Last 8 months we are fetching such a big trouble for too much slow internet speed & frequent call drop from reliance jio.

Please help us.

    I am using my number 9654546323 for personal use. I am not using it for promotional or commercial activity. So pls request you do not stop this number .by mistake this number went on DND number. This will not happen in future.

      I have lodged a request to deactivate my airtel nono having reference no:87467963 on 5th Sep 2018, they promised to deactivate it in 7 days, but without my prior knowledge they again activated it on 15th sept 2018, I just able to know that my no is active again on 02nd October 2018, the so-called customer care promised me that it will deactivate in 24 hours, but again no steps have been taken, again, at last, I have to request them to please deactivate my no, they again generated new reference no: 87982038 on 5th October 2018, status of no is still activated, kindly do the needful.

Further, we have also processed a credit adjustment of Rs. 590/- for the above-mentioned airtel number on 9th October 2018 on account of delay in cancellation of the concerned number.         Bsnl online national directory enquiry is not working for the past one month
        When contacted bsnl cutomer care they resed to help giving any information saying that bsnl stopped telephone directory online
        Sir it is so troublesomeand inconvenient and bsnl can refuse the telephone directortry service to consumers

        Sir i request you to direct bsnl to make directory services site functionaland help the consumers

          Hi,
          I'm a vodafone user since quite long. Since a year facing multiple issues regarding call drop, network conjetion, cross connection, no network in mumbai circle, billing issues everytime.
          Have done complaint to vodafone but gives wave of billing and agains same story in next month. Since past two months, there is huge network issues, hardly incoming and outgoing calls done from this number.
          If i am not getting service why should i pay my bill.
          Please help in this regards.

            My vodafone number has been blocked by trai stating that i have used this for promotional calls. I am working in a reputed nbfc as rm. The people i call are my clients who has replied positively. Moreover this is my personal number which i have been using since last four years. Please help me with this issue and reactivate the sim as everything is linked to this number.

              I have recharge prepaid plan for each. 399/-on 12th July.Inadvertantly I recharge twice of same amount.Immediately I call to customer care for twice deduction. I was informed that your plan is valid up-to 3rd of October after the new it has been automatically renewed for 84 days. After 3rd July it has not renewed then I talk to customer care, and today replied by him that it was lapsed. I socked how it is possible, two different replied given by customer care. Really it is shameful.

              You are requested to renew my plan or refund my amount of Rs 399/-

              I hope you will consider the same

                We have been using airtel mobile numbers (Post paid) and landline number since last 8-9 years. Now we visited dubai last month and never using mobile data on roaming but they are charging inr 2100 without any use.
                By default mobile data are off on roaming and have been using only wi-fi on international travel but airtel customer care people are telling that we have used mobile data while on international roaming which is not true.
                Now they are forcing us to pay above mentioned amount. Even we cannot change operator without paying above amount else we need to change to new number if we change operator which we don't want to do.
                Please resolve they issue asap

                  Dear sir,

                  In spite of not using my vodafone number [protected] for promotional or tele marketing activities, it has been blocked by vodafone based on the instructions from trai. Could you please support in unblocking my sim card? When i checked with vodafone customer support, they were not able to share any evidence related to my complaint. Regards, sankarlal

                    My idea number is permanently blocked for further use after i got this message "dear customer, kindly be informed that we have received a complaint against your number for sending unsolicited call/sms to dnd registered customers, so, as per the trai guidelines, we are processing disconnection of your number".
                    Sir, i need this number because we are just an initial start-up company only started doing work form 28/sep/2018. The number is already in circulation, & we don't have enough funds to do all this again.
                    Kindly tell us the procedure to get my mobile number back.

                      Agreed that cell towers are necessary, but why so close to homes?
                      High power cell tower (Reliance/jio) being commissioned within very close proximity of residential area with homes, apartments, preschools, pg womens accommodations etc. Need to be relocated to a safer and less harmful to public location. The ground being installed belongs to the commissioner cp office, they can move the tower further, from residential colony.

                        I am a Airtel mobile network customer using its services from past 7 years. Recently i recharged with a pack of Rs.149 /- and its benefits and T&C as follows.
                        Rs. 149/-
                        1GB/Day data and unlimited Local, STD, Roaming Calls along with 100 SMS/Day for 28 days.

                        Recently faced an issues - I tried contacting HDFC customer care number at[protected] the airtel network saying that, i need to maintain a main balance to contact this number and what is the customer benefit from this pack??

                        1. If it is out of the pack and not applicable to avail this type of benefit what is the use of recharge and spent money??
                        2. Airtel network not clearly mentioned anything on the website or in the pack benefit list i.e. if customer want to contact special/landline number need to maintain a main balance
                        3. Terms and conditions are not maintained
                        4. Contacted customer care of Airtel and they are saying that it was instructed by airtel management
                        5. Even after complaint raised by the customer who will take care of this issue now and further
                        6. If it is not resolved customer blindly followed to do the same recharge unless until they facing issue.

                        Please have a look on this issue and resolve them as early as possible.

                            We have received sms vide your idc 1 –[protected] from idea office addressed to all the numbers, saying as per our request, all connections have been barred.
                            We wish to state here that we have not made any such request, and are surprised to receive the sms.
                            We are sure that there is some confusion at your end, and request you to reconnect all numbers urgently and also wants information regarding the person who has registered a complain about the company.

                              Sir i am using tatadocomo mobile service from the past four years and paying my bills on time. About a weeks back i am unable get any signals, as for my knowledge i have changed the aim card.
                              Other service provider signals are available and i am able to talk. I think docomo discontinued the service without customer notification without any notice.
                              Many of their stores were closed / not lifting the calls. Unable to contact their customer care. When calling from other network we getting you have insufficient balance. Since there is no network unable do the port change. This no is linked to
                              Banks, aadhar, personal nos. Look forward your advise how to overcome this issue.

                                I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV. Airtel digital TV is changing base packs of my Id without taking consent from me. It really irritates a consumer to call frequently regarding his base packages. I recently recharge my Id on dated 28.09.2018.

                                      I was using airtel postpaid service till july 2018. I was paying bill on time also. Due to poor network and call drop i ported my number in idea on same month. After one month i got a massage to pay rs. 478 to airtel. That containv 378 usage and 100 rs. Late fee. I agreed to pay 378 and paid on 3 sep 3018, but not paid 100 for late fee because i didn't received full and final bill by airtel and notification about last date for bill payment.
                                      Today my outgoing service is bared by idea on request of airtel for that pending amount of rs. 99 and i am facing problem with this activity and loses my business also, because i am not able to call anybody.
                                      Now sir, my concern is, if i not received any bill for pending amount then how can i know the amount to pay particular operator. Even i was also not aware about the last date of that payment. They send me bill on 1st september 2018 and last date of bill payment was 8 august 2018.

                                      Now you are requested to look into the mater and requested to do the needful.

                                      They are frustrated and charging unusual money to run their company.

                                      Kindly help.
