Dear sir, /ma'am,
I'm having internet problem since five days on my aircel number ([protected]). I'm unable to use my internet. When i complaint it to aircel customer care, they told me to call 12889 for internet probles. But when i called there, a computerised voice said that 'our customer care executive call you in one hrs. But they didn't call, then i call back to customer care, there also a computerised voice is saying "our all executives are busy on another call plz call us later. This is happening from the first day. After the five days, i jst irritated from all this. So, finally i'm writing to you. Plz sir help me.

    I still had 8gb internet remaining with validity till 19th november. However, since yesterday, i can neither connect to mts network, nor contact mts customer care the only message i found was on mlife. Mtsindia.in site: sstl has been acquired by reliance communications limited (Rcom) by way of scheme of arrangement under section 391 to 394 of the companies act, 1956. Consequently, mts network is now rcom network and henceforth the customers can enjoy seamless 4g network of rcom. 8gb is a lot of internet.

    I need that, as i earn my money, every bit of it. Not steal like mts-rcom just did.

      My mother is using vodafone no [protected]. And my complain is that vodafone cut money from my account on regular basis, i tried to speak customer care so many time but no one could gave me genuine reason. It's happend more than 6 months.

      My reliacebroadband connection is not working and their customercare service is also not working since about 2 months .i have complained reliance nodal and appealauthority but their email id and phone number is not working .so i have complained in national consumer forum and their docket no is 466099
      For the past 2 days i am facing lot of call issues, when ever i am calling some people they can't here what i am saying.

          Dear sir.. I was complaint regarding network issue in airtel ltd... But till today they cannot taken any kinds of action...
          Then, i again call to airtel customer care and asking about my network issue and complaints regarding that and i also ask for my complaint number they don't have it...
          I think they cannot get it seriously..
          My humble request to you sir take necessary action on this...

          Also theire complaint number 198 don't have directly option to cummunicating with direct customer executive... I here customer is to confussed about it and... After all options trying then get a option to cummunicating with c /exe... So please sir take strong action on this matter.. I

            Ii am using a mts wi-fi usb dongle with 3g+ connectivity since last 3 years. I usually recharge it with a value of rs. 755 for 12 gb hi-speed connectivity with 28 days validity with data carrying facility. My last recharged was rs. 755/- on 18/10/2017 [validity upto 16/11/2017].

            However, since yesterday i. E 10/11/2017, mts has stopped data service. Even its customer care services are also out of reach. Severally i tried, but neither to log in mts data network nor to connect mts customer care service.

            During browsing i found a message that the telecommunication business of sstl has been acquired by reliance communications limited (Rcom) by way of scheme of arrangement under section 391 to 394 of the companies act, 1956. Consequently, mts network is now rcom network and henceforth the customers can enjoy seamless 4g network of rcom. However rcom never contact me in this regard to continue the service and i failed to recharge my mts data card from 10/11/2017. Since the service provider has stopped service within the validity period and if i failed to recharge in my data-card in due time i could loss my data balance of almost 102 gb. So it is your responsibility to help me for getting right service.

            You are therefore requested to take appropriate action in this regard so that i can avail my data balance and could get back the network connectivity.

Consequently, MTS Network is now RCOM Network and henceforth the customers can enjoy seamless 4G network of RCOM. 8GB is a lot of internet.

            I need that, as I earn my money, every bit of it. Not steal like MTS-RCOM just did.

              Dear sir/madam,

              This is surya prasad heading the vodafone number [protected] was facing problem from vodafone executives who are very irresponsible through the calls and even at the store as i am facing call failures from past 3 months and even after complaining them number of times none them responded and solved the issue. So i decided to change the network (Air-tel). So i applied my port last mid month but the port was rejected due to my outstanding bill and that was also the fault of vodafone executives as they mentioned me that your deposit money is with us and no need to pay the bill. So with the trusted words of executives i did not pay the bill and later the port was rejected.

              After the bill payment i again applied to the port and these guys were adding useless complimentary packs without notifying me and purposefully keeping the outstanding more. As i brought this conversation through mail to the vodafone care (Nikhil) but still they are activating the packs unnecessarily. Three times the port was rejected. And when am calling customer care they are keeping me hold for mins together without any response.
              As am having strong backup regarding the calls and mails so i hereby strongly decided to put a case in consumer court.

              Now few mins back i had the conversation with one of my colleagues he mentioned me and spoke high about that trai and told me that they can only help me in solving this issue or else later we can approach to court.

              Vodafone is cheating the customer by activating the plans without notifying the concern person.
              Even am not able to use my data which is included in the pack. As this was earlier mentioned to vodafone customer care but there is no response.

              With all due sir/madam kindly help me in solving the issue.

                  Today 11/11/17 i went to airtel store named Techno shop, shop no 6, manas cooper society, Airoli sector 6 for MNP from reliance to airtel for which they took rs 200 from me for 2 sim cards. He himself accepted that for all he is taking rs 30 but for reliance customer he is charging 100 rs without any offer or balance.

                  In India many complain are being done by customer but no action are taken against operators but i am hopeful that TRAI will take strict action against these culprits who are charging heavy to normal people.

                  Hoping that my complaint will be noted and action will be taken.

                    I had requested to port my two mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. Almost two weeks have been passed and reliance has still not released the numbers. I have paid extra one month regular bill usage for one post paid, in effect the account has rs.1000 extra if they settle the account. On the prepaid there rs. 100 balance, just in case. Still there is no response from the reliance. The network is not working from almost 10 days. I am loosing money and calls because of this.

                    Why trai can't take over this porting when reliance is simply flouting rules without any empathy for customers?

