Hello sir,

I am facing network problem with vodafone from last three months and first few initial call customer executive accepts they have some problems with some handset like moto-x apple.

I have ask them to pay my bill because i am not getting signals most of the time, last two months they paid but now i raised for porting and ask them to settle my last bill as i am not getting proper service. I have to use multi phones to get signals.

I have long conversation with nodal officers from vodafone and they are giving false reason like high rise buildings and all, in my family many people using vodafone and they have not facing this issue because there handset is different.

Please do the needful and take necessary action against vodafone.

    My self dr. Jitender kumar, i was using the tata docomo wireless phone from the last four years and my all patient appointments were totally depended on this phone. But in may 2017 tata docomo suddenly stopped providing services to my phone without prior notice. This caused a severe halt to my appointment system as this was the only number known by my patients. When i contacted tata docomo local office in may 2017 they told me that the company had decided to stop the cdma phone services and these phones are useless now and they refused to do any thing to port this number in any other plan, this causes me a huge financial loss for at least two months as all my patients from all nearby cities and states totally cutoff from me. Now tata docomo keep on raising fake bills against this phone for the services that they have stopped in may 2017, and now they are threatening me to send me the legal notice for these fake bills. Kindly take a strong action against these companies that are threatening the innocent customers as they are the real culprits not us. Even these companies should be fined for their irresponsible behavior toward customers.

      From last 2 months idea is cheated me it is charging me for internet usage last month they charged me for 3 g usage by saying that my connection is 4g and i i go to 3g network i will be charged which was reversed when i raised.in sept bill also tey have charged me 515 for internet usage when they sold me plan it was communicate to. Me that after 4g limit i will get speed of 128kbs and it will be unlimited but they have charged for that.
      I was not having any problem.in air tel earlier but their sales representative regularly visited me and did portability idea has cheated me i have mailed them. My concern

        I have been using a reliance number ([protected]) for past fifteen years. Due to some reason. I tried to change my network with the same number. But i received complaints from others network that reliance doesn't agree for this change. Kindly help to to get relieved from reliance network. And use same number in other network. And more i m not incoming calls more then 45days pls give solution for this

          When i watch any kids channel with children or english channel, the programmes are dubbed in hindi and then telecasted in south india. It happens not only in tamil nadu but all south indian states. Even if a program is originally shot in english it is dubbed in hindi and then telecasted in soth indian states. If we want to watch hindi movies, shows, cartoons in hindi we'll watch a hindi channel. Do not impose hindi on south india. If we want to learn a language we'll learn it, do not force us to watch advertisements in hindi and kids shows in hindi. Don't try to bring hindi through back door. Please do not telecast programmes and ads dubbed in hindi or anyother language other than the state language or universal language english in non hindi channels. Display it in hindi channels but not in state language channels and english channels.

            They stored my old device details not updated my new device details, recently my phone damaged then i submitted my claim to airtel but airtel people are saying we can not process claim why because the have only old device details. My new device i am using from last 6 months and airtel secure activated last 3 months back.

              Idea mobile network problem last three months in ambattur location. I have raised the complaint many times. But there is no solution. Still i am facing the problem particular location. My mobile number is [protected]. My first complaint date reference number is S1-[protected] date 18july2017. S1-[protected] 29aug2017. S[protected]sep2017. And last one C[protected]. Many request has been closed without my knowledge and confirmation. Regarding this issue i was hold on more than 45 minutes with customer care support toll free number. Finally i missed my all my interview Calls.

              Now, again applied for porting my number to BSNL number. I have cleared all my dues till date. But reliance don't relies my number, I hope now my proposal will not be rejected.

                Mine is the case of transfer of a airtel n. From one corporate to another. I got the scanned copy of the noc from the earlier company on emal which i submitted to the airtel but they are insisting for the original with rubber stamp of the company. Sir, as per the information technology act, 2000 any documents generated from a computer and received by e mail is as good as original. But airtel kailash colony store is not ready to listen citing that this the requirement of trai. I have requested the company t courier the original but not received as yet. Please let me know whether submission of original noc is mandatory as per trai guidelines and when the letter is on the letter head why the rubber stamp is required on it.

