I have a sundirect connection [protected]. I recharged ₹ 200 as top up and only i received ₹170 in wallet also when i selected the particlar channels to recharge it was not done. But monthly pack is been recharged which is unwanted for me. I contacted sundirect customer care but all numbers are in out of reach now. Now they swolled my amount. Can i file a case against or will they solve my problem

        We are from andhra pradesh, visakhapatnam district, narsipatnam. The cable operator here at ramarao pet is not transmitting tv5 and abn news free channels, channels are claiming to submit a complaint if these channels are not transmitted by the cable operator, upon asking cable operator says that these channels are stopped by government. We feel strongly the true news is not reaching people of ramarao peta area of narsipatnam (Pin no 531116)
        This is a division head quarters with dense place where in the true news is suppressed by only showing sakshi, tv9, etc... I request your kind action on it at the earliest.

            Sir/madam
            At my home i had been using dishtv from last ten years. From my registered mobile no when i recharged my dishtv the recharge money goes to vc no. [protected] which is not mine. This happened three times, i submitted all the details of these three transactions to dishtv customer care as asked by them. My vc number is [protected]. I have never faced such problem earlier from last ten years but now they are saying that my mobile number is registered with two vc numbers.
            I request them to transfer all my money from vc no.[protected] to [protected]. And i also want to know that who had registered this vc no with my registered mobile number because this issue has caused me a lot of trouble. They can check from their server and delete vc no [protected] which is not mine from my registered mobile no. I am complaining them from last fifteen days but they are ignoring me. Due to which i am feeling mental hrasment and financial loss.
            I know there is lockdown but my issue is not so big. I am also a computer engineer and know all the technicalty behind this process. This will add more mental stress to me
            Please help me and oblige.

              I have a vodafone connection in use for several years. I am currently on pre-paid plan. Since february this year, i have facing repeated problem of deduction for vas that i have not subscribed to or used. Every time i register a complaint with vodafoneidea, the deducted money is credited to my a/c. They are not fixing this problem on a permanent basis, which forces me to continuously watch the deductions on a daily basis and register a complaint so very often.in the last two months i have had atleast 6 occasions where i faced this problem and in the last one week, faced it twice. Isn't the service provider not liable for this indiscriminate and unilateral charging and literally harassing me from time to time? Every issue that comes up takes away atleast 45' of my time for registering a complaint, answering the phone call and 2~3 days for resolution. I have the trail of emails since february and i have attached the same.

                I have an asianet subscription
                This is to bring to your kind notice that in the months following feb 2019, my asianet subscription would get cancelled if the payment was not done prior to the month for that particular month and on inquiry with mr. Ratheesh (Accounts, plans & billing, asianet, edapazhanji office, trivandrum), i was told as per trai, this was the new norm and policy and there were no annual plans. I had also clarified this with section head, mr. Shibu prakash at the edapazhanji office, trivandrum.

                I was also not getting all my prescribed paid channels consistently.

                With this inconvenience, i had then decided to let go my asianet tv subscription after my last payment for september, 2019 (Payment done on august 14, 2019). All my payment dues to asianet was updated, closed.

                And going forward i was to understand from your office that if i did not pay prior for a month, the asianet cable connection would be disconnected for that month. Based on this information from your office, i did not wish for the subscription to be extended after my last payment.

                Please then clarify how asianet is billing me for cable network now if i have not paid for that month prior month?.

                How was the authorization for reconnection of my monthly subscription done if i have not paid/ subscribed prior to the month? Several executives, mr arun, radhakrishnan, prasanth, asianet, edapazhanji office, trivandrum have called and the concern is still not resolved.
                Nobody responds to their email ids - customer care or [protected]@asianetindia.com

                  First of all have i called on 198, 199 and [protected] but there is no any one to attend my phone.

                  I have done topup of rs. 50 with main balance and data balance benifits but i got only main balance not data balance.

