My reliance gsm no. [protected]. I have sent message couple of time to 1900 for generating upc code 9portability) but not getting any revert. Now my all incoming and outgoing calls and messages reliance has stopped. Rcom announce that reliance is permanent close from 30-nov.2017 but from last few days my this number getting shut down by company m suffering lot of problems like not able to make net banking transactions, not getting messages and call etc, request help me to resolve my porting issue immediataly

    Sir, my father phone number is [protected]. This number's outgoing services has been shut since 24 oct 2017. On contacting customer care services it is said that the number is used in telemarketing. But the fact is this number is a personal number owed by my father and which he use in his cement trading buisness. You can check the phone details too. This number is his 10 yrs or more than that older number using since then. On visiting there store they told us that it is blocked by trai. Plz help us in this matter.

      Respected sir,
      Reliance rcom had shut down its all network in barshi town 413401, dist solapur, maharashtra, without any pre-initimation. As i am a retailer, all customers are coming to shop keppers to have a solution, but there is no solution. Employees of reliance are not giving any response.
      Numbers of customer are facing tremendous problem as they are not getting porting code to port out.
      Sir please see at this problem as the customer are not getting any call due to network.

          The above mentioned no. Was a corporate connection in which we had activated a plan of 499 but on 6th oct vodafone changed the plan from 499 to 999 without any prior intimation and confirmation. We are really sick and tired of vodafone. Also when we wanted to change this cocp no. To ioip then vodafone took 19 days to process the request that has a tat of 5 days and that too after rigorous follow up. I would like to request you to take some strict action against vodafone so that they do not harass any other customer in future like this.

            Hi, i have been using airtel landline from more than 15 years.
            From past few months airtel is charging me for customer care numbers (Uan) starting from 1860xxxxxx under a tag of premium numbers. However, the charges are for a local call.

            I am having unlimited calling plan with unlimited free local & std calls.

            My complaint is when airtel is giving me unlimited plan why they are charging for such numbers additionally when they are treated as local calls.

            I am also having vodafone postpaid and tried it in other service provides having unlimited calling plans, no operator is charging separately for such numbers. Only airtel is charging for them explicitly in unlimited calling plans.

            I tried to complaint airtel customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority but they are unable to share me any such trai guidelines for charging such numbers to customers. They also was saying that we are airtel and its their business guidelines to charge for such numbers.

            May i know from trai, if there is any guidelines to charge for such numbers in unlimited calling plans? Why companies like airtel is charging explicitly for such numbers in unlimited plans.

            Please help.

                I have observed few problem which needs to be resolve
                Wrong recharge: either recharge to wrong number or different domination should be refund even single rupee (Including first recharge any or tariff) its hard eared money
                Tariff: tariff should be clear should not be hidden any think means to it should be transparent
                Vas service: hardly any person using value added service so its better to activate vas trough recharge or at least one time password (Otp) to activate vas.
                Balance deduction: amount should be reserve for talktime only, should not deducted if data pack got empty. Better ask permission to access data over remaining fund. Usually company run trough balance amount once data pack got expire.

                  I have recharged my number with rs.399 which is a vodafone number. But instead of adding it as main balance they are giving me flex balance which is nothing but farce. I repeatedly contacted via email with vodafone customer service. But they are constantly diverting the matter. They simply refused to give the money as main balance. They are giving flex balance which can be checked by one number which can't be accessed.
                  I fear that this is simply a kind of robbery.
                  As a simple customer vodafone are cheating with me.
                  Please take necessary action.

                    My airtel number [protected]. Airtel suddenly blocked my account sms bank. Customer care told me that i was activated dnd. But i am not sure. Sms is also coming on my phone randomly. Please slove my problem. Because i face many problems. Airtel not taking care of my problems airtel told me that i was activated dnd service. But i am not activeted dnd. I have not many times to go to bank and activate my phone number for banking purposes.

                      Dear sir, i already register my mobile number +91 [protected] with dnd service. But still hdfc telecallers are harassing me by loan offer calls and some time they using badwords too.
                      Hear i mention number +91 [protected]. I receved last call from this number and he was do misbehaving with me and using badwords too. Why trie is fail to stop this type of nonsense persons.? Please do somthing agaist telecallers they done too much harassment.

                        Sir i am a existing customers of bsnl. When i recently recharge my number with a pack of 429. Which has offering 1gb 3g data daily. After i recharge i found there is no network available for browsing the internet... Then i call customer care lodge a complaint... They were solve this problem... But still this matter is not solved... Like me there is many others who face the same problem... All money for this recharge goes in waste... Please take action against this type of frauding.

                          Activation charge (Rs. 50).
                          Finally i'm asking bill-but they didn't given.

                          Why should they asking money, any why they are not a given bill.

                            I am getting threat calls from idea legal cell chandigarh-[protected] and ms. Radhika has threatened for legal action for non payment of dues however i have requested her to kindly send me the bill for the same by any means to me so that i can review and pay my dues immediately as it is delayed at my end only due to non intimation because when i have port my number i have made extra payments than my outstanding. She has harassed me by not giving bill and mounting unnecessary pressure to pay the dues. How can i pay my dues without any detail. We men have also some dignity and who gave women right to harrash men without any reason.

