I raised a complaint about my airtel dth set up box issue on 20 August 2018 morning 9 am. So till today (6 september 2018) airtel service team not resolved my problem, and while calling customer care and other airtel offices they are asking me to wait few more days and they are saying same words whenever I call to them and no body is taking my concern. I have been facing this issue since 20 days and they are not willing to solve my issue.
So this Airtel DTH service is worst than the other which I have seen till now.
So don't buy any Airtel DTH please.

    Hello team, I am having issues with my broadband from last 3 days and no one bothered to call me back for the issue. I am calling back to back to your customer service team and also spoke to the supervisor Madura and mustafisur pasha and got the assurance that issue will be resolved by today 3 pm. Madura told me to give her last chance and issue will be resolved by yesterday however she didn't take any action. Today when called to disconnect my internet and refund my money Mustafisur Pasha asked me for again a last chance. I was still fine and gave him chance till 3pm however no one took it seriously and making fool to customer. This was my worst decision to take airtel service, before providing connection so many promises on best service however after taking connection they are least bothered about the customer. Tema please return my money and take back your worst connection. Guys before going for airtel please read my comment once. This is the second time and I was cheated. I thought this time they would have improved however they are the same.

        I am vodafone and airtel user, i just want to hilight the issue which i have found on customer complaint numer "198"

        Whenever i call on "198" from any network then the option to connect customer support officer is kind of hidden and it come randomly. Like ther is no direct oprion which come.
        First dail this and dail that after doing 2 3 time above then they provide the customer support option it take almost 5 to 10 mint.

        Here i am requesting to authority to please instruct the service provider to give the simple way to find out the customer support officer.

        Please value the time of your valuable customer.

              Vodafone company have levied the wrong international roaming data charges of 7 mb of around rs 4100 in bill of aug 2018, Same service is not used by me, But the company is not ready to understand this, Self has request on many level in company and customer care center also but not solution not worked out.Company forcely want to take wrong charges from me. Am vodafone customer from last two years and paying the all bills before due dates even company not liable to good customer, Am harassed from Vodafone.this company is very bad in point of customer service.

                Some of the recent telemarketing message received are from md-heltpx, bt-ramans, ax-tradez, ax-pbinvt etc.
                Hence i request you to kindly block these type of telemarketing sms as they are annoying.

                    I am using bharati air tel connection since 2010, bearing number [protected] and then i convert my post paid connection to prepaid before 100 days and from 10 days i am trying to port my sim to another service provider but bharti airtel were unable to give me upc code. I called every where of air-tel customer-care but they were unable solve my problem same i goes air-tel store karanagar srinagar they told me our side is ok, same i forwarded to customer-care and again they repeat go to air-tel store.

                    So i request your good self to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        In reference to previous complaint with id 2056769 this is further added that after communication with airtel postpaid customer executive and receiving the e mail from airtel as below:-

                        "dear soumajoy majumdar,

                        Greetings from airtel!

                        This is in reference to your email inquiring about the outstanding amount pending on your account for your number [protected].

                        Subsequent our discussion on [protected] as verified our records i noted that your bill cycle starts on[protected] of the month and the number was ported out in the middle of the bill cycle on[protected]. Therefore, pro-rated rental and usage charges till the date of port out and your final bill was generated on[protected].

                        Further, i regret for the inconvenience caused regarding the non intimation of the pending bill. However, i would like to inform you that once the number is disconnected its will not be possible for us to send an ebil to your registered email id.

                        Currently there is a outstanding amount of rs. 68.50/- request you to make the payment at earliest.

                        Listed below are the easy and convenient payment modes for your reference:

                        The undersigned paid the amount claimed to have been outstanding with the previous airtel number [protected], which was brought in the knowledge after 2 and 1/2 months. The transaction id of the amount is[protected] dated 23/08/18, 9.39 am, i. E. 04 days back.

                        But till date the connection is barred from outgoing calls.

                        The outstanding amount was not communicated by airtel at the time of approval of porting and further the line was disconnected abruptly.

                        Such service is not at all desirable.

                          Dear sir as above i said, my father's name is mr. Lalita kumar acharya, my father's airtel mobile no is [protected] has got a msg from airtel, some kind of musical sclate has been activated and for this 99rs has been charged. I request him that it was deducted wrongly as he hadn't do anything for the activation but the coustmer care man didn't accept that said we didn't activate this you did... Sir my parents and i think others likely to call and receive the phone calls, why they activate such things, the airtel company now attacked these kind of people who can't even seen the mobile msg and can't complain, the same case had occurred with my mom's airtel mobile no. Somehow i managed to get the money back, sir kindly do something they are just doing corruption and it's a kindly request to you plz find out those who make such nasty thing. Please help not only me but a no of this kind of people, thank you...