                  I have bought gift of jio phone of rs.808 on 16.01.20 from jio app but when i reach jio store they told me that phone is not available and then i visited jio store many times but they told me same answer.

                  Please tell me when i get my 5 gb data balance and jio mobile.

                          I am writing mail to lodge complain against my dth operator (Airtel dth).

                          I (Dr avik bhattacharya) am subscriber of air-tel dth having consumer number:[protected] and the mobile number linked the id is :[protected]

                          Please note i have recharged rs.100 on 27th of february from amazon and then again i recharged rs.200 on 17th march from same amazon account
                          After booth the recharge my account is not activated.
                          Please note my account was active on 27th february and i went out from roorkee (Place of instillation of dth connection) on 18th of february and again returned on 17th march.
                          While observed the dth is deactivated i again recharge rs.200 from amazon but even today (14th april 2020) my dth connection is not restored.

                          I have sent three emails to their customer care mail and at last i received one sms 6th april that my issue was resolved but please note my dth service has nor been restored yet.
                          Thus the problem is not at all addressed. I wrote it back to them i did not received any reply yet.
                          Moreover i have confirmed twice the payment gateway. Amazon (The payment gate way) confirmed that both the recharge were successful.

                          Over and above i send at least ten sms of 54325 to restore connection but connection was not restored. However my mobile service provided deducted rs.3 for each sms!

                          I called again on 6th of april the phone number mentioned in sms "[protected]" but no one has picked and i have same experience i have while calling the the north zone customer care number of airtel dth[protected] but i failed to talk with customer care executive. I just put in labyrinth of switching options.

                          Since the issue was not resolved by the airtel-dth for past three week i am informing to the appropriate authority (Trai) with facts and documents.

                          I request you to look after my grievances and take strong exemplary action this delinquent dth service provider.

                            Hi team,

                            We are a part of your d2h subscription we have been recharged our plan last month near by around 20 and even after recharging the account we are unable to view the channel is been a month and as a customer we tried calling u emailed u but there is no response, we do under stand that there is a covid effect because of which we have been trying to contact you in several ways but no response in the mean while we will get a call stating from video con and they will give a number and when we try calling to that number tit will e not reachable is this kind of service you provide? Not at all satisfied with this service at all. And when we talk to virtual assistance its stating that u account has no balance when we have bal and we are not able to view channel why the hell will we recharge again?
                            At least you need to be kind enough to talk or reply to the email which the customer will write when they have concern and at least you people need to follow up i[censored] have limited sources.in this covid situations as we are unable to go out this is the only thing where we can get information through. Upon all chasing this is the final step am taking hoping that there will b positive response.

                                    I'm the customer of videocon d2h bearing customer id :37325279, name :kumallu agmera. Sir i have done recharge to my d2h with rs 300/- (293 /- rs my basic amount to get recharged) on 25/03/2020 and updated my recharge by videocon d2h on 27/03/2020. My recharge completed on 20/04/2020. On how they are take such more amount with less days. Sir i request you to take serious action or else i'll be going to file case regarding this issue

                                      We are enjoying land line phone [protected]since last 30 years. As the time is of mobile phones but we decided not to surrender phone & we are paying bill with not using (No outgoing/ no incoming)
                                      Bsnl launched some free scheme to provide free gb to promote bsnl.
                                      My daughter lives out of bathinda, on her visit to bathinda i may have applied for that scheme but could not enjoy benefits as speed/ connection signal was not ok.
                                      Now bsnl is charging inflated/ wrong/ bill.
                                      I am ready to pay bills as it was installed before internet.
                                      Trai may check my using of internet data / incoming/ outgoing of last 30 years.
                                      I request bsnl & trai to please send me bill after doing adjustments.

                                        I am paying my monthly subscription through LCO.I have two SCV setup boxes under one registered name.My LCO demanding full NCF of Rs.153 for both the connections.
                                        As per TRAI's revised standars only 40% should be paid for second connection.
