Hi this is ravi singh and i am mailing this to request you that my vodafone postpaid number [protected] having higher side bill amount (Ie, 2600 for 1 month) which is not acceptable to me because i am not using this much for calling or net facilities. I have already complained about this on customer number from last two month but every month i am getting too much bill, they are telling that there is roaming charge but when i have complained 2 month back they told now there will not be roaming charge but again i got high bill and this time i am not going too pay this. I am using total 4 vodafone number (2 postpaid and 2 prepaid) but this number giving me lots of problem. Also they are starting any types of services without my permission and charging for that. Now i want my number to be started and solution for this or i have to stop all 4 connection and need to put compain to telecom ministry. I am using 4 numbers are :- [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I am waiting for your reply

    I recharge My airtel No. [protected] with 399/- Plan with validaty of 84 days & 1 GB data daily but after 28 days it stopped. I contact all customer care centers and numbers but no one cares, now plz. Look after the matter bcoz it is very difficult for a middle class man to recharge every month with Rs. 400/-. I got the message from airtel company for the recharge, even recharge center confirmed that.

      I have port my number from docomo to sorrel, they told me they will provide 4g service here in bidar city but they are providing lesser than 2g speed,
      Many times i called them but issue is not getting solved.
      I have wasted 451rs, this is a issue of entire customers, for ex they cheated 50k people here in city 451x50, 000=?, how huge fraud it is?

      I have Port my number from docomo to AIRTEL, they told me they will provide 4g service here in bidar city but they are providing lesser than 2g speed,

        Respected sir,
        On my bsnl prepaid mobile no.[protected] on day 29/8/2017 my mobile balance was. Rs.756/-. On this day i requested on bsnl tollfree number 123 by sms for recharge for stvrs395/-. As per rule bsnl has to deduct rs (334.7457) from my account balance. But bsnl deducted double recharge amount. By sending two charging sms. Now i have only rs. (84.4481) balance.
        I have made twice complaint to bsnl toll free number whose ref number is 1h[protected] dated 29/8/2017 time 19.25 and 1h[protected] dated 31/8/2017. They told my compalint will be solved with in 24 hours. But complaint is not solved. I request you to give me justice.

          I have recently ported from vodafone to airtel and from the day 1, i have been calling them that i am not able to get 4g speed in my phone.

          The customer care either close the complaints without informing me or they give me different stories that my 4g services are deactivated and i need to call 198 to activate it.

          When i call to activate 198, they say the services are activated and you need to raise a complaint for get 4g services.

          They have been doing this for last 5 days.

            As per ur rules i didn't share my personal details like contact number either email id.
            Madam/sir, I successfully start dnd service in my aircel and Telenor and i have registration number also. But both of them send me messages everyday.
            I want to know how to register complain to trai court for take penalty?
            Someone told me that trai will help soon

              Currently iam using idea mobile network. I would like to switch on to some other network through number portability due to iam not happy with services provided by current mobile operator (Idea).
              But the current mobile operator is denying my port request. Its almost three times i have been updating my port request but still the mobile operator is responding my request.

                Dear sir

                I have my mobile number with vodafone operator with no. [protected]. Recently, from few days there have been too many frequent calls from airtel operators asking me whether i have to port my number to airtel. I have politely refused 2-3 times but still they are constantly calling me which is resulting into harassment and disturbance. Pl. Help me.

                  Without any information vodafone closed my number i lapse my 446 plan icomplaint by call and also visit voda service center where replace my sim but till not activated after 1 month. What can i do? I go to visist service center excutive asked me ur number will be activated in 4 hour but till after 1 month my number is also closed now i m face problem.

                    From last 3 months i am not able to place a single call to vodafone contacts from my jio no. When i contacted jio customer care they have said that the problem is from vodafone side. Please resolve the issue. Vodafone company always creats problem while receiving calls from jio. They should be competitive through business not by cheating. It is upto customer satisfaction to choose mobile networks. Why vodafone want to compel to swith in their network. Please resolve my issue. Accept calls from jio no.

                      Team i am customer of idea and facing mobile data slowness issues since 29th jul'17, lodged several complaints but all in vain.
                      Idea have provided 10gb 4g free internet but it works similar to 2g, infact worst than that.
                      I have idea plan of rs 399 unlimited with 3g internet but it also doesn't work.
                      Just get calls from idea call center stating complaint is lodged and someone from their team will get back. Other than calls nothing has changed and all these call are really frustrating as every time the call center representative asks all the details.
                      Fed up with such pathetic services and support from idea.

