It's has become intolerable now. Whenever we call other network customers before ringing we have to listen to the other network companies offer. Be it sorted, aircel, vodafone etc.
I might be calling due to some medical emergency or for help. Is it worth that i have to wait for the call to be connected after all those ivr offers. Please do something to stop this. As we the customers are pitched up.in case of sudden argent help due to the network providers negligence if something happens who will take the responsibility? Above all this network issues are always there. One cannot connect the other network customers at a go.

Please take necessary action so that we common people don't suffer.

    Sir, galaxy towers group give mi offer for installation of vodafone mobile tower on our land.. I had all ready paid 25000 rs for installation. Now company demand more amount regarding installation. Most important think this company give mi trai noc wit authorized signatory & stamp. So plz help mi & say this company authorized & approved by trai or fake

      This is with regard to the issue with idea cellular bill generation.
      There are 4 issues.

      1. I changed my bill plan which is not updated.
      2. The bill amount generated wrongly. Charges are put for incoming calls
      3. Raised issue couple of times. But no one is resolving the issue and closing my case with out my consent.
      Provided alternate number +[protected]
      4. Charging very high rates for international calls after taking advance.

      No one is willing to contact or address. The saddest part is that i cannot raise issues regarding billing from app or website using my account.

      They are telling lies that they contacted me. How can they contact me on disconnected number?

      I want to resolve the issue and no one from idea team is interested in resolving the issue.

      Now they disconnected my number without warning.

          Dear sir/mam,

          This is in reference to the complaint regarding promotional call to a dnd subscribed number. We highly regret the inconvenience caused and deeply apologized for the same.

          We would like to explain the incident in details, following lead was given to us from a third party/source and the same was telecallled by our executive mistakenly from the mobile number which belong to senior official staff.

          We had sacked the particular agent with immediate effect and also we had sensitized the complete staff over the same and such incident will not be repeated again.

          We would request you to kindly consider this justification from our side as due to this our complete business at halt and even 02 of the numbers ([protected] & [protected]) belongs the one of the owner of the company and that has also been disconnected along with the other numbers. These nos are attached with owner's bank accounts and credit cards due to suspention our whole business is on stack and not even able to made any transactions in our related accounts because otp will processed on these nos.

          Kindly unblocked above mentioned nos because no call was made from these nos and due to deactivation of these nos we are facing losses in our business on daily basis.

              Sir, i want to complain about airtel prepaid. I recharged my airtel number of 399 data pack where i got 1gb per day but they do some cheap tricks. Every data renew from next day there is a problem, if i don't use all my data in a day then it deduct from next day data. And it doesn't show the used data instant it shows after an hour. I have complained about this to airtel but they didn't see any thing wrong in it could you please help in this or am i wrong.

                  I am a jio subscriber num-[protected] while i dialing or calling to other network e. G airtel or voda or aircel etc they give add ivrs through advertise of their concern offers for a long 1 mint or 60 sec this feels very award. Because we may call for very urgent matter e. G some person got an accident meanwhile we suppose to inform their family about the scenario or call somebody who nearest to him or them. Which we unable to get them due to this advertise while dialing a subscriber, and this the reason we cant take any immediate action for this moment. So it is my request trai take an immediate decision that they shouldn't give any kind of offers during the call or dialing time. It is very serious and very important matter. Hope you understand what is the value of call.

                      Very recently my bsnl connection number has been changed to vodafone network connection without my knowledge and approvals.

                      Bsnl and vodafone networks neither intimated me about this change not sought any mandatory i'd proofs from me for changing the network.

                      By this, it is very clear that the network change happened illegally.

                      I kindly request to revert back my sim card connection from vodafone to bsnl.
                      I also request you take stringent action on these mobile network providers (Bsnl & vodafone) for this illegal activity.

                          Aircel subscribed unwanted pack on my number and 30 rs. Were deducted. On complaining, they told it cant be refunded because i complained after 24 hrs. I cancelled the pack after sending stop to their number. After one month, again they deducted rs 30, as soon as i saw the message, i whatsapped them the complaint. At that time, they responded that they will contact me during the daytime. Today when i called the customer care, they told that the pack is subscribed for more than 24 hrs... And they won't refund it. The manner in which the operator talked was highly disgusting.in addition, she was not ready to listen to the complaint also. Please look into the matter and help me get my refund from them.

                                When ever i try to make a call from my mobile, i am facing issue as server unreachable.
                                Network provider is bharati airtel.
                                Each time i should try for a minimum of 50 to 60 times to make a call.
                                Else need to remove the sim and try to make a call which is a not worthy everytime
                                I am losing lot of time daily because of this. Making a call is a small task for every one. But for me it's a very big task.. To connect to a call, i should keep on trying until it's get connected.in the busy schedules that we have everyday, one will not want to spend more time just to make a call. Think of a situation where a person needs an help, or a person somehow trapped by someone in an interior place, the only option that person will have is to inform someone by calling from mobile, if this is the case where server is not reachable all the time, how a person can atleast try to escape from that situation being harassed by other.

                                  2. My client in the month 07/2016 he had bill amount of rs.950/- and the said amount had been transfer through net banking
                                  3. My client had net banking in sbi, arasaradi and the amount of rs.9, 950/- had been transferred in fh[protected]/08/2016 to transfer inb mbs postpaid -[protected] fh16412169 transfer to [protected] oxigen services (India)
                                  4. My client had representation to refund the excess amount, you have not shown any positive sign to repay collected excess amount
                                  5. This has been brought to you number of time and you vehemently turn down the repay collected amount
                                  6. My client had sent notice through public grievance, and for which you have asked to submit bank statement and my client had submitted through me and there is no response with reference to my complaint to (Dotel/e/2017/19615 & dotel/e/2017/24512) i have received the complaint stating that submit the bank statement. I have already submitted the bank statement, and you have not taken any step till now to settle the excess amount paid by me. This show that you have vehemently turn down to settle the matter. So you are asked to settle the matter within 24 hours, i am constrained to legal proceeding in trai date of submission of bank statement; 23/06/17 bank statement submitted by from dawn india
                                  7. My client had not received the excess collected amount till now, and there is no other way, and asked me to make representation. I had made representation through public grievance on 23/7/17 & 01/08/2017

                                    On 4th november i got a sms from reliance that cdma service will be shut down by 30th november 2017 ; i should opt to port to network of choice.
                                    But my cdma service stopped from 7th november 2017. And i cannot contact their customer care.

                                        I'm having internet problem since five days on my aircel number ([protected]). I'm unable to use my internet. When i complaint it to aircel customer care, they told me to call 12889 for internet probles. But when i called there, a computerised voice said that 'our customer care executive call you in one hrs. But they didn't call, then i call back to customer care, there also a computerised voice is saying "our all executives are busy on another call plz call us later. This is happening from the first day. After the five days, i jst irritated from all this. So, finally i'm writing to you. Plz sir help me.