                  On my jio number net is working fine but it unable to receive and make call. This is second time i am facing problem. I had tried every possible options to rectify my issue, even though i had contacted the jio customer service through jio chat but only reply i got was we are here to resolve your problem but no progress is seen yet.                     Respected sir,
                    With reference to my idea post paid mobile number [protected], i have deposited rs.3000/- in cash to mr. Sudhir tiwari authorized idea post paid mobile dealer in chhindwara on 10.09.2017 evening as security to activate plan 1199 for availing international roaming facility as per their guidance.
                    Further on 19.09.2017 the outgoing facility of the phone was barred saying that the billing amount of rs. 22000/- is outstanding and to be paid first then o/g facility will be resumed which is undue amount. After query it was came to know that wrong billing was issued. On repeated complaints & requests, mr. Sudhir tiwari & his office personnel mr. Tushar said that by mistake the plan activated was rs. 149/- instead of the demanded plan 1199 and after generating the invoice on 27.09.2017 the necessary corrections will be done & the revised billing amount will be intimated to me. But on 26.09.2017 incoming of that phone was also held up. Which was very shocking to me & my business was affected much more.
                    Today outgoing/incoming facilities were restored in my phone after threatening to take the legal action with police regarding dhara 420 and to go in upbhokta foram.

                    But no action has been taken till now to settle the billing issue. No revised invoice has been issued till now.
                    You are requested kindly to look after the matter and take action immediately.

                        Why was my std/isd facility disconnected and it is still dysfunctional?
                        I have raised complaints thru 121 and also thru emails and thru myairtel app.
                        Your engineer came yesterday i. E. 3rd october and checked the sim in his own mobile and tried dialling std/ isd numbers. He also got the same message "std and isd facility is not available on your mobile - please contact [protected].
                        I want to know why am i being singled out for this kind of disservice and put to inconvenience and distress. I am a senior citizen and i am a cardiac patient and i am now sick of complaining to you.
                        I have also been complaining since 15th august about my broadband connection [protected] about its unstability, frequent disconnection and poor speeds compared to my plan and the service is still disorderly.
                        I am constrained to escalate the matter this time to the hon'ble mos telecom as you are in complete disregard of providing customers their due services.
                        I hope you would atleast show the courtesy to respond to the several emails and complaints logged as i am now tired of forever put on hold by your 121 customer service and made to suffer for a very long time.

                          I v. Lakshmi pathi rao recently ported my mobile no.[protected] from airtel postpaid network to idea prepaid network. After porting i have recharged my number with 200 rupees. Upon my observation i have observed that daily rs.2 to rs.5 is getting deducted from my account and i had called the customercare of idea and informed the same to them for that they replied that the amount is getting deducted for sms sent, but i had intimated them that i have opted this number only for incoming calls and for emergency out going calls only since i am holding another number in which i have unlimited sms and call and data pack for that number so i dont need to send sms from this idea number. They simply denied that the balance has been deducted for the sms sent only and we can help anymore. How can they say that they burden is from my side atleast they have to cross check form their end. This was not happened once i have been calling them for the same reason and they are simply saying the same reason of sms.
                          Sir please do take necessary action towards this issue and if possible please help me out to file a case against them in consumer forum so that they may work properly and stop grabbing public amount in illegal manner and if questioned they are such neglegent that they dont have any information regarding this issues. So once if they are penalized they may change their attitude.

                            Complaint no 1:
                            I was using Reliance postpaid sim then switched to Reliance prepaid, I have paid 800 to get postpaid SIM. They told if I move to another prepaid or another network I will be refunded the money. I used the Advance to clear the last month month before moving to prepaid. Balance 150 I didn't get so far. It's been 3 and half months over.

                            Comokaint no 2:
                            Whenever I try to port my number to another network reliance operator canceling from their side. I am not able to port my number. Please please please help me on this.

                            Complaint no 3:
                            Whenever I call customer care they ate not connecting to customer care executive. After pressing 9 they simply cutting the call. Tried 20 times hardly.

                            Please help me to escape from the worst operator ever. Please help me.

                              Hello i am using vodafone sim ([protected]) and facing network+data issue since april 2017 and there is no step taken by provider to improve the service.

                              Reference number[protected]. After that vodafone is not accepting to launch a new complaint against the same issue.

