Sir,
My cell no is [protected]. The vodafone have block my incoming and outgoing calls. Since, they have blocked my services i want to change my service provider by way of mobile portal. But whenever i am trying to send the message of port [protected] repeatedly "not sent" & "failed" message was displayed. Hence, i request that my mobile number may be transferred to bsnl.
TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My father done the recharge of 999 of lifetime validity in past years

But know Airtel will suspend the validation time of lifetime validity

Please help us about that

    Sir/madam
    When i purchase or port my aircel no to airtel then they tell me the plan.
    According to plan the validity is life time but now the compay revenu goes down they conveyed us to recharge the mobile no. With so and so price to carry on the no. Validity of not then mobile no. Will b deleted from server.
    And main problem is where my home location airtel provide 2g network then why i used to recharge the airtel no.
    I tried alot to communicate with coustomer care but call not connected and when i call with jio to airtel [protected] then the call is connected but not satifactory answered.
    Airtel plan is expensive and according to signal it all vain or money wasteing
    I am using the no. From last 11 years.
    Help me regarding this

      Sirs, please note that i have been the customer of tatadocomo and all my accounts are connected with this number. But suddenly without informing me my number got disconnected. As i am a cancer patient aged 60 cannot move around to reconnect. I sent a mail omln 1.12.2018 and received that they disconnected for mon usage on 16.11.2018. But i recharged it on 15.11.2018. And my number is being used for my bank transactions. Without intimating to me this s disconnection causing me a great loss. Please arrange to do justice by reconnecting the same number immediately on humanitarian grounds.

        I, harkesh singh dagar, am a prepaid subscriber of idea cellular ltd (Now vodafone idea ltd) with cellphone number [protected]. Even though there is sufficient unlimited full talktime balance (Over rs. 213/-, photo attached), call outgoing has been disabled, and i am being coerced to recharge. Further, i got a sms which states "hi, you are on new plan wef 23oct18. For best offers dial *121#. To extend service validity by 28 days recharge with rc24 or above (Dial *150*24# to use tt bal). How can a service provider retrospectively change plan and force a customer to recharge for a monthly plan? Further, i have no clue to which plan i have been shifted to without my consent. As per trai recent directive, the company is not supposed to disable services if sufficient balance is available.
        Kindly ensure that outgoing service is restored, and i, and countless subscribers like me, are not needlessly harassed.

        When I purchased my idea sim, it is given with lifetime validity. Now they are saying my outgoing validity expired but I have sufficient balance in my account. They are doing so that so a customer recharge whether he needs it or not to increase their profits. This is wrong. Please take action immediately.

          सर ये complaind मेरे सभी गाँव वालों की तरफ से है, , फ़ोन में tarrif खत्म होने के बाद हम कहीं भी कॉल नही कर पा रहे है, , इसके लिए company बोलती है आपको Rs 119 ya Rs 35 ka recharge कराना पड़ेगा वो भी केवल 28 दिन तक मान्य है, सर आप इस समस्या को दूर करे क्योकि गरीब किसान के लिये दोनो टाइम का खाना मुश्किल है वो प्रत्येक 28 दिन में recharge नही कर पा रहे है

            My account has balance of about rs 23. But since it is not recharged for more than a months period, out going calls are blocked and also incoming will be blocked from dec 9, 2018. Portal shows validity for sim ([protected]) as unlimited. I called today on 121 to customer care of air tel but they didn't bother.
            I read in paper that telecom service provider cannot stop service if balance is available.
            This number belongs to my father and used normally for incoming only.
            Request to note my postpaid [protected] for communication.

