I am reliance phone user [protected], had applied for port but not paid attention for it
I received a call from reliance executive on 9th september to start a new plan by advance payment of rs 1600/ for 4months i informed them that my present billing cycle is ending on 27th of the month. He insisted me to join the plan & pay money on 27th. I said ok. The same night my phone got disconnected. I inquired about it. I was told to pay rs 1600/ then your phone will be activated. I said that i am no more interested in new plan. He said nothing doing, pay money and then get your number activated. On 19th september, i paid 1590/ for new plan and again on 25th i paid rs412/ for my previous bill, i am receiving bills every month which is over and above rs500/. I have several times applied for port, but always ignored, my bills are exorbitant, informed them many times by calling, but nobody bothered.
Kindly help as i am not interested in continuing with reliance. My phone again is disconnected for non payment. What about my rs1590/ paid on 19th september

      Airtel network provider has transferred my prepaid registered mobile number to unknown person without my permission and without my knowledge. Please let me know what procedure for make complaint against airtel network provider. I am using [protected] number from past 4 years. On 03/10/2017 airtel network provider has blocked my number and transper my prepaid registered mobile number to unknown person as postpaid connection. Regarding the issue i spoke with airtel customer care executive officer but they replied me they don't have documents for issue and not registered case with regard to mobile number change. Kindly advice me regarding issue to get my number return back.

          Sir, i am jio user and i tring to connect a person who has idea sim card. When i am call with jio sim, they say out of coverage area. I have also idea sim card, when i am trying to call with idea sim card, they connect very easily. Sir, please solved this problem immediately. This issue fell no me only, felled by very much problem. If you solved this problem, i am thankful to you.

            Airtel up west is neither registering the complaints of their costumers nor do they provide any complaint number, hight of negligence is even appellate authority is not listening any way mobile number of the authority provided by trai always remain switched off. You can check by yourself number is [protected] of mr dixit. Even their is no option of complaining to trai directly.

              Since six days we are not gettting any of sun tv package in reliance digital tv which we have subscribed to. Nobody to listen to the complaint and the connection is abruptly cut off after getting our details. A number of attempts to contact them through their toll free no. Was of no avail. There was nobody to listen to the complaint and the connection is abruptly cut off after getting details of our card no. This is continuing for the past 5 days.
              In addition we have sent email msgs. To their official site and to their nodal officer (Nodal officer's tell. No. Mentioned by them is always engaged) for the past three days. Not a single acknowledgement so far.
              Thus all their communication channels are totally cut off. We hv no other alternative except to contact you.
              Since we hv paid fully (For six months) for the channels blocked by them without any reason or rhyme they have to pay back the amount for the channels blocked by them. They have earlier blocked bbc news also similarly.
              We don't know as to why they don't reply for any of our queries. Pl. Advice. Regards.

                And date 10/oct/2017 06:24:46 token no. 126 had visited your store at harendra/hitendra singh (Counter num b) after which i received 0% satisfaction reply but i have a lot of trouble after visiting…..
                When i call you, i have been wrongly spoken and talked quickly.

                  Hi team,

                  I have ported 2 tata docomo sims to airtel on tuesday 10th oct 2017 around 8:30 am ist. One sim was activated within few minutes and we were able to call or receive calls/sms. But for the other number incoming is not working (Neither call nor sms). It has been 3 days and the issue is not fixed. I have reached out to airtel customer care, store where i took the sim but no one fixed the issue yet.

                    Dear sir,
                    I had paid 349 rs prepaid recharge on date 12/10/2017 after saw the idea chart on my mobile, chart shows thagb unlimited local - std calls +1gb per day data 28 days 4g internet service provided by 349 rs, but after recharge by me i have received only free unlimited calls while chart is updated on 11/10/2017.
                    After that i call customer care service of idea, they misbehave me.
                    Plz help sir, it's humble request to u return my money.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I am using vodafone with [protected] number

                      Last night (10/10/2017) i recharge 349 pack but this pack is not use full to me so please deactivate this pack as soon as possible.

                      Vodafone representative give me wrong information because this pack is not valid in mumbai - virar - maharashtra. Today 11/10/2017 deduct my account balance from phone when i call.

                      And there is no intimation about roaming either sms or sign on phone.

                      So this pack is not useful to me so do the needful and give me my balance to me as soon as possible.

                      I am waiting your helpful response.

                      Also i am giving complaint to vodafone for the same.

                        Its been almost 3 months i am raising the complain to vodafone regarding the poor network of vodafone to my home address - vikrant, harkeshwari nagar nirmal kalamb road, tal vasai, dist palghar 401304. There was several complains however no one addressing the same.                             On 9/10/2017 i had an e recharge of rs 55 on my bsnl mobile number [protected]. I had obtained a sms stating that "[protected] has gifted you rs 50 on your mobile number. Reference no -2527410." but my balance is showing no increment. When i talked to the customer care number the corresspondent told me that there is no any transaction of rs 55. The transaction id told by the shopkeeper is [protected]. You are requested to look after the matter and resolve it as soon as possible so that i may enjoy the benefits of my recharge and my trust on the reputation of your problem solving capacity and that on service provider's authenticity should not fail.

                              In the age of digitalisation i m facing problems in mobile connection porting. Nt getting my number started by telinor from 15 days. Suffering a lot becoz of no. Closed. Requested to cancel the port request n airtel. My previous service provider should continue the same number.

                                Hi, i have ported my no. [protected] from reliance to idea as they offered me a plan with 1gb 4g data per day and unlimited calling. However, what i actually got was total 2g 1gb data valid till 16/10/2017. On inquiring with the customer care, it was told that idea don't provide service to mi redmi 4 handsets and i have to change the handset or move from mumbai to any other part of maharashtra in order to enjoy 4g services. I asked him to provide me with the complaint no. And he refused to take complaint and provide any complaint no..
                                I think customers are not aware on what frequency idea provide 4g services and being 4g handset they opt for idea services. Is it not ideas duty to inform customers or publish publicly that there 4g services are not available on certain 4g enabled handsets?
                                Please look into it and save customers from idea.

                                  I have been using airtel network for more than 5 years but now i am facing a lot of problem now. It's internet connection is not working properly and whenever i try to complain they disconnect my phone or put. Me on hold for long time. I ahve been facing this problem for last 1 and 1/2 month and tried to complain more than i times but never got a satisfactory reply or solution i need your help.

But after 18 month company change my plans company now charge 1.2 rppees per minute. I talk to company many time but they are not ready to heair anything.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        I am facing network problem with vodafone from last three months and first few initial call customer executive accepts they have some problems with some handset like moto-x apple.

                                        I have ask them to pay my bill because i am not getting signals most of the time, last two months they paid but now i raised for porting and ask them to settle my last bill as i am not getting proper service. I have to use multi phones to get signals.

                                        I have long conversation with nodal officers from vodafone and they are giving false reason like high rise buildings and all, in my family many people using vodafone and they have not facing this issue because there handset is different.

                                        Please do the needful and take necessary action against vodafone.
