We are facing problem at our addess j 110 west patel nagar new delhi 110008 for network & internet services of jio. We are using the same in mobile as well as jio fi both but unable to get proper network and services at our above place. The same is happen with our idea network for calling & internet both as using number [protected] and others in this group. Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action.

    Sir,
    I have been the customer since 2013. I had lost my mobile handset on date[protected], as the sim was also lost ([protected]), so i had visited idea outlet for reissuing the sim card of same number, the man of my idea showroom mr. Pvaveen completed the formalities and company sent me sim exchange sr no.[protected] and took 120 rs. For recharge of my mobile no. [protected] as he told me that there is no balance in your phone. On next day when sim card did't work i again visited the my idea outlet on[protected], so the same man mr. Praveen told me that you never visited the outlet before and when i showed him the reference no sent by idea company which was[protected], he told me this don't belong to you and misbehaved with me, and again told me to complete to whole procedure and recharge of 120 rs if i want to take the sim card even i told him to please check the cctv footage of your outlet he totally refused to show and misbehaved with me and again do the procedure and took 120 rs again from me through which i got sr no.[protected].
    Now"my complaint is that the idea outlet hoshangabad in-charge had took the 120 rs. Extra from me, misused my adhaar card, misbehaved with me.in the cctv footage of the my idea outlet all the incident is saved."
    I have both the reference no. Sent by idea company in which my details like (Adhaar card, sign and photo taken by in-charge) are there.3 times i have lodged my complaint to idea company but didn't found anything positive.

      On 21/08/2017 my no [protected] has been activated two value added services unnecessarily and deducted ~rs.14/- and rs.13/- one by one. I atonce cancel these service and not used any type of these services.
      I contacted custumor care executive but after 15-16 time call, an executive pickup call but she does not listen me and disconnect call. I do not received any balance return. Yesterday at 4:30 again deducted rs 9.50 while i have not activated value added services. Please return all my balance of these two value added service.
      And inactivate all value added services except internet.

      In shivcity colony of indore madhya-pradesh we are facing problem insufficient coverage of tata docomo. I am residing and using tatadocomo sim since last 7 years in this colony. But facing tatadocomo mobile out of coverage area during incoming call. For outgoing calling we gave to go at roof of 2nd story.

        I am getting calls from a unknown number[protected], when i pick the call, there is recorded voice which says "goodbye" and the phone disconnects.
        This has been happening for the last 3-4 days.
        I am reporting it as i suspect this can be some attempt at phishing data from my phone or some other mischievous threat which can harm in some way or the other,
        Please look into the matter.

          I took a new connection from airtel bearing phone number [protected]. After successful verification the phone was activated on 12th sept 2017. I shared my new number with my friends, relatives and collegues and after some time people started calling me on my alternate number saying that i gave them a wrong number and that number belongs to someone else. When i called the number it was infact picked by another person who said he is the owner of that number and has been using it for the past 3 years on the vodafone network. I validated the number digit by digit and it was exactly the same number. I have been calling and emailing airtel support and all they keep saying is "this is not possible" i am really getting frustrated and airtel doesnt seem to acknowledge the fact that it allotted me a number that was being used by someone else.
          This is a grave integrity issue and airtel is being very careless and strict action should be taken againt them for such a careless thing.

            My name is madhumita banik and my mobile no. [protected] of reliance communication. From 06/09/2017 inwards i am complaining by mailing to reliance customer care and the nodal officer about unnecessarily deduction of rs. 10/- daily from my main balance. From rs. 154/- today my balance has come down to rs. 104/-. Therefore, i regularly mailing to refund the amount but they turned into deaf ears. I have complained on 06/09/2017, 08/09/2017, 11/092017, 120/09/2017 and today 13/09/2017.
            Please look into the matter and refund me the amount of rs. 50/-
            Prompt action in the above matter will be highly appreciated.

