I still not recive my amount the time frame of 60 days is over. This amount is due from four months pls take some actions.

    I sent so many sms to 1900 for upc (Mobile portability code) to my reliance mobile numbers [protected]; [protected] & [protected], in return i am received sms from 1901 i. E. Your request is under process, this happening from last month for so many times, even i cleared all my dues but response from 1901 till date is nil. I want to retain my no's, please help me out.

Please help me i must retain this no's.

      This is to inform you my sim provider "airtel" for their 1 gb per day data plan for 70 days which i had recharged for my no. [protected] and paid money but since 2 weeks they are not providing internet data as they promised according to their plan i had called them more than 12 days daily and according to their advise i replaced my sim with new airtel 4g sim after that still i have been facing same data problem. Now they are not responding for my calls

      Kindly take a proper action against airtel

        Jio appellate always registering and closing complaint with out any resolution.

          You have a data plan for 28 days with main balance of rupees 100/-
          Your plan gets over, some operators warns some dont warn but if you dont stopp using or you dont know how to stop using which happens with elderly and wives, your man balance becomes zero (0) in no time.

          I am facing this problem of loosing money from my main balance when the data paln gets over.

          And

          Over months i have lost around 50 to 200 rupees.

            Dear sir/team,

            We had requested for stop of porting procedure of our premium number [protected] on 6th nov 2017.

            The port out was not requested by us. Since all the upc were visible to everyone having access to rcom systems and hence misused by someone and our premium number was stolen.

            Fir for same has been done along with all ownership documents submitted.

            The said number is active with since 13/12/2013 and is used for all bank related otp and aadhar number link to same number.

            We have been following up for same since 06/11/2017 but still no revert from the company.

            Please do needful as number is important and belongs to us.

                I am a vodophone customer and my mobile no. [protected]. Whenever i try to contact aircel customer, i am getting a recorded voice of aircel offer whether the opponent is engaged or free, i am forced to listen their advertisements and then only my call is meturing... I don't know why i am unnecessarily disturbed and forced to listen and wait that too i am in urgency to make calls. I made complainsed two times with vodophone and it seems they are helpless. I expect necessary action to stop this advertisement immediately or guide me to represent legal means.

                  I am requesting you, to take suitable action against airtel digital tv,. As they charge too much monthly instalment compare to tatasky (65. Chennels for rs.230) and this airtel digital tv is providing only less than 45..?? (For rs.258/-..??)

                  Because, with nearly more than 60 tamil channels, tatasky is charging only rs.230/- and you may say that as per the regulation of trai,.

                    I have pre booked jio phone by remitting rs. 500/- in advance and booked a phone on[protected] with transaction id fv0000001wotx.. But the phone not release for sept., 2017 and october 2017. At last during nov. 2017 some messages received by me that the phone is ready for pick up. When i went to the nearest local dealer local dealer they said that the stock is not available with them. At last i went to the lnearest local dealer on[protected] and my bio - metric cant accepted my fingers for aadhaar checking and the dealer refused to deliver the phone. As i fell sick and i am a senior citizen aged 75 years i cannot approach the jio dealer after that date. I have also learnt that the quality of the pre-booked phones is not good as expected and the terms and conditions were changed by the jio management when compared to the date of booking and the date of delivery.
                    I have requested the jio management to refund the deposit amount of rs. 500- through the email to care @jio.in. But it is refused to repay the refund by thy the jio. I want refund of the amount of rs. 500/- a. Radha krishna rao, rajahmundry

                      My name is ch rama krishna, resident of khammam, telenagana, my mobile no is [protected].
                      I have requested and submitted aadhar card verification and thumb impression process for porting from reliance gsm prepaid to reliance jio prepaid at reliance digital mini store at khammam on 18.11.2107. As reliance gsm services has been stopped by reliance gsm, i was forced to migrate to other service. I have received confirmation sms that reliance gsm has accepted porting out from their services on date: 18.11.2017 but after that my new service provider's jio sim card has been not activated within the given time since then. So, i have contacted reliance jio customer care on 199 and service request id is sr00000f8lw1, dated: 18.11.2017 registered is not resolved till now.
                      Please help me sir in this regard

                        I have reliance gsm prepaid sim in which the balance is rs. 250/- but the voice services have been stopped for me from november 2017 without getting any intimation. But i have received sms stating that the voice services will be stopped after 29 december 2017. Also, the customer care number and stores of reliance are closed.
                        And the balance will be laps if i port this number to any other service provider.
                        This is not correct, because voice services should be stopped after december only.
                        I want to get my balance, can u please help me with that.

