My Idea post paid connection No. [protected] T Ravi. I need to close this post paid connection due to some urgent personal problems. Since it has not completed 3 months, I dea store here at Cassino Hotel Complex is not willing to do it. I am ready to pay the mone months bill.
Kindly help me.
Sir I have recharged my videocon d2h on 11/03/2020 with RS 100 but subscription ended by 12/03/203. Balance shown in my account is rs 81.41 and the due date of subscription is 16/ 03/2020. After complain to customer care no solution has been made. Plz do needful strict action against the videocon d2h.

    So, on june 2019, someone from tata sky added a channel named "tata sky beauty" to my tata sky id. I wasn't aware of this and they added without my concern. I never received a call regarding this or i never opted this channel via any means. On asking to the company, they said that it was confirmed by me via call, second time i called them and they said that it was confirmed by me via application. Thus proofs that they are lying and it was added by them. Hence they charged me rs 59 a month for 6 months.

    When I contacted Asianet Cables in Mannarkkad for a Cable TV connection,
    compels me to choose their channel packages instead of selecting my favorite channels. In addition their Channel packages are also charging exorbitant rents
    Please take necessary actions to enable me to select TV Channels as my own whims and fancies

      Sir m narendra bahadur singh m ne apna setup box change krwaya aur recharge krwaya aur m ne 805 rupees pay kiya inke service provider ko aur 1 ghnte me bola on ho jyega prr m 8-10 brr call krr chuka hu ye problem resolve nhi krte pure 6 ghnte se pareshan kiya h mujhe abb inki ghatiya service nhi chahiye

        With reference to above mentioned subject my data connection has been migrated automatically without my consent. I was trying to raise the complaint but they are not responding mi due to this event i lost my i deal worth rupees 10 lakh. I have personally visited the airtel customer care but they were not provided me a satisfactory answer. Issue is still pending request to resolve as soon as possible. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

          I have recharged my distv 2 mnth ago. My monthly plan is off 322 i have paid 1k where the service will be for 3 mnths. Everytime between a mnth your account balance is low you need re-recharge it when i called a customer services they said they will fix it. Now they distv person will come and fix the setup box for 500. Why there charging unwanted money.

            I have recharged my set top box id [protected] with rupees 300/- for safe custody of one set top box id [protected] - 002 for 6 months and in another set top box i told them to recharge channel no 193 (Miniplex hd) and another channel no 235 (& xplore hd) for a month. Initially both the channel was active but after a week or so both the channel were showing message "this channel is not part of your package". Initially i lodge a complaint with customer care they assure me to get a call back within 24 hours but no call came to my registered mobile. On 09.03.2020 i again lodge the same complaint and they told me that it will be resolved within the next four hour. They didn't even provide any complaint number. Today i also made a complaint but the same thing happened. On previous several occasions they might deduct my account balance without informing me. But this i just have the proper details. As i'm presently having annual subscription till june 2020 so i don't want to switch providers it actually provides me certain loss of my hard earned money. I appeal you to penalise the company with minimum rs 1.00 lakh along with my annual subscription charges. They are cheating people and they provide me mental harrasment.

                  Mo. [protected]. I port number from vodafone to airtel because of pathetic service of vodafone. Vodafone raise a bill for entire month as i have used only 3 days in new billing cycle. I discussed with him to raise a bill as per pro rata basis. But as per vodafone representative we are charging for entire month at the same time airtel also raise bill for same billing cycle.

                      Dear trai please take action vodafone because last 6 months continuously follow up but any vodafone team member not complete my issue, every-time only fake answering last 6 moths my lost money rs.1850, and my two number data and calling balance everyday lost, and vodafone team not providing me directors number and vodafone network team very week and looser because my complete 6 months complete but vodafone not take action network team, and not answering me. Not provide me emergency network, not giving vodafone buster, and not paying my lost money so trai please take action immediate because vodafone fake service provided, your not take action i am going on social media. Last complete also pending check please. And action

                        I m port my airtel number to idea post paid plan on 28 feb 2020. My number was not activated since 28 feb from idea, they are not sort out my problem,
                        I m suffering so my problems due to my phone number regularly shut down
                        Idea does not respond my regular complaints

                        If this time they did not activate my number,, i will file court case on idea cellular service of such customer harassment