                              After obtaining upc on 17.10.2017, i applied for porting my number [protected] from reliance gsm to airtel on 17.10.2017 itself. The receipt message was also sent by airtel on 17.10.17. Since my number was not ported till 30.10.17, on enquiry i was informed that it has not been ported on some technical grounds. Thereafter i sent number of messages on 1900 i. E trai for another upc on 30.10.2017 and 31.10.2017, but i was not issued revised upc message. Kindly direct airtel to port my number or expedite issuing me revised upc

                                I have an old Airtel number- [protected]. Some years ago I changed my job and had to port my number to Idea since working at a hospital requires phone connection. So idea has been my service provider for the last 3 years.
                                1. i was out of the country from April 2017 to october 2017.
                                2. I went to the IDEA CELLULAR store in pune on east street, and asked them to put my number in safe custody for 6 months.
                                3. I filled the form for safe custody for 6 months and was charged Rs 150.
                                4. When I came back to pune and asked them to restore my connection, they told me that my number was disconnected.
                                5. When asked why, they said they had charged me Rs150 for 3 months only.
                                6. My receipt no is[protected]. Dated 6/4/201.
                                7. They told me that I should know what the charges are.
                                8. I told them that they did not give me any information.
                                9. When I asked them to restore my connection they made me fill out an application and submit it and then did nothing.
                                10. When asked again what they were doing about my number, they told me to go back to Airtel.
                                11. Airtel on Dhole Patil road in pune, made me run to them for 2 weeks everyday and did nothing.
                                12. They told me that their people had not released my number as yet even thought it was available.
                                I have been running around and I am fed up. This amounts to harassment both by Airtel and Idea cellular. I want strict action to be taken.

                                  I am idea prepaid customer since last 13 years. Usually customers see the amount and days while recharging. Idea has given confusing and cheating unlimited recharge packs. I selected their national special tariff rs. 392 unlimited pack for 70 days through idea website. I started using the pack. After 14 days, i got message that my balance is too low to call. It was just rs. 0.37. I tried to call idea customer care but this balance was not sufficient to call them. Immediately i recharged again with the same pack for rs. 392 and called to idea customer care. They told that it is applicable for the new handsets after 1st september. I requested the representative to revert that amount to my account. I will select the lower pack for rs. 198/-which is suitable for me. Idea did not reversed it.
                                  Complaint:
                                  The recharge packs are totally confusing.
                                  It should not allow the customer to select the pack through their internet if it is not applicable to the customer.
                                  The amount should be transferred to customer account f customer selects wrong pack and informs to idea customer care.
                                  Customers get confusing available balance message for the low amount. Customer should get message with the new available balance.
                                  If the customer recharges the pack before expiring the existing pack, the remaining balance should get credited to the customer account like dish tv packs.
                                  Idea is collecting huge amount by cheating the customers in this way.
                                  Trai should send notice to idea to provide how much such amount idea has collected before expiring the existing recharge pack.
                                  Idea customer get confused and recharge before expiring the existing recharge pack and earning huge amount by confusing, & cheating the customer.
                                  Please get data from idea about how much such amount they have collected from customer before the existing pack get expired.
                                  Please make rule like dish tv companies to keep the balance in customer's account it the customer recharge it before expiring the existing recharge pack and opt any suitable pack in future.

                                  This idea cellular deduct 35 rs from my account activate vas which I didn't know then I call 198 customer care 1 time they receive my call after that they disconnect my call then after I call 20, 25 times but they are always busy.

                                    This is to inform you that my relaince jio no.[protected] and alternative contact no. Is[protected]. As my service request id is sr00000e0z8z pending from 10 days.
                                    My internet was working everyday before 2 or 3 days of complaint locked date on the mentioned area of my residence of delhi, rohini sector 11 (E-1 block).
                                    But now its restricted by relaince company due to high usage or any other reason.
                                    So, if company is not able to provide service to me then why don't they will provide waiver of my recharge coupon or extend my duration of recharge validity. Further please ask them restore my internet asap..

I have not used my idea no from 25 sep. Onward, yesterday i have received idea bill of 817.60 rs. Idea service provider is forcing me for bill payment of 817.60 and say my no. Was not disconnected.

                                        I am heera jagadsih singh. My mobile number is [protected].

                                        I need your help. Airtel is providing me a poor internet connection.
                                        I given complaint on internet network to airtel but still now also the issue is not solved and there is no guarantee in future that the problem will resolve. More than 1 year completed still now there is no change in my problem. I have opted for 4g connection where as i am getting speed only 2.5kb/s. To open www.google.com it is taking more than 25 seconds. To open youtube it is taking maximum 35 seconds. To play a video it is taking more than 1 minute. The video will play for 2 seconds and it will buffer again for 30 seconds and it will play for 3 seconds. I am unable to do any updated from playstore because of slow connection. I spoke to airtel customer care team more than 30 times from past year. Everytime they convince me by saying that my problem will resolve in next 3 working days. Still now the problem is not resolved.

                                        I am using a wi-fi privately which is connected to laptop that i am paying every month 500rs where as he is providing me 2mbps and the speed in mobile is 780kbps but where as airtel is giving me only 2.5kbps.
                                        When ever i call 121 or 198. It says me that airtel is providing that highest network speed.
                                        Even though signal quality has also been came down.

                                        I need your intervention on it and i request to resolve my issue as soon as possible. Every time airtel customer care team calls me and gives me false information.