            I am surprised to note that you have stated that my complaint has been resolved when I have not got any call from RCom neither my amount has been refunded. Daily my main balance is deducted by the RCom Rs. 10/-. I HAD COMPLAINT THAT MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED EVERY DAY BY RS. 10/- FROM THE DAY OF COMPLAINT SINCE 06/09/2017 MY MAIN BALANCE HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM RS. 154/- TO TO TILL DATE I.E. RS. 74/--
            PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY. AS I AM LOOSING MY AMOUNT.

              This is my number which is blocked by trai as per by my service provider vodafone.
              I m using this number since past ten years and i had not done any promotional calls or sms through my number.. I request trai to please restore my number as my no is very old. If trai found any of the promotional call or sms they have full authority not to restore but if they found me innnocent then i request them to please unbarred my number.. Seeking positive response from trai

                Dear sir,
                Complaint: non deactivation of connection no. [protected] by vodafone, gujrat inspite of my repeated requests & confirmation by vodafone
                I was using the above connection for my i pad during my posting at gandhinagar (Gujrat). I have since shifted to delhi in june 2017. I contacted the vodafone helpline 2-3 times in july 2017 for disconnection, but unfortunately inspite of promises, nothing happened.
                Then, on aug 5, 2017 i sent a formal e mail through my email address, already registered with vodafonecare, gujrat, requesting for immediate de-activation of the connection, clearly mentioning that henceforth i will not be responsible for any inaction on your part and i will not be responsible for any future billing. I also gave my alternate mobile number in case of any query as the above sim was meant for use in i pad & call can not be taken on that.
                To my surprise, the company responded with considerable delay on 12th aug 2017, mentioning that they tried calling me from [protected] but were unable to get in touch with me & asked for my alternate number, which was already provided on 5th aug itself. They also informed me that my docket number is[protected]. I also tried to contact them on [protected] but your representatives do not believe in taking call.
                I again responded on 14th aug 2017 giving my alternate no. And sought confirmation about de-activation, on which the company was silent.in the meanwhile the company raised a bill of rs 670/-. I got it cleared through a representative from my erstwhile office at gandhinagar, as the company assured him that it will be deactivated once this bill is paid. Vodafone representative confirmed to him that the number is already been put in ‘zero billing plan’ & will be de-activated latest by 24th august 2017 & henceforth no bill will be raised. On that assurance, my representative made the payment, although the vodafone should not have raised this bill as the bill was raised after my request for de-activation was already made.
                I also sent an email on 16th august 2017 asking the company why the company is still keeping the connection active, unauthorizedly. I also informed the company that non de-activation of connection & raising bill even after repeated requests, is a clear case of cheating & violation of consumer’s rights, for which the company & its officials can be dragged into consumer court. If the company really wanted to verify with me then who prevented it to contact me on my alternate number? More over the communication was sent through an email already registered with vodafone & on which the vodafone has been sending me the bills. I also threatened them that in case of non action i will have to lodge my complaint with consumer forum as well as with trai & i will also be free to raise the issue with the press exposing your high handedness.
                I also contacted the customer-care representative of vodafone, mr prashant at [protected] on 16th aug 2017. He also confirmed to me that since rs 670/- has already been paid, there are no dues & no further bill will be raised henceforth as the connection is put under “zero billing plan” till de-activation, which will happen positively before 24th august 2017. I also gave him my alternate number so that the company may contact me in case of any query. He gave me ticket no.[protected] & also told that every call including this one is being recorded for future reference as well as for quality control purpose. Now with confirmation coming from 2 different sources that no further bill will be raised, there was no reason not to believe that the company is not honest. Till date no one from vodafone has really bothered to contact me on my alternate number provided by me.
                I was shocked, when again on 9.9.2017, the vodafone emailed a fresh bill for rs 411.97 on my email (Registered with vodafone & through which my request for de-activation was made). My representative at gandhinagar again contacted their customer service centre at gandhinagar & was bluntally told that it is not de-activated and this bill has to be paid.
                Following this, i also contacted their customer care on [protected], which was picked up by one mr altaf, who repeated the same thing. I insisted talking to someone senior, then very reluctantly & after a long wait the call was forwarded to mr sumit (Team leader), who had no answer to my query that why it is not de-activated & bill has been raised inspite of confirmation that the connection is placed under “zero billing plan” till final de-activation. After checking, mr sumit who first told that it is still active, apologized & then told that it is de-activated but insisted that i have to pay the bill. On repeatedly asking, he kept on apologizing for the inaction but insisted that bill has to be paid.
                Is it not a well planned cheating by the company so that cunsumer is repeatedly made to pay the bills when the consumer is repeatedly requesting for de-activation? I once again call upon the company to immediately wave the bill amount unauthorisedly raised by the company & confirm de-activation of the connection. Since all conversations with the company’s representatives are recorded, i insist that the trai should verify the confirmations made by the company’s representatives regarding no further billing. The company should also provide me the same recording so that i can take up my case with consumer forum.