                          Without obtaining my consent - either in writing or oral, reliance jio unilaterally treated my no. As post paid connection instead of pre paid connection. My bill amount keep increasing day by day. My repeated complaints through phones, smses, personal visits to their office, various emails went unattended. I am now left in the lurch. Can anyone please come to my rescue. Reliance jio says i must pay the dues (?!) to opt for pre-paid connection. Please help me.

                            Dear trai,

                            I ported from vodafone to airtel mobile services in ncr on 20th nov 2017 but airtel has been unable to activate my 4g services till date on my mobile [protected]. Service requests 81471767 & 81585454 opened for the same have been closed by them without resolution or information to me.

                            The airtel customer care, nodal officer as well as appellate authority all have failed to resolve the issue & my rights as a consumer have been challenged.

                            Request for your kind help in a just resolution in this regard & upholding consumer protection.

                              I have send below mail to rcom after receiving intimation (Rcom acquired sstl) from them on my mts registered mail yesterday. And i got two bills today. Kindly register my complaint against these money grabbers.

                              This is to inform you that mts internet connection is dead since rcom acquire sstl (Around one half months). Further to add problems rcom disabled mts help line number. Now i am shocked to see the bill amount around 2497 for each of my connection.
                              How can rcom even charge anything for zero service? It's disgrace!! Rcom didn't even let the consumers know about anything and disabled the helpline number too?
                              With immediate effect close/stop my mts connections (Ids) as below before i take action in consumer court for unethical bill recovery without service:

                                We are using mts data card no.[protected].
                                Without any information the network is stopped. Customer care numbers are not working. Visited to mts authorized showroom at chetpauk chennai, got to know that mts was closed from oct 31 2017.
                                We sent an email to customercare. [protected]@mtsindia.in to disconnect the connection and we are not using the datacard after that.

                                We did not get any reply from mts but they are sending the bill in a different name as rcom,

                                Please solve this issue

                                    It was corp sim i got it on my name on 25th sep 17, in sep bill there were no past dues and it was clear company also cleared noc.in oct all of a sudden 1976inr additional charges in other section added. When called cc they sent written mail saying it's mistake and will be reversed and only to pay 647 (Including 100inr late fees) i paid. But layer my internet and outgoing are stopped. Following up since 10 days no resolution. Vodafone complaint #[protected]

                                      My mts dongle [protected] is not working from 1/11/2017 due to merger of mts to rcom. On 29/11/2017 rcom send me monthly bill of 1179/- but i not used rcom service also not port my number to rcom. All the customer care number of mts and rcom not working also not given reply of mail. So please trai check this matter and instruct to rcom to roll back all bills also delete the account.

                                        Last weak i recharge my vodafone sim rs - 353 through my bank account, vodafone provide 56 days unlimited call and 1 gb / day but i get the service only for 9 days than i call customer care 198 of vodafone but executives does not clear my complant now am preparing to move in legally, the customer care executive communicate like un interested.
                                        I call customer care help several times
                                        1- 22/11/2017 in that date an enquiry call
                                        2- 30/11/2017 i call them 3 times in my number and 2 times in another number 6.45 am my first call they respond solve my issue in 1 hour but they can't than i call after 3 hours that conversation conclude with the senior department call back in 10 minutes this no one can call that i call again after 45 minutes, the time around 11.15 am but this call get a response from senior department but that was a personal number they give another such offers i don't any other offer from vodafone i only need that my 353 offer
                                        I sincerely request to help me under telecom consumer act
