This is s. Venkatesan from chennai, my mobile no :- [protected] (Service provider is aircel)

From last month 31st onwards network issue is going on in aircel, and i am using this number more than 13 years. Now unsatisfied with aircel,
Thought if going with other service provider like airtel or vodafone,. Yesterday onwards i am trying to do mobile portability option, but i didn't get upc code, and aircel is not allowing to do port.

Yesterday night i called & spoke to one of the aircel customer support personal,. That time he told there may be problem with trai and he asked me to wait for 4 hrs. Also he asked me to remove the sim and asked me to try with another handset but nothing happened, till now i didn't get any response,. Now today i called aircel support personal and they told some technical issue,. Then i called applet desk, they also told some technical issue,. But there is no complaint number issued,. So i want to know really there is a problem with trai server,. Then i made a port request from my vodafone number,. With in a second i got the upc code. Now i confirmed that aircel is not allowing port option,. And they simply but a balme on trai,. Not only for me,. So many people has the same issue,. Yesterday in front me so many people shouting the aircel outlet office in north usman road, chennai,. So many senior citizens are waited for a long time but response and clear information from aircel. My humble & kind request you to take necessary action in this.

I have receipt. Parbhani vodafone store distance between my village is 80 km. Till now i am waist my rs. 1000/-. Pls help. This is my old contact no. Thats why i am struggling long time.         For the past 15 days. Kindly rectify the error. I am working in a study center.
        We have to send 30 sms monthly. We are not doing any commercial matter. It is only about students marks and information. It is very difficult for me for not able to send sms. Kindly do it immediately.

            Sir, my mobile network is working due to network problem. I complaint many time to aircel customer care they say 48 hours to solve but last 10 days my mobile is not able to use due to network problem pls take necessary action against aircel network. My no is [protected]
            This complaint is about network tower issues last 10 days i not able to use aircel mobile due to tower issue daily i given complaint to aircel customer care they are not solve the problem they say all over tamilnudu problem but the problem is not solved.

            Problem is not resolved only 2g is coming with low signal i didn't get 3g signal they say on their 48 hours to solve last 11 days they saying same as 48 hours. pls do needful.

            Aircel 2g is also not working there is no tower pls take necessary action against AIRCEL the network is very worst i am having Rs.180 otherwise i move to other network .

              After recharge completed mobile network single is showing 2g, e, i am not satisfied your worst signal, even i am living at r-29 batla house new delhi-25 not in a rural area.

              This plan is 1.4 gb but network speed is 05 to 20 kbps. We are cheated me. This much of speed how can use the internet, even google page will open 30 to 50 seconds of time will take when do i type and browse.

              The airtel is cheated me. To take an action immediately.

                There is a dispute bill raised by idea which we have writing to them for correcting vas charges which they have levied and not used, after dispute they closed the phone with sms saying that after 20th november date the phone out going and incoming call will be barred, and they have the bill for next rentals in the bill of dec 2017. Further due to bad services i had given in writing to consumer care services on 1st oct itself to deactivate the number which they have not responded not acted upot now they apellate is hiring some people or may inhouse people itself viz [protected] which call all people in phone call list ad tell every one that a case has been raised against in delhi high court and need to attend further some notice has been sent by some adv vikram rana giving phone number [protected] and blaa even that lady to rude, uses airtel number and the other one is vodaphone (Meaning competetors number to harass)

                  This is with reference my no. 98...38226. There is a dispute with regard to the outstanding of Rs. 570/- (post portability). Due to this reason, somebody from IDEA Cellular Collection team, has been threatening me. The no from which I am getting threatening calls are [protected]. This lady is very rude & arrogant & calls me a mad person. She went to the extent of calling my wife who is using this no 98...38226 & threatened her and used abusive languages. Not only this she had the audicity to hack her nos. & have called her Seniors, her relatives & many other friends.

                  This has led to a serious charecter assassination, as she has been getting calls from her seniors. Not only this, the continous calls to the same person, have led to a situation where our charecter has been intentionally been assisinated.

                  I would seek to get a revert as to on what grounds have they started to call up people who were known to us. This practice is completely unethical, as this lady in concurrence with IDEA Cellular have the audicity to call up 3rd persons, & spread rumours & also threaten them for non payment.I seek justice for all of these & stringent action be taken against he concerned executive & the Cellular company. I would also like to be adequately compensated for the Mental agony, charecter assination.

                  Let me know, the revert & future action to be initated.

                    Wrong and additional pack has been activated in my mobile. I called at customer care on 22.01.2018 and ask to activate pack of rs.125.- but they activated the pack of rs.229/- and same day i called back to change the pack. They told will activate correct pack and balance will be refunded. But no response i got. And all the time they said call back system is not working. Other side they also activated other pack of beauty tips and charged rs.45/-. I request to resolve my problem. And refund the amount. Customer care executive do not help at all.

