Idea mobile network problem last three months in ambattur location. I have raised the complaint many times. But there is no solution. Still i am facing the problem particular location. Complaint no 1:
I was using Reliance postpaid sim then switched to Reliance prepaid, I have paid 800 to get postpaid SIM. They told if I move to another prepaid or another network I will be refunded the money. Hello i am using vodafone sim ([protected]) and facing network+data issue since april 2017 and there is no step taken by provider to improve the service.
