My docomo no has been disconnected by airtel or docomo service provider due to unpaid bill payment

But i paid previous service provider

On 07 aug 2017 ported in docomo after that i recharge on that recharge is success full but on 13 oct 2017 first out going has been blocked after that incomimg and after that disconneted by docomo

So that due to my mobile no too much loss

    Hi,

    I got charged for 180 inr for the service videopind. This videopind service i never activated and airtel customer care saying this is activated through some website. I dont know how it can be activated without my permission. Still i never know what that service. When i asked customer care they are saying its some video service. Really i don't understand but when i google it all i can see videopind is fraud. When i asked customer care is this kind of services are allowed by trai and they replied yes.

    My request to trai. I don't know whether you people approved this or not but airtel is cheating the customer by activating automatically.

    This is kind of big fraud and this service charges are mentioned in my bill statement under the sms. They are intentionally hiding their fraud.

    Airtel playing fool with customers by charging amounts for unsubscribed services from customer end. They themselves subscribe without our knowledge, renew the service and also deactivates it.. Using a new way to take off customers money.. Such a fraudulent act.. Even the executives are not solving the queries properly.. Worst service provider.. Wat is the solution to get my money back.

      A female tele-caller of vodafone sold me a wrong postpaid plan through mis-selling. On 16th oct i gave my documents to their executive who came to my office to gave me the sim. Both said the plan was of rs.249+ taxes but at the time of activation i came to know that this plan is of 399+taxes.

        I have requested for termination of my vodafone connection [protected] on 18th aug vide request no[protected] and i was informed that no bill will generated further. I had also put a mail to their customer care not to generated any bill as i have submitted closure request. But they have charges rs. 767/- which is rental of the connection. When i mailed them they said it is previous which were not included in bill. Further when i send another mail said that that there is no bill pending from my end. They said that your account closed on 23 rd hence another bill generated and i have to pay the same. As per regularatory they are not suppose to charge any rental when i have already submitted request for closure before the new billing start.

          I would like to change my ownership transfer for mobile number [protected] & [protected]. The mobile numbers mentioned above in the name of manoj kumar which is my cousin. So i need to change the name & address to sathesh kumar.

          I have contacted my telecom service providers airtel. But they are saying that ownership transfer is not possible in prepaid services. Only u need to change to postpaid services airtel can change.

          Please assist.

              My number [protected] was barred by vodafone without giving any intimation after 10 days of porting stating that my aadhar is other state and asked me to go to vodafone store for clearing which is 40 kms from my station. Ian working as asst. Branch manager with lic and this being my official no. It has done a lot of problem for me. I want action against vodafone for cheating me by not giving me information while porting and also for barring my calls without any intimation.

                Respected sir,
                Subject : requesting for a new tower installation in miyaru — puduvettu

                Miyaru is a locality in puduvettu village of belthangadi taluk, dakshina kannada district, karnataka. Which is about 10kms from famous temple 'sri kshetra dharmasthala'. This area has a temple which have history of 300 years, and average population of 5000 including students.

                As the locality does not have any cellular cell site/mobile tower we are getting difficult to connect outer world. The locality have a temple and two schools, the devotees those who come to the temple are facing network issue. Not only them the whole locality doesn't have proper network coverage.

                The people of village are getting trouble to communicate in this digital era. The entire people those who are living in this locality completely deprived from some basic rights due to improper network coverage.

                We have outdoor coverage from 'airtel' in very moderate condition. Im complaining about the issue with airtel since last 1 year they are not responding to my request.

                The distressful matter is that the people of the locality getting difficult for 'voice call' in this 2017. "development of india is depends on development of village", villagers are many times quoted that backbone of india. "empowerment of villages is the empowerment of india" etc, they say. These problems raised only because of inadequate network

                Installing a new cell tower of any provider to our location could be a better solution to all above mentioned problems and would be profitable for the cellular company as well as there no other network operators in our location.

                Behalf of all the villagers i request you to take a action in this regard at earliest and connect miyaru to the outer world by installing a new cell site in our location.

                  I am head of business unit based at chennai under the name and style "info services"

                  This is on the total disservice we have from vodafone. We have a cug connection with over 100 numbers. My number is [protected].
                  Compliant: very poor quality of signal, no bandwidth, isgn will drop to zero and again shoots up. Result no clarity cuts off soon the call taken.
                  The number works fine out side this area.

                  The call was closed without resolution and without confirmation.

                  After multiple mails they have reregistered the call as"please note reference number[protected] for your future correspondence."

