Sir, i took one postpaid no. Of vodaphone [protected], which i never used due to some reason, they still raised bill of around 992 or something. Which i paid to their recovery agent "rawat" who took handwritten application from me along with my copy of my ids to close [protected] no. For ever. But after one month i started getting calls from vodaphone executives 6 times a day from different no.& they are threatning me & harrassing me to pay more bill amount for the sim which i dont have & i never used. I request you to take strong action against vodaphone. Infact though my dnd services are active still i am getting numerous marketing calls on my current no.[protected]. Thanks randhir tiwari

Just After few seconds of my complain i had call from one Bihari guy calling from [protected], trying to get my Card details, when i caught him faking he said he will throw the sim now.??? TRAI ?? people are cheating on your name ..

    I am ashok kumar pandey, alternate mobile number [protected],

    Upc id223586, number to port [protected] from idea to reliance communication.

    I was one of the consumer of idea cellular, on 2nd august 2017 evening i got a call from one of reliance agent (Reliance communications partner channel, voice bpo, a-17 ground floor, 60 foota road pul pehladpur, new delhi, tel-[protected], [protected] mr. Ranak) to port the number, i agreed to port.

    They sent mr. Brijesh [protected] at my house, he collected my documents along with my current photograph and 300/- rupees from me and gave me a sim card of reliance (Sim card number is[protected].

    I received one sms on 16/08/2017 from reliance communication that my number has been activated but when i inserted my sim card into my mobile it did not received any signal. I visited one of the reliance shop at karampura, near milan cinema hall, delhi-110015, i paid 100/- rupees and got i new sim card[protected]) and also gave my aadhar card copy and a photo, but still no result.

    My number ([protected]) was deactivated from idea cellular but from reliance communication they have not activated my number. Though. Then after i tried to contact the people who had callled me to port my number but they are not even picking up my phone.

    I am mentioning the mobile number who have called me..[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

    Meanwhile i got some call from one of the above number and came to know that the sim card number or photo is mismatching, i don't know the exact reason why my sim is not working, but i am suffering a lot for trusting tele-callers. I have tried to communicate with almost all of these above number but they are not either receiving my call or not cooperating with me to resolve this issue. I want resolution please help me.

    Thanks for your reply but my concern is getting increased day by day as neither the (Reliance communications partner channel, voice bpo, a-17 ground floor, 60 foota road pul pehladpur, new delhi, tel-9310999666, 8468067926 mr.     I am requesting you to please look into the matter and solve it, it is my very important number as it is my primary number

      I am a mobile consumer with reliance communication with my mobile no [protected] with gujarat region. I had registered for mnp of my mobile no. For number portability to reliance jio with following details:
      [protected] re[censored]cs[protected] and
      [protected] re[censored]cs[protected] with reliance com ltd
      I regret to write that the same has not been processed so far by the operator so far.
      My request has been also accepted by reliance jio wide upc code rg733111dated[protected] for prepaid rcom lte/4g.

      On inquiry with rcom about my requests they have said that the requests have been closed without assigneing any reasons.

      Will you please help me in this matter and see that my mnp request is accepted by rcom and the mobile no is transferred to rrelaince jio

        Sir i wanna to change me number from idea to idea

        My number is postpaid in idea i pay full bill amount and then
        Request in jio to port my number but idea cancel my request given reason i cancel the request but i am not cancel the request again customer care said. Now again u request to port then your number is port

        I again request to port then he again cancel it
        Again given same # reason i cancel it
        They given no other reason

        Can u help me to sort out this???

          I travelled saudi on august 4 till now from there iam active with my india idea number [protected] i came here to perform hajj and i had taken local sim and iam using the saudi sim. Using both sims iam getting calls from indian number but i never taken the call from india number when i rejected the call it’s costing me, totally i loss rs720 from till date when i ask the customer the name they are saying i receiving the call but i had proof that i never received the call. They are taking my complaint please help me in this

            1. That on dt:[protected] i write a tweet on reliance jio account regarding network problem on my jio number[protected] and they replied regarding my issue.
            2. That another confirmation sent on my above mentioned jio number by sms. Service request id is sr00000cqf3j.
            3. That on dt:[protected] morning called from his no.[protected] to my above said number and requested me with well mannered to visit on his office regarding my complaint.
            4that on dt:[protected] one of the another employee of jio network team called me on his no.[protected] and he misbehaved me and use very vulgar language, and when i asked about his name than he said that whatever you want to do … and hunged up.

              We manny time complaint book online on airtel website. At panchwa (Kuchaman-nagaur-rajasthan) airtel bts site but signal not proper reached after 150mtrs & hare 4g network but speed verry down in day to mid night. Hare speed 54kb to 500kb but after mid night 54kb 30mpbs. How can possible customer use in midnight. Customer not proper use in day & before midnight

                  Isn't there is someone who can listen to people who are struggling day and night to earn bread butter.

