    Mera aircel company ka plan 149 ka pack dala hua hai. Jisme 149 ka balance +1gb/day + aircel to aircel free or 25 p/other call mila hai. Par data pack 2 days he mila 1gb+1gb uske baad nai mila or 149 ka balance ko v kaat liya gaya hai. Customer care v nai lagta hai ek baar lag to v koi karwahi nai hua. Recharge hum[protected] ko karwaye thy. Please help me iske pehle[protected] ko v 125 ka recharge karwaye thy jisme 15 gb dene ka baat tha but wo v pura nai mila tha.

          This is to bring to notice that i have been charged for isd call twice in last two months. I am idea customer since year 2000 and cell number [protected]. When i raised my objection last to last month charges were reversed. But i was charged again with isd charge this month as well. Let me also highlight that i do not have isd facility enabled in my phone. When i called customer care, executive was very impolite and misbehaved in place trying to understand why this is constantly happening and try to find a solution so that it does not get repeated again.

            I am facing call drop issue since porting to airtel and complained on 9th but still waiting to resolve.
            As because i am ported recently and time given for next porting is minimum 90 days, thus i feel these companies are taking undue advantage of this facility of 3 month time period.
            Thus i kindly request to change this time bond from 3 month to 1 month as communication is very important and if issues persists it affect economically as well mentally.
            This will improve services by telephone/mobile companies.

              Jio reliance के द्वारा कॉल करने पर कंपनी पहले स्किम बताती है जिससे urgent कॉल के पहले समय लगता है व बार बार एक ही स्किम सुनना पड़ती है।जिससे समय खराब होता है ।कॉल के पहले skim सुनना पड़ता है जिससे समय खराब होता है व जिस को कॉल करते है उसकी कंपनी भी स्किम पहले बताती है जिससे परेशानी होती है।custumer केयर officer को कॉल लगता नही व कॉल पर इस समस्या का कोई हल नही मिलता है ।

I have reacharged my no [protected] with idea app of rs 402 for 84 days 1gb per day and voice call but this facilitie ends before 28 days and idea refuses my claim its total fraud, idea makes this problem often, they never give good service they takes disadvantages of there vide range
              I have many sims on my name how to deactivate permanently my sim..
              Bcoz I want Port my permanent sim now my finger print not working they told u have linked more then 9 sims so your fp not working..
              I need help how to deactivate how to remove my adharcard number on my sims
              Celltower in our area is close to residential buildings and all the residents are under impression that the cell tower will cause health problems. Request to resolve the problem by appraising the trai officials about the radiations.

                Dear reliance team & grievance,

                This is infrom to that actually i've complaint about regrading of my relaince gsm premium number which was [protected] wrongly debited my balance in daily basis (Rs.3+3+3=9) with out any information or intimation why i don't know, what is the wrong with me???

                R you joking with me hmmmmmmmmm???

                I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with reliance communication customer service.

                Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked to your manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.



                I have been paying for a faulty reliance 4g service for more than used 7th years now and this is a reoccurring issue with your servers which keeps coming back it has happened 5 times in last 6 months. (Kindly note that :- don't tell me we are unable to process the request for the waiver. If you don't wish to receive these sms in future then we request you to deactivate flash sms service and keep your handset in lock mode when not in use to avoid dialing o[censored]ssd codes which results in ussd service activation. To deactivate the flash sms service, kindly perform the procedure in your handset as given below: go to r menu r live activation deactivate ok assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for contacting reliance customer care.) your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it.

                Such is the pathetic situation



                Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month?

                It's a totally miss managed service that reliance gsm is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional mailing team & backend team.



                I am trying to find my way to complain you in public ⛣ forum nothing more else.​

                What i am looking for against my complaint???

                1. Kindly stop ✋ this fraud working, without any concern valuable balance was deducted from my main account why i don't know what to do???

                2. The outgoing and incoming services should be activated on my mobile with incoming and outgoing services.

                3. The network problem should be resolved as soon as possible or i should be given a deadline for resolving the same.​

                Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action against backend and technical team nothing more else also will be should try to give best services of valuable customer.

