sim temporarily services without any notice. I have been issued my idea sim at the time of my job in punchkulla where airtel and vodafone had poor to o poor services and tehre were only idea network for talking yo my family i have been issued idae sim becailuse of this reason. And, in september month they tempared my idea sim. My husband too. Please take some necessary action against them.

                            Mobile operator company set new plan minimum recharge rs. 35, no issue they do anything.
                            Please see my point and get any resolution regarding this.
                            I have airtel sim card no. Is [protected], i regular recharge monthly unlimited pack rs. 149 validity 28 days., dec 02, 2018 my plan has expired but after this my all outgoing call and outgoing sms services will blocked, but have rs. 8 main balance is mine account. So i want to know that why company launch this type mandatory, it means when plan expired immediately recharge otherwise service barred. If any person have any emergency situation or condition they didnt use their cell phone. Because of their operator block their outgoing sms n call service, whether balance 0 or 20. This is a very worst and misbehave thing operator doing with customer. If you block service give some time 2-4 days to customer so they recharge it. But after plan expired company block call or very serious issue. And very major or typical condition faced my customer.
                            You are requested to do something so company get some relief to customer. Otherwise this thing create many problems in future, mostly emergency condition or time.

                              I use the vodafone network last one year. Per last month my mobile numbers service has dropped. There is no incoming and outgoing. I went to vodafone office and complied about the problem. He is told me we stopped our services to urs number.in that number i used my banking and other government welfare. Like as aadhar, provident fund and ect. Many time i went to the vodafone office there in no response. I really disappointed. Please rectify the above problem as soon as possible.

                                Telecom operators forced customers to recharge every month inorder to continue our validity service. Every month recharge with minimum amount difficult for some people.We heard that TRAI involved in the issue and asked telecom networks not to disconnect the but networks. But telecom networks still displaying the validity for our networks for only 30 days. Even telecom networks are giving respect to your words. Only you(TRAI) can control the telecom operators.                                   My Vodafone Telecom operator is send me a warning message continuously about validity, (Hello, service validity is over for your number. Outgoing voice/data services have been discontinued. Recharge with an Unlimited/Combo pack to restore services), they said that my number is out of validity on 4th December 2018, they asking for recharge to continue the number, but when I buy this number ([protected]) then they give me life time validity, then how can it expire ... Please take action against this warning as soon as possible.

                                    Myself ananth shanmugam. Airtel mobile no. [protected]. I have purchased this sim card in 2006-07 & i have done a recharge of rs. 999/- for life time validity. Now i have received a message from airtel that the validity of my mobile is going to expire on 13.12.2018 & recharge for rs. 23/- for extending the validity for 28 days. When i have paid rs. 999/- for lifetime validity how they can reduce my validity date. For this 999/- recharge i wasn’t given any talk-time this recharge was only for lifetime validity. Pleas take a proper action against this company for such theft. Please fine heavily airtel on this fraudaulant act which is forcefully compelling his lifetime prepaid customers to recharge the mobile.

                                      When i purchase or port my aircel no to airtel then they tell me the plan.
                                      According to plan the validity is life time but now the compay revenu goes down they conveyed us to recharge the mobile no. With so and so price to carry on the no. Validity of not then mobile no. Will b deleted from server.
                                      And main problem is where my home location airtel provide 2g network then why i used to recharge the airtel no.
                                      I tried alot to communicate with coustomer care but call not connected and when i call with jio to airtel [protected] then the call is connected but not...
