A pathetic behaviour by an kovilpatti bsnl staff
Respected sir,
I am rajagopal from chennai, this was very pathetic experience which i had on yesterday (20.11.17) in kovilpatti bsnl office by a person namely mr. Mani who is responsible for linking aadhar number with bsnl mobile number.
On 20.11.17 i had been gone to kovilpatti bsnl office to link my bsnl mobile number [protected] with aadhar number, to link my aadhar number i had been waited for more than one hour, the concern person of linking aadhar number was not in his seat from the morning itself, along with me there were four consumers waited with me for link aadhar, no one employees responded when we asked, at last the concern person of linking aadhar card had arrived by 12.00 hrs.
When i asked that person for reason of delay, he just abused and behaved rudely and shouted at me, his irresponsibility behavior that i have never experienced before in my life ever. His behavior shows that as he is a govt. Staff, no one consumer can ask anything them when we suffered by them. I don’t think so this is not fair to deal the consumer like this manner.
Hence, i requested to trai to take necessary action against the person who behaved like this and make sure that this things should not be happened again to any one consumer. So that no more consumers would suffere by them again.

TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But Sir, It is very shocking and surprising for me that, again my number is deactivated on 6th December 2017 without even
informing me and without any valid reason. The DND complaint issue was already explained by me and
I understand that it was clear and solved.
I am a vodafone cosumer since last 10 years. I have a small business and the Mobile number is only way for
me to connect with my Business and friends and relatives.I am feeling cut-off from the rest of world. I am totally
failed to understand that why this is happening again and again.
I called Vodafone care [protected], they told me that they are not authorized to activate my number, and
I was advised to contact the Vodafone Store. When I contacted vodafone Store at Hojai, they informed that
they already know about the deactivation of my number, and in fact, they are being threatened by "higher ups"
to not to activate my number again.
Sir, I am totally clue less about what is happening here, and whether the Vodafone company have to right to
deactivate my number, without siting any reason and without even informing me?? Is it the way they treat their
loyal customers??
