I am randomly receiving otp messages from the number '17863'.

I suddenly received the sms, it was only for a couple of times but as i checked online many others most of whom were vodafone customers have been facing the same issue, where they have received the otp from the same number on annoyingly numerous occasions on daily basis.

My vodafone number was in a basic feature phone, i recently have put it in a outdated a smart phone where no apps can be installed. And havent been registered anywhere or any bank or for anything, it is just used as home phone instead of landline.

Kindly look into this before it leads to causing any undesirable incident such as hacking, fraud etc.

Since it is mostly vodafone customers affected, i have a suspicion that vodafone is trying to add/activate some vas services.

One other thing is every time i recharge, vodafone activates caller tunes without my consent and every time i complain to them and then they deactivate but it keeps repeating and randomly i receive numerous calls from people from other states, like in month i receive it a couple of days but on the day i receive those calls it'll be like 10-15 times

If i answer those calls person from other end either wont talk or wont understand english or tamil which are the only two languages i know and they are not the same numbers from which i receive the call, i tried raising the issue with vodafone but couldn't get any resolution.

I'm earnestly hoping that registering my concern in this forum would finally provide a favourable outcome fro me.

    Abn and tv5 channels are not being telecasted by our cable operator (Gampalagudem (V), krishna (Dt), andhrapradesh). The cable operator is asking to do a 10 rupees add on to view abn channel. But there is no amount displaying after the name of the channel. The recent ban came on the inside orders of ap government to ban to all the cable operators of the state.

      Sir my name ram krishna goswami. There is a vodafone connection with my sister's name. I have recharged on this number ([protected]) on 3 dec, 2019 at 12:40 with 399 rs from my vodafone app. Where it was showing that i will receive 84 days validity, 1.5 gb data per day and unlimited calls but i received only 28 days validity. As i complained at the same time for the same issue and they said that as plan were changed on 3rd dec but as it was showing old plans so they will extend my validity but still now they have not updated my validity and today they denied for the same. This is the big fraud with me as they showed that they will give 84 days validity but they have given only 28 days validity only please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible against vodafone. Thank you as i have also attached the snapshot of the same which was showing at the time of recharge thank you.

        My vodafone no. Is [protected]. I have requested to port my number from vodafone to bsnl. I got porting code which i have already given to bsnl. I have given the code on 21st december 2019. But vodafone is not co-operating with me. They are taking time and the time period is getting lapse every time. Please look into the matter so that i can port my number from vodafone to bsnl as soon as possible.

          I had already complained almost 100 times for still picture, but everytime i suffered for a day and technicians never solved due to lack of knowledge. I also suggested them to change the set top box or repair, but they said to me everytime they can't do it alike. I have faced so much inconvinience, i am disappointed by the service they provide. They came along for resolvence after 5-6 hours of complaint registration.. Very very poor service..

            Tata sky maintaining incorrect records about my address.

            Sending the person for reinstallation, after paying the charges, not changing my new address.

            Asked pay it again and again.

            My name was mentioned in their records incorrectly. Creating new id and removing the amount given for the flexi plan for one year recharge.

            There is no proper response from tata sky.

            I am not receiving any proper reply through email and getting by different numbers.

            Please check and resolve the issue.

              Hi,

              My name is krishna chaitanya anne and my videocon d2h account id is[protected]. I have recharged my account after a one month gap and found out earlier signal issue was still continuing. I have called customer care and raised complaint on 11th dec 2019. The service engineer visited on 14th dec 2019 and told receiver is the problem and replaced it by charging me 925rs. The next day morning after starting tv the signal issue was still not resolved. I have again called the customer care and informed it was still not resolved. But they informed that the engineer had already closed the ticket which i have raised. (Why do they close ticket as the engineer says. They should confirm with the customer whether the complaint was resolved or not). They have raised complaint again and told the old ticket will be opened again. The engineer again visited on sunday 15-dec-2019 and told he will check by replacing the wire. But until now (20-dec-2019) he didn't come back with wire. He unnecessarily charged my 925 rs for receiver which was not the problem, and second the service charge of 200 rs deducted from my account event though the complaint was not resolved.

