Hi Team,

I have raised complaint On 14th December for D2H Signal is not working and next day technician came and one device he installed at the dish and he charged 400 RS including service charges.After one week from this incident 200 RS again deducted from the d2h account. So i have called to Vidieocon d2h customer care they given complaint number[protected] and they told that with in 8 working hours we will refund the amount and till now i.e[protected] amount not refunded and they are saying same answer we will resolve your issue in 8 working hours.

    I have Airtel DTH connection but i was not use it few month. One day some call from airtel backhand team he says me recharge with 399 rs. for three month and give me a pack of channel. But after Three days many channel are blocked. Then i call to customer care he says those channel are not in your pack. I ask her why are i seen these channel in three days.

        I requested to port my no [protected] and sent to 1900, did the exercise several time due to being receiving message every time from 1901 the above mentioned.

        I visited lajpat nagar store and spoke to the manager mr rahul, and confirmed to me that the phone is active from last 2 years and never did any changes or ever been changed.
        He made to speak to one of your department who i suppose does the control of porting the phone and he told me that the no is already ported, i asked him to send the confirmation, he refuse to do it

        Sir, our cable operator ACT, and I'm from sheelanagar, visakhapatnam.Cable operator is charging 300 RS and when we go and ask him he will say today I will activate channnels, this story is happening from last 6 months.kindly take action

          I installed a jio fibre connection on Dec 28. 2019.

          I was allotted service no.[protected].
          fixed voice number allotted was[protected].

          I paid the amount Rs 3501.82 on Dec 28.

          The router is not receiving any signal and the technicians informed on Dec 28 they would set right the signal issue on 29th Dec.

          Since nobody turned up I made repeated complaints to their call centre and still the connection is not activated, nor the modem is receiving any signal.

          Since no positive response is received from JIO representatives and emails I seek your kind intervention in resolving the issue and inform me the reason for this inordinate delay.

          Local channels are broadcasting premium shows.
          No network and call drop in Hyderabad on Airtel network, most of the time when i receive an incoming even though I answer the call still it shows connecting and gets disconnected automatically. Many times even when I make an outgoing same thing happens.

            I booked for JIO fiber line. they told me that it will get done in 15-20 days. but it get delayed by two three months then I asked for cancelling the order which they did it on 14th July but havenot refund my money yet.

              I have recharged a amount of rupees 1999 in my bsnl prepaid sim, on the site i have saw that this plan also gives sony liv subscription but i have not got such any subscription. I live in up east circle but my mobile number is of bihar. When i contacted costumer care they said that we don't have any update of your number so they gave me bsnl bihar circle helpline number but the number do not work. I am even not able to contact bsnl bihar constumer care.

              I have compaining to Airtel customer care from last 2 months about Data speed issue but the problem is not resolved yet and customer care executive has used bad words with me.

But they asked me to pay for technician charge also. Actually they need to serve free. Because am paying for new dth box also.

                    Dear sir,
                    Until recently there was no limit to which a person could download using an internet connection labeled as an unlimited plan or a ul plan, but recently trai has approved the isp's to put a cap on the usage o[censored]nlimited download users, this is called fair usage policy (Hence forth abbreviated as fup) on unlimited plans.

                    I believe the users are at a loss as only the heavy users are opting for the unlimited plans and the internet service providers (Isp) are charging accordingly but are not delivering as they have fup as an excuse.

                    I have 2 points.

                    1. If the user the user is paying for the unlimited plan then why can he not have the liberty of the unlimited download? This is clearly cheating on the isp's part as they cannot decide how much download is enough for a user! And the fup are fairly low for most of the isps. The users must have the entire right to download as much they want when they are paying for the unlimited plans.

                    2. If there is a surge in the usage o[censored]nlimited plans which resulted in the isp's capability to deliver the product they promised hence resorted to fair usage policy, then why are the isps not improving their infrastructure to handle the extra load or change the tarrif plans so that users are in the control of how much they want. Fup is essentially making the word unlimited download a lie and this policy must be abolished.

                    I sincerely hope that the consumer forum will take action action against this treacherous policy.

                      I had raised a request for a remote on 30th december 2019 complaint number[protected] and was told it will be resolved by 31st december. The ticket was closed without intimating. Again had to call on 1st january 2020, complaintnumber[protected] and was again told it will be resolved by 2nd january 2020. And the same was repeated. Had called on 3rd january and was given assurance that i will be provided the remote by eod but even after multiple calls no one is answering and giving any response

                        I changed my airtel circle from mumbai to chennai, but unable to do first recharge like 197, 297, 497, 647.
                        I am raising the complaint via airtel store as well customer care 25th dec 2019 to the till date 03 jan 2020, but they keep on close my complaint without any feedback from my end.