              जैसा की आप को पहले से ही उक्त विषय के बारे ज्ञात है, किन्तु आपको अवगत कराना चाहते हैं कि हमारे पास आइडिया कम्पनी के दो व वोडाफोन कम्पनी का एक कनेक्शन है, जिनके खातों में पर्याप्त धनराशि से भी कहीं अधिक धनराशि है फिर भी उक्त कम्पनियों द्वारा उपभोक्ता को कम से कम 35 रुपए का रिचार्ज करने का दबाव दे रही हैं।
              उक्त के संबंध में आपको ये भी अवगत कराना है कि उपभोक्ता द्वारा प्रयोग किए जा रहे सिम के खातों में उपलब्ध धनराशि से उपभोक्ता किसी भी प्रकार का रिचार्ज नहीं कर सकते केवल उस धनराशि को कॉलिंग में प्रयोग कर सकते हैं ये कहां का नियम है कि हम अपने पैसे को अपने लिए ही प्रियोग नहीं कर सकते।

              अतः महोदय आपसे अनुरोध है उक्त कंपिनयों आदेशित किया जाए कि जिनके खातों में प्रयाप्त धनराशि या अधिक है उनकी सेवाएं बाधित ने की जाए व साथ में यह भी सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाए जिससे वो अपने खातो में उपलब्ध धनराशि से किसी भी प्रकार रिचार्ज कर सकें।

                Dear trai & team

                I am asking trai to remove telecom license of both mr mukesh ambani and anil ambani. Both are anti national elements living in india and looting indians of their money. We, indians do not require any services from these two above mentioned anti national elements. If trai takes up of their license removal then i will take it up further that they are thrown out of india. The matter is very serious and do not take this complaint very casual. One of my complaint is big tv offered in january 2018 annual offer for 1500/- where in they offered dth services for 1 year with all the channels available. It was available upto february 2018 and after which everything got winded up without any notice or public information. For all these months i was made to shut up without any services from big tv. Both of them pocketed money from indians for all these months and now i am only interested in removing telecom license of both mukesh ambani and anil ambani. If trai cannot remove their license pl let me know the same in black & white.

                I hope to understand that trai will not discard this complaint.

                  By mistake more than one time recharged and requested airtel. While approaching customer care, they told that they give us extended validity or they will put in airtel wallet where we can use it. Latter they said that amount transferred to main balance it can't be used for recharges. More than 10 months talking to airtel, they give us different reasons but they are not allowing to use it.
                  Every time they are saying, we can use it by requesting airtel, while requesting they give lot of reasons. Even they tell us to go to consumer court as well bu they can make it useable.

                    I am a customer of airtel cellular prepaid holder. My number is [protected]. I was purchase prepaid sim card in year[protected] as a life time validity to paid amount of rs.999/-
                    But recently i am received sms from airtel that the you will recharge for every month to active your connection.
                    Why should i recharge for validity because i was pay for that in 2006-07 & company provide me life time validity at that time committed as till 2092.
                    Now in 2018 company change the rule for validity. This is fraud.
                    I approach to you if company does not provide for life time validity then why should that time launch this offer or scheme under your regulations, and collect huge money from customers like as me. Company can not change the life time validity of my number.
                    Kindly need your intervention in this.

                      Let assume that i recharge my sim first month for rs 35 and give me talktime 26, and next month again i recharge the same and give back the same 26 balance for that now i have 52 for 2 months and i dont waste my single rupee for making calls then why should i need toh again recharge 35 in next month if i already have 52 in my account? Plz take an action against it

                            I got the message from airtel and vodafone cellular company that they deactivate the incoming & outgoing call if i'm not recharge every month starting plan of 35₹. And har month 35₹ recharge karne ka har ek ke liye capable nahi hai. So the small recharge coupon of 10, 20&30₹ are very useful & that recharge not limited only one month. So airtel, vodaphone small recharge band karke bahut nuksan hone wala hai because most of customers prefer jio because jio gives unlimited talktime & internet.

                              Today, i've checked *122# on my idea mobile no. [protected], and after few minutes one pop up is appear, in which 159 rs offer being provided for 28 days, unlimited calling and unlimited data.

                              So i recharged thru my main balance, i had more than 200rs.

                              Got success message that, 159rs has been debited thru my main balance, remaining balance is 62rs.

