My vodafone phone no. [protected]
My basic plan : 250 + gst
My one month bill during lockdown : 2200 rs. Approx
During lockdown when i call vodafone customer care and ask them details, they told me due to lockdown they are working from home so cant able to fetch details, so i requested them not to discontinue my network till lockdown over and they also said once the lockdown over you call or visit our store for details. After few days they deactivated my sim. No one was able to contact me and also i was not able to contact anyone. Internet, communication, outdoor everything stop in lockdown how i pass this time so depressing without my fault.
Vodafone should be penalised for their mistake and ruthlessness during this corona time.

      I have Vodafone Company Monthly Post paid billing plan of 399 which was from last 2 years but I have received last month bill of Rs 2123/- which was 5 to 6 times of my regular monthly bill..So kindly look into my complaint & do the justice. Regards Ganesh Warudkar-Mobile No-[protected].

        Dear team,

        I am receiving unwanted/un requested otp messages from 17863 since may 2020 on my vodafone no. [protected]. Even today 17th may 2020, i got back to back messages. Otp messages are sent from the number 17863. I have not requested them

        Today, i got 10 sms back to back. With that my vodafone balance is also deducted.

        Please look into this as soon as possible who is sending these otp and why as bigger fraud may happen.

        Also, please inform why is this happening with vodafone and how to stop receiving the messages. Also, i need to refund of my balance.

          I have recharged on 13 th May till now i am not able to view any channel only blank screen is coming when i have recharged it has showed till 11th june now it is showing 9th june automatically they are deducting amount i have contacted customer care but no response please help me in the issue

            Hi,

            Please come up with explanation why am i asked to recharge before 30 days. Your stupid customer support don't even know their managers email address.

            Today it was show next recharge date as 19th may all of a sudden it changed to 15th may. Can i know the reason behind it. The same happened last month. When we contact customer service they have only 1 thing to say "due to covid19 we are working from home so we cannot help you". If you cannot help then why the hell you guys are open. On asking for manager details they keep on repeating themselves.

            Please find screen shot attached for same day and details being changed.

            You guys are stealing in the name of covid19.

              I am dilip sable using [protected] vodafone number in above last 10 years but last 17 february 2020 barred my outgoing internet sms services i am call and many times send to email to customer care but not respond.
              Last 1 st may 2020 to 7 th may customer care officer send me email and his writing wards on email 4 conversation pay 536 rupees and started your services, so i am paying 536 rupees in 8 may 2020 vai google pay and sending screenshot vai email and call to customer care officer he started my number only incoming service.
              I am sending emails in many times and call to customer care but not starting outgoing internet sms services.
              I think vodafone officer's staff working not committed in his words he makes me fool.
              I am requesting you please start my number services in previous billing plan with outgoing, internet, sms services not only incoming service.
              If is not possible please give me permission to port my number for other service providers.
              Please finish this matter i am forgot all things and forgot using above 10 years vodafone service.
              Please help me for god says in that situation (Lockdown period) i am very helpless
              Please remember your last 6, 7, many email conversation and remember your writing wards.

                The subscriber of dish tv. Whenever i do recharge dish tv is adding channels and their services automatically on which having lock periods system. Because of that my monthly recharge amount getting higher than usual. How can dish tv add channels and services without any concern?? Even trai has given freedom to choose channel and services still i can't remove or change because there have lock in periods conditions. I really disappointed by this. Please help me soon. Thank you so much

                  I have dish tv connection on the name of vishnu valgekar. My dish tv vcr no. Is [protected].
                  I had activated base pack of rs. 153/-. After some day my i got massage from dish tv that my recharge amount us 373 rs. So i checked on dish tv mobile application. Then i found that some unwanted channels, aad on pack got activated. But i did not activated the same. I asked about same to dish tv. They told me that they got call from me but actually i never call for channel adding. I told them to deactivate that all aad on and unwanted channels but dush tv said they cannot, because all channels and add ons having lock in periods. Oveall i realized that dish tv is adding channels them selves only. This is fraud please take immediate action on it. Thank you

                    I would like to inform you that i self dhananjay singh & i am user of videocon d2h service from last one year,

                    My services has been stopped suddenly without any notice, no body response from customers side neither mail nor call.
                    Currently in lockdown all body in home no any option to do anything more, no response from videocon, kindly have a look into this take strict action against this.

                      I have received a phone call from this number [protected]. The caller claimed he was calling on behalf of paytm and offered free gifts. For claiming the gifts he requested to transfer money. The call got disconnected after he realised his fraud has been detected.

                        Please note that there are some channels like (Fateh t. V) which is on channel number 883 but
                        It its showing some another channel i. E tadka. On same channel number.
                        Also there's one more channel (Sri dukh niwaran sahib) on 144 which is showing the channel (Fast way gurbani).

                        Similarly some channels are even not coming. Like:

                        142- sri anandpur sahib
                        143- sri shaheedan sahib, etc

                          Tactv is imposing tamil audio feed even severing native english audio of channels.NEEDS REGULATION.
                          TACTV is a state OWNED MSO. it's violation of norms is unacceptable. The stb provided is very much capable of audio switching, but intentionally disabled on cheap partisan political motive of AIADMK. It's time to call out these morons.

                                I have recharged in the past month for a diamond combo for 398/- for a month. It expired with 2 weeks. I called and emailed them. No help. I recharged another of 400/- for 1 month and again over within 2 weeks. Both of these amounts gave been taken from their website. I called them. Their customer service is the worst. The guy on the line said since before i used to recharge for 800, i have to recharge for 800. I said that was long ago when i had no choice but now i can choose my channels according to the new trai rules. He was rude and ordering me. When i said i want to speak to his manager, he disconnected the call. After that i emailed them in detail. I got response saying my issue has been resolved. Nothing was resolved. Also, the past month the channels go blank in between. Many customers are facing the issue. No help at all. This is not the first time. Videocon d2h are all thieves and cheats. Please take action against these frauds.

                                  This is about reliance Jio tower installation in the middle of our locality. At our village, Mr Sukumar Goap trying forcefully to install tower in a residential area. He has the backup of local panchayat. I'm protesting against it because we all are aware of the dangerous effects of mobile tower. Having aged person in my house I don't allow this. There are many empty places in our village. But he a person with don't care attitude. Please help me to get rid of this type o[censored]nwanted headache. In this circumstances, we'll be highly obliged if you kindly take action to cancel the permission of installing tower in the locality. Help me as soon as you can, because the work has been started already.

                                    My self hare krishna mehta from more then 20 years of dish tv customer.

                                    5 times i have send to request for remove movie active 59 rs channel in my pack but there is no response two month i have paid this amount without my acceptance.
                                    Offer is free movie active for 3day with new recharge but they not removed yet.
                                    Pls help otherwise i will go consumer foram for thiss issue

                                        My videocon d2h set top box in red light not coming into blue light, the issue is from 18 april 2020, I have complaint customer care sameday but my complaint closed on sameday but my issue is not solved no one from videocon d2h came to my home to solve issues, have send a mail to customer care d2h on 20 april 2020 to stop deducting my account balance as Iam unable to use videocon d2h services pls solve my problem .
