Dear sir/madam,
We, madurai kamaraj university dde. We are using aircel network for our 10 more mobile numbers. Due to network problem, we need to change our numbers into airtel network. So that, we have given port message to aircel 1900. But still we are not receiving any port id.. And moreover we have submitted all the relevant documents to airtel office. We don't receive any response from them. Kindly request you to take the action as early as possible.

why no response come from aircel customer care . always getting busy i have two no i want to port one of them is [protected]

    I have been charged by the telecom service provider for the incoming calls. They put it as outgoing calls. On 20 february 2018 they sent me a message that the credit limit has been crossed, and within seconds the phone services were stopped. On inquiring, they said that i have called special numbers and hence the limit assigned is over. Their customer care executive asked me to pay rs 2100 to get it activated. He also suggested if i pay rs 800 just now, i shall get back phone services. Without knowing which action to take, i paid them rs 800 the same day. It was activated but again they kept sending me the message about remaining payment. The monthly bill was already cleared on 13 february. I sent them a complaint the same day. After 2 days, they contacted me and got confirmed that i have not made any call abroad, but i informed them about the calls i have received on 19 & 20 february. On 25 feb. Their customer care executive that incoming calls are charged. Like this, i, a senior citizen has been tortured and harassed unnecessarily. I want the status quo - same credit limit, rs 800 paid to be adjusted in the monthly bill towards the monthly tariff of rs 588.

    Recently they sent a message that the credit limit of 1880 is assigned. But I need the status quo- the earlier one- not less than 2100 since I have not made any calls abroad.

      I am using aircel serivce since many years and i have my business dealing with this no. I have distributed aircel connnection among my staff to be connected all time using same service. But since few weeks aircel has stop working without any prior information now all my work is pending and facing lots of problem. Kindly guide me now how to change the aircel service to another. Plz provide me port no.

        Greetings.. This afternoon i received a call on my mobile from no. [protected] - stating that my debit card has expired and assistance to renew the same. As i had earlier read about such fraud calls, i enquired the name of the person and from which bank. He said he was rohan sharma from canara bank, head office at bangalore. He then asked me to confirm the 16 digit number, for which i asked him to read out the number and i will confirm, which he didnt agree. As i insisted upon the same, he started using foul language and then i terminated the call...

        Dear sir my numbers [protected] ...I can't port and I have tired many times it's showing sending fail led ..PORT (NUM) to 1900 this is format only I have used please I want changefrom poor networks aircel no customer care available for speaks very worst network's aircel.
        Dear sir,
        Aircel have no coverage for Past 15 days hence we plan for change to othet network, signal not available for PORT number generation also.
        We need to retain the same number with other service provider.

          I have had mobile phone connection number 98xxxxxx00 for past 13 years in my name and ownership. The connection was bought from vodafone in the year 2005.in the year 2012, i got this number ported to airtel, vodafone signal in my new gurgaon apartment were poor. And the number continued in my name and ownership. But in october 2017, airtel shifted this mobile number 98xxxxxx00 to another persons name & ownership without my consent or information. Also accepted other persons aadhar number on this number, without any notification or approval from me. When i contacted airtel to registered a protest and to correct airtel's mistake, asking airtel to shift the number back to my name and ownership, airtel refused to do the same. When i pushed them to explain how this could happen without my consent? Airtel asked me to get a no objection certificate from another person to get this number back to my name. However, airtel failed to provide any no objection from me, based on which airtel can justify the transfer of this mobile number to another person name.

          Therefore today,
          1. I have no claim over mobile number 98xxxxxx00, for which i have paid bills for last over 10 years.
          2. All the mobile bills i have submitted till date for official claims as the connection was in my name and ownership are false claims as the mobile number is not in my name.
          3. Airtel instead of correcting their mistake are behaving unlawfully and unruly.
          4. My online account on airtel.com has been changed without my consent.

          I want airtel to rectify their mistake and transfer my mobile number back to my name as it was till oct-2017.

            This is to bring to your kind notice that i have reliance 4g lte data card (No. [protected]). I would like to discontinue the same. Unfortunately i am unable get connected to reliance net work call center or any of their offices in india, as all their telephone/mobile no are not functional?? Further all their local mobile service centers has been closed. It is very interesting to note that every month on 25th i am getting my monthly bill with out any "from" address or mobile no. Kindly suggest the procedure to discontinue the above data card. Kindly do the needful.

              This is to inform you that, i have 4 numbers which i used for marketing purpose but the call wrongly connected to one customer 4 time from that they have complained on TRAI and putted my numbers on DND. Can i get my number activated again and i will not use that numbers again for marketing purpose .

