I have been using a postpaid 3g dongle ([protected]) for last couple of years. For last few months i am not satisfied with the service. Earlier this year, i visited reliance care for service closure but no help came to me.
On 4th nov 2017 i visited reliance communications ltd, fortune tower, 6th floor, c-wing maitri vihar, chandrashekharpur, bhubaneshwar-751023, paid due bills of an amount inr 1471 and got the commitment of closure.
But again another two bills are sent to me. I am very much frustrated with reliance bhutaneswar officials and overall service. Not yet get any response from reliance side either by mail or call.
Please help me in closing the service and billing.