                      Attached is the mail communication where the resolution dates are just changing but actual no resolution provided till date.

                        My name is diwakar. I m vodafone customer from 15 aug 2017. I live alone in my flat they came my house in day time when i was in ofc and without calling me for physical verification vodafone block my outgoing thn they conduct physical verification on 27aug 2017 i was available but idk why they block my incoming too. I really suffering. They r very careless i also visited their vodafone store in sec61 noida but they dont do anything. My mobile number is [protected] please sir take action against vodafone nd please call me for more detail. They rise bill too of block number.😭

                          Dear concern,

                          Whenever i make any call i got an audio message saying i have low balance to make a call and sometime i am not able to make calls. How can it is possible when i have purchased an unlimited call and data plan and i hardly make 2 calls a day and that i also of very short duration like 1 to 2 minute.
                          I had called customer care for the same but they are not helping me.

                            I am complaing about not to cridid airtel internet recharge of rs 148.00 id no-[protected]. On 23rd august 2017 to my mobile no-[protected]. According to data massage of airtel company. Dated on 23rd august 2017. The data massage of airtel was 'data on 4gh/s+4gsimrs.148.00=unlimited airtel mobile calls+28gb (1gb/day) 4g/3g 28days. But airtel company did not credid this mentioned data. Therefore i am praying for justice

                              Dear sir,

                              Pending porting - phone number [protected]

                              I have applied for porting my number to tata teleservices ltd but they are not allowing me to port and telling one reason or the other.

                              I made efforts to clear my pending grievance by phone, email and in person to their offices. What should i do more than this. It is purely an harassment case and nothing else. Though i have deposit of rs.500/- with they are not giving me a solution but penalizing me by charging continuous rents just because i had registered for portability. I am a senior executive suffering like this. What about a common man how they are being harassed. I have been with them for the last more than a decade, how can they harass me like this. A long outstanding customer must be an asset of any organisation, whereas tata docomo are really putting me at receiving end by charging me continuously and not leaving to joining other operation. This is not a customer friendly service but a punitive measure they are adopting.

                              My portability is pending with tata docomo since may, 2017
                              Even then they are charging the rentals without any usage from my side.
                              As they have not ported immediately, i request refund of my rentals paid for the last three months and request you to help me in porting of my number which will save my money.

                              By not doing they are holding the customer for unfair means and collecting the rents since last 3 months.

                              Therefore, i request you to kindly intervene in the matter and help me in porting the number and also getting the refund of my rentals w. E. F. Date of application of porting.

                                I had filled an application form 3 months ago for closing my tata docomo number... They rejected my application without any reason...
                                I have already paid my bills... There were no dues which were remaining... Services were not good... I have not even used the number for three months... Why they are demnding bill... Kindly take some action... I would b thankful to you

                                  Dear consumer care,
                                  I have taken a plan of 549 which provides free 70 days voice call and 70 gb 3g data. But, 90% places no 3g network found and only 2g is available. Even though if you got 3g network, it is working like 2g network. I never seen such bad/worst services from aircel. 1 year back it was good. But, now a days aircel doing very worst services in 3g data. Kindly do the needful and validate are they proving 3g data perfectly or not. Thanks. Rajendira prasad. G-chennai.

Last 3-4 months there is problem occurred in outcoming and incoming call that when i have dialled or received any incoming call then voice not clearly listen. I have also raised complaint 3-4 times in tata docomo but till problem not solved. My number is [protected]. Another i have idea sim but there is not such a problem ocurred. So please do necessary action.

                                      I got a mesaage from idea company that if i do recharge of 404 in my number i will get validity of 84 days with free calling and 1 gb data daily. As soon as i did recharge i didnt get the data and validity as per given in a message received from company and this has happened with me twice. And when i asked customer care they denied to help me.

                                        I am sorry to know that you are experiencing slow speed issues at your location. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with jio.

                                        As per the resolution on complaint number sr00000c5owp, i regret to inform you that your location is currently not covered under the jio network coverage due to which you are experiencing slow speed issues.

                                        However, our team has planned for the installation of new cell site in your near by location. This installation is expected to be completed by[protected].

                                        Once the new site is installed, you will be able to use jio services seamlessly.

                                        Appreciate your patience and co-operation in this matter.

                                        But my concern is how the service provider has started their service in such areas without proper service setup and started their dstribution of services in such areas and getting business without proper services.

                                        And we had to face lots of problem like call drop and speed issues where they assuring 4g services nd better speed and quality.
