Dear sir or madam
I am karthik and i am using vodafone prepaid last few days before i give the complete for 3 rupees debit in my account for wwe i gave the complaint to the customer care officer customer care officer told me we will refund the 3 rupees. But till now i did not received it now. Same that way today also 21 rupees has been debited in my account. But i am not able to call the customer care officer also because my line as be stopped to customer care officer. How can i give my complete to customer care officer. I need to get justice for me. Otherwise the vodafone company is robbery cash from customer account. There is no way to ask the question to the telephone operating company for the customer asking this question human rights for the customer. Telephone operating company are trying to kill the customer and robbing and cheting the customer. I need justice for me your honor

    Hi, i have ported my number to airtel from vodafone. Vodafone wants me to pay an outstanding of 900 plus rupees without raising an invoice all long and threatening to sue me on email for several months. Pls register a complain and investigatei have been contacted by trai and i have given my explanation. I hope proper action is taken on the service provider.. Thx, vijay

      I had done a top-up full talk time recharge for rs. 100 with unlimited validity from the myjio app. I got a recharge successful message stating the balance has been updated but i could not use it for calls. After raising a complaint with the jio customer care, they stated that there is "no valid plan for rs. 100" with them, though it was being displayed in the myjio app and added that the balance has been added to my "monetary balance" and can be used for other recharges (Which are higher than rs. 100). They are refusing to refund my amount saying "once recharge is successful, they can't refund".
      Kindly look into this.

        Hi,

        I would like to bring into your notice that you guys had informed my telecom operator to disconnect my below mentioned number :

        The reason provided to me is i use this number for tele marketing.
        How ever i would like to bring into you notice, that i have a recruitment firm.
        We provide employment to the youth of india.
        We call people only when they register there numbers on portal or when the call or text us.
        I was really shocked to get a notification for disconnection of my numbers.

        I am not here to sell something.
        I was expecting a phone call from trai in case of any complaints.

        I request you guys to resolve this issue and activate my numbers at the earliest.

          Iam one of the aircel customer for a long time, since past 2 month am trying to port my mobile number from aircel to airtel! Bt aircel customer care services are very poor and irresponsible on favour of customers! More 2 month am calling daily to customer care services but on my side am done everything clearly to the aircel office superior concern! But still i didn't got port my number! So kindly do some favour, not for me, also for all customers of aircel network.

            I have opted for porting mobile no. [protected] from reliance to airtel postpaid connection on 15th nov. 17. I have received a request no.[protected] and the verification was done on the same day. Since 10 days past i have requested on the customer care email id, greviance id and ombudsman authority email id's but none had even replied.

            Today another request id o.[protected] was generated and the customer care support told me to wait for another 5 days and in between a new sim will be given shortly.

            The executive and the local manager failed to reply to my queries and did not have a proper answer over the same, i have paid rs. 60 extra to avoid any rejection but still no such activation is been done.

            Either it is the fault of the company or the exective/managers who have not handled the issue properly.

            Due to this delay and deficiency in service i have suffered great loss as well as mental harassment.

            Please look into the matter...

                We are using mts data card for the past 3 years, no. [protected]
                Without any information the network is stopped and now rcom is sending bill when we can't able to use the data card too. Customer care numbers are not available for both telecoms. Please solve this issue

                  Nowadays if you are using docomo internet over your phone, they are suddenly deducting a balancing by activating any games or other services.
                  When called and asked to cancel and refund - they are telling : we received response from you over advertisement.
                  If your mobile has popup blocker or antivirus, it blocks such things and still company is deducting money.
                  They are not even agreed to cancel and refund.

                    Suddenly my mobile airtel network gone.. I restarted, sim change still it was not working. I went to airtel gallery and told them. They tole me that ur sim is having some issues. Need to replace and it will get activate in 4 hrs. Request taken 28 nov17 @06.30pm till now it is not started. When i called customer care he rudely reply saying we have rec'd req now.. So sorry we are unable to help you now. This is airtel 2nd time with me. How does the sim card got damage without any cause???
                    My entire work was stuck and airtel is not bother about the same.
                    Trai look into this matter and make them understand that when sim got replacement it must get activatated immediately. As everything is already done.. The why does telecom company needs time???

                      I shariff mittal from jalpaiguri district of west bengal approached vodafone for the portability of my number from airtel.
                      Earlier i was told by vodafone employee that the number will be activated within 5 days after the process of portability is completed but after 5 days my number got activated for 5 hours and again got deactivated.
                      Sir after being approached to vodafone office for the second time they told me to bring my adhaar card and a photo so that they can actuvate the number again.
                      But as i took my adhaar card and photo there they told me it will take more 10-12 days to activate my number.
                      Sir the number is registered with various bank accounts as well my company service providers, failing to recieve calls i am facing huge problem in my bussiness.
                      I request you to kindly help me out from the problem.

