    Dear team,

    I am facing some issue with vidocon dth.
    On 23 jan 2010 dth deployed some patches and after patches software installation dtv windows get stuck.
    On same same day i was raised service request with videocon dth and team arranged services enginners.

    Next day i got call from failed engg. As per him i need to purchase new set of box.
    Due the some software issue i am unable to use my tv. As per technical team i need to pay 1049 rs to them to fix this issue.

    Very third class languages are using technical team senior person also.

      Vc no. Is [protected]. Last week i have changed my set top box but some fault raised in it. It has a warranty of 2 months. Even after so many complaints dishtv is not curing my problem rather asking to change the existing set top box to new and even asking for money for the same but it's under there guidelines to to fix my problem in directed period of time. Dishtv is money minded they installed bad quality of set top box earlier which could be identified by a glance. Even the company is not answering my calls. They have bad signal. When i told them to. Disconnect my connection they are asking for extra money. Their service comes under the service deficiency in defination. They even dont give full value of recharge. I am physically, mentally and financially harass. I want a compensation of rs10000. Please take action against them as soon as possible.

        I have network related issue with idea, i have filed complain 4 to 5 times till now but there is no improvement in their service.

        We all at home use idea and have 4 to 5 connections. This problem is all over the latur city and we are really fed up from there service.

        We request you to take strong action on the idea if return the recharge amount so we can transfer our network to another provider.

          Complaint is regarding dth service from airtel.
          My name is naresh kumar, dth customer id:[protected], i have a complaint regarding signalling issue.
          I am trying to give a complaint from last 5 days but no one is responding properly even customer service representative are not taking any complaint. No tv and no signal from last five days.
          Customer service representatives are asking 150/- service charges to the executive, i don't know why we should give the money without resolving the issue. Airtel company is not giving any salaries to them.
          Dth recharge is wasting from last five days who is responsible for this, why the packages are changing without any intimation and without any conformation from myside.
          [protected] this is the contact who is not taking my complaint and asking money for the service.
          Problem should be resolve without any charges otherwise please cancel my connection deposit my money back into the account.

          We have facing problem regarding d2h again and again recent complaint is error show on our system that insufficient balance after doing recharge also, and no response given on customer care number.very very poor service given by d2h.

            Sir i have recharged my d2h last night with 300 rs recharge from that time till now after 24 hours also services has not been resumed till now and when i am calling they are not responding properly and they are just saying wait for 2 hours again and again and some of the executives are talking in a bad manner and when i am telling them to transfer the call to higher authority they wont do

              Services of. A few subscribed channels are not available to view
              I am using videocon d2h service. Recently a few subscribed channels like sony and b4u music are not available to view. To know the reason i have been trying to talk to the customer care but they are putting my call for more that 15 minutes and disconnecting it

                Respected sir/madammy name is neeraj and i am 20 years old siti cable user from paschim vihar, delhi.in last few months i am not recharging my cable due to very bad behavior of our area's siti cable operator. But after online recharge facility active in siti cable, i recharged online. There i saw the cable operator was charging rs 350 for a month by me but online they detected only rs 323 only. Operator was charging extra money for no reason. I complained him then he said "you have to give me this extra amount otherwise your cable will not work". He is so rude and doing mentally harass. I didn't give him extra money and recharged online. Now after recharge on january 6, 2020. My cable stopped working on january 12 night. I complained to siti cable customer care number several times but after every day i got same reply that your cable will start working till evening or morning. After complete week of complaining again and again my cable didn't start working. Yesterday one worker of that area service provider person's told me that do what ever you want but your cable will not start until you apologize and stop recharging online. Give us hard cash with extra amount and within 1 hours your services will be resume.
                Local siti cable operator person's name is mr ram kumar, [protected]. I am also attaching the screenshot of msg got of my complains to siti cable.

                Please do the needful and return my money with setup box so i can switch to another dth operator.

Even collected subcription charges they disconnected my connection by today morning. I tried to contact them by phone and their mobile no. They are not picking my call. Their service is not satisfactory. Kindly do the needfull to get my connection through.

                      Hello sir,
                      I am mandar alase native from miraj maharashtra. Our cable operator intentionally does not show free channel on cricket match day. If we call for enquire they talk rudely n keeps phone on hold. Please take strict actions on this.
                      It happens everytime when there is any cricket match which is shown free on dd sports channel, and we also pay 160 rs for all these free to air channels. Although the cable service provider intentionally shut the free to air channel on match day, so that we can ourchase the sports pack unnecessarly.
                      We had talk with customer service regarding problem we are facing but they didnt give attention to us.
                      I kindly request you regarding this please take some strict action.

                          Disgusting service provided by gtpl.
                          Service provider takes more money with actual price decided by gtpl.
                          To whome we complaint to this cheating in india.
                          Seriously in pmo new scheme fail compared with pervious. I noticed that last 1 year, i paid more than money but not entertainment proper channels got. Everybody looks like cheating here. Gtpl service providers look like thief.

                            In few days ago, my set box is wrong then person come from company get 1200 rupees and install new set box.. Then 500 rupees extraa charge taken from my account from account... Then mistakely i recharge to my old id of d2h box then i email them for refund... Email them for 5 times and also call...in first 3 emails they said i get refund... Then they suddenly said they utilized my money... I want gave my money back... Plz i plased if you help me...

I registered complaint on dish tv on 5 th jan, for channels not available and said that it will solve within 24 hours.. From that i'm calling to customer care every day nearly 3 to 4 times.. And saying that sorry for delay will solve in next 24 hours.. Sir it was nearly 200 hours and the problem remaing the same... Getting irritation to call customer care..                                 I have recharged my dth number [protected] - 001 for rs. 235.00 on 17-12-19, but due to error the transaction was failed, but an amount from by debit card was deducted, and till today i have not received refund from operator bharti airtel end or by bank.

                                  But scv cuatomer care ia not have complaint ticket syatem. Every time need to provide details and not have track of precious complaint.

                                  Local operaror also not responding.

                                  They not reachable and customercare has outdated contact number.

                                    With due respect i would like to draw your kind attention to regard my videocon d2h[protected] services temporary suspension activated on 22nd nov to 9th december complaints reference[protected] due to home town work. However staff has activated opposite direction 22nd to 9 nov which is already gone. Approx 400 amount deducted from my account because staff error. I have contacted the customer care team on 9th dec. Raised a concern on 9th dec that channel are actived without my permission then i found fraud dy d2h. Then raise concerns to refund my payment for unused 15 days. Till date issue has not resolved. I am calling these peoples several times there is no such response received from them. Now i feels switch the service due non response but they not willing to their products back or service me. I have conversations records.

                                      This is to inform that our cable tv network operator vishwesh cable network has suspended the cable tv in whole area which comes under 560056 pin code without any prior notice from 5 days, unable to reach them as all there contact numbers are switch off. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. More over they are asking 1000 rs for extra set of box. Pls resolve the issue

                                        I was distributors for the vodafone (Pre paid) from sept 2106 to dec 2018. I have given all f & f, settlement letter to co still they not settled my account. Since i am not doing any business. I have sundered my g s t certificate also. Even company has to give paper voucher, thumb impregnation machine, chinmayi enterprises bangalore [protected] satish
