I had make complain regarding download speed to service provde reliance jio thrue complain ref no "sr00000c5owp" and got a reply as bellow:

I am sorry to know that you are experiencing slow speed issues at your location. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with jio.

As per the resolution on complaint number sr00000c5owp, i regret to inform you that your location is currently not covered under the jio network coverage due to which you are experiencing slow speed issues.

However, our team has planned for the installation of new cell site in your near by location. This installation is expected to be completed by[protected].

Once the new site is installed, you will be able to use jio services seamlessly.

Appreciate your patience and co-operation in this matter.

But my concern is how the service provider has started their service in such areas without proper service setup and started their dstribution of services in such areas and getting business without proper services.

And we had to face lots of problem like call drop and speed issues where they assuring 4g services nd better speed and quality.

Main thing, They r decling my port request, I want to switch in jio.

Idea the chor company.

    My name is rajesh and my mobile number is[protected], from vodaforne i have ported into airtel network on 24th aug midnight, but still yet my sim is not activated i tried calling customer care many times and spoke to them aounrd 3 hrs and also visited airtel stores and the people from customer care and airtel stores keep on given me wrong commitments stating that the sim will activated within 2 hrs, 4 hrs and 24 hrs, till now 24 hrs as already been completed but my sim is not activated yet and i am unable to contact nodal officer of airtel, really frusted with false promises and third class service of airtel, beacause o[censored]navailbility of the mobile number i have lost business work from my clients and my clients also lost trust on me beacause whenever they call on my number they are getting sweet voice stating that the mobile number doesnt exists. Request you to do needful on priority basis

      I am a consumer of idea telecom from past years, i am paying all my bill on time to idea. Besides dis i am not getting proper network from idea, so i decided to port my number to vodafone, i hv pay all my outstanding and advance bill payment to idea till 2/9/17.

        I have been having problems with my reliance broadband prepaid connection and this is the second time services have been disrupted. Previously it was out of service for 4 days and now it has been out of service for 7days. I registered a complaint after being kept on hold for an hour on 24 august and again to ask what had been done to address my complaint they said it had been resolved. The service providers themselves decided that it was a technical is issue and has been resolved noone even came to ask about the internet or see had it even started. I again called staying on hold for 40mins this time and lodged a new complaint today and still there has not been any resolution. There is no internet service from 19 august am i paying a month to live without internet half of the time? And all they say at offices is register complaint at customer care who are too lazy to even pick up calls. Is my time and money so worthless that i spend so much of it on such petty issues?

          Dear sir/madem,

          I have go to bsnl office for get a new sim card with same mobile number, then he told me i have not a four digit code for registered to same mobile number. If bsnl office orissa is give me four digit code then i will provide new sim card with same mobile number. This is not a solution to give that type of reply. What problem going on.
          Now i am shifted in bihar. My sim card is orissa state.

          I have requested to you please take an action on that problem. Why you have talk to digital india. You have not handle simple problem

            I am using a reliance gsm sim in north east india. Since last one month it's giving very poor to poor services of phone calls both for incoming and outgoing though there's full network showing in my mobile and always says "network busy" and even unable to contact with customer care services also.in addition with that while to check for mobile talktime balance using vas code because of failed to contact and check the same through customer support services it starts to deduct amount from my main balance saying for different vas services activated on my number.

            Reliance GSM — very poor service in incoming and outgoing calls using Reliance GSM SIM.

            I am using a Reliance GSM SIM in North East India. Since last one month it's giving very poor to poor services of phone calls both for incoming and outgoing though there's full Network showing in my mobile and always says "network busy" and even unable to contact with customer care services also. In addition with that while to check for mobile talktime balance using USSD code because of failed to contact and check the same through customer support services it starts to deduct amount from my main balance saying for different VAS services activated on my number.

              I have a post paid sim of idea. On 08 aug when my phone was in my pocket it dialed the vas service number accidentally. I was unaware of that call and given no response to that call. Still the company didn't cut the call automatically and i was charged rs 939 for the call duration 139 minutes. I asked many times to the company for waive the charge.

                I have requested portability request on 10th august my current network vodafone not yet deactivate my network to change other network... I have already 3 time spoken with customer care official regarding this also still my portability request not processed by them. Actual tat for port processing is 7 days but for my case its crossed 14 days... Vodafone customer care official saying they have accepted my request but they not properly confirming why it's not yet processed and why its get too much time to process port request...

                  I was using Airtel post paid of my number [protected] I given them my monthly bill deducted through my savings account (ecs)

                  Afterwards I had taken portability from Airtel to Bsnl prepaid. I paid final bill of Airtel postpaid through NetBank .
                  And taken port from Airtel to Bsnl .
                  Now I am using Bsnl prepaid service.

                  Afterwards Airtel sent mail few days ago my some bill was pending in Airtel so kindly paid it.

                  I tried to to pay that through net banking I unable to pay that and I went Airtel outlet at Karkala city of Karnataka they told me

                  We don't eccept hard cash here .
                  They told me to give check.
                  I have no check book even 100 and more rupees how can given check I conceived them and given amount. They didn't accept money and returned me.

                  Now Bsnl barred my prepaid number of [protected]

                  I am ready to pay that amount and I tried to pay that pending amount but they have not receiving my money.

                  I have no check book now.

                  I am serving as police sub inspector at Agumbe in anti naxal force

                  I am busy with naxal cobing operations here I have less leave facilities here.

                  Already I went two times to the Airtel out its 50 kms far from my place.

