Dear sir,
I m preeti chaudhary from bulandshahr i am used airtel number my number is [protected]. I have recharged my number with 100 Rs /- Full talktime and also recharged 48 Rs net pack on your airtel app and airtel payment bank I have got a msg for 48 Rs benefit 01 Gb data for 28 days and also show on airtel app this offer i am also used another Idea Number today suddenly i am check my balance and i see my balance is zeri i call 121 customer care executive and i ask him why my balance is zero pls share the reason and he say i got a only 400 mb for 48 recharge i told him many times the i got a msg for 1 gb for 28 days and app is already show this offer but he din not understand he transfer my call to his senior i told him did not refund my balance and i also told him i used trai guild line 1925 for data deactivation service on my number even i accept then my data is finished then why not stop my internet he detected my balance 151 Rs/- on my main account i am very irritated and his senior told me do what i am want he did not support me please resolve my issue then i continue my number he was say i m not understand anything sir this is very bad and i will not accept this type services plesae give me revert as soon as possible .

    I had booked for new DTH connection ( Booking ID[protected] on 02/03/2018 and still not get the connection. What the hell is going on. 1st reliance is commit that in 30-45 days you will get the connection and after 80 days i not get the connection and not the final date. I had given mail many times to reliance big tv customer care but they are not giving proper answers.
    Worst service from Reliance.Kindly take necessary action against these.

      This is brought to the notice that i had migrated from airtel post paid to vodaphone postpaid on 6/6/18 and had paid 400 against the billing of 385 for the last airtel bill. Accordingly i was ported to vodaphone after a delay of 10 days and numerous persuasive calls from airtel. Recently from yesterday, my vodaphone number [protected] has been barred from outgoing calls due to 68 rupees pending in the airtel account. This is pretty preposterous since the porting is completed only after full due payment and three months have passed on. Additionally i had paid 15 rupees extra. Such harassment during leaving of connection is not new with airtel. Add to that the below standard internet connection which prompt me to port to vodaphone. Matter may be looked into.

        I am getting many advertisement messages and call specially from builders group which is very much irritating for me...

        The calls are specially from lodha group..

        Even i have calld them back that please don't disturb every now and just because i m busy with my meetings and schedule...

        Its a kind request to subscribe my number in dnd do-not disturb category...

        Please help me out of this problem...

              Mobile tower company had installed a mobile tower on my private land and i dont know which had installed it because no one comes to check it out . They had installed the tower without the permission of owner . The government had not taken my land but still they had installed it i dont no why . My land is on MG raod gurgaon, near sikanderpur metro station

                Dear sir,

                Today i got one call from[protected]. At around 11.30 am dated 19/08/2018

                The person told me that he is from hdfc bank and asked me to deposit the emi of my loan account

                I asked him to identify himself with employee id and inquired him that banks are not allowed to call on public holidays or on sunday as per trai regulations, to which he replied that they have been authorized by the bank to call on sunday and there is no restrictions on them

                To which he handed over he handed over the phone to his senior and the same incident repeated again an his senior also did not identify himself and told me that they can call on any day any time

                When i asked him that how an i be sure that they are from bank, he does not have any satisfactory answer, only information i got from him he is that his name is muni

                I want that to know,

                If there is any provision for these banks which allows them to call at any time or on any day?

                If no provision, how can these people can disturb our peace of mind and call at any time or on any day?

                Compensation from the people who broke the law and rights of a common citizen which are guarded by trai

                I am hope ful that at least there is an institution like trai on whom a common man can put a trust

                Plz do the needful...

                  Hi i got an sms from airtel saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional call. I am a house wife and i have been using my number as my personal number for around 5 years. Day before yesterday i visited army hospital for some checkup, there someone asked for my phone to make an urgent call. So i gave him my phone, he contacted on 2-3 numbers and then gave it back to me.
                  Fast forward, yesterday my number has been shutdown and i have even contacted airtel for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.
                  My number is :[protected]
                  I do not know whom to contact now.
                  This is horrible, my family members cannot contact me nor i can call anyone.

                  This is injustice, trai can't block any no just because some one have a complained about any no. What's the proof that this no was used for any promotional purpose. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                    Regret to say that my airtel connection [protected] is not working from yesterday, as advised cust. Care i changed my sim. But again i am facing same issue and i suffering this issue very much bcas my family is effected in kerala floods.

                      I have a internet phone connection [protected] (JIO) into which unnecessary online advertisements are repeatedly coming on the screen of my Smartphone. It causes a lot of difficulties in using the phone. Sometimes the advertisements appear in the screen and will not disappear. Then, if I have to use the phone, it should be restart. Then only I can use the phone. Hence I pray this Hon'ble Authority to stop such practice of sending online commercial advertisements to my phone number as early as possible. Thank you.

                        regaining aircel mobile numbers

                        I had been using an aircel mobile number for many years, until recently when it is deactivated. I had tried to port with no success. This mobile number was used in all my apps and accounts and was shared with my friends and colleagues.

                          Last few months ago i want to buy a new connection of airtel. For this reason i have purcgased one sim. But next two to three days later he called trai cancelled your request for sim because you have already taken more than 8 sim with your document. But till now i have only five connections...

                            Myself sabyasachi maity, a permanent residence of village - naichanpur, p. O - chanserpur, p.                               I using vodafone card but i faceing area very poor network, i already complaint in vodafone local service center and customer care on 28 jul 2018 and they provide me complaint regestration no. [protected], but still not resolve my query complaint. Area vodafone users also facing same network problem.

                              Already i complaint many times but not result found, if same type of problem appears then why i using this type of service when i paid lot of money for this vodafone service

                                  I was using idea service for 16 years and ported my number to airtel on 6th aug. Since then i am not able to use airtel service as there is not coverage in my residence area and now i have to wait for 90 days to port out to some other service provider. Its airtel mistake that they did not do the check before porting me out

                                  Please advise airtel to port my nubmer again to other service provider

                                    I had my airtel postpaid number, since i took connection i face lot of issues. I have network related issues, billing issues, my airtel app issue. So many managers i have spoken from chennai circle, karnataka, mumbai, delhi, hyderabad etc circles. Every one says it will be resolved in 24 hours etc. I have addressed so many mails also, if i call they say we dn't have access to heck mails, why there is difference in call and mail, and mail people will never call us back. Finally in the month of march 2018 i decided to leave airtel nad there promised me plan of 349 with 100rs discount nad 199 my corporate discount and 20gb data for 12 months, and when i check in airtel app it says different plan. If i all to them there say it is correct plans they dnt even see my screen shots. Also i have 100sms per day local+std+roaming but even after i got charges for it. I have attached the screen shots you can check it.
