Airtel हर महिने validity के प्लान महंगे करता है. जो Recharge Rs. 23 का था जिसमे सिर्फ 28 दिन की Validity मिलती थी अब वो 45 का कर दिया है, कस्टमर्स को Inform भी नही किया जाता । मुझे अपने एयरटेल के नम्बर को Port Out करना है, मेरे मोबाइल नम्बर की Validity खत्म हो गयी थी तो मैने Rs. 19 का Recharge किया जिसमे मेरे मोबाइल नम्बर पर 2 दीन Outgoing Validity मिल गयी, मेरे मोबाइल नम्बर 2 मे Rs. 7 का बैलेंस है लेकिन फिर भी मैं मैसेज भेज नही सकता क्यों की एयरटेल का कहना है की Rs. 19 के Recharge में आप मैसेज भेज नही सकते भले ही आपके पास बैलेंस हो . एयरटेल की वेबसाइट पर Rs. 19 के Recharge मे आप को जो 2 दीन की Validity मिलेगी उसमे आप मैसेज भेज नही सकते ऐसा कहीं पर भी नही लिखा है . मेरे पास Validity और बैलेंस होने के बाद भी मैं मैसेज भेज नही सकता ये तो गलत है . एयरटेल ने 23 का Recharge 45 कर दिया है जिसमे सिर्फ 28 दिन की Validity है और 49 के रीचार्ज मे 28 दिन की Validity के साथ Rs. 33 का Talktime मिल जाता है, कौन गधा 45 का रीचार्ज करना चाहेगा जब की और 4 रुपये जोड़कर 49 के रीचार्ज मे Validity और Talktime दोनों मिल जाते हैं, ये सरासर लोगों को बेवखुफ बना रहें हैं . मैं तो 23 का रीचार्ज करके सिर्फ पोर्ट आउट का मैसेज भेजना चाहता था लेकिन ये लोग कब कीमते बढ़ाते हैं कुछ भी पता नहीं चलता, कीमते बढाने से पहले कस्टमर्स को Inform तो करना चहिए, ऐसे तो दिन मे 40 - 50 मैसेज आते रहते हैं इनके ये रीचार्ज करो वो रीचार्ज करो लेकिन प्लान महंगे करते हैं तो कस्टमर्स को एक भी मैसेज नही . जब हर महिने कम से कम 35 का रीचार्ज करने का नियम आया तो Mobile service Providers को कॉल करने पर वो ये कहते थें की ये हमने नही TRAI ने किया है सब TRAI के हिसाब से चलता है, और अब उन्हें TRAI के बारे में बात करते हैं तो वो ये कहते हैं की हम TRAI के नियमों से नही चलते . मैं सिर्फ इतना चाहता हूँ मेरे पास अगर दो दिन की Outgoing Validity है और बैलेंस भी है तो मैसेज जरूर send होना चहिए .

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[46835453]. Since from last 1 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

    Hi, my self pavan sheth from baroda gujarat, i was applied for new connection in you broadband on 21st feb 2020 also i was paid of cheque of rs. 4199 to their executives and now he has been not picking up my call.. Such a pathetic employees.. Even they did not call us to back... Even i have sent the whats app messages but they didn't reply after seen the messages...

    As per the instructions given I proceed for customer care as I have unlimited call plans ( as per recording attached) then also 0.50 paise is charged from me and now they are saying 199 no. is chargeable.I felt cheated and want my hard earned money back.

    I complaint so many time on Airtel custmer care no. 121 that 5GB /month 4g data of my postpaid plan not activated from last 3 month . Company custmer care employees always say me your problem will be solved in 24/48hour soon . But no result out. Please help me .

      Sir,
      I am a customer of d2h since last one and a half year. I have created my own pack on 8 feb 20. On 13 feb 20 i got a call from d2h customer care and without my acceptance she added one channel of jyotish dunia channel no 204. If it is so, then why trai has given the opportunity to the customer to pick up their desired channel. I call back and asked customer care employ to disconnect the channel. He assured me that the channel will be disconnected on 15 feb 20 and raised a complaint no[protected]. Since that day the channel has not been disconnected. Please look into the matter because d2h employees are not hearing my problem.

        Hi Team,

        I’m writing this complaint with regard to Vodafone providing bad service with regard to calls and mobile internet service. I’ve complaint to the team stating i had issues with my mobile internet and calls and no resolution has been provided until now. The complaint was registered on 2nd of jan, 2020.

        I’ve contacted vodafone customer service more than 20 times via email and calls. But no resolution provided. The customer service agents does not understand the complaints and don’t know what to interact with customers. They give all wrong and false information’s over the phone.