                  Dear sir,

                  Refer to my idea account no:[protected] for aug 2017 of mobile bill dated 07 sep 2017 regarding discrepancy in the bill amount. I would like to summit the following:

                  I) i have subscribed to plan ultimate 349 segment for the last four months to get daily 1 gb on my iphone 7.
                  Ii) it is regretted to note the bills for the month of may, jun, jul were inflated and was corrected each time before the payment was made.
                  Iii) this time again the bill was inflated. The internet charges of rs 480.48+gst was added. While i have never used internet beyond 1gb per day. It can be verified from their computer records regarding my usage. Moreover, in case if i had used data more than 1 gb, why it was not informed to me that your data of 1 gb per day was over and you will be charged extra. Further, jio service provider send mails as well as sms if the data per day is exhausted.

                  In view of the above, i would therefore request you take necessary action against idea service provider and correct my bill accordingly, so that i can clear the bill before stipulated time.

                    I've been facing this problem since a long time. They are deducting my balance without proper reason. Today i've subscribed to 2g internet pack of ₹9/- with 50mb for 1 day. But still they have deducted my balance with your normal charge. I faced this problem in two sim cards. This problem is continuing so many times. And they are not connecting my call to customer service representative..
                    Last time it also it was ₹70/-, again ₹32/- and now it is ₹38.60/-... Please view it seriously and i want immediate response for this mail and even through this mail i'm asking you to refund my whole money. And see that it should continue... And for your knowledge i waited for more than 40 minutes for the pack activation. Balance was deducted at that time so i started using internet... Refund is necessary...

                      This is with reference to the connect which has been taken in july month in air tel store at panjagutta. Below are my details

                      Issue : plan was not informed me without my concurrence and top up that i have not used the phone for last 2 months which i have paid around 1500 without using. I have visited the store last week and made the payment and ask them to change the plan but the same was not changed and they have still continuing the plan which i have never opted.

                      This is the way company is making money and looting normal public without giving information

                        I was talk to idea customer care... They are tell that please activate again with new pay money...

                          I have raised a request to close my data set connection for the number [protected] in april to vodafone chat team.

                          They asked me to pay the bill for the april month first and then raise the request again. I paid the bill for april despite of not using the connection and raised the request again on 8th may 2017.

                          The request number[protected], when i check the request status it is showing as closed on 16th may 2017.

                          Next month i received a bill for rs. 400, which is a lesser amount than my plan i. E. Rs.857. After that from last 2 months i am receiving bills every month.

                          If my connection was not closed there must be some notification sent to me that my request is not treated how it should be. I will be looking in the portal only which shows the request as closed.

                          Also according to trai rules, first the connection must be closed after the request has been generates then the remaining amount needs to be submitted. They are generating new bill every month when i have raised this concern to their each and every executive who have called me.

                          Now from last month, i am receiving calls from vodafone customer care like i am some criminal and ran away with your money.

                          Every other day the team calls me, and there is some lady who talks very rudely.

                          This is a harassment for me and also this bill generation is baseless and against the consumer rights which bounds me to file a consumer forum complaint.

