My name is somashekhar aravind chilad using the mobile number [protected] is got barred by trai saying that it has been used for telemarketing purpose but i don't any telemarketing/sales job i don't know who has complained about it plz help me to restore it because this is my personal number and i requseting to reactivate the same. Sir but if mistake is not from my end how could trai deactivate my number please look after into that.

I am in tour out of state I have lost my phone with sim. When I come back I go to rel store but they closed I am no receiving any msj to shutterdown this company plz help me to gain my no [protected]. I am suffering a lot?

      IDEA cellular repeatedly deducted amount from my account cell no.             I wish to bring to your notice that the the subject no.[protected] was never issued to me and has been billed now. The sales rep. From airtel had visited my house and offered me the card and given me the offer for this card even though i told him that i already have the card from airtel. He offered me the scheme and the offer was better considering the existing card. Subsequently the sales person tried to do the biometric and aadhar verfication online from my house, however due to network connectivity issue the same could not be done. He promised me that he will come tomorrow with another biometric machine and the sim card and do the verification. He never returned. To my surprise i got this bill when i dont have the sim card plus the verification failed so how come the card got registered and for not even using the services how come i have been billed. This was also intimated to airtel technical team who immediately disconnected the services to this card and assured me that the matter will be resolved and to ignore the bill. Now i am getting frequent calls from the billing department who are harassing me for the payment.

            Also my regular mobile no. [protected] has been barred due to non payment of this particular and has no connection with my mobile phone. This disconnection of my phone [protected] is causing huge losses.

            I seek your kind help in resolving this issue and restoring my mobile no. [protected] which is barred for no reason.

                    Dear sir, i oblige to listen the promotional voice massage of my service provider each and every time when i try to call any person. After ending this voice massage if the number to whom i calling is from idea than i again oblige to listen an promotional massage of idea. I calculated that both this massages consumes more that 45 seconds. This is time wasting and inconvenient to the customer. I tried many times to register a complaint for this to my service provider but they are taking it seriously. You are requested take appropriate action in this regards.

                      I am having a mobile connection with reliance and its number is [protected]. I am having this number for the past 10 and above years. Hence i cannot shift to any new mobile number. Recently reliance stopped its service, hence i given port request to change the service to airtel from reliance. Airtel authorities asked port number. I have given port number on two occasions. The last port code number is rt 222699 and its validity is till 11.11.2017. When ever i approached airtel authorities, they simply stated that on our side there is no problem, but reliance has not accepted our port request. Hence for the past two months i am rushed from pillar to post to change my mobile service to airtel without changing my reliance number.
                      TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      My Mobile number [protected] Reliance Network. Last 3 weeks my number not working. No outgoing calls and no incoming calls. This number only linked with my all bank accounts and given to my friends, relatives. Still now not yet activated. But I got Bill. Kindly resolve this problem. In this regard I am highly depressed.

                        My incoming and out going call are barred since long. I don't know what is the problem with service provider. I have called many at customer care but no reply. I am a businessman and my work fully depend on my mobile. I think reliance mobile has careless about their service after launching jio.
                        No one has a priority of customer satisfaction. Already reliance mobile had poor networks but now their services have been poor. Please solve this problem asap.

                          I would like to inform you that i received a message on 23rd nov stating high volume outgoing calls. I was asked by customer care executive to limit the volume of outgoing calls. And i strictly followed the instructions. Still i was receiving such messages. Then one of your customer care executive told me that this is a technical error kindly ignore such messages. But on 07.12.17 late in the night and on 08.12.17 morning i received messages stating that my outgoing calls has been barred. More over in my statement downloaded from my jio app it shows that i have called to my own jio number and the conversation has lasted. Which is absolutely hypothetical and non sense.
                          I called at customer care center to register my complain and provide me the docket number. The executive asked me to write at care @jio.com. I write the same issue at requested to lodge a complaint. But it falls on deaf ears.
                          Further, i requested them to please provide following details:
                          1. What is the definition of normal usage and threshold limit beyond which the zone of abnormally high calls exist. Please also provide detailed and explanatory terms and conditions of rs399 plan and rs. 149.
                          2. Why the jio customer care executive don't provide a uniform set of response, misguide consumer and don't lodge the grievance?
                          3. What is the logic of this misguided statement, in which a person make calls to oneself?
                          4. Please provide mechanism of grievance redressal.
                          5. How to track the complaint status if in case customer care is not reliable?
                          Which is not answered at all. Inspite of responding to my concern, the executive suggest me to recharge the number at an earliest to avail the services of calling.

                          Please do the needful.

                            I am harassed by the company and their employee. No one resolve my complaints and even reply back to my complaints. When i register my complaint they close my all complaint with no resolution and reply. They deactivated my number due to over due but when i complaint to the company regarding the billing issue not one cares and they deactivate my complaints and by the call some senior employee arun john called me and give me fallacious commitments and tried to mislead me in a wrong way and because of the fault of like these employee's i am suffering financially and socially from one month. Please help me in my case and all the attachment and proof are attached.

                              Airtel's fake promise saying india's fastest growing network. I have been complaining about network issue at siri balaji towers, nizampet since last 2 years and even in the last 6 months raised complaints with airtel customer service still the issue is not resolved. When today i have called them they say issue was resolved in oct post to the complaint as per tat, and i asked them still the issue is there and how can one close the issue without proper resolution they simply say we have resolved the issue and we cannot do anything now. This is the way these corporates behave with customers and improper complaints closure saying them self india's fastest growing network. So immediately there should be fine imposed to avoid such fake communications to customers.

                                I did the wrong recharge of RS 28 in a hurry.I am using bsnl no from a long time.When I called to customer care, they did not provide the solution even senior assistant didn't listen and disconnect the call even when I was telling the issue.The behaviour was very rude of bsnl senior assistant.
                                I called to customer care today around 8:30 pm, I did not use any benefit of the plan.I told customer care to adjust it any plan or top up the amount but did nothing and told me that this amount can't be adjusted anywhere.
                                Now please tell me that even when I didn't receive any benefit of plan, how bsnl can ignore when other telecom companies are doing the best in the same field.

                                  I raised complaint 7 or 8 times but complaint not solve. Internet connectivity break on this location continousely. Jio executive tell me same thing wait wait wait. After complaint ur executive call me tell same resolution wait wait wait. I recently update my phone but problem not solve. I face this issue on 2 sept and till i face. And one other thing jio execitive speak very rudely.

                                    Dear sir

                                    I have vodafone card mob no [protected] and last month vodafone charged me rs 500 excess over plan. He is not providing 100% 4g service and taking the charges for the same. He divid 30 for 1 4g connection line. So never i get 4g service. Now due to this i cannot use internate and so cashless services. Also can not do porting. Requested to look in to this

                                    Sir i faced problem in Airtel network.. Very bad indoor network and call quality is very bad when i call a mob no it connect after 25sec..plz do needful sir..
