I (Prachi investments pct ltd) hetal dinesh patel was having reliacen communication mobile number as [protected]. Now recently rcom has announced closure of telecom service so i had given application to port to vodafone. Person named swapnil chavan from vodafone kulkarni garden office visited our office on 30oct2017 for collection of documents for porting. Alldocuments with required prrofs was collected by above said person. Now this mobile number is not activated in my name but same is activate in the name of salma kanchi in satara.
I was having mobile number [protected] form last several years and i have all proofs such as bills, bill payments through cheque book which i am attaching through this letter. Person form vodafone and vodafone has cheated with me so i request you to give my mobile number back to me.
Above said number i had updated in banks accounts/aadhar/ etc. If any thing wrong happens than vodafone, executive from vodafone who collected forms and person in whose name number has been activated will be responsible.

I kindly inform you that in my locality area we are facing slow internet speed more than 15 to 20 days.
My jio fii and mobile sim connection not working i face this problem i find that jio tower is too far from my location area and i recived low signals in phone and jio fii
The problem is worst between 8pm to 11 pm sometime 3pm to 5pm at my location the speed is 05kbps to 20 kbps where there are airtel internet is more stronger than jio nowdays we are face this problem with jio network why we recharged and continue with jio when speed and internet is so poor..
I kindly request you to please improve speed of internet with more tower i think the nearby tower are fully overloaded..
Kindly improve there are thousands of jio coustmer of jio is suffering from slow internet..

In spite of our regular correspondence airtel is not incorporating our gst no. 08aapfs0914e1z8 in our bill of mobile no. - [protected], [protected].

We had sent require papers on there demand no of times

Dear sir,

It is regrettable that gst number in our ([protected], [protected]) both mobile numbers are not being incorporated. We have already sent our gst number, pan number & registration number many a time.

We could not understand why so much correspondence is needed for such a simple matter.

It is therefore humbly requested to please incorporate gst number in next bill, otherwise we shall forward this matter to next authorities and also claim benefit in previous bills.

I am having bsnl land line since last 25 yrs and timely pay all bills. Howe since last 3months my line mix up with another lines and it's really painful to me. I have already log so many complaints regarding this matter how ever not received any prompt response and proper service. Need your interviane. Bsnl wll no.[protected].

I have been using airtel mobile service since few years. Recently i am using a data plan of daily 1gb 3g/4g data limit upto 70 days. Unfortunately the airtel service provider is deducting more data than actuslly i am using. I complained for that the service provider but they refused this. So i am requesting your authority to varify truethnessof my complain and tske necessary action against the service ptovider

I am an airtel post paid customer, cell no [protected], my billfor the month of october2017 was rs1059 but one lac five tousand got debited from my account while paying through airtel app on 30th october. My complaint no is 80659807, i am pursuing this issue with them but they are not responsive till now. Sir kindly look into it. Thanking you sir.

I recently ported my mobile number from vodafone to airtel and i think i made mistake. Call quality is very bad and 95% of time i am not able to make calls or understand what other person is speaking. Now i want to port my number froms airtel to idea but i was told it cannot happen before three months. Waiting for three months to port the number is impossible.

Please provide approval to port the number.

I m using jio service provider last few months i m facing calling, network and net speed problem in maharashtra and mumbai circle and i did so much complaint in jio customer care service. But my problem was not solve. And customer support give me answer i[censored] have problems in whenever you go in mumbai circle that you call me and register your complaint about in mumbai circle.

I am using a prepaid number of airtel since last 8 years. On 15th november 2017 at 5pm my mobile number went out of service. I rushed to airtel store and asked about my number not working, the airtel employee said the number which i am using has been transferred to another person.

By requesting a lot i got the know that the person has given in written that he is my friend and i have no objection if he transfer my sim card on his name. On the other hand i am totally unaware about this situation and who that person was. Now i am traing to get back my sim number but since 16th november airtel has given me a sim card whose service is not started yet.

Kindly help me in getting my number back and take strict action against such liberal activity happened.