                          In 7 feb 2020 i have problem in tata sky for seeing & complaint it to customer care then your register dealer was sent my house technician for solve problem after that he charged extra amount from me & problem not solve so i call your nodal office. Then after 4 days problem was solved after that purchasing new set top box & lnb.
                          But problem of new settop box arise and i am complaint about that to your customer care in 29 feb 2020. The problem is after watching tv two & haf hours, settop box is automactically close & on. And after that this problem continuous every five ten minutes settop box is automactically close & on.
                          Your dealer change tv adapter or charger on 5 mar 2020 but problem not solve.
                          I sent your register dealer vijay shah & his technician video of this problem.
                          On 7 mar 2020 at 2.00 pm technician was come in my house he take set off box & say we check the settopbox in our tv.
                          After i call today he said there is not above mention problem arise in my tv. We can not change settopbox.
                          I had call my tv tecnichian. So he said i was repair all tv on month jan 2020 and solve all tv problem
                          So there is no tv or light board problem.
                          In this problem tv electricity is on because when occur the problem video 1, 2 or av is on.
                          There is no tv problem. Yesterday tata sky dealer sold defective settop box as new which arise same problem. I have complaint it to tata sky 29 feb 2020 to till date this day do not see tata sky channel & company charge amount for viewing tata sky.

                            Dishtv not terminating my connection and i have raised the request so many times but everytime they are giving the excuses and technician visit but technician already said to me in your area network is not coming so we cannot do anything u have to take additional h/w to boost ur network strength. I have already paid so many money in last 5 months and don't want to further spend on this operator and that's why i want it terminate but they are not terminating. They hv the recordings in which i have said so many times to terminate the connection but they are not terminating

                              Airtel dth service is down for past 30 hours.

                              They don't offer any information from their side about expected resolution but only ask to keep waiting.

                              They decline to send out a message to all customers about this issue but only asking to keep call them back. As a responsible company they should voluntarily offer information when the service is down for a larger period and keep customer informed.

                                The abn & tv5 news channels are free and should not be charged, but the ap fiber people here in vizag adharsh nagar, they want to pay monthly rs30 more to get these 2 channels
                                They are saying that they have included these 2 channels in a package which is not free.
                                Ap fiber should not charge for free channel but they are charging.
                                Ap fiber is being provided from a local cable operater hajeera cable tv network.. Indiri nagar, near old dairy farm.
                                Who is not even lifting the calls and every time he tells they will come, but these channels are still blocked and provided by them

                                Is there any step taken to resolve this issue ?

                                This is not just in one location but across the state, how can govt charge for a free to air channel and how far it's fair to revoke FTA channels before customers opt out

                                Then remove every FTA channel and ask customers to choose what they want this is injustice especially to media
                                ABN and TV 5 are not coming in ap fiber net
                                As per trai the channels ABN and Tv5 news channels are free channels but ap fiber is not providing and asking for payment for the channels please resolve the issue

                                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                                    I got my set top changed as i was told to do by the airtel customer service representative on 2nd of january 2020, since my set top box was loosing signal and stopping to work again and again in clear weather. We paid for the engineer visit and also for the changed set top box which was an old one since their policy states that they can't give a new one. I was told that the now changed set top box has 6 months warranty, which was fine.

                                    Now, till 2nd of february 2020, it was working fine and suddenly stopped working in the evening. I again called the customer care and they told me that they will again change the set top box, and in the same way last month, engineer will take the visiting charge and since the set top box was given 6 months warranty, they will replace it for no charge with another set top box which will have only 1 month warranty.

                                    Now i told them that i don't want to be paying 150 rs extra every month for the engineer visit, so it would be kind if they told me where that engineer comes from, so that i can take my set top box there and get it changed myself.

                                    At which, they said that that is not possible, i'll have to pay them every time their faulty set top box stops working.

                                    The set top box is totally controlled by airtel dth and there is no way for us to know why it suddenly stopped showing anything, and i am unable to understand their desperation to make me pay for nothing.
                                    I have also attached the last months receipt of engineer visit. They did't provide any separate receipt for changing the set top box, but it was marked on the same receipt.

                                      Hi there is an unauthorized cell phone tower that has been set up in secunderabad in medibavi colony of seethafalmandi causing radiation and structural imbalance too.
                                      Kindly look into the issue.
                                      It is amidst hugely populated residential apartments.
                                      Structural imbalance might damage other buildings and could cause life endangerment to civilians. Kindly revoke any permission provided