                    Please do the needful and help customer restore their mobile services.

                      Our's is an educational institute at Mysuru. Telephone no. is[protected] Our complaint no. is 89911724/07.11.2017. We are continuously contacting the service person but they are not responding. Because of this our all online works are held up. We have 4 connections in our campus. Kindly solve our problem. We are lodging complaints 3-4 times in a month. Always they are telling cable problem. Every time they are replying they are solving the problems. but they don't take any interest in solving the problems immediately. All our school works depends upon network . Always Government asking us to upload the students details in online. but we are facing the same problem. Govt. is not ready to listen our complaints.

                          I tried to port a reliance postpaid connection to vodafone. But 1901 responds insufficient balance & even after paying all reliance postpaid bills as on date.

                          There is no tower signal nowadays.

                          There is no reliance customer care to contact (Voice / chat / email nothing works). Even all the reliance retailers moved to other service providers & they are not ready to answer for this. Vodafone is not able to answer why such a response is received from reliance porting & they were not be able to port the number.

                          As a 12 years reliance customer, i got a very good credibility over this.

                          I don't know whether trai understands these situations, but in their website we realize they wont look for individual customer complaints. I believe trai was supposed to instruct reliance that they should have customer service & signals until the porting happens for a grace period.

                          31st dec is the grace period for porting, but it is being useless without getting signals.

                          Practically, can you answer a village reliance customer can travel to mumbai in order to get a porting sms.

                          If trai can't answer this, i don't know the responsibility of such regulatory on board.

                            I have vodafone post paid connection no. [protected] but due to aberration in bill service was suspended from september 2017 and in the month of october i have paid the full amount and on 06/11/2017 i visited b. B. D. Bag dalhousie store but mr. Dipyen roy refused to make plan change and for which i visited again on 07/11/2017 and was forced to pay rs 10/-in post paid account and rs 85/- as first recharge, but kindly note that as i am a existing customer so the question of first recharge can not arise when i am changing plan from post paid to pre paid, so kindly instruct vodafone to credit the amount rs 10/+rs 85/- by way of talk time in my mobile no. [protected].

                              I applied for number portability ([protected]) on 30/10/2017 from tata docomo to airtel. I took airtel sim on 30/10/2017. Tata docomo signals disappeared in the night of 03/11/2017 but airtel is unable to provide the service. Airtel customer care is responding that this no. Is not in their database, plz contact to your prev. Operator. Tata docomo customer care is also responding the same as this no. Is not in their database.

                                  Message : -
                                  Technical pick - saibaba (Bse code: 538557) buy @ 22.05 target 42 - 54 for 20 days. Sl 21 trade qty 5000. Refer disclaimer call generated by angel broking arq

                                  On searching the internet, i could get the senders info only as service provider as airtel, delhi.

                                  I am regularly flooded with such messages from other bulk sms providers
                                  Like md-stkgru, ad-wlgain, ad-kotaks, etc., even though my number is registered for blocking unsolicited commercial sms and calls. As the senders' number is not available, i am unable to block such smses.
                                  I do not want to receive such smses.

                                  Kindly take action on such senders and enable to block such bulk sms senders. If that is not possible, kindly inform me the method to block such smses.

                                    When i get a postpaid connection from vodafone they have asked me to pay security deposit of inr.300, and they clearly stated that they will refund my amount once we exit from postpaid. After one year, recently i migrated to prepaid within vodafone, and when i asked my security deposit, they said that you will receive cheque within 45 days, and same was mentioned on my bill receipt of every month, but 4 days ago they recharged my number with that security deposit without informed and when i call customer care they did not accept my complaint and they said go and ask in your local vodafone store, and i went to store they argues with us and irresponsibly said that we changed our policy we wont refund we, do recharge with that amount into your mobile number, but i do not want any recharge, i need my amount in form of money, not in form of recharge. This is completely cheating, trai kindly please help in this issue.

                                    when i get a postpaid connection from vodafone they have asked me to pay security deposit of INR.300 against mobile number: [protected], and they clearly stated that they will refund my amount once we exit from postpaid. after one year, recently i migrated to prepaid within vodafone, and when i asked my security deposit, they said that you will receive cheque within 45 days, and same was mentioned on my bill receipt of every month, but 4 days ago they recharged my number with that security deposit without informed and when i call customer care they did not accept my complaint and they said go and ask in your local vodafone store, and i went to store they argues with us and irresponsibly said that we changed our policy we wont refund we, do recharge with that amount into your mobile number, but i do not want any recharge, i need my amount in form of money, not in form of recharge.This is completely cheating, TRAI kindly please help in this issue.

                                      Trai is the governing body for the telecom operators, yet it is immune and ineffective while tackling relaince telecom. The customers are on the verge of losing their primary numbers and trai is simply so callous and insensitive. It has the authority to take action against this rogue company which is not releasing the numbers of the customers interested for porting, yet trai is really not doing anything substantial. Where does the customer go now to save his number? Trai is seriously requested to take actions against relaince immediately.

                                      Even i am facing the same. I am using reliance communication mobile number since 2002 and now when i went to port with JIO my request for porting rejected by reliance. Actually my bill due is -64.00 that means they have to pay me back. even sent mail to reliance communication but no reply

                                        Sir, i have been receiving sms from websites like ad-indbuy, ad-viacap and several others like this advising to buy so and so shares etc. Every day the same messages have been pouring from the above users to my mobile without my intervention.

                                        It is really a irritating and i don't even trade in share market. This is in spite of registering for "don't not disturb" with my service provider.

                                        Kindly help me out on this.
