I am reliance phone user [protected], had applied for port but not paid attention for it
I received a call from reliance executive on 9th september to start a new plan by advance payment of rs 1600/ for 4months i informed them that my present billing cycle is ending on 27th of the month. He insisted me to join the plan & pay money on 27th. I said ok. The same night my phone got disconnected. I inquired about it. I was told to pay rs 1600/ then your phone will be activated. I said that i am no more interested in new plan. He said nothing doing, pay money and then get your number activated. On 19th september, i paid 1590/ for new plan and again on 25th i paid rs412/ for my previous bill, i am receiving bills every month which is over and above rs500/. I have several times applied for port, but always ignored, my bills are exorbitant, informed them many times by calling, but nobody bothered.
Kindly help as i am not interested in continuing with reliance. My phone again is disconnected for non payment. What about my rs1590/ paid on 19th september