                I am a aircel subscriber for the last 10 years, due to critical situations, i could not contiue the aircel, for the past 3 days i have applied for mnp code, till now they are not giving to me, then how to i can switchover to other networks, pls. Help us. Because our all family members are using aircel and give that nos.in all government schemes like aadhaar, gas connection, bank a/c. Etc.

                  I sent the port sms in the correct format again aircel sending sms to follow the format... [protected] is my permanent prepaid number facing lot of network issue from month... I called customers care couple of days back they told they will resolve issue in 7days but issue not yet resolved even after a month... All aircel users in bangalore facing issue so i want to port out from aircel... Not able to connect to customer care please do needful. I attached the screen shots of the port sms which i have sent the replies which i got from aircel. I want my upc code to pout from aircel.

                      Im frm tamilnadu, in salem district at mettur. Frm past 3 days, thrs no coverage in aircel. I msgd 20 timez 2 get upc, no responses.. Simply they deduct 50p per msg.. I mailed them.. I tweeted them.. I made everything 2 get my upc.. No responses.. Thou, wenevr i get signal, im keep on trying.. Amnt 1ly deducted.if thrs no amnt, msg didnt go. If i recharge amnt, it takes my amnt & balance credited 2 my aircel number. U r my last hope sir. I registered lot of my personal & official under this number.evn i linked my aadhar wth this number.Kindly get my upc.. I received msg frm them as, visit nearby aircel office. But, they closed..                         Since 21 feb 2018 my family members' aircel numbers are not functioning, 2 postpaid and 1 prepaid. We are unable to make and receive calls and messages. Other service providers insist on porting code for which we need to send an sms, that itself is not possible, this is a catch 22 situation, please enable aircel subscribers to port without this elusive porting code, or please make an urgent public announcement as to what needs to be done. No help in this regard is forthcoming yet.

                          I am rajapandian from tamilnadu, am one of the aircel customer, my aircel number [protected], aircel services stop from feb 21 first without any indimation to their customers. The telecom regulatory department (Trai) to pass order to aircel for stop service after 10 march, 2018 for customer generate unique port number to change other network. But aircel suddenly stop service. Due to this reason, am suffer much more. Please kindly take action about it and provide us the immediate solution on that. Due to this issue, i have locked not able do any transaction and it's impact my business. Kindly to the needful to change network without upn code

                            My prepaid number is [protected] prepaid rs.2018/- for the whole year of 2018 to aircel in chennai.
                            There is no signal from aircel for two days. I cannot connect to their complaints services online or through my phone or any other phone or other service providers. I am also not able to get the port to other service another provider. How to proceed further? If i can port to another service provider without contacting aircel, please advise the method. Thanks

                              I have tried aircel portability for past one week. Reply message is not receiving and after portability service is not working.
                              Today tower is not working, please help him and to change my number.
                              I don't know how to retrieved this number because gas connection and bank otp password is also have this number, please help me and thanks in advance

                              I did recharge 25 rupees online for getting balance in my account, Vodafone started a free minute scheme on my number which was already on my number.
                              Company say ballance does not transfer and not return.

                                  Hi i have complaint to airtel many times since 3 years only for issue related to mobile network and data issue, however they constantly resolved the issue with contacting me or sometime they call me however i never able to hear them and after that they do some technical glitch from which my phone number states as "swtiched off. I complaint to appellate also but no use, they never respond. Please help us airtel is making fraud.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    Inspite of repeated messages to port out and call to customer service, I haven't received UPC code to port out of Aircel network.
                                    I have sent an sms nearly 20 times but there is no UPC code in reply.
                                    Every time there is a reply that do not believe on hoax messages that Aircel is closing down.
                                    Please let me know if there is any other way to get the porting code.

                                        Yesterday night i called & spoke to one of the aircel customer support personal,. That time he told there may be problem with trai and he asked me to wait for 4 hrs. Also he asked me to remove the sim and asked me to try with another handset but nothing happened, till now i didn't get any response,. Now today i called aircel support personal and they told some technical issue,. Then i called applet desk, they also told some technical issue,. But there is no complaint number issued,. So i want to know really there is a problem with trai server,. Then i made a port request from my vodafone number,. With in a second i got the upc code. Now i confirmed that aircel is not allowing port option,. And they simply but a balme on trai,. Not only for me,. So many people has the same issue,. Yesterday in front me so many people shouting the aircel outlet office in north usman road, chennai,. So many senior citizens are waited for a long time but response and clear information from aircel. My humble & kind request you to take necessary action in this.