              I want to sue these guys. I am so frustated as they are not answering the calls and switching off the mobile numbers they gave. Today i spoke with nodal office of bangalore mr. Devan, who told that he will resolve this issue by eod.

                I am a subscriber of asianet digital dth in thrissur (Kerala).
                My monthly subscription (Customer id - ha[protected] was collected on 13 dec 19. I needed to add some more channels to my already existing pack, i called the thrissur office & requested for the same. Even after a week time they are saying that the subscription collected by the agent is not deposited at their office, hence the channel cannot be added.
                Even after paying money on time and not able to watch the channels i want to is nothing but ridiculous, and totally unprofessional.
                Even when i tried to lodge the complaint on ([protected]) on their customer care, the agent refused as the thrissur branch of asianet dth office does not provide bill to customers and collect the money by giving dues statement.
                It is requested that the concerned dth franchise may be directed to render the services for which they are collecting money.

                  I am mohit bhardwaj. I belongs to vpo dattaur, tehsil sampla, rohtak, haryana. We (All mobile phone users) are facing a very poor network coverage in our locality and its occuring since last 8-9 months. I basically use reliance jio and i tried to file a complaint for the same to jio but they are not filing my complaint by saying that there is weak network coverage in your area and we are working on it, it may take upto 120-180 days. And today i listen this response 3rd time in this time period. Earlier they were saying that it will take 2-3 months but when i called them after 5 months then also same response and today they said it will take 120-180 days. They are not filing my complaint which is absolutely unfair, i have to right to file complaint against them as they are not providing us services. I just want trai to take action against reliance jio and other service providers that they should provide good network coverage to our area and should improve their services. We are totally helpless because there is not a single service provider by which provide good network coverage in our area. I can be reachable at [protected].

                  TRAI should guide telecom service providers(especially Reliance jio) to install a new tower in my area. Incase, Reliance jio or any other service provider not able to get a land to install a new tower than I am ready to give my land on rent for tower installation in that affected area. They Can contact me directly at [protected] or on [protected]@gmail.com . TRAI should be responsible for this because when any service provider want to make new rules then TRAI stands with them so TRAI should take a stand on customer behalf also. We are paying money for services but we are not taking a very bad experience in return which is trully unfair.

                    This the complaint against Mobile tower installation in residency area. All neighbour are saying to owner please don't install tower.But they are not agree person is saying he is taking the permission from TMC. Tower installation work is near about narrow lane, and near *BALWADI* which is harmful for all the neighbours & CHILDRENS.
                    Request you to take the action at your end or cancel the permission for mobile tower installation.

                        I am subscribee of airtel dth, my customer id is [protected], i have taken udp plan of airtel dth in rs.1349/- on 3 aug 2019, till 6th every thing is good going.. On 6th dec2019, airtel dth changed my monthly package without my concent and without any information instead udp they change 153/- and deducted unfair amount... I have approched company multiple but there is no any resolution... Asking to pay again for the same pack... I have call recording for all my communication with airtel dth customer support team.. Kindly your intervene is rquired to get it resolve..

                          I have raised complaints for the last four days[protected],[protected],
                          [protected] and[protected],[protected] for no channels showing up, it is mdu connection.
                          Technicians call (For eg [protected]) but they dont come home and attend the complaint.
                          Few complaints have been closed as issue resolved without actual resolution.
                          I got the sms with link for feedback.
                          Everytime, customer care team this is escalated to senior authority, nodal officer phone for karnataka[protected] and 23002888 arebusy 24 x 7.
                          They confirm everytime by 24 hrs issue will be attended but no efforts have been taken to resolve.
                          After dish taking up d2h, is the company surviving.
                          Channels selected ala carte also dont work but money istaken as per selected channels. Pls take this as serious concern.