                              I've shocked because i've not received mentioned service as per their offer which is unlimited for 28 days.

                              So i called their customer care department, her one of their colleague named mohini said you did thru your main balance, thats why your offer was not applied.

                              I asked idea company that, no where mentioned that you have to recharge thru retailer or online website or main balance. All they told you have to call us every time before recharge. What rubbish is this, open fraud. Fully scam idea company.

                              They denied to give my 28 days which i've paid for,, also not giving refund either.

                              I've paid 159rs for nothing, all they took my money. Still my outgoing calls are barred, because of some their cheap plan is activated. Which is idea to idea local 10p/minute for 20 days which is totally no use of me.. Very unfair

                              I've screenshot of both that they are providing such offer, but ended up failing to give.. You can check below, it clearly stated that 159 for 28 days, no mentioned of recharge retailer whatsoever.

                              Also one question, if they already brought monthly pack which is mandatory for all, then where the hell there such plan exist. It simply means vodafone idea pvt ltd is being playing with customer heartlessly.

                              Kindly respond me trai, if you brought up such monthly pack, then you should also boycott such fake plans which is of no use now days. I know you understand fully,

                              Lets see where you decision goes, towards customer priority, or towards how to earn money by deceiving

                              Either give my refund of 159 so that i can recharge 199 thru main balance, or manually activated the plan as i've paid already.. They have no right to keep my money for nothing, keep my connection barred still.

                              Or if not, i'll go to higher authority.

                                I got message from idea cellular that they are disconnecting my incoming calls and outgoing calls if iam not going to recharge every month. As per trai guidance if there is no incoming and outgoing calls for 3-6 months, then only they can disconnect calls n deactivate sim. It is big problem to us, i was many complaint at jio customer care service but they could not respons us.in my are there are tow jio towers installation about 800 meter far distance in my location.                                     I am using [protected] and [protected] prepaid numbers for business. [protected] personal purpose. [protected] by my wife and [protected] by my mother.

                                    All the lines are disconnected without ibtimation or notice since last few weeks without any statutory laws or orders but informed by airtel when visiting that its done by trai orders which misrepresentation and false.

                                    I have given complaint to airtel which they are not acknowledging and not responding. The nodal and appellate is not taking complaint without s. R. No. And they are not issuing complaint or sr no also.

                                    The trai complaint resolution redressall time is one week but since last almost one month all cell numbers disconeeded causing heavy revenue loases, physical mental damages various ways of harraiment by airtel.

                                    Airtel is forcing to recharge everymonth like postpaid which is against the policy of prepaid contract agreed by airtel to its subscribers and usage regulations as directed by trai.

                                    They are not showing any statutory or trai orders but claiming verbally its trai approved order.

                                    We requested them to follow guidelines of trai by reconnect lines immediately and allow us to with minimum quarterly recharge and call usages as per the norms but airtel acting unlawfully and hareasiing to the core. They are not allowing us to get port code to switch to other operator also.

                                    Hence this complaint and kindly please do the needful for resolution at the earliest by getting me necessary resolution and compensation for the damages.

                                      Sir despite of my holding of balance in my airtel account i'm getting messages that my number will get deregistered if i don't recharge with minimum plan of 35rs starting pack and if i do not recharge my airtel numbered against my number then my number will get deregistered despite holding a minimum balance in my account please trai take some action against airtel against this issue...
                                      Please help me in this regards...

                                      I have Airtel number nd also Vodafone if I use both SIM then every month I will pay 70 Rs and
                                      recharge extraa talktime but it's higher cost for me please extend validity New recharge Rs 35 for 56 days validity. It will be better for lower people ..

                                        Mobile network like airtel has maximum recharge values. The minimum is rs.35 and validity is one month. Customer has to recharge renewed monthly else outgoing is cut offed and incoming cut offed by fifteen days. Even if balance is, validity cut offed.
                                        Trai has to take steps regarding situation of and about mobile networks maximum recharge values.