We recieved a call from [protected] on today at 12.04 pm and a lady named tanya sharma offered me for rebbok company seven accessories with one smart phone samsung prime in only 7000 rs but i m not accept her offer and requesting her plz dont call me in future otherwise i make complaint against her than she reply kr lo kuch nhi hoga.

I am fed up because of idea prepaid services most of the time i am tried to call idea customer care number but call not connected most of the time automatically service activate in my number without my permission because of this on daily basis balance deducted,
Most of the time i had massage to idea services but not response services not stop that is reason daily balance deduction from my idea prepaid card

We at ashiana utsav bhiwadi (Sr citizen complex) are having more than 350 mts landline/ internet connection. Said services are down since 15 nov 2017. Despite our best effort we are unable to get these services. Being all resident senior citizen they are totally dependent on these services. Now it is very difficult for them to contact even with their next of kin.
We retest trai being apex authority in telecom sector to intervene in the above matter asap.

Dear sir / madam this is to inform you that i mr jaydeep mitra, resident of dum dum kolkata, am having mobile number [protected] from mts service provider. That all of sudden i was informed on 02.11.2017 mts network became rcom network and mts cdma service would close on 30.11.2017. Thereafter on 03.11.2017 an sms was sent from rcom stating said number must be ported into rcom 4g or customer choice network along with port code number sent on the same day whose validity ends on 18/11/2017. Hence i did apply mnp using given port code into jio 4g service on 08/11/2017. But porting facility has not been successfully completed so far till date (17/11/2017). It is observed mts is not co operating for porting whereas jio 4g has done all legal procedure from there end.

I am worried in this regard and became hopeless to start my 8 year old number [protected] under jio 4g service. The said number is very much essential as because it is used and mentioned in many official purpouse.

Therefore i hereby request you to look into the matter and do the needful

I have been using vodafone for 1 month and i must say it is poorest service i have ever seen... Every time my phone signal shows no service... And i cannot make calls in when it's so important... Also i have contacted customer service care so much they behave vet rudely only say two words... Sir just switch off and on yourmobile network. Which keeps me so depressed... So sir i request so you kindly acknowledge my problem and resolve my issue

I, brajesh kumar, gaya (Bihar) used aircel no. [protected] from more than 4 years. I activated dnd services on 04.08.17. My ncpr reg. No. Is s[protected]. After that aircel have sent vas messages/call and activated automatically servives and cut my a/c balance of rs. 30 on dated 17.11.17. Today i called in customer care on no. 198 for complaint but they said yourself activate. It's wrong and customer care rude behaviour with customer. You have seen previous complain mail on dated 08.09.17 attached with this mail. That time three times cut my balance. When i complain then only one time return balance.
So kindly requested to solve above problem of aircel rude services.

Arrange to get me ported the number [protected] at my residence at ahmedabad. For which i have already requested and got jio sim for that number. [protected]current contact

Sir i brought a idea sim last year number ([protected]) with my aadhaar card[protected] address of aadhaar is from uttarakhand and i brought sim from rajasthan.

Now there is problem coming to link my aadhar no to mobile no aadhaar linkage agent don, t know how to link aadhar because sim is from rajsthan circle and aadhar o[censored]ttarakhand residense

Myself raghunathan residing at trichy am using vodafone fur last 1year if i am not wrong. From the day i started using this service every three months some problem will come. Fur the last 10 days your data network is pathetic neither 4g or 3g both doesn’t work
Am using iphone 7 everytime it searches network nd my battery only getting drained no improvement in network coverage nd the greatest comedy when i tell this to your call centre people standard reply change mobile data network switch of switch on it will work some people to the extreme thy will say chennai number so you won’t get signal at rotn

Kindly take a first complaint of not publishing isd rates in airtel official website as per the trai guideline

As per the isd call rate @12/- and with umbrella pack @7/- per min, i have utilised 40 min for which charges should not be more than 1000/ — .

But the service provided is telling to pay 9500/ — as that is the amount they have charged for 40 mins of isd.
They have not disclosed any isd rates as per trai guidlines in their official websites nor they have communicate me via mail.

Currently they have bared my outgoing and harassing me.
I am ready to pay as per the actuals @7/- which was conveyed but they are not bothered to listen and justify

Please takes steps accordingly.