                  I am holding the prepaid airtel conection since seven years in my name partha roy and my mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday i called up at airel help line number 121 to enquire about the process of ownership transfer to my fathers namebut theirexecutive concern instead of telling the process said first i have to convert my existing prepaid to post paid yhen only the ownership transfer can happen. Has trai made or the central telecom minister directed trai that the postpaid is mandatory while transfer my existing connection to postpaid?
                  So if there is any directive pl send the copy the directive on my email.

                  I have complaint to airtel regarding this but the concern authority revert me that "we regret to infrom you that ownership transfer option is not available in airtel prepaid mobile numbers."

                  They are also unable to confirm whether it is mandatory to migrate from prepaid to postpaid while transfering my name to my fathers connections as per trai rule

                  Airtel is encouraging push sale for postpaid connection to their prepaid customers against the wishes of the customers. When the customers visiting airtel stores for adhar link or ownership transfer on their prepaid connectins which

                  I think its an unwanted practise for push selling against the wishes of the customers.

                  So i earnestly request you to stop this practise and help customers for ownership transfer or adhar link on their prepaid numbers

                      I am getting continuous commercial calls from idea when i rgistered for dont disturb services they r telling they will take 7days why we need to spare 7 days banking. 90 percent of all my day call list is idea commercial calls only. When i asked for tariff plans thats is activated immediately but dnd they r taking 7 days. It is just a checking. I was in heavy traffic n disconnected the commercial calls but still they continuously irritated me n i met with the accident because of these calls. Kindly activate dont disturb services to my no immediately. Customer care of idea is very rude n they dont brother about people it seems

                        The person making a call neither speaks nor responds to our words purposely.
                        I am totally disturbed and fed up with his/her activity.

                          I contacted nodal as well as appellate but no solution. I made payment through credit card on march 8th, 475 rs for the mobile number. It's not updated and reversed too. I checked with bank they said reliance only have to give. Even whenever i contacted reliance they r telling complaint is closed but no solution s there again they r asking 2 days. I have made request for disconnection of the same in reliance instacare app on 06/09/2017. Afterthat i have tried to contact customer care numbers but some technical problems from their end i am not able to do so. Reliance outl🤣🤣ets are also not entertaining.                                 Complaint against: reliance jio

                                I've been facing problem with reliance jio service and i've made repeated complain about it to jio cc. Unfortunately, they are giving only diplomatic answer and not resolving the complain. As a last resort, i requested them to credit the number of days of service to my account for which they are not in position to fix the problem but they refuse to do that. As a last resort, i even demanded refunded of my subscription money but they even refused the same saying that they don't have a provision to refund or give credit for faulty or interrupted service. Finally, i logged a complain with appellate authority but even they gave the same answer saying they logged my complain and i've to wait for 39 days to hear from them where they will not issue refund or service credit for the number of days their service is not working properly.

                                Here is the email interaction with necessary complain/docket numbers. I can even produce the call recordings of my interactions with them where they have given vague answers for the sake of it.

                                I was out of bangalore post recharge, and when i returned on sep 12, there was no connectivity like before also, let alone any improvement.

                                I called up multiple times, only to hear it will improve to no avail.

                                I never received any update whatsoever except the site is optimizing excuse. I am told that the site is down since sep 9 and was suppose to be up but is not!!! I am even told you are installing new site, but for me, these are just diplomatic replies only.

                                Your representatives don't believe in escalating the concern properly, they identify themselves as managers even when they are not, they don't care to call back as agreed and scheduled also!!!

                                This has been going on since sep 13th.

                                It is high time now. Finally, it was agreed with one of your manager irfan that if you are not in position to give the same connectivity as before at-least, there is no point in me continue to use your service so you've to credit at-least 30 days of extra service to my account!!! He agreed to the solution hopping that the site will be up and running but neither the site was working nor did he bother to call back!!!