                          Now today i received a call from someone who claims himself to be the lawyer from vodafone end calls me and threatens me to fill the amount by 5pm today itself and also claims that i have been sent a legal notice and which i haven't received and asking me to come to court and when i am talking totally calmly to him he is screaming on me. Who on earth threatens like this on a phone call, if he is a lawyer.

                          Also the person is claiming that i have made calls from the number for which i am asking to close which is totally incorrect allegation and there are multiple false allegations harassment from vodafone company to a lady.

                          I have already sent and email to their customer support email id and haven't received a response from the team.

                          Kindly please look into the issue asap and help me.

                            I am the bsnl sim card user and the company is deducting the balance amount from my account unnecessarily.
                            If i asked regard that with customer care executive. They are telling you are called to company no. — so it was deducted. I never dialed to such a number and it not listed my call list also.
                            So please take action regard this theft

                            Jio pramised by unlimited call for 399rs pack 84 days but 19 days after, block the outgoing call. I am contact the jio provider but no slove the complent.
                            So i ruquest please slove the problem as soon as possible.

                              This is to informed you that past two moths we got weak vodafone network in our locality. Some times shows no network coverage, emergency calls only possible in that time. Here many vodafone users are facing the same problem. We already complained many times. Two times the vodafone network team contacted and told me that "we will come very soon and solved the issue", every time registering the complaint the vodafone executives call back and repeat the same thing. But unfortunately the problem is not fixed

                              My last complaint through [protected] is on 31/08/2017, service reg number :[protected] till today no action has been taken yet

                              So kindly please reconnect the network problem in our locality as soon as possible.

                                जैसे ही मैंने trai मै कम्प्लेंट की तो मेरे मोबाइल न. पर fraud call आनी शुरु हो गई उन्होंने मेरा बैंक डिटेल बताने को कहा लेकिन मैंने नहीं बताया अगर कल को मेरे अकाउंट से कोई चोरी होती है तो उसके लिए कोन जिम्मेदार होगा trai से मेरी डिटेल किसी और के पास कैसे पहुंच गई वो भी इतनी जल्दी इससे तो किसी के साथ भी धोखा-धडी हो सकती है उसके लिए कोन जिम्मेदार होगा trai होगा क्या जिस न. से कॉल आया है वो ये न. है प्लीज इसकी शिकायत की जाये fraud no-[protected]

                                  I have ported the following numbers in the month of august-2017
                                  [protected], [protected], [protected]. I further complain you that on what rule you barred the number? Please quote the rule regarding that point. Before porting, i request to the airtel operator for the latest bill. The operator dont give the bill. You have no right to barred the donor number. You fetch me to the heavy losses upto 1 lakhs. Who is responsible for that. If you not start my all the numbers within 12 hrs then i will fetch you to the hon'ble court of law for redressel.

                                  I visited on 07/09/2017 & 08/09/2017 to your idea store at gittikhadan dist nagpur, your executive says that your number started on 09/09/2017 @ 8.00am. But till now my three numbers are not unbarred. And i call about 14-15 times to customer care executive. What are you doing with me. You are doing a joke with me.

                                  I emailed to you 3 to 4 times. You replied after 2 days.

                                  I am submitting the attachment of payment of bill.

                                    I Abhishek Dhiman using Reliance operator and i recharged my phone with 93Rs which did i get 1gb/day data but here is so much speed issue i get only 24kbps downloading speed and the average downloading speed of 3g is 400kbps-700kbps.I contacted to costumer care but there is no any respose of customer suppport.i want that a legal action on Reliance communication to sovle this issue.

                                        I want to shift my number to prepaid as idea is very slow to pass on good plans to postpaid customers. Every time i go to the showroom, they simply return me saying they are out of prepaid sim cards.
                                        This happens every time i visit showrooms far away from my place as there is none available closer to me.

                                        I don't have any other option but to port out to other service providers.
                                        Terrible service by idea cellular.
