4g connection is supposed to give at least 45 mbps speed.
Jio 4g connection never gives that speed. Curently the speed has come down to download 3 to 4mbps and upload speed of 1.3 to 3 mbps.
Has trai allowed this kind of speed approval to companies?
Will trai take severe action again mukesh ambani's reliance jio?
As a proof i have attached 2 reports (Attached reports are dated 4.11.2017 around 6pm). These reports are generated on the jio recommended mobile app called "netvelocity". I can demonstrate such a speed when required. But for safety reason i can do so in front of media, also public and in presence of police.

    Reliance gsm has been shut down and we are left nowhere with a dead sim. All my contacts are trying to call me but are unable to reach me due to this.

    As my sim has no network now, i am unable to log a port out request and due to which i am not able to port to any other network. I really need this mobile number [protected] of mine.

    Help from your side will be appreciated.

      I have balance of 5500 rs in my reliance gsm in odisha bhubaneswar, now the company stops its service in odisha and outgoing facility stopped, and for port purpose massage is coming also customer care number did not work. Kindly help in this regard. How i get back my money please do the needful.
      Such kind of decision by the company without considering the public opinion and enough time.

        Hi, i am using reliance postpaid gsm number. I have paid 6-month rental in advance while purchased in june. The reliance has stopped operation from gujarat suddenly. I don't have any message or phone from the company on 30th september 2017. I am a doctor and have many calls from patients, which all affected due to such unresponsible behaviour of the company.


        I want to switch to another operator but i don't have the network in mobile, customer care number is not working, all stores have been closed overnight.

        I have sent a porting request, which was rejected twice stating pending dues. I don't have any pending dues with reliance as i have already paid 6 months advance rental, since the stores, customer care all closed, how to know the amount and reason for such rejection? But as i don't have time and to activate number is the priority i have paid rs 100 to get relived but still the problem remains. How to solve this. The validity of porting code is also expired and how to get new porting code?

        How a trai can allow such a sudden discontinuation of operation without any information and notice. No print media advertisement or helping customer to switch to another operator. Since last 35 days, i have wasted so much time and also have so much mental and business disturbance due to this.

        Please take appropriate action against company. There are so many customers like me, who are suffering due to sudden stop of operation. Atleaset they should provide some time and support to switch to another operator.

        Please help in getting port code and reason for rejection of port request due to pending dues.

        Please take action in priority as my number is not working since last 35 days.

          My jio no +91-[protected] of rs.459/- plan
          Recharge on 19oct.17, but after last five days the internet data is reduced faster than what i using.
          Before last six months its happened.
          Its happen only after recharge the plan rs.459/-.
          I have already clear all search history on all whatever sites i use.
          I suggest take strong action against jio company & do needful.

            I have ported from airtel to idea. Though i have paid bill when i was using airtel's services all the services on my idea number is stopped

            Since i was not aware of that i have to submit the receipt without informing me all the services are stopped. Out going is blocked, internet is blocked.

            Now though i have submitted the receipt to idea store and even mail i have sent from my mail, the idea services are not starting.

              Dear sir,

              I have made several requests of "port xxx..." to 1900 from my reliance number, but i am yet to receive a code for going ahead with the porting. I am scared that if this doesn't happen in time before reliance shuts all its operations i may lose this number and this number of mine is linked everywhere for me including my aadhar. Plz help.

                I have recharge for rs 349 which was for free local plus std calls but while i called my main balance get deducted. So i called customer care with charge of 50 ps. She gave me info that this free minutes will not applicable in roaming. I said ok i was unaware of that info n there nowhere mention that info on online. Still i am ok with this trouble. But she didn't listen me i said transfer my call to your senior i want my money back because i didn't use single minute or data from that plan. But she forcefully cut my call.
                I just want my money back because i didn't use any of it.

                    Since aadhar phone linkage is mandatory i needed to change ownership of my sim to my wife's name since she's using the sim for several years although it's registered in my name. Vodafone refuses to change ownership unless i convert my prepaid number to postpaid. Can they force me to change to postpaid. Is this not against government directives? Please advice.

                      I have been using jio sim from nov 2016. Initially my mobile network was good. But as soon as free service terminated in march 2016. The net speed gets lower than earlier. Also there is continuos problem of call drop.

                      "reliance jio infocomm ltd." pretends to give 4g speed but actually they are not achieving even 2g speed now.

                      Its humble request kindly resolve the matter at the earliest please.

                        Not getting reliance network in my phone from last 2 days. I am unable to receive and send messages and calls. I went to reliance store they said "didn't work reliance official portal site properly last 4 days" and cant possible to accept port massage also, i linked this mobile number to adhaar card and bank, so can't receive any opt. I sent 2 mail to customer center, no reply, at least if they give port code, we can port and we can change another provider, @trai please involve this public issue and help in this matter

                            Yesterday as on 1 nov 17, i did not get otp number and did not receive call so i checked at all and went to showroom where is shut down and suddenly, i got information that reliance communication has been shut down and the company did not inform by attention or alert sms. I did not get any big announcement from them.. Today, i tried calling customer care but failed to receive them and no service available. How to resolve for porting because port is not working. I want this number lifetime.

