Its been frustrating experience after hearing that all your services going expire on 25th nov, or soon if you don't recharge with monthly pack.
I've 4 members in family including me, all of them using dual sim phone, so its obvious that all of them will be using 2 sims.

So its not possible to recharge on each number, means spending 35rs for nothing, its just like giving 35rs to company for no use.

What if a customer has an balance, and they being forced to recharge monthly pack. Then whats the use of balance if customer can't use.

Inform company, to refund money to those who wanted it and wanted to terminate his service after refunding. This is the only way, people will not fight with you, they will happily to have one number per person.

Before this, company have to refund my money and all them money whichever they stucked.

Kindly do needful soon, because outgoing calls going to barred soon.

    Airtel, idea and vodafone has issued new guidelines for using their services like you have to recharge with 35 rs. Minimum every month.in india 763 millions people belongs to bpl (Below poverty line) families. This 35 rs. Recharge is not possible for everyone in everymonth because it is valid only for 28 days.in this recharge you have to spent 35 rs. For making atleast 1 out going call because if you are not recharged can't make or receive a call.. When i bought they said lifetime incoming free but now forcing me to recharge every month.. Please take immediate action..

        As per new policy of telecom companies they are launching mandatory recharge to make outgoing & incoming calls after have sufficient balance also. Means they are charging to make profits even if customer don't want to expence.
        It's really unfair for customers.
        After 15 days of expiry of outgoing plan incoming call will get discontinue.
        In fight of telecom companies customers have to bear the loss.

          Hi, my airtel broaband number is[protected] : there was this payment of "6610" due on 23 oct 18, paid in full by me on 13oct'18, by hdfc credit card, and i have a transaction id by the bank : - mt182899070000010105141 : i assure you the payment has been duly paid by my banks end, still the airtel company is not responding well to me. Its been already 15 -20days since i have been communicating with the airtel agents, yet they are not responding well to my request.

          Kindly have a look at the tansaction id and please resolve the issue asap as my connection has been disconnected at airtel's end. Also my payment has been for more than 15 days already.
          Please have a look in the matter, and take required steps to solve the concern.

            I am using vodafone [protected],

            I had called and twitted to vodafone about poor connectivity in my location at least 15 times. I am facing speed and call drop issue.
            This is happening from almost a year, but vodafone is not responding the issue,
            Every time saying it will get resolved very soon.
            Till date facing same issue.

            This is almost 7 months, what kind of service i am getting.

            I want urgent resolution of this issue.

            In sometimes iam make a call there is another line interruption into my call and i can hear another persons voice clearly but my line was not connected.

              I have contacted vodafone store and shared the details along with my id proof and written request letter to them. I request you to active my sim card mob no : ([protected]).

              Deactivated my no saying using for commercial purpose have to register under trai and use it up.in what basis they are trying to do business and make money, my no has deactivated now its dead i am now living in other location my communication was completely dead with my parents and all my communication was dead. Request you to look into this and help me on the same.

              I am not using for any other than promotional calls, it's only using
              For my personal purpose.

              Kindly request you to activate my sim card remove it from advertising
              And other activity its completely my personal.

              service provider (Vodafone).

              My mobile no is blocked due to in the name of other document which i
              have given as address proof or KYC which in that name its blocked all
              the mobile number is what i came to know.

                Telecom do not provide 4g net, although we pay for 4g speed. But from morning to night net speed is very slow i. E, 0.2kbps in ashoknagar satpur nashik district. Several time i have lodge complain, but they do not provide right service. Some time even we can not connect call /messages from our jio number. They cheated us regularly. We pay 399 rs for highspeed internet but they provide us 2g speed. Then why should we pay for 4g pack. Company should strong their net speed.. Lots of work are depended on this internet. If they provide such a bad network, then how should we work? Kindly look at the matter seriously. Take...

