I got a call from [protected], they called me for asking the debit card details... Telling like that they are called me from bank... I am educated so i got to know that it's a fraud call... So what about uneducated people's... So please take action against this type of people... If we loose money we get that again... This cheaters are enjoying without any scare about law...

    Hello, (Deepak :[protected])currently m using Vodafone postpaid plan ₹299..few days back I hv ₹ 399 plan so on July 30 the I converted my plan into ₹299.. after that I bill wud raise as per new plan(299)..but the bill was ₹399+GST oly( about ₹450).so I raised a complaint against Vodafone executives ..after few days bill was wayoff for₹ 359( aug mnth)..so again bill on sep month is ₹549.. I hv called the customer care as they told that there is no ₹399 plan for u our executive misguided u so excuse us..i dnt wanna pay ₹549. So kindly solve my problem docket no. : [protected]

      After lodging a complaint regarding problems of call divert from Airtel to Idea no., the issue has not been resolved by the service provider.

      The Airtel executives are not handling it properly and since last 45 days they are just sending a mail/ calling that the issue has been escalated.

      I am able to divert the call to no. starting with 9 or 7 from any handset and any service provider but not to idea no. starting with 6 from Airtel no.

      The call divert issue is not there between Idea/ Vodafone no.

      Kindly get the issue resolved at the earliest.

        Below is the last message i received from jio. 'dear customer, as per trai's tcccp (Ndnc) regulation dated 24-may-2013, services on your jio no. [protected] are being disconnected on account o[censored]cc violation (S), your associated airtel numbers, if any will also get disconnected shortly'

        Its my personal as well as business number being used for so long. Not sure how/ why it was barred. Even my outgoings are much lesser than incomings. Please guide me to get it restored.

          I am Sowjanya Ravipati, i am using jio postpaid number [protected]. Since last 16 days i am having issue in getting my incoming messages..i gave many compalints to jio customer care people.but their is no reponse till now and now simply they are telling that it is handset issue. (for your information i tried using an other 2 jio numbers in the same handset they are working very fine, so their is no handset issue..please help me out in coming out from this problem. i am using this number from many years all my data and bank account are related to this number.please understand my problem and help me

I can furnish any documents needed to prove this. Please do not disconnect my cell phone. I am a kidney patient and I use this number in all hospital records. please start the mobile service asap.

            I am a prepaid consumer of airtel prepaid mobile connection for 7 years.
            One moths ago airtel deactivate my number without any reason. When i visited airtel store customer care executive told me that my account is deactivated for not use 3 months but this is not right sir. The customer care executive threaten me that if i want back my number i have to take postapid plans. Sir i am very poor. I cant afford postpaid plans. Customer care executive also thread me that my number will provided other customer. Please help me sir. I have one facebook account on this number. My airtel number is "[protected]".

              I not satisfy tata Docomo service. I want port to other network.
              So
              I sent Port Request many times and Tata Docomo did not support it
              I sent 6 time port request. But I not get port code

                    My airtel number [protected] is blocked for outgoing calls to send and receive sms from my contacts since month of january 2018, for reason of bulk sms send by my other number [protected], in future i will not sent any bulk sms, please unblock my number and activate all my services, my business is too much affected from this inconvenience.

                      I have brought new Jio no:- [protected] from Jio store and sim activation got rejected. I call Jio help line, they said I already have 6 Sim activated on my Aadhaar, that's why activation was rejected. I have only 3 no that are activated on my aadhar and I dont know about any other 3 sim. I talked to Vodafone/idea store, Jio store and Airtel store and they give no information. I want To activate new JIO number. Can you please look into this?

                        I have a number [protected] which is registered under dnd. Despite registration, i have been getting unsolicited marketing calls and sms. The sad part is even vodafone agents disturb me with sales calls. I received two such unsolicited sales call from [protected] and [protected] at 6.18 pm and 6.17 pm and these two are vodafone marketing agents on 25.09.2018. I request you to kindly take action against the holders of these two numbers as well as on vodafone.