                        My father, mr. Hemant prasad singh is using airtel sim no - [protected] since 7 to 8 years.
                        Few days ago he was not able to make any call nor was able to receive any call on this number.
                        On contacting customer care it was told that the record of this sim is not available with them so this no. Has been deactivated. If some technical problem has happened from your side than why customer has to face the wrath or any problem related to it.

                        This is a clear case of customer harassment as the same number has been updated in all the bank account as well as other utilities like lpg and electricity bill.

                        My father is presently using [protected] as mobile no.

                        This kind of pathetic service is not at all expected from the company of your standard.

                        Kindly addess this issue at the earliest so that my father will be able to use his previous mobile number.

                          The mobile phone is in usa iswitched off and aadhar linking is required according to you but vodafone is saying that isd @149/- has to be activated and rs.3000 deposit has to be made for otp on the mobile - when the mobile is not to be used by the nri then why there is a compulsion of linking aadhar at present-the renewal has been done for a year and advances are showing in account and vodafone says that the mobile would be deactivated after 31-3-18.
                          Kindly allow such mobiles to be aadhar linked when the nri comes to india so that no difficulties in execution are faced at present.
                          The vodafone site requires 3 declarations out of which one is - i do not have aadhar or my aadhaar number does not have any mobile number registered with uidai. Which if not ticked the form can't be submitted but in actuality the aadhar is there and also there is a linked mobile no. With it and ticking this requirement would mean a mis-statement

                            I am a very senior citizen over 80 years. I tried to link my mobile with aadhaar at idea store on rajpur road, dehradun but every time the my finger prints do not appear due to age. They do not have face recognition apparatus. I tried to link the two using number 14546 but here the voice says we can not retrieve your information from aadhar but at the same time aadhaar sends a message on my phone as well as e-mail that "authentication successful". I tried this online method at least four times but no success. As a result my phone is likely to be disconnected after march 31, 2018.
                            Please appreciate at my age my phone is my life line for every thing be it bank, passport office, financial services, income-tax. Etc. I need phone to summon medical aid when necessary. No active phone will mean a virtual death sentence for people like me.
                            I request you to please advise idea service provider to accept the mail from aadhaar as sufficient proof to link the phone with aadhaar and spare the agony for us as senior citizens. People like me need your help to save us from leading a difficult life without working phone.

                                  Today at around 2:47 suddenly a message came that you have charged rupees 99.
                                  When i call customer care she didn't help me and told me you just download the content. When i ask you which content she is not able to tell me.

                                  I am writing compliant around 4 times regarding your very bad service within a month i just face aadhar registration problem. But upto now i am not getting my solution.
                                  Is this the way to frauding the customer by doing this fake message and deduct my money.

                                  All the services which i am using from idea are purely bad.
                                  I don't know but i want my money back and take steps to improve your services. Specially customer services.
                                  Every time my balance has been deducted without any notice or without any confirmation. But this time you are doing very fraud thing to me as deducted my balance.
                                  So sir/madam please go through this and take some serious action against this.
                                  And return my money so that i can port to other operator. This is the last month i am using your services.
                                  As days are going on problem regarding your increases day by day. And also i didn't get any solution.
                                  Now i am very much frustrated because there are lots of operator is there.

                                  So atlast do some serious step if you want to run your company regarding customer.

                                    As understood that the popular INDIAN Communications Industry Brand Named RELIANCE COMMUNICATION (www.ril.co.in) has cheated to the people/consumers of the nation "Looted Indians By the Indians" in the name o[censored]pgrade of 4G services, when the company was not in the condition of providing 2G/3G services. Making fool of people who are sufferes till date that NO Solution is provided also the reliance numbers are not working due to NETWORK issues.

                                    Instead o[censored]pgrading 2G/3G/4G, Reliance should have made/prepared themselves to upgrade their Machinery & equipment, which were outdated in this E-com world of 21st century. Does anybody is concerned - what sought of message is transmitted to the entire globe regarding the communication industry like RELIANCE ? when the telecommunication is the Vital part of everyday life from Birth till Death. shopping, school, Gas booking, banking etc, every dam thing is anyhow related to telecommunication otherwise Reliance shall not have invested in the communication industry.

                                      Hi,
                                      My jio no is [protected], i have phase many issue in my jio no like when i call to someone then call is connected to unknown person, sometime incoming and outgoing services are stopped automaticaly, some time jio to jio number colling is working fine but other no are not connected, some time internet services are stopped etc. Please do the needful against my complaint.

                                        I choose the jio network and recharge with 398. But i do not get proper service from jio. All the time jio network is too slow thats not usable. When i call to jio customar, they told me that they have to take 60 days to solve this problem. After 60 days the problem is restart, now jio telecom service tell me they have to take above 90 days too, i think jio is fraud with us.
                                        So, i request to trai, please give a step against reliance telecom service.

                                        No action yet not taken from JIO team favouring my complaints
