I have an asianet subscription
This is to bring to your kind notice that in the months following feb 2019, my asianet subscription would get cancelled if the payment was not done prior to the month for that particular month and on inquiry with mr. Ratheesh (Accounts, plans & billing, asianet, edapazhanji office, trivandrum), i was told as per trai, this was the new norm and policy and there were no annual plans. I had also clarified this with section head, mr. Shibu prakash at the edapazhanji office, trivandrum.
I was also not getting all my prescribed paid channels consistently.
With this inconvenience, i had then decided to let go my asianet tv subscription after my last payment for september, 2019 (Payment done on august 14, 2019). All my payment dues to asianet was updated, closed.
And going forward i was to understand from your office that if i did not pay prior for a month, the asianet cable connection would be disconnected for that month. Based on this information from your office, i did not wish for the subscription to be extended after my last payment.
Please then clarify how asianet is billing me for cable network now if i have not paid for that month prior month?.
How was the authorization for reconnection of my monthly subscription done if i have not paid/ subscribed prior to the month? Several executives, mr arun, radhakrishnan, prasanth, asianet, edapazhanji office, trivandrum have called and the concern is still not resolved.