                    I lost my mobile phone on[protected] friday evening with 2 sim card in it one is airtel prepaid ([protected]) another is idea prepaid, next day on[protected] saturday i call airtel customer care and ask how i get a new sim the cc executive ask me to give a request to stop my number after that i get a new sim from airtel store so that i do and visit your airtel store at d. B gupta road karol bagh new delhi-5, they give my a new sim and take my adhar card and my finger impression and say's your number is active after 4 hrs, but from that day till this day my number is not active when ever i call customer care they cant match my i d details as the number is so old so they don't have any data of this but my name and dob is matching with them even cant help my to give any information what to do to solve my problem, just ask me to visit store again as i do 2 times but at airtel store they don't have any softer war to give any information as the store owner says we cant help you we only can provide sim, rest you have to call customer care for restart your number that i do again in front of them on this time the cc executive have confirm me that my number is re active after half an hour from now, but after 8 hrs the problem is as it is my number is barred by airtel and no one is able to give any positive response how i get my number restarted as this number ([protected]) is given in all important document's and to all my business family& friend's. Airtel don't have my older data to match or give any information to customer
                    Note - as i recognize on the time of purchasing of this sim card i submit my d. L as i give the detail to the customer care executive but they don't have any data with them how can it possible that my dob and name is matching but address is not even i don't have any other documents on that time.

                    (If i can know is there any other document is updated with airtel that i can manage to submit again or very fie with airtel customer care again to reactive my number please inform as its 10 year back there can be any miss match between both end's)

                      I do recharge with rs 399/- on 16th Aug 2017. They block my outgoing calls and they are telling me that I do more calls continuously. But jio offers unlimited calls for 84days without capping for 399/- . now they block my calls and telling me that I need to recharge again with 149/-. What is it? Your are doing fraud . with out completing one month jio blocks my calls..its not fare.. Plz provide me solution. My number is [protected].

                        I am using mtnl dolphine mobile no. [protected] (A/c no[protected] for about last 13-14 years. Now one fun bazar glamouri5 service has been activated on my mobile for last 2 months without any request and rs.5 are being charged on alternate days. No. Of time i send the massage'stop"but it has not stopped till date. I also given telephonic complaint to costmer care, mtnlthrice and they said they have put dnd on my phone and lastly they stated to approachto the body who is sending the massage/activated the service. I am unable to get it deactivated. Please help me by taking necessary action at your end.

                          Dear sir
                          My no is [protected]. I recharged it by rs 399 on 1aug 2017 as unlimited plan for 84 days (Unlimited calls, 1 gb 4g data daily for 84days) but only after 35 days they banned my outgoing calls. While complaining about it customer service executive refused to restart the outgoing call facility and asked me to recharge it from149 rupees. He also refused to lodge the complain only interaction no is given which is mr0000coykp6.

                            My vodafone no-[protected] is not working till 26 hrs. I have blocked number on 03sep2017 because my phone stolen, then i took new sim from vodafone store at 10:30 am on 04/09/2017 but till i am suffering for service. My banking & all important apps registered on this above number.
                            So i am still waiting for service, please do needful & take action.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I am ramanjaneyulu having number [protected] recently i am porting my number from airtel to idea with a rs.349/- plan. When i am taking plan they told unlimited calls, daily 1 gb and daily 100 sms free package. First moth they charge approximatly rs.380/- including taxes. Second month they send bill rs.921/- rupees. From aug 12'2017 on wards every alternate day i am follow up and given mail complaint also. But no body can response to my complaint.
                                They are stopped my outgoing calls also.
                                Almost more than five years i was used airtel number without any late payments and without any billing issues.
                                These operators are blaming customers please take necessary action immediately sir.

                                    Sir mera pass idea ([protected]) ka sim hai. Maine 5 augest ko rs: 404 ka recharge kiya. Us time plan me 300min/day (1200min/week) and 1gb/day ka offer tha 84 days ke liye.
                                    Likin 28 days ke bad unohone plan change ka diya wo bhi bina koi information ke.
                                    Call karne par pata chala new plan me 250min/day (1000min/week) and 1gb/day kar diya hai. Reason puchne par bolte hai company ki new policy hai. Complain ke liye bola to bolte h company ki policy hai usme changes nahi hoga. Sir agar plan me 600/week hota to bhi koi baat nahi thi par recharge ke bad plan kyu chane karte hai. Sir mai request karta hu ki koi rule banaya jaye ki recharge ke bad koi company plan me changes na kare.

                                    Though being Vodafone customer I am using plan 352 from the past few months.They are giving daily 1GB data and Free voice calls for that plan.I can use calls but unable to use data as Vodafone signals were very weak to browse though Delhi is having 4G.Simply vexed up with Vodafone poor signal strength.
                                    I am supposed to get a security refund of Rs. 1646.54 from Vodafone India, on account of migrating from Post Paid to Pre Paid since March 2017. I approached all of their agencies like Appellate Authority, Nodal Office etc. My last Service query No. was[protected]. Could you please do something to help me. My Mobile No. is [protected].

                                      Mere pass airtel 4g ka sim hai 4g ka sim hai aur 4g ka network hai but internet speed very slow hai page open hone mein problem ati hai download speed morning mein kuch samay chalta hai uske bad mein speed very slow ho jati hai 244 ka recharge karaya hai 1gb data daily milta hai use nahi kar pate hai tower ki network range 500 miter take hi 4g network ata hai help me