                          With due respect and regard

                          I request that i am customer of vodafone company from last 5years having mobile number [protected]. I received a call from company to link my adhar card to my number. When i visit vodafone store sarabha nagar, opp. Kips market. Ludhiana. They compel me to covert my number from prepaid to postpaid otherwise my number was stopped by company, unwillingly i agree to covert. They also assure me that after three months they convert my number to prepaid from postpaid. As per our commitment i visit to voda store to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid on18sep 2018. After some argument talk they issue me new sim an and assure me that after 72 hours my number will be convert from postpaid to prepaid. But till date my number was not converted to prepaid. Kindly look into the matter and convert my number. I hope my problem will be resolved soon and i got rply back my e-mail.

                            Please resolve it as soon as possible, as my vodafone no got blocked by trai due to making of promotional call, but i have not been in such a case. Please reactivate my number as soon as possible. As it is my primary no. It is difficult for me to handle it no. I have not done any message or promotional call. It does not make any sense to stop sim service.

                                I ported my number a year ago to airtel. Since the time i ain't get a quality put a side minimum service i didn't get they made me disgusting with allover services theirs including voice over call, data connection, unwanted add on services without customer interference. If speak about signal coverage better to keep mouth as shut, mobile will be in switch on if other side made call the number will give you switch off notification when you have existing area of eligible service and handset how great i am to hear by checking confirmed myself with service
                                Customer care 121, 198 when ever you call some executive will pick the call answer no instead of they will do argue and will says transferring call to supervisor put you a time of patience you will be hold they take examine you and it will disconnected if you want i will submit those evidence.

                                  I am rajeshwar rao using airtel 4g hotspot postpaid internet dongle from last 2 months. At the time of taking the airtel connection, i was told the internet speed will be upto 150 mbps.
                                  From the date of purchase i am not-at-all getting good internet speed. Since from last 4 weeks, the internet speed is very very bad and now i am getting speed less than 600kbps.

                                  During the call with airtel customer care, they replied the system is under upgradation from last one month and the there will not be any improvement in the internet speed for next 2 months. When i asked why i should pay the bill for not using the airtel conection due to poor internet speed, they offered me to reduce rs 50/- in my monthly bill. When i am unable to use the device due to poor internet speed, why i should pay the bill.
                                  Presently i'm in 6 months postpaid plan and i paid 6 months bill in-advance.

                                  Request trai to intervene in this matter and punish the airtel for cheating the customer with false promotions of good internet speed. On airtel websites and in promotions, airtel is claiming the india's fastest internet speed. Actually they are the worst service provider.

                                  Presently i stay in hyderabad pin code 500018 (Hard core city).

E transfer of services from airtel to jio network n deposited sufficient amount as advance bill payment for both mobiles. On22/09 airtel refused for portability with the reason bill not paid. While i had deposited required amount in advance. Still i got credit balance. Inbetween airtel people again n again pressing me to continue with airtel. Airtel is unnecessarily harrassing me n not porting my number. Pl look into the matter

                                      I am using airtel network. I tried to call my friends no it is getting connected to other no which i dont know n i have to face abuses. I talked to shhama misra airtel representative. She is not even admiting. She is telling me to go to police we cant do anything. The no on which tried to cal is my friends no n it is saved in my phone with name still they are telling that there is no problem from our side. This is not first tym i m facing this problem, some days ago it had happened the same when i called my father too. Airtel representatives are not technically sound and they tried befool me.

                                        Hii.. I'm from darbhanga (Near khan lodge, zila school) in bihar. Now a days jio has a huge no of subscribers in all over in india. Darbhaga is also one of them. I'm an existing customer of jio since 2016 and till the date. Every time i subscribe 399 plan in which i get 1.50 gb of data for 84 day. But the sadness thing is that i never could use my 500 mb of data out of 1.50 gb in a day. This just because of the poor signal of jio network.
                                        I hope jio telecom will consider my issu and will take appropriate step for their optimistic consumer.