                  I am used 10 years Airtel mobile service. I paid at least 10 years to them my money. As well I given my ecs facility to deduct my bill.

                  But didn't deducted bill and they are not receiving my cash also.

                  Now I am in forest area and also naxal affected area my family is so far from me. I am facing huge problem of by Airtel company.

                  I contacted Bsnl customer care and
                  Unconvinced to release my barred.
                  They didn't convinced.

                  Please take necessary action on this issue with humanity ground

                    Phir mai kaise apne aadhar number ko apne mobile number se link karungi?
                    Maine customer care ko call kiya but unhone bola ki, aadhar card aur mobile number dono ek hi state ka hona chahiye varna band ho jayega.

Sir i recharge 345 on my airtel no number on 22 july 2017 but company dedact my offer for 10 days of recharge. I complane the coustmer care and he told me to he gave me my benifit after experi date of offer but he did not gave me. Than i call again but de told me the benifite of my recharge no given by airte. Sir i request u ples action again airtel.

                        Sir,
                        I have a problem with reliance sim. I recharged 80 rupees on my number [protected] four days ago. But the company starts duducting my balance. They starts value added service and deduct my main balance 0 to 50.
                        Two days ego they deduct my balance 1 rs. When i deactivated this vas then again after 18 hours they stolen 50 rs. Main balance without any reason. This time i fortunated that i got my 50 rs. But again today they stolen my 1 rs balance in 1 a. M. And 40 rs balance in 5a. M. Whenever i want to call in customer care call didn't connect. I tried with three different number to call in customer care but every time call didn't connect.
                        Sir please help me

                          I got the call from vodafone customer care for change the 4g sim. I have received the sim from trichy vodafone centre. But the vodafone store people not able to activate the sim. They told "network problem try after some time" and sent the message to simex sim no: to 55199 but i got the error message as "invalid sim". I met mr. R. Vimal at trichy contonment vodafone store. Very worst service got from him.

                            Hello,

                            My family has been using reliance digital services for more than 5 years now. The service quality was never good and we didn't even get all the channels in the highest package.

                            Since 20th june'17 we do not have any service from them. Despite of calling the customer service daily there is no help. We have our complaint number but we can't trace it. The executive says that a technician would visit in 48 hrs. Failure to which they say they are sorry and the technician would come as soon as possible but they cannot commit any time frame. It's been more than 2 months.

                            The service is too poor. Everytime we call the customer service number there is a minimum hold of 1 hour, after all the wait it's difficult to understand the associate as they are based in a village in some remote area in north india and they do not have any process knowledge. It's very difficult to understand their accent (Haryanvi) and all they say is we have arranged a tech to visit. A lot of times they even hang up on you. Disgraceful service.

                                Dear sir, i am the user of aircel network on the date of 23/08/2017 the network operator activate a call rate reduce service on my number i. E. [protected] of the amount without my action or activation and also the time when the service is activated my phone as at the service center due to some technical issue. When i told this to mr. Gururiqbal the senior executive of this network they does not provide me a satisfied reply and refuse to give the refund, even when the phone is switch off and aircel sim in my pocket the service is activated automatically. Therefore you are requested to do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I am using the airtel postpaid service for past 5 years. Now only i am facing internet connectivity issue. I registered complaint many times. They have closed my request by saying issue rectified. But issue is not yet rectified.

                                  My past complaint request id's are 7876444 which is in active state. Remaining request id's are[protected] these requests are closed.

                                  After changing the 499 plan to 349 plan i am unable to use the available data. I thought there may be problem in my phone. I checked my phone with another airtel number, i received data with the maximum speed of 17 mbps. But when i use my number it is showing 0.01 or 0.00 mbps speed. But i am getting full frequency either 3g or 4g. So i think there may be any issue in sim card and changed the sim but i am not getting internet till now.

                                  When i spoke with customer care (198), they said to remove the sim and keep ideal for few mins and insert the sim, and connect the internet manually. I did everything but its not working.

                                  Now i am having 55.8 gb o[censored]nusable internet. For past 5 days i was unable to use the internet. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible

                                  Note: my friends and others who are having airtel are getting good internet in the locations where i am using.

                                    My bsnl sim is damaged. This sim was orissa (Bhubaneswer) state. I will call to customer care then he told me, you have submit document in orissa state. Now i will shifted in bihar. This is not a solution.

                                    Please you have take an action of that problem. He will told me you have go to orissa state BSNL office then you have recieved new sim card of that number. This is not a problem of solution .
                                    I have not getting any solution for damaged sim. He will told to orissa state then you have provide new sim. This is not a solution, now i am shifted in bihar. please you have take any action on that problem.

                                      Vodafone has sent me a message that my number[protected] will be blocked as i have sent promotional messages from my phone. Please note as a small businessman i have sent less than 10 personal messages a day to my clients and this cannot be highlighted as a promotional message. This is wrong and i request my number[protected] to be reinstated and i should be informed so that vodafone can give me back the number as i have been using this number for 10 years now.

                                      Kindly contact me over [protected]@vsnl.com to let me know how i can get back this number from vodafone as it has been blocked by ugc code violation. I am currently using the number[protected]

                                        I recharged my idea number for unlimited calling and data plan 404 for 84 days... But I am not able to connect to internet..the company said to provide 4G service but neither 4G nor simple 2G internet is working...for 6 days after recharged...company says that I am not eligible for the plan whereas the plan is checked before the recharge...this is the worst way to behave with customers and very poor way of speaking...

                                        Kindly do the needful as soon as possible...
