Sir,
I am a postpaid customer of vodafone number [protected]. Few months i got a call from your customer care executive who convinzce me that i have to pay only rs.999 for unlimited talktime time, internet, netflix so i change my existing plan to redx but the bills kept increasing the following months till date.in connection with this i call the executive several times but unfortunately they are not given me a proper answer for the the proceeding of the bill.
Then today i asked them to change my plan to prepaid in order to avoid such huge bill of rrs.1879. And now from the customer care of vodafone inform me to pay rs.3000 just to change this plan or continue existing plan for the next 6 months. This is ridiculous and injustice to the customers.
So i request you to kindly look into the matter and clarify how rs 999 has become rs.1879 also change my plan prepaid orals i need to port my number to another service provider.

      Hi,

      I am Krishna Devhans, recharged my Jio pre-paid mobile "[protected]" using internet. It was wrongly re-charged with plan for "JioPhone". As this phone manufacturer is non Jio, this plan doesn't work.

      I requested Jio customer care people to convert this plan into equivalent other plan so that I can utilize my re-charged money but they refused to do so. I even requested them to revert back money but for that also they refused.

      I will request you to intervene in this matter and give instruction to Jio Infocomm Ltd to revert back my money. I am sure there might be many customer like me who would have loss money due to this simple mistake. I am attaching my transaction details for your reference.

        Sir maine customer care no. Par call kiya h lekin d2h customer care k dwara call attend nahi kiya gaya. Maine plan change karne k liye email bhi kiya lekin mujhe login karne ka msg aaya h. Website par login nahi ho pa raha h. Na hi infinity app par login ho pa raha h.. Sir company k dwara channel add karne k liye telephone no. Diye gaye h lekin deactivate karne k liye koi telephone no. Nahi diya gaya h. Sir mai apne id 94050052 par diamond combo plan activate karna chata hu, jiska maine msg b email d2h k id par kiya h lekin vid dh dwara koi b action nahi liya gaya h.. Aapse anurodh h ki company k againt uchit karyavahi karne ki kripa kare. Thank you

          I had no recharge my card by 5 to 6 months and i had paid the money online on www.siti networks. Comby paytm my payment had been successfully paid for 346.45 rupees but my recharge is not completed and i call my local cable operator mukul cable operator and he had says that i am not responsible for that and disconnected the call but on www.siti networks.com it is written that call the lco but he is not responding so please recharge my card. It is a request to you.

            Sir,

            I am man mohan chaubey, user of dish tv vide v. C. Number [protected], registered mobile no. [protected].

            Due to corona-19, trai issue the regulation for some channels are required to show the operator without charging, but dishtv are not show right now. Please take necessary action of the operator for show these channels asap.

            Due to CORONA-19, TRAI issue the regulation for some channels are required to show the operator without charging, but dishTV are not show right now. Please take necessary action of the operator for show these channels ASAP.

                Mere pass tatsky ka setup box hai yeh har mahina kharab hota hai service charge lete hai mera khaina yeh tatasky itna low quality box kaise market me bhej raha iska matlab kala dhanda chalu hai logo chuna lagakar paise kamaraha hai trai wale bhi sayad checking nahi karte honge sub golmal chalu hai aj lockdawn ke baje se ham ghar per hai mere chote bhache jo kartoon dhekar gharme rahte hai ab setupbox ban hone ke bad oh ghar kaise baitenge muzhe kisi hal mera setup box prublam swal kariye pls

                  The channel which is about money should be closed, but the channel that is free should not be closed.

                  Note. I say that the free channels continue to run after the money is exhausted.

                    I had recharge my videocon d2h[protected] on dated 26.03.2020, but till date we could not seen the the requested channels. I had also requested multiple times to service provider for this problems but i didn"t received any resolution till date.

                    Due to lockdown me and my family all are in home and we have no other option for timepass, so you are requested please do the needfull as soon as possible.

                      Dear sir i have a dishtv connection vc no. [protected]. Last 4days my connection is not working i tried to complaint to dishtv customer care number many times but their average wait time is 80 to 90 minutes, although i waited for the time and told my problem to dishtv customer care executive, he told me that they will sent an engineer and this visit will be chargeable when i asked i have to pay charges when i am recharging dishtv non stop. They must provide me service free of cost they refused to do this and told me that if i want visit of their engineer i have to pay. This is wrong pls help me

                        We are not getting the connection even after the recharge of our account at videocon d2h.
                        V-d2h customer care asking us to wait for 10 minutes for restart but we have not recd any result on our tv after several calls done on above customer care contract no.

                        Kindly help pls or ask to refund our money which we paid to restart our d2h connection.
                        We hope to get the resolution on this.

I m calling [protected] for updates but msg received that request for DD National chnl cannot be processed as it is only available in MPEG4. Please answer me why i can't see these channels

                            Vodafone is my service provider and i normally get otp only when i access certain services that are office related. Even though i did not access my phone since midnight and not used the internet for any purpose, i received an otp from 17863 without any rhyme or reason. I checked the vodafone services app and there are no permissions required for this app. Im unsure which app has used this otp.

                              Dish tv is not rrady to telecast dd national channel even if it is mandatory to telecast

                              If i say to purchase dd national they stress to purchase hd set top box.
                              Telling they cant add ddnational on sd tepbox

                                I have knocked all doors of customer care of videocond2h such as calls, sms, mails still the problem persists the videocond2h service provider send a complaint no[protected] that it is resolved successfully but no remedies

The said connection was recently purchased one and half month ago. The product is in warranty and i have reminded d2h several times through telephone and e-mail but till date my problem is not resolved. It is please requested to take necessary to resolve the issue.

                                    They are providing only call back facility and i never got a call from them upon my several requests. I need proper compensation.

                                      I recharged my dish tv set top box after 4 months and suddenly found that it was not working. When i call the service provider's technician, he did not do any thing to repair the box and declared that the box needs to be replaced. He charged me rs 200. I have already recharged my settop box with rs 299.
                                      When i told about all these happenings, the authority did not take any action.
                                      They are not ready to either return the recharged amout or replace the box.

                                        One day i got called from jio tower installation company for tower installation in my land. That installation need to be noc from delhi and charged 12560/-. I paid that amount they're didn't get any original copy all the soft copy send through by whatsapp only. After that asking for 37500 /-amount they are totally scam in city. Please sir arrested them

                                        Issues with channel viewing, no resolution despite multiple complaints with TATA SKY DTH. Inspite of multiple complaints with the service provider, still issues persist.

                                        Resolution required: Techician visit to fix the recurring issue at no visit charges.