                            I would like to bring your kind notice that because of careless attitute of airtel i have suffered a lot.
                            My mobile serices has been stopped (Mob - [protected]) yesterday from 10 am to 8 pm.
                            You have not provided the bill of my secondary no ([protected] from 26th may to 25th june) due to this you have stopped my parent no sercices. You have sent a sms for payment. I just want to know in a single sms will you make payment without providing the bill details and mode of payment. Still after payment at airtel coco at around 1:18 pm you did not start my services. I have visited 3 of your airtel outlet (Vaishiali, kakrkarduma and lastly at crosssing republik) to resolve the issue. So many times i have called to your customer care. But no result. This is a corporate connection and you have procided credit limit 0f 75000 per month. If you cann't bear 1042 amount credit limit then why you have provided such a huge limit. Your customer care behaved me like a culprit. I am in very senior position in a reputed organization which is involved in city gas distribution in delhi/ncr. Because of your act i have suffered mental as well as monetary loss. This no is used since more than 12 years. You may check the track record of my payment. Not a single moth i have missed the payment. I need the clarification. I am going to complain the same to trai and consumer court.

                              We have received jio bill for the month of july-2018 which was amounted rs.1255.92 and it was mentioned on bill that if we pay the bill by 07.08.2018 then we have to pay rs.1230.92. Hence, we paid 1230.92 as on 06.08.2018.
                              Later on we received mails from jio stating that rs.25 is still due and we have to pay this amount otherwise the services will be interrupted. We had called to jio customer care in this regard and they told nothing is pending but as on 24.08.2018 they discontinued the services on this number saying that amount is due. When we spoke to the customer care even the senior person does not aware of this discount and he was saying that discount is not applicable and we have to pay this amount to restore our services otherwise service will not start. Hence, we had to pay this amount to them in order to restore our services.
                              We request you to kindly look into this matter.

From last two days they stopped the broadcasting of dd sports channel whn I make a call at the customer care they said Broadcasting of channel stopped by Supreme Court of India..and i[censored] want to see the asian games thn go to sony espn which is paid channel

                                Idea network deducting my account balance by implying celebrity chat charges. This option is not subscribed by me anytime. When enquired in customer care and asked to refund the amount, they deny it and false statements. Besides, they denied to provide proof of activation claimed by them. Kindly request you to act on this fradulant and do the needful to get my money back

                                  My vodafone number [protected] has been suspend from vodafone as per instruction from trai is what informed to me.
                                  Reason - doing marketing and promotional activity
                                  Fact - no i never did any such above mentioned activity.
                                  But vodafone is least bother to listen to his client without any notice or warning its deactivated later when i contacted nodal officer of vodafone bangalore, they can see one (1) person has complaint on me based on that one complaint my number is suspended without doing proper investigation i request this is a wrong process some one who may not like me also say i did marketing call very very bad procedure i request to help me in this situation.

                                    I've recharged my jio with 399 plan and it was successful. But when I tried to redeem it, what they are showing is void (nothing). And when I tried to contact the customer care service what they were saying was completely pointless. But then I told them to activate it from there because I know they can do it. And the answer they gave was "we don't have the authority to do that". What is it really they want? They are cheating with the customers. Should I have to recharge with another 399?? Is this what they are thinking?
                                    I don't know whether this will be helpful or not but I just want the customers of jio to know what actually they are doing with the customers.

                                      My idea prepaid number disconnected by idea service center saying it is not used in last 90 days. However i used my number for incoming as well as outgoing calls in last 1 month and this seems to be some mistake by idea and now to correct it they want to me to visit idea store. I told them that currently i am not in my home network circle and cant come to maharashtra just to visit idea store and start my mobile number. This is really a lot of trouble for me as they are not listening to me and asking me again and again to visit store only and submit documents again otherwise they will not start my number,
                                      This is really irresponsible behavior from idea and putting honest customers in trouble. Even if i made multiple mistakes over email but no-one is helping to resolve my problem

                                        I have paid rs 4500 for an internet connection to reliance jio vide hdfc cheque in november 2017
                                        Till date i have not been provided with the connection or the refund