                        I have been having more than rs.20 balance in my idea prepaid number and i suddenly received a message that if i don't recharge my number, the outgoing services will be barred. I called the customer service and they are saying that it has been made mandatory to recharge atleast 35 rupees every 28 days for outgoing services and if not recharged for 90 days the sim will be deactivated. It's ridiculous that they are charging like a postpaid rental. Further i checked the internet to find a news that other service providers were also to bar outgoing in 30 days from last recharge and incoming in 45 days if not recharged monthly. These are all AGAINST THE TRAI REGULATIONS of 90 days no incoming/outgoing calls or less than 20 rupees balance for deactivation. Many people including me recharge full talktime offers once in 2 or 3 months whenever the balance drains out and this monthly recharge (That too 28 days) is really a hassle. TRAI please take action.

                              1. Today I had received a call from this mobile number [protected] at 16:41 dated 13/11/2018.

                              2. this lady is telling I am calling from PNB loan department.

                              3. when I asked her from "where did you get my number, she laughed at loud and said Chura liya"
                              and when I said "I will complaint against your number at TRAI, then again she laughed and disconnected.

                              4. kindly help, I had never applied for any loan in my life, or discussed anything from any person about this.

                              kindly take action against this person, so that these fraud hacking people will not harrass any other customer who is using mobiles.

                                I received a cal from above number. The girl spoked to me and said she is calling from bajaj finserv and she said my emi debit has not been done. I have already funded enough of money in my bank account for emi debit, the girl says that she is standing in my street to recover the emi, when i have money in my account, the bajaj finserv has not debited my account, how can recover agent can call me..? This seriously a presitage problem for people like me who pays the loan properly. Kindly take a necessary action against the recovery agent company. Thank you

                                  Dear sir/madam, i am a jio tele commnications prepaid mobile customer bearing mobile no.+31 [protected] and not getting data services for last 22 days, i register a complaint by calling jio customer care and no action been taken. I would like to pay back the money for period of no service days. Internet is very important for me to monitor my banking and other activities.

                                  I was told to 120 days to resolve this issue, but i have paid for 84 days plan and not able to use data as there is no service by jio.

                                  Please help me in resolving this.

                                      We are residents living in a town called solan located in himachal pradesh. To be more precise, our proper adress is "surya kiran colony, bawra road, chambaghat, solan".
                                      One of our neighbors has constructed a mobile tower on the roof of their house. Everybody knows that towers are a potential threat to humans and cause diseases like cancer and abnormality in pregnancies. Even the birds like sparrows are very less likely to be seen after it's construction. The people in our society are also being affected by it. We all know, towers close to residential areas expose the residents to this dangerous radiation, which could cause cardiovascular stress or damage to human organs, especially when exposed over a long period. So, i request the concerned authorities to take necessary steps and plead that the tower should be dismantled as soon as possible.

                                        Dear sir, i am living in usa and my parents live at the address. I make a call daily to my parents to know their status. Whenever i call it will not connect because of the network problem and the mobile company is not bother about the problem. When i last visit to india with my family same thing happen with me. I used the airtel and vodafone, reliance jio network and i suppose to go out approx 500 meters from my home to make a call or even receive. Given the complaint a lot but no action. That is the reason i called to my parents in india day time and it connect with multiple attempt. No one is there to listen the complains from any of telecom network. My parents changed the multiple carrier but no use.in emergency when i was trying to call in night then there is no any connection during night.in day time when i call to my parents, first it would not connect, by chance if connect then again disconnect and my parents told network is keep on fluctuating. I don't have any complaint with central gov. Govt is doing well and i am proud to be on gov. I am hoping for the best and get some improvement so that i can talk with my parents. This is the situation with call only. Never talk on skype or video chat because of the bad network condition. This is not with my parents only. It is with every my villagers but they don't know how people can make a complaint. Please help to make the connection better and people can use the telecommunication in easy way.

                                        Sir Telecoms company's stop providing data services or reduced the data speed and say it's government order to do this and due to this loss face by only caustomer and either telecoms company's or government will share this loss, campanys doesn't tell reason behind why they block data services, continuous do this in the name of law and order issue
