I have recharged my distv 2 mnth ago. My monthly plan is off 322 i have paid 1k where the service will be for 3 mnths. Everytime between a mnth your account balance is low you need re-recharge it when i called a customer services they said they will fix it. They don't offer any information from their side about expected resolution but only ask to keep waiting.

They decline to send out a message to all customers about this issue but only asking to keep call them back. As a responsible company they should voluntarily offer information when the service is down for a larger period and keep customer informed....