        A bill was generated for the month of jan, 2020 with full rental charges since i’m on postpaid connection. I had contacted customer service for requesting compensation since i had issues with the mobile internet and calls and for the service which i did not get any response from the team. I had sent an email to appellate too and nobody responded to my complaints till now.

        I request you to please look into my complaint and provide resolution. Please let me know if you need any details.

          The mobile tower is being erected at a near-by house located at a highly dense residential area. This is being constructed without due approvals and on a terrace tower of a 20-year-old house. This surely will pose a serious health hazard (Cancer and tumors} to the resident neighbors.
          Presently, the work done is up to the foundation stage but in next few days it will come-up if not stopped.

          The gentleman has cleverly kept her 85 year old mother name in all the documentation and agreement work with the tower company (Probably reliance)

          Expect that the trai/concerned authority will do something in this grave matter of health hazard.. Best...

                It is faurad every month by d2h.

                Every month before 1 0r 2 days recharge finished.
                Floated a massage on tv screen.

                    The cable operator named maa magangala duradarshan are
                    Creating their own channel packages and force the customer to take the channel based on their packages. They created packages by adding important channel to high valued plan and cheating the customer. The cable operator do not give power to customers for choosing the channel based on their wish.

                      I am prudhvi raju s/o kondala rao. we having connection with Tata sky dth registered with my father name(kondala rao).

                      We having issue with tata sky dth. We can able to view payed channels as per regulatory norms, but we can't able to view free channels(tata sky charging some basic charges as per trai regulations).

                      Tata sky customer care executives telling it is problem from customer side. if problem from customer side we shouldn't get payed channels also. Tata sky services having issue also they directing charging customer.

                      I am facing due to tata sky services not from physically set up box(customer side). Please inform my problem to top executives of tata sky providers and make customers to get good services from operator.

                          Has the airtel ivrs system ended the system of talking to the customer? Now even the number does not show.
                          And even more numbers do not ask, and once you call, then you have said the maximum number of times.
                          When the people of airtel had kept my validity 2032. So now why the validity of my incoming has been ended and i have to recharge every month. If this is the attitude of airtel, then i have 7-8 accounts and official accounts of airtel. I will get everything done and go to live.

                              My set top box id is connected with another 4 connections, so i have recharged for 12 months by seeing offer running on my id and in offer no where is mentioned or displayed that this offer will be apply on main connection only and i have recharged of 2794 rupess. For 12 months and remaining connected set top box is suspended only main connection is running
                              So i wanted my money back.. And i have registred complaint many times but they are not resolving my complaint and not giving back my money

                              Respected officer of TRAI, I requested you please ensure to all DTH service that at least announced officially off on National Holiday.
                              Even today Republic day but company service center are working which all employees whoare working there feel like a "Bandhua Majdoor".

                                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 82109223. Since from last 8 Years (Approx) I am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                                  Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 282/- for which i should get services for 30 days on 02.02.2020, and I go for the refresh my account but they have Add Chanel No. 222 and deducted Rs. 59/- from my monthly recharge. Again i have complained to their Toll free no[protected], they refused to deactivate this channel before 30days, as I told them that we don't need this channel but they clearly refused

                                  Now I am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                    My customer ID is[protected] and i have recharged 503rs on suggestion of Videcon customer in Dec 2019 that was offering 60 days validity but it was worked only 49 days when i called to Videocon customer service to know the reason they said you took credit for 3 days that's why deducted your amount but i never taken any credit validity.
                                    Before this issue i recharged 100rs and channel was not coming and i reported the issue they said some issue at your end and you have to pay engineer visit charge 200rs and hardware fault too and taken 800 and also deducted my 100rs too without using the channel.
                                    And same day the gave me offer to recharge 503rs for 60 days and gave assurance engineer will surely visit your site tomorrow but he visited after 2 days so basically the provided only 47 days validity while they committed for 60 days.
                                    Every time Videocon D2h is cheating with us and after facing multiple time fraud compelled to complaint against them. they are doing only fraud and nothing else.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I’m writing this complaint with regard to vodafone regarding the bad service they are providing. I’ve complaint to the team stating i had issues with my mobile internet and calls and no resolution has been provided until now. The complaint was registered on 2nd of jan, 2020.

                                        I’ve contacted vodafone customer service more than 20 times via email and calls. But no resolution provided. The customer service agents does not understand the complaints and don’t know what to interact with customers. They give all wrong information’s over the phone.

                                        A bill was generated for the month of jan, 2020 with full rental charges since i’m on postpaid connection. I had contacted customer service for requesting compensation since i had issues with the mobile internet and calls and for the service which i did not get any response from the team. I had sent an email to appellate too and nobody responded to my complaints till now. Attaching the emails for your reference.

                                        I request you to please look into my complaint and provide resolution. Please let me know if you need any details.
