In reference to previous complaint with id 2056769 this is further added that after communication with airtel postpaid customer executive and receiving the e mail from airtel as below:-

Greetings from airtel!
This is in reference to your email inquiring about the outstanding amount pending on your account for your number [protected].
Subsequent our discussion on [protected] as verified our records i noted that your bill cycle starts on[protected] of the month and the number was ported out in the middle of the bill cycle on[protected]. Therefore, pro-rated rental and usage charges till the date of port out and your final bill was generated on[protected].
Further, i regret for the inconvenience caused regarding the non intimation of the pending bill. However, i would like to inform you that once the number is disconnected its will not be possible for us to send an ebil to your registered email id.
Currently there is a outstanding amount of rs. 68.50/- request you to make the payment at earliest.
Listed below are the easy and convenient payment modes for your reference:
1. Online payment through https://www.airtel.in/inactive-customer
I. Fill your airtel account number as [protected] and airtel mobile number along with the amount to pay.

3. Cheque - can be dropped in the cheque box nearest to your area. Payment will be updated in 2 working days.

The undersigned paid the amount claimed to have been outstanding with the previous airtel number [protected], which was brought in the knowledge after 2 and 1/2 months. The transaction id of the amount is[protected] dated 23/08/18, 9.39 am, i. E. 04 days back.
But till date the connection is barred from outgoing calls.
The outstanding amount was not communicated by airtel at the time of approval of porting and further the line was disconnected abruptly.
Such service is not at all desirable.
TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am trying to Ne tele marketer registration in Trai but i am unable to get the option in the given web site.
