I recharge daily one gb pack in tatadocomo but its not working data and customer care also not helping me to solve my problem now they not even accepting my calls also tata docomo is cheatting with me if they not have ablity to give daily on gb data then why they promissing to give daily data tata is a big frude company i lost my 230 rupees they are cheatting

    My vodafone post paid personal number is [protected] which i am using since last 10 years. Yesterday someone from trai informed me that my number will be bocked as there is a complaint that i am disturbed someone registered with dnd with calls.
    I am not dealing in telemarketting or any type of promotional activities. I only called the said number as it was displayed on a website and i enquired about the same. Is it a crime? I never repeatedly called that number in question.
    I am a small businessmen and the mobile is lifeline of my business. Even my family members are getting it difficult to contact me.
    Please restore my number as soon as possible. My mail add is [protected]@gmail.com

    My vodafone No. [protected] was activated on November 25, 2017. I am thankfull to you for that. My Service request number was [protected].
    But Sir, It is very shocking and surprising for me that, again my number is deactivated on 6th December 2017 without even
    informing me and without any valid reason. The DND complaint issue was already explained by me and
    I understand that it was clear and solved.

    I am a vodafone cosumer since last 10 years. I have a small business and the Mobile number is only way for
    me to connect with my Business and friends and relatives.I am feeling cut-off from the rest of world. I am totally
    failed to understand that why this is happening again and again.

    I called Vodafone care [protected], they told me that they are not authorized to activate my number, and
    I was advised to contact the Vodafone Store. When I contacted vodafone Store at Hojai, they informed that
    they already know about the deactivation of my number, and in fact, they are being threatened by "higher ups"
    to not to activate my number again.

    Sir, I am totally clue less about what is happening here, and whether the Vodafone company have to right to
    deactivate my number, without siting any reason and without even informing me?? Is it the way they treat their
    loyal customers??

    Hope, you will understand my problem and clear this issue once and for all.

      I have been getting calls on a daily basis from the customers of india mart.
      They have distributed my no. [protected] on there portal and getting more than 15 calls on a daily basis from there customers.
      Also getting calls from marketing agency selling airtel broadband from ‭+[protected]‬ and ‭+[protected].
      Kindly stop this as already dnd is activated on my no.

        I have ported this sim from reliance network to idea 4g network approx 45 days back.
        Today i am complaining this because i have gone fed up with this idea service and internet. This idea network not work. Proper at my house. I have mailed them thrice, had a word with their care person also but the issue has not gone resolved yet, i am facing net problem since i joined this network.
        Its my humble request to you that please allow my number to get port again in other telecom services, i really dont want to be a customer of idea co.
        Please be needful.

          I'm using jio fi device which has postpaid sim got from corporate. Initially jio gave me offer for 6 months post which it introduced new plan stating to pay 399 rupees to have the plan o[censored]nlimited calls and 1gb internet per day for 3 months. Now during the month of november, three months plan is over and when we try to recharge they are mentioning that there's rental amount that needs to be paid in addition to paying 399. Now what's the use to customer to pay both prepaid and postpaid amount to have single service, when already stated that 3 months is free if we recharge for 399.

          I'm unable to continue my services and jio is telling an amount for 3 months to retain and i'm not completely satisfied with their replies.

          I didn't get any updates on this but I'm still getting payment notification from Jio

            As per the offer, I recharged with 459 and then received a voucher of 50 rs, but that is all. No other vouchers were issued when addressed with Jio Customer Care, they said the voucher is available but the App does not show any vouchers. It appears they are cheating with the offer. I have screenshot showing no coupons added as promised. On top of that the customer support team also are not knowledgeable with the process. I tried contacting them 3 times through chat just to be informed the coupons are available and to check the coupons tab in the application to see nothing. Also, i had another issue where my addon was utizlied without my knowledge, just to know what happened to the addon i had to call customer care 3-5 times and still not get a logical answer.

              But my plan 349 with tax around 400 please explain and now my number was barred by you. Am asking explanation for this if you don't give proper response i never pay my balance.

                Sir. Mera naam mahadev hai, mera reliance postpaid (J&k) ka sim card hai. Usaka pichale mahine ka bill rs400 that, jab main bill online bharta hun to system except nahi kar raha hai. Kahi par bhi bill payment except nahi kar raha hai aur har mahine bill par penalty lagakar rs100 ka bill mail per bhe rahe hai.03/11/2017 se reliance ka network nahi hai ya permanent band ho gaya hai.                   I am using a vodafone post paid connection. I am under 299 plan. But most of the month they do cheating and generate bills from more than 500. i have paid all bills still they are rejecting my port request to other network. I paid entire amount in vodafone plus extra amount rupees 100 for port. But port rejected due to overdue payment. I don't how within 4 days i got rupees l50 due without using this network. I called to customer care service but no response they are saying that network not updated we can't give the reason for rejection.

                    2g internet service does not works, complains for are always tackled in talks&now they say they are helpless at because no net coverage in your area. Since years long time this problem exist. Because the towers fells short for service of provider, customers are being fooled and harassed by such. Hence the 2g data service should be considered and shut down.