                        Airtel has stopped my incoming and outgoing services, due to that i lost my business, also i got penalty for my personal payments.

                        Kindly, help me to resolve this issue.

                          Yesterday i recharged by d2h account with 776 rs its more than 10 hours, the videocon d2h service is not started, i am experiencing this second time in a weeks time.
                          All i can see is e18-4: sorry you have insufficient balance error on the screen

                          Customer id[protected].

                          Last week also i recharged with 300 rs & service was not available for 7 days, they deducted 200 rs for engineer visit though that visit was not helpful & engineer did not do any thing to solve the issue.

                          Whenever i am trying to their customer care, they are saying their server is down & they can not see the details of the customer.

                          It's more than 26 hours after the recharge and still my services are not started. But they deduct the amount from the balance though service is Not available. Can authorities please take some strict actions against this. Thanks

                          Yesterday I raised one more complaint & they arranged a engineer visit, Engineer came & just called call center asking refresh of the account.

                          Customer care executive degraded my subscription package from higher package to lower package without asking my permission & started our service.

                          Videocon D2H is operating with totally unethical way & are not following government rules which they should be following.

                          I raised a complaint asking the explanation about how & why did they degrade my package though there was 776 Rs in my account. ( Complaint Number[protected]

                          I have also raised a case with Videocon for getting my refund for the days I did not receive, as they deducted money from my account though the services were not available. ( Case number[protected].

                          Videocon D2H custemer care executives are too much reluctant to take the complaint, I had to convince them alot for getting the complaint raised. its very disappointing & unprofessional experience from Videocon D2H, I strongly suggest people not to Opt for Videocon D2H if you are looking for a new connection.

                          I am waiting for their response on above cases[protected] /[protected] I am hoping TRAI intervens & help me get justice in this case. Thanks

                                This is to inform you that I want to register a complaint against TATASKY. I have recharged my account (customer ID:-[protected]) with Rs 18100 on 21st March 2019 with TATASKY and locked their services against my account (includes my main TV and 2 multi TVs) for a period of 12 months after confirming THRICE from their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE that for coming 12 months (upto 20th March 2020) I have locked the pack/services for my account and my account will remain unaffected regardless of any changes in prices for next 12 months i.e. upto 20th March 2020, but these guys came back to me in June 2019 and increased prices for my multi TVs which increases my annual payment from Rs 18100 to Rs 24699 approximately which is a big blow to my pocket. This is a BREACH OF AGREEMENT. TATA SKY can’t increase the prices during the duration (12 months) for the services promised/agreed by them to me. TATA SKY do advertise and encourage their customers to go for a recharge for 12 months and enjoy JHINGALAALA tension free service for next 1 year just to come back in the middle of the duration of the services and say hey we have increased the prices for your services. This has caused me a lot of mental harassment by reaching TATASKY people from pillar to post.

                                I want to register a complaint against TATA SKY for the breach of the agreement. Kindly look into this.

                                I have escalated this issue to the TATASKY team multiple times but I didn't get any resolution to my problem so I have left with no other option apart from registering the complaint to the Consumer Redressal Forum.

                                    Dear TRAI I am a consumer of videocon d2h for last few days vide consumer id no.[protected] but unfortunately Since 29/12/2019 my d2h is not getting signal.In this respect i made call in the help line centre but the issue is not resolved yet, rather they provide some wrong information like curfew is going on at my locality, in fact curfew was her in the year of 2015.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have 3 connections of mobile services from airtel bangalore city.
                                      We had shifted to jayanagar 9th block in june 2018.
                                      Since, then i have been having call drop and poor inconsistent network connectivity.
                                      I have given several complaints, to airtel at this local customer care on 26th main road jayanagar 9th block - near raggiguda arch.
                                      As well as online. There is no improvement of the services, inspite of several assurance. They as it will be resolved 4-6 weeks there is no improvement.
                                      I was told due to very density of the traffic, network choking is resulting in the network connectivity.
                                      A new tower is planned in june 2019, then, differed to sept 2019, now, it is jan end 2020
                                      Recently i had given a complaint, the airtel local customer care shoppe.
                                      I was shocked to understand that the building that i stay does not have support and it is known fact. (Shanthi park apartments - building 1 -12) one of the oldest residential complex of bangalore in south bangalore.
                                      Don't expect improvement is in the future.
                                      Does that mean moving to this apartment complex is curse or mistake.
                                      Is that true, please clarify.
                                      As a telecom authority we need immediately action and support in getting the better services.

                                        I have issue last two week about internet slow issue i have complained against these airtel but their is clarified airtel iam daily contact to airtel but no help my mobile no is [protected] airtel service in maharashtra.