                              With me almost 30 people who are staying in my society are facing same issue but no actions from vodafone.

                                I wanted to file a complaint with you against vodafone for fordging my id (Aadhar card) and issuing prepaid sim with number : [protected] in my name with malafide intention through which fraud has been committed.

                                The complete details are as follows: constable arjun singh ([protected]) from chomu police station, rajasthan visited my residence on sept 27 and told me that a complaint has been filed under section 420, 406 and 120b in chomu police station, rajasthan. A fraud has been committed with mobile no [protected], which is registered in my name. It was shocking to me as i have never got this number issued in my name. I have been using only one number with airtel connection for past 6 years.

                                I conducted inquiry on my behalf and found that number referred ([protected]) was vodafone number. I visited their customer care office in ansal plaza mall, palam vihar on 29/9/2017 around 11:30am (Interaction id: [protected] deepak-vodaone representative). They told me that this number has been issued from vodafone mini store in sukhrali, gurgaon.
                                I visited vodafone mini store in sukhrali on 29/9/2017 at 1:00 pm and requested them the details. They showed me application form and noticed that photo on the form was of some other person. Further, there checked my signature on pan card and noticed that signature was also mismatched and bogus. The photocopy of my aadhar card was attached based on which they have issued this prepaid number in my name. They told me no address verification is done in case of prepaid connection if the id proof is of gurgaon. They agreed to the fact that nobody checked the form that there was photo mismatch between the photo on form and aadhar card copy and signature mismatch. They refused to give the copy of the document and asked me to file fir in order to get its copy.

                                I filed fir with police and reached with its copy again to their customer care center. They again refused to provide details and co-operate to prevent its further misuse. They refused to stop the connection based on fir copy to prevent further misuse of this number in my name.

                                I belong to a reputed family and working as professional in renowned mnc. I had to face great amount of mental harrasment, monetary losses and social embarrassment due to negligence on vodafone part. As a responsible citizen of the country, i am concerned that such negligence and irresponsible behavior on part of telecom regulator like vodafone can cause threat to national security and land innocent citizen in trouble for act of others.

                                I would sincerely request you to please look into the matter and take following actions:

                                A. Direct vodafone to stop this number immediately to prevent its further misuse
                                B. Provide details of the person using this connection in my name so that the culprit can be brought to justice
                                C. Provide explanation why this connection was activated after noticing photo mismatch and signature mismatch on the form
                                D what procedures or controls they have to prevent such incidents in future
                                E. Take appropriate action against them and ask them to compensate for the mental trauma, financial losses and bad name brought to my reputation sue to their negligence and irresponsible behaviour.

                                  Good evening.
                                  Me piyush srivastava using no. [protected] & [protected], both were vodafone post paid nos. Upto 18th july 2017. I were regular customer of vodafone, no bill pending since last 1.5 yrs, in july month i asked to vodafone to send bills to me to pay but they refused to send bills.
                                  On 18th july i ported both my nos to idea post paid, vodafone blocked my both nos on friday, 29th september through help of trai. I visited idea showroom but they are helpless,
                                  Action of taken by trai only one sided, customer has no value & no information given by vodafone or trai. My nos are blocked since last three days & i am helpless, while i am using these nos since last seven years, trai only listen service provider not customer? Customer have no value?

                                    I am using jio network and my jio no. Is [protected], the main issue with the network is that when i choose to use internet service from any other network in my mobile phone then the network of jio goes away fully and i do not receive any kind of message or calls or anything from my jio no.
                                    To resolve the same issue i thought to port my jio number to any other network, but as my plan was expired i was unable to send any messages to trai asking for upc, then i called back to jio customer care they told me to recharge my account with an amount of ₹149 to send sms to anyone, and i asked them that i have balance to ₹7 in my no. Why i am unable to send any messages using that balance, they told me that they are working on it. Plz help

                                      I am from panipat, hayana i want to sue against tata docomo company because they are providing wrong information regarding recharge. I recharged with rs, 98. As per their information 1gb data is provided for 28 days. But when i did recharge. And i check my balance then only 500 mb data is provided to me. When i called on customer care. They said only this data will be given. They always cheats with people with these types of wrong information