                      I want to port my number [protected] from reliance to bsnl. But everytime i get rejection message from bsnl, that your port in request is rejected due to upc mitmatch. But everytime i give the correct upc. Please solve this issue.

                        Wish to inform that had gone for airtel broadband connection along with land line @ rs 4600 for 6 months and broad band data of 60 gb per month with a commitment of 40 mbps speed

                        After one month they have raised additional bill of rs 828 mentioning the same as gst charges which were not paid and the broad band speed provided is hardly 10-12 mbps

                        Further the consumption is hardly to the level of 60 gb but we get the mails from airtel that the data has been consumed in say 10-15 days

                        Earlier we were using hathway connection but 40 gb was working for entire month but in case of airtel almost 60 gb gets consumed within 15 days, as such they are not only cheating the customer by overcharging for what speed they have promised but also the meter of gb consumption runs very fast and end is that the customer ends up paying much higher

                        Kindly look into the same as by this the telecom company is making money by cheating the customer and not giving satisfactory services

                        In view of above would request kindly intervene and arrange for compensation for unsatisfactory services as well as not providing the speed for which they are charging

                              Airtel cheating customer by giving false information on website: international packs
                              (Complaint reference number which is pr[protected]
                              I was supposed to visit out of india on 11th november. I visited airtel website on 7th november and recharged for rs 3999 international roaming pack online on their website for my number [protected].
                              After sometine i was notified on sms that recharge has been done for some domestic roaming pack.

                              Thereafter i contacted airtel customer care who informed that the international roaming scheme had changed on 4th november but their website was not updated till 7th november.

                              Due to urgent travel i had to do international roaming recharge again separately on 11th november for rs 2998.

                              Now airtel customer care refuses to refund my amount of rs. 3999 to my bank account saying it is not possible. I also gave option to refund the amount in my airtel money account which is also refused by the company (Complaint reference number which is pr[protected].

                              As this is their company mistake, i ask them to refund my rs. 3999 to either my bank account or airtel money account. What to boast of india’s largest and fastest network if they cannot fulfill their existing customer needs and supportive on your own wrongdoings? To me it is equivalent to customer fraud (Duping money from customer through misleading information on website) and is subject to legal action.

                              I expect a speedy action on my complaint. Am i asking too much here?

                                    A pathetic behaviour by an kovilpatti bsnl staff

                                    Respected sir,

                                    I am rajagopal from chennai, this was very pathetic experience which i had on yesterday (20.11.17) in kovilpatti bsnl office by a person namely mr. Mani who is responsible for linking aadhar number with bsnl mobile number.

                                    On 20.11.17 i had been gone to kovilpatti bsnl office to link my bsnl mobile number [protected] with aadhar number, to link my aadhar number i had been waited for more than one hour, the concern person of linking aadhar number was not in his seat from the morning itself, along with me there were four consumers waited with me for link aadhar, no one employees responded when we asked, at last the concern person of linking aadhar card had arrived by 12.00 hrs.

                                    When i asked that person for reason of delay, he just abused and behaved rudely and shouted at me, his irresponsibility behavior that i have never experienced before in my life ever. His behavior shows that as he is a govt. Staff, no one consumer can ask anything them when we suffered by them. I don’t think so this is not fair to deal the consumer like this manner.

                                    Hence, i requested to trai to take necessary action against the person who behaved like this and make sure that this things should not be happened again to any one consumer. So that no more consumers would suffere by them again.

                                      I'm having jio network at valsad, gujarat.
                                      Since long we haven't network here inspite of having five towers by jio.
                                      As of now they are not working and we are harrased by the jio network.
                                      We've registered a complaint and they promise us to provide new tower for better communication within three months at nearby place of my residence.
                                      But what should i do till that..?
                                      Inspite of paying them i'm lost all the way.
                                      They are not answering me for my problem for not getting network but ask me to wait for three months for communication.

                                      I'm sending you the speed of network what jio providing us here.

                                      This is disgusting.

                                      Never thought about the hopeless and unreliable answer of my problem.
                                      Please get in to the matter and give me better network.

                                        I (Prachi investments pct ltd) hetal dinesh patel was having reliacen communication mobile number as [protected]. Now recently rcom has announced closure of telecom service so i had given application to port to vodafone. Person named swapnil chavan from vodafone kulkarni garden office visited our office on 30oct2017 for collection of documents for porting. Alldocuments with required prrofs was collected by above said person. Now this mobile number is not activated in my name but same is activate in the name of salma kanchi in satara.
                                        I was having mobile number [protected] form last several years and i have all proofs such as bills, bill payments through cheque book which i am attaching through this letter. Person form vodafone and vodafone has cheated with me so i request you to give my mobile number back to me.
                                        Above said number i had updated in banks accounts/aadhar/ etc. If any thing wrong happens than vodafone, executive from vodafone who collected forms and person in whose name number has been activated will be responsible.
