Sir, i have using aircel connection above 2 year, on[protected] i have charged net offer 2 days plan on evening 7.30pm. I have not recieved any confirmation from airecel after ending my data offer on 10/08/2017 midnight, my main balance is debit from my account for data using above 80 rs. I have called customer care more than 3 times but no response from cuatomer care excecutive for my qureies. Irreregular response from that excecutive i have called, please need an action for this, thnk you.

    I'm customer of vodafone from last night year. They cheat 2nd time to me. I got my august month bill they show 592 previous balance but i have already paid. When i call them he told that it is extra net uses charges. Sir when i take plan company person told us your plan is 499 monthly unlimited plan but yet he asked me 499 as extra net uses.
    So please your are requested that please instruct to company for waiver such amount. I highly greatful to you.

    Please update current status of my complain id no is 1671010j
    My Name is Deepak Naik & my mobile number is [protected]. I was using family plan with Vodafone. I made a official complaints for almost 10 times regarding network issues in my area. But they not resolved the same. Every time they put remarks saying that issue has been resolved without consulting me. after receiving poor service by Vodafone i have initiate port request & i called customer care informing that i should not received a call why i am porting my number to another service provider. After registering a complaint to Vodafone yesterday[protected], i have receive more than 10-15 calls saying that why you are porting your number. I was literally harassed by Vodafone customer care. I am also wanted to add that my number was suspended before my due date without confirming me. I have put DND request for my all three numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] but they are not activating DND & charging me for services which i have already mentioned their customer care. please take a strict actionist against them as they are harassing me since last more than 3 months. Adding a image of suspended bill before due date. They are also not providing me nodal officer number.

      I have taken the matter many time for wrong credit of rs. 746.00 through paytm credit to [protected] instead of [protected]. I have ave taken the with paytm as well as with airtel. Both the airtel as well as paytm are saying inability to refund the amounts. I have already told to go to consumer forum and responsibility of all expenses of paytm as well as of airtel.

      Dear i have recharge my Jio Number with Rs 399 ([protected]) 90 days validity i receive SMS but no benefited is given i call Jio customer care but no Resolution is given i also draw Mail 4 associates give 4 resolution no one is acceptable are correct one associate call money refunded other call credit limit other call no recharge is done..

        Hi Team,

        I had issue with my broad band service provider Airtel, which was agreed to provide me 16Mbps, were us now the technical persons are saying due to distance 1100 meters cable unable to provide my the max speed, only 2Mbps will be available at your area, that too after 6 Months i have been migrated to new technology, ADSL to VDSL.

        I have the complaint several times, without giving proper update they will put my complaint in to observation(automatically will get close 3 Days - I was not aware), also they have not get my confirmation to close the complaint which was open more then 14 Days has been recently closed without my confirmation Ref. No.[protected]Opened on 3rd Aug'17 closed on 17th Aug'17). again i have reopened the complaint ref. No.8492868.

        I was not knowing what to do further please suggest me.

          Honorable sir, the company reliance communication has developed new idea of theft in customers balance in prepaid segment. I hereby mentioning the same for your information and action against such companies. Reliance communication activate value added service and deduct the money from balance. As they activate service they also give the option to deactive the same service. Customer deactive it. But company did not refund the deducted balance. They deduct money for rs.1 to rs. 100 depends up on service impose on customer. By this mean the company earn rs. 5 to 10 crorers on number of customers. Suppose if they got 10 crors member in to 1 rs. They will earn rs.10 crors with in one minut by the help of computer programming. This the regular practice of reliance company. So there is ethics to earn the money. Somebody said that there is crime behind every big success. I hereby request you to make law against theft company with heavy penalty. My cell no is [protected].                 Sir for the last 3 months we are suffering from very poor network coverage in our place.
                Therefore to make calls or use internet we have to walk up to the highway at some distance from our place and use the network.
                Repeated complains have been made to the call center of the network provider but to no avail.