                                Similar discussion happened with multiple reps at jio identifying themselves as manager when none of them were manager except mr. Vijay who i spoke last.

                                The same discussion took place with him as well, but unlike assured, he also didn't bother to call back or listen to the previous interactions even when it as requested repeatedly to him and he also agreed!!!

                                He simply told me that neither you've option to give service credit, nor do you've option to refund!

                                This is pathetic!!!

                                You can't give proper service and you don't care to refund also is simply not acceptable.

                                The kind of harassment that jio representatives have caused me since sep 12th is immense!!!

                                You manager mr. Vijay suggested me to go to the appellate, and i told him that it is a simple and straight forward issue and any service provider handles it as simple as crediting back for the number of days the service was faulty, to which mr. Vijay even went to the extent of telling me that "we've not launched yet!"!!! I asked him why you are charging me if it is not launched to which he disconnected the call and didn't show the courtesy to even call back!!!

                                I want rs. 1000 compensation for the trouble you've caused me and full refund of my rs. 399 recharge immediately be credited to my account. I don't want to talk about it as everything is there in my call records multiple times. Please reply with the necessary on priority. Nothing less than what is demanded is acceptable.

                                  We the residents of bank colony vishnu nagar, behind petrol pump, ara, bihar want to state that we are facing a lot of health regarding troubles due to the emission of radioactive waves from a mobile tower situated on the rooftop of a fellow resident named anupam singh, father - ram shiv singh, amidst the residential area only.
                                  After our repeated informal attempts of requesting him to cancel the license or shut the tower down he din't agree to any of that and the tower is still running, which has hazardous effects on our health.
                                  As a general rule mobile towers should atleast be situated 50 meters far from any residential area so, we request the municipal corporation to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                                  One of our Neigbour living 50meter away to my house installing mobile tower. I already complaint once but nobody taking action. Now he came with few paper of approval whereas i have received trai msgs that installation of mob is unauthorised

                                  Plz look into the papers and stop him to install it

                                    Idea hasn't taken any action on my concern even after my intimation of raising my concern on trai.

                                    So i am raising this complaint on trai,

                                    I made recharge of rs 404 on 7th sept. 2017 on my mob no [protected] and after complaint they mention current plan as unlimited local + std calls with daily 250mins & weekly 1000 mins capping + 1 gb data / for 14 days.

                                    While i checked before with 3 of idea customer care operators (With 2 today and 1 member on same day when i activated plan), they told me that i got 56 days umlimited calling & 1 gb data per day.

                                    Here these concludes me that customer care operators as well as idea company is not providing correct information as well as not taking proper action on my complaint by email.

                                    I'm not happy with the plan they mentioned in there email.

                                    I requested them to activate some better plan, or refund my money back with deduction of my usages of data/call till today.

                                    As per there recommendation in email, i check current plan for me its,

                                    Rs 347 - unlimited calls +28gb. At-least they should activate this plan on my number or refund my money. Which is far better than the plan they provided to me in rs 404.

                                    So i request you to give direction to idea cellular company on merit & to active best plan on my mobile number [protected]. Thanks!

                                      Dear sir, i am mohammed haris sheikh, i recently ported to vodafone with 4g 399 unlimited plan, but they are proving 3g network, even 2g network. And also charges sms, which tends to make a negative balance and force me to recharge, even i already paid for such services.
                                      Please take strict action against such vodafone (Up east) network provider, i complained to delhi and also mumbai vodafone care. But, no valid and responsible reason they have given me, but they just told me to talk to the up east vodafone.
                                      I have visited two times to lucknow vodafone store since last month, but they just misbehaved, and told me to check your cell phone, i updated software my xolo 4g era two times. But, they are just telling me that they are not selling cell phone.
                                      They dont want to answer why they are chareging sms and providing 2g, 3g network even i paid 4g network services.

From last 4 years, i am facing lot of difficulty due to poor connectivity/signal problem. All are complaining that my number always remain not-reachable.
