Dear concern,
How much time it will take approx 20 days has gone first complain i was raised on 25 sep 2017 on vodafone store deoria but till now i didn’t get any satisfactory response. Simply i wan one question on you if your network and data not properly work last 20 days then what you feel? Now i m very much frustrated your delay resolution.
I thought vodafone is a professional and ethical company but my thinking is wrong.
This is a very pathatic experience for me

Xcept, for the network problems which i have highlighted as and when.
I am getting network problem at my home location deoria at my office where m=
Y voice and data, is not working properly, i tried getting this into the not=
Ice to the local store manager however the behaviour of the store manager wa=
S not satisfactory and there was no resolution provided, it has been approx 1=
5 days i am facing this issue and had highlighted the same to the vodafone h=
Owever there is no work has been done on this.
Since i am a very and highly satisfied customer i do not want to spoil this r=
Elationship only for a small concern, and in fact a world class company shou=
Ld also leverage the old relationship, and being a dominating service provid=
Er and highly professional and technically sound and enhanced organisation, m=
Y expectation is on to getting a prompt service.
I hope my issue will be resolved,
Would get this to social media and digital media in case if resolution is no=
T provided in next 48 hours. And look forward for port of number to the other=
Service provider which has already been initiated.