                  I m not getting 4g network speed as i have recharge for 4g plan with my 4g phone and sim. Airtel have ₹ 399/- plan for prepared customers with daily 1gb 4g data and daily unlimited local and std calling unlimited. But i am not getting 4g speed as well as calling network proper. I have ask to airtel customer care they are now telling me that no 4g network is available in my residential area. So i'm not satisfied with there reply if they can't provide 4g network how they are asking customers to buy 4g sim in those areas where they do not have 4g network and if they are providing slow speed networks then they charge as per speed provided.

                      This is about auto activation of promotional offers. An sms is being recieved such as the below massage from a service provider. Please read the massage thoroughly.
                      "hello tunes will be activated in 30 mins on your airtel mobile. Charges:rs 0 for 1 days. Service will renew after 1 days. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. For more tunes call 543215. For latest hits, click ht app (Charges apply) https://goo.gl/Wihvas"
                      The service is being activated without the customers initiative. Generally, such massages will be deleted by the customer even reading fully for a literate. Please image the case for an illiterate.

                      The service of such kind is being activated and service proder is bagging the money without any initiation from customer.

                      This not only the one service provider and same is opting by all agencies as i aware.

                      It is an humble request to terminate such kind of services from all service provider.

                        On 23rd july 2017, i requested for a plan change and

                        I was convinced by airtel officer that following will be done.

                        1. 3 gb data for trial period will remain even if i change my plan.

                        2. Advance rental of rs 299 each for one year will be applicable for all four child numbers. That means one time charges for all 4 numbers will be 299*4.

                        I agreed to pay as per this and the officer changed it too.

                        Then i got a message that 3 gb trial data is not applicable and rental for each child number will be rs. 299 per month.

                        I have written many mail and calling to the nodal officers but it has not given any fruitful result and they have imposed their own plan for my mobiles.

                        They kept me waiting till yesterday and finally wrote an apology mail that they cant change this plan

                            I am a user of vodafone sim [protected].
                            On 12th aug i requested for porting to airtel for better plan and network availability. After porting request vodafone executive called me ensuring better plan and also changed my bill plan. She asked me to mail a cancelation request for porting to airtel & vodafone (Mail body photo attached for reference).

                            On 17th night my no. Was deactivated by vodafone. When i visited store they intimated me that my no. Has been ported to airtel. When visited airtel they have not activated my no. Neither they have provided me sim. After talking here and there i got sim at a cost of 25 rupees. Till now my no. Has not been activated by airtel.in between all this i lost a business deal having value of 10lac rupees as imy no. Got deactivated. I request you to please recover the amount from airtel & vodafone. Now i am using another no for time being that is [protected].

                              Some tele company now use to advertise their tariff plans. It takes 30 seconds. Even if the number is not available than also we come to know after the advertise. It irritatate us. And we are not paying for listening their advertise. Please do the needful regardinv this for the benefit of consumer. That 30 seconds can kill somebody sometime. I am complaining against it. I want to register a complaint. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible for the greater interest of our country.

                                Sir,
                                I am arya binu from kerala, ernakulam. Yesterday by mistake i sent sms 147 to 123, from my mob no.[protected] actually i need voice 149. I was not used this sms package up to this time. I called the customer care for cancel the sms 147 package. They said no provision to cancel the same. I think actually this is a cheating by bsnl to their valued customers. Anybody can have this type of issues. Actually i am a valued cutomer for bsnl last 5 more year. They never do this type of cheating to me and others. They have no loss related to this issue. They can simply solve this issue, ispite of this they never take any action to solve the same. Kindly consider my problem and help me to solve the issue.

We complained several times, nothing happened.in all this 12 months we payed the monthly bill, we don't want to continue the connection. So for this reason we are not willing to pay the final month's bill...

                                        This is to request you that my nuber is not active for last 7 days and when i visited the store they said the number is stated as telecaller and is blocked. Please understand that i am a bonafide customer of aircel for last 7 years and want to get that number as i am a area sales manager of bisleri in gurgaon all my customers have my number saved so that they can order me.

                                        Please activate the number so that i can do my business that gives me bread and butter.