                          Dear sir i was switch from reliance big tv to dish due to that co. Not renew his license after that i receive message from dish tv, when i call to dish tv his operator miss priyanka asking me they are give 389 channels with 60hd channel in rs. 199/- and first 02 month total free, and they giving me rs.2000/-gift voucher too in rs. 999/- so am book his connection when co. Person come for install he install old receiver in dish and when i check channels only 200/- channel seen after that i complaint to dish tv customer care same day of installation on 03.11.2017and inform him complaint no. Is[protected], after that am call 02 time to dish tv customer care but no any positive response receive from dish tv.
                          Dear sir this is false commitment given by dish tv and they are not responded about this subject.
                          Sir i want my money back with my reliance big tv connection card same i asked to dish tv customer care.

                            I am very disappointed to be told that my phone number will be discontinued on account of service expiry. When i go to the nearest vodafone store with my valid documents (My new zealand passport and 5-year india tourist visa) they tell me they are not interested as i'm now in pushkar rajasthan and the sim was purchased in delhi. This is not good enough for an international company like vodafone. It's time india was able to service customers india-wide and not state by state. Each time this happens i loose money and time. It is so frustrating! I want india to be great, but each time i'm here i wonder if that is ever going to be possible.

                              My name is [protected] for the last 3 months i have told you many mails and many more calls to my problems but i did not make any kind of support to you because of which i did directly to you by calling the natural helpline and writing a complaint on airtel's lam airtel did not give me any help even after the number 513805. I am going to get 2g at 6b / s, 143b / s in 3g, because of this i have airtel 4 did not compile, but airtel is not helping me anymore

                                Im not getting proper networks more than 3 months now its been 1.5 months complining on 11th oct they said itwould get resoved by 20th nov now they want me to wait further im being chrged for roaming being in home location and they say they wont waive it if they it would be out of courtesy not what i can claim they make me feel as if im begging them after paying and get a roaming plan rather than voicing to get the issue resolved their executives tell me to talk fast as they do not have time appallete calls and says she doesnt when issue would be resolved and if i want she would send me porting procedure and then too sends an email saying she was able to address my concerm but still no trace of porting procedure. My concern and appeal is if vodafone isnt capable of providing basic telephone services how and why are the claiming to provide so many services they are misguiding and cheating consumers i was so taken aback by the sort of responses i have got each time from vodafone representatives i request you to please intervene they cant do whatever they want

                                  I was on 98rs monthly rental plan with Vodafone along with this I was paying 650rs for 10gb data, later I changed my monthly rental plan to 699rs as advised by Vodafone customer care executive, i was misinformed that my monthly rental will only be 699rs, however I was been kept on dual plan and was been charged for two plans that is 699rs+650rs for 3 months, even when I have asked the executive to cancel my previous plan. I have raised a complaint regarding same stating that, There has been an ongoing billing issue and the customer service executives kept on telling me for three months that I will receive a call within 24 hours which again is wrong information as I never have been contacted for the issue by Vodafone. The complaint is under the name Sanjiv Gotmare, where I was charged 650 for 3 billing cycles for wrong information provided to me on the call that I made on the 9 July 2017. I was promised numerous times since then that the call will be reviewed and I will be given proper resolution in this case but nothing of the sort has happened. The complaint number is[protected]. This issue has been persistent for the past 3 months and I haven't been provided a resolution or an answer since then.

My mobile was lost on 19th Nov and I had reissued a sim from airtel store Lal Bangla jaipur on 21st Nov. The sim number is[protected]U. This sim is still not activated. I am facing lot of problems as I am on my official tour and unable to get in touch with my family and office colleagues and bosses. Nobody is able to help me out after regular follow-up. Kindly help.

My reliance communication is in a group and I was asked by BSNL to come out of the group. I tried to contact Reliance Communication but in vain. The service provider Reliance Communication had stopped the services without any intimation.                                         My self sajid sayyed,

                                        I have my airtel number [protected] (Mumbai) and i paid rupees 17/- extra last month but this nov-17 month they have sent a bill of amount 1265/- and my activated rental plan is 399/-

                                        Somehow i managed to waive off 322/- rupees today but i have'nt received any mail/confirmation message yet.

                                        And some amount they are not ready to waive off in my bill as far as i have concerned i have'nt activated any value added service except (Caller tune). They are not providing any detail about this.

                                        I have been in mumbai only in past 3 months with my airtel number and they have charged roaming charges also.

                                        I used to pay around rupees 520/- every month now airtel personnal said i have to pay 680/- in this month on 399/- plan.

                                        Pls have a look on my concern.