                            I found sms of 30 Oct 2017 that Reliance itself sent porting request code number into my mobile number from 1901 and again also got sms from the same on 4th nov 2017 itself so I did port for mnp into idea so please check the date if you got the porting request sms from 1901. If porting request number did not get in sms, try on customer care- 18001234567 through any telecom company. It is linked with vodafone so they will guide how to send port number via anyone of your friends or relative's vodafone number to 9167500500 / 199 and type as (UPCN)space(Reliane Mobile Number)space(State Code) as UPCN 0000000000 MH . Customer care says that the code number will get after 48 hours so try on it by all. I got information that Reliance GSM mobile numbers can be ported upto 12 lacs and it is already packed up so we have to convert into vodafone for postpaid plan and after 3 months, it can be changed into prepaid after applying form of postpaid to prepaid.

                              Hi, i am a reliance customer and it was working well before 2-3 days. From 2-3 days no connection is coming to my reliance gsm sim. I am not even able to connect to any other network also. My all credit cards and otp comes to this number.
                              How can reliance shut the services without informing customers? It is time you should take some action against defaulters. It is their company but we have invested our trust in the company by buying their services. I am not able to do any transactions and it is causing a lot of inconveniences.

                              I contacted customer care center. They are telling that they can't connect to executive because of emergency. Which emergency is going on? I want to know that.

                              Now, it is trai which can solve our problems. Kindly solve it and we will thank you full heartedly.

                                Hello,

                                For my idea postpaid connection which is having 4g sim. Whenever i receive a call or when i dial a voice call from my idea network at the end of the call they will deduct some of my data even though i have not switched on my data for last 3 days.

                                I have complained no of times for the same and there is no response or resolution of the same from there side. I have sent 43 mails for the complain along with the screenshots of deduction of the same.

                                Today, i have received a call from there side stating that since its 4g network we will deduct data which is very nominal. The response is really shocking.

                                I would request the trai to look into the matter which will help me to save my data and hard earned money for which they are taking away.

                                  I went to airtel relationship center (Kr puram, next to traffice police station, bangalore 36) on 22nd oct. I made a request to convert my postpaid to prepaid.
                                  They told that my security deposit will be adjusted with 19th oct postpaid bill amount and i need not pay the bill.

                                  They gave me a 4g prepaid sim [protected] [protected].

                                  Its been more than 10 days but still my postpaid connection is active and prepaid in not yet activated. I raised a complaint 55086404 on 24th oct. It was closed without resolution and i did not receive any call from them. Today again i raised a complaint 80742070 because my due date for previous month bill is approaching and i will not be able to pay the amount because the delay is from your side.

                                  Why are you providing such pathetic customer service airtel?

                                    Hi team, reliance communication is not sending / we are not getting response to port sms sent to 1900 from reliance number since 30 oct 2017.

                                    Due to this i am stuck and hence cant proceed with porting request to other operator.

                                    Need your kind and immediate action in this matter. This is a discontinuation of service and not acceptable.

                                    Is it possible to opt out of rcom with old porting code which was valid till 27 oct 2017? Need your help.

                                      I am the subscriber for reliance communications mobile number [protected] and all of a sudden my services were withdrawn by reliance and i am unable to make any call nor able to receive since a month.

                                      In between some time calls are being materialized and the operator is confusing us whether the operator is existing or not we do not know.

                                      Due to such confusion we have paid bill twice.

                                      In this regard the following relief i am seeking.

                                      1. For withdrawing the connection abruptly without any formal intimation and time i may be paid a sum of rs.1.00 lac
                                      2. For the inconvenience created to me in contacting my family and other friends and business calls etc., i am at loss hence another 1.00 lac has to be charged on the operator for unilateral actions.

                                      I request you to kindly do the justice in this regard.

                                        I have received a sms from ad-indbuy on[protected].
                                        Message : -
                                        Technical pick - saibaba (Bse code: 538557) buy @ 22.05 target 42 - 54 for 20 days. Sl 21 trade qty 5000. Refer disclaimer call generated by angel broking arq

                                        On searching the internet, i could get the senders info only as service provider as airtel, delhi.

                                        I am regularly flooded with such messages from other bulk sms providers
                                        Like md-stkgru, ad-wlgain, ad-kotaks, etc., even though my number is registered for blocking unsolicited commercial sms and calls. As the senders' number is not available, i am unable to block such smses.
                                        I do not want to receive such smses.

                                        Kindly take action on such senders and enable to block such bulk sms senders. If that is not possible, kindly inform me the method to block such smses.

                                        Same here, my telecom provider has said that they cannot do anything in this matter as I have subscribed to such message from some third party website. But as far as i remember i have not subscribed to such.

                                        How can someone trace such sender and block them?
                                        This Hari From Hosur. Am also facing same issue, per day atlease 20 SMS are coming from IND-BUY. Am really frustrated. TRAI should take action an this, since i had enabled DND i should get this messages.