                  How can this happen in major city like chennai.
                  What will be their services in up country
                  Would they compensate the loss i undergo on my business.
                  A better and stronger india can be built only with proper services, services for which fees are collected

                    I am using siti broadband internet connection in my locality i. E., dafarpur village, howrah district, west bengal. I am getting the internet connection (Service provider m/s siti cable) from my local service provider. My service provider's name is vijaya cable network. I repeatedly requested them to check my connection but they are hardly care about my problem. I am paying rs. 564/- per month. They are not giving us proper bill also. I am not getting the desired speed and most of the time, the speed is 1.50 mbps. Kindly look into this matter.

                        Hi, i have mobile connections with airtel for me and my family. Off late we have been receiving mails and messages to go to the airtel store to give our biometrics for keeping our sim cards active. From my understanding, biometrics is not a requirement but linking the aadhaar card to the mobile number is required. Please let me know if biometrics is mandatory as being suggested by the telecom operators. I have taken the following paragraph from the

                        "subject: verification of existing mobile subscribers through aadhaar based e-kycservices - reg." dated 20th jan 2017

                        "in view of the above discussion, the authority recommends that
                        Dot may work with the tsps, to evolve a framework to verify the existing
                        Mobile subscribers through aadhaar based e-kyc services in a phased
                        Manner and within a defined timeframe. However, this process should be
                        Optional to the service providers as well as mobile subscribers. The
                        Subscribers may have to be given some sops in terms of free talktime or
                        Data to encourage them to undergo the e-kycprocess. The authority also
                        Recommends that once a licensee completes its verification process
                        Through e-kyc, it may be permitted to remove the existing caf/papers
                        Stored in office/warehouse, so that there is no duplication of work."

                          Very poor internet service provided by bharti airtel at bokaro steel city, jharkhand 827004. Forget about 4g speed, service provided is not good than 2g. We feel like we are cheated by airtel. We cant even communicate with others over phone, data receiving and sending speed is too slow.                             Frm past three days money is deducting from my account without my request for any service. Frst i mailed to idea karnataka appellate. The response was appreciable. They credited my balance rs 53. At the next moment they deducted my accnt rs54 mentioning that i hav downloaded some animation frm nazara. I havnt dqnloaded anything and i am hearing the term nazara for the frst time. Is this the way they treating a customer. I want my money back. Plz help me

                                  My name is maruthi joshi i tool a nano sim on 7th oct 2017 from near by basavanagudi airtel store in bangalore. They promised me that sim will be activated with in next 4 hours which they did not adhered to.
                                  Then i have raised complained in call center on 8th oct 2017 regarding the same they promised that it will get activated with in 24 hr. Again they failed to keep there commitment.
                                  Again i have called to customer care on 9th oct 2017 to check the status they told clearly that it will be activated by 10.00 pm at any point of time. But again they failed to deliver. Again they are asking for another 12hr of time and asking to visit near by airtel store.
                                  I need answer to my below questions :
                                  1. When my nano sim will be activated?

                                  2. Why it took these may days to activate a sim?

                                  3. Why there was no call back to customer on the status update?

                                  4. Why use team able to honour the commitment which they give to customer?

                                  5. Who will be responsible for all my financial and reputation damage and who will bare it?

                                  It should be shame on your team part to call yourself as the fastest network provider.
                                  At least hoping for the reply to the below questions?

                                  As per your team guidelines i have visited the srinivasa nagar airtel store (Token no 112) yesterday.

                                  They diverted me to vijayanagar store as they do have lan facility at that point of time.

                                  As per there direction i went to vijayanagar store (Token no 242) again they are asking for 48 hr. They have given me another new sim and told send the once again the sms on 16th oct 2017 evening.

                                  Airtel call center do not have any clew why it is happening.

                                    I have raised complaint to airtel in month of june 2017 that i am not getting the 3g/4g speed, i am getting the data connection speed in kbps. Till the issue is not resolved and airtel sending dongle bill, if customer not paid on time then airtel is charging the penalty for delay payment. If airtel is not able to provide the promised 3g/4g speed then why shoud customer charge airtel?

                                      How much time it will take approx 20 days has gone first complain i was raised on 25 sep 2017 on vodafone store deoria but till now i didn’t get any satisfactory response. Simply i wan one question on you if your network and data not properly work last 20 days then what you feel? Now i m very much frustrated your delay resolution.

                                      I thought vodafone is a professional and ethical company but my thinking is wrong.