                            Excess international roaming bill for past 8 months. I have called every month to deactivate the international roaming plan. From may to august and action was taken from their behalf. Not even an sms acknowledging the issue, despite of me calling every month to deactivate the international roaming plan. When i called in september again regarding the same issue, i was told no previous complaints have been registered. I received an sms in september after 3 months of me calling consistently and asking to deactivate the plan. Despite of getting the complaint registered this time no action was taken and my bills were generated including the international roaming.
                            I called again in december and they said there were some technical issues and they couldn't process my request and they can't do anything about it. They made me wait 40 min to get me connected to the supervisor who was constantly putting me on hold and showed a very nonchalant attitude towards the whole request.
                            After struggling for 8 months, still no concrete action was taken as nobody is listening or taking any action. They are showing very rude and un-bothered attitude towards the whole situation.

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              I would like to inform you that i live in jyoti park gurgaon house num-10 / 28 and there is a tower situated on our neighbors terrace which is very harmful and dangerous because all the machines are open and wires are open.

                              Also whenever we go to the terrace we cannot stay there more than 10 minutes because of that noise and radiations, my parents are diabetic patients and they are suffering health issues due to this. We are getting so much problems from that tower related to health and disturbance, please try to help us and get this issue resolve on priority.

                              Please this is very serious issue we need to get rid of from this.

                                I am using Airtel Sim for past 10+ years, By summitting all the necessary proofs .I have bought the SIM. From Yesterday (12/10/2019) the sim is deactivated it is not working . While enquiring in Airtel Store they told my date of birth was missing, I have provided a valid proof (Aadhar) which contains all the details.

                                It was the mistake from the service provider they didn't update my details properly in Airtel Portal. They didn't ask any further details from my end. Without providing any proper intimation . They have deactivated my SIM.

                                All my bank transactions are blocked, Unable to log into my office portal because of OTP.

                                When I contact the Airtel customer care, The solution which they provided was very shocking and inappropriate . They asked me to get a new SIM with same number. For activation it took around 4days. Already the sim with I have having a 3 months plan up to Jan end.

                                The new Sim which I am buying wont carry forward the old sim plan. I want to recharge further for my new plan. Because of the service provider issue I want to pay for all the things .

                                Note: This is not the 1st time, I am facing this issue for the second time . 2years before they did the same for me.

                                  My first base plan expiry date was 2nd Dec19 so i was able to add add-on channels without spending much price like Base existing base plan with expiry date up to 31st dec19. but my base plan was auto renewed automatically with my wallet balance and it is expiring 2nd dec19.problem is tomorrow onwards that add-on channels will not continue they informed by customer care.
                                  So my recharge amount done on 1st dec2019 for add-on channels should be refunded. Because there is no information like, after 2nd dec19 add-on channels will work without base plan. So total false and misselling through website and mobile app by Sundirect

                                    My Tata sky subscriber ID [protected] and monthly recharge amount was Rs. 316/- regularly. But on 4th December 2019 they informed me through TV to pay Rs.674/-as monthly charge.
                                    stopped TV channels from that day onwards.
                                    On 5th Dec., 2019 I asked them explanation through phone,
                                    Tatasky Chennai office replied that "you have required us clear audio service and some other plane which I can't understand".
                                    I replied that one week before a staff from tatasky spoke to me that they introduced some new planes and I had not accepted.
                                    Further I requested to cancel the newly added planes and continue my previous plane. Chennai Tatasky accepted to modify plane on 5th Dec. 2019. Again 6th Dec.2019 I remembered. They told that it has changed by Mumbai Head office and we arrange to inform them to modify immediately. But till today they are not modify. For the last five days the TV channels are stopped.

                                    Therefore I request you to take suitable action through tatasky Mumbai office to continue my previous tatasky plane and decrease the monthly charge.

                                      Hi..

                                      I have kotak credit card... Very bad customer care service. They are not treating the customer properly. Asking rubbish questions.. Customer phone numbers are given to executives.. No confidentiality..
                                      Executives text in wats app... I dont know is this the way reaching out to customers.
                                      Getting irritated of this calls. They decrease the limit of credit card continuously and putting charges as overlimit. Need an immediate action..
