    Lots of problem regarding network data and many more grievances call problem, network compatibility, scarcity of network in my locality pin code 833104. After several talking from the customer helpline no problems has been solved. Day by day the problems are arising so much that i can beard. As a customer its no easy to handle so much of problem. My work is based on the internet.
    Thats why i want to say that kindly forego on my complain

    And as soon as possible clear all my hurdles which i m facing on a regular basis.

      Hi team, i raised the network related compliant to airtel on 21-jul-2017. The network team came to my place on 24-jul-2017 and took the survey. They also faced the network issue. Sent the report to concern team. After that there is no proper resolution for my issue till date. I escalated the same one to appellate team in airtel. They said, we are committing any time line to solution for my issue. I asked for the next escalation matrix or time line resolving my issue. Till date they are given any proper data, which i was asked them. Below are the compliant details number : 77952495 dated on 21-jul-2017 issue location : 7th cross, aswath nagar, marattahalli, bangalore - 560037 kindly do the needful asap. Thanks karthikeyan. P

          Please find the attachment attached. I had received a promotional like sms in to my dnd registered mobile number. Idea claim that they are not responsible for the message i received because i had opted for it. But i never filled a form like attached. Also the name. Dob & signature is wrong over there. Some one has done it. I send many mails to the email id i mentioned in the form & they never responded back. I assume idea people has done this. I dont know about it correctly. However whenever i called idea or they called me they just want to close the issue somehow without getting any harm to them. Thus the reason i think they had created such a fake form. Kind request to take necessary action against those people who is misusing the number & sign without the knowledge of the person. My mobile number is mentioned in the attachment.

            This is mohammed ibrahim and my number is [protected] i called your customer care on 5/8/2017 from my registered number and first call was connected to your executive and i asked about offers and he was not helpful and even he didn't informed his name and he was so rude on call i was warning him even he contained with the rude tone and he forcefully disconnected the call from his end.

            And called for 2nd time and call was connected to your executive mr. Amjad and i asked him to transfer the call to tl or manager but he denied to transfer the call stating that tl or managers are not available (Without tl or managers u are running customer care) and he also forcefully disconnected my call from his end but no resolution was given.

            And again i called for the 3rd time completely it was blank call i waited fro more than 2 mins but no response from customer care end and the call went blank call so i disconnected the call. And my number was blocked in ivr after that i tried to reach your customer care but number was not connecting to customer care services.

              Dear sir,
              It is very common now a days how innocent people are being looted by the telecom service providers just because their inability to connect the customer care has rated more than the actual service. Most of the time the people have to hassle a lot trying the customer care number but the ultimate result is zero.

              I myself have recharged stv 345 a several time through airtel app (Which is self proclaimed by airtel to give the best of service details). But every time the money has been deducted and i have been brutally thrown into stress at difficult situation. Very much similar to the mental harassment of watching getting your own money looted but the authority keeps silent.

              Henforth, along with this complaint i have attached all the transaction details of the recharge via 'airtel app' in lieu of which no services were provided.

              I just request if people like me and some people who are not much tech friendly ; don't they have got rights to enjoy the services they pay for. If 1000 people like me recharge like this average in a day i. E. Around 3.5 lakh inr everyday is looted easily and legally. Since they have got the transaction is at will and service could not be provided just because due to lack of proper technical assistance; will the govt. Be a silent watcher or take a step ahead what we talk of 'a digital india/ a smarter india'. Please look ahead to this or let us be ashamed of a system we belong.

                2-my airtel offer
                3-balance and validity
                4-easy recharge
                5-value added services
                6-dnd
                7- fixed line and bb
                In the above situation, where customer will give complaint?
                What is the use of customer care number with out facility for complaint?

                  I am writing you to advise that my telecom provider is giving me hard time and emotionally hurting me on a wrong bill.

                  They have put up a wrong bill of inr 510 which they are not waiving off and instead barring my services which is a big inconvenience. They acknowledge the bill as wrong but still not rectifying the issue since last 3 months.

                  Please help me up with this as i have no way to go except you or taking their wrong invoices.

                    I have been an old customer of rcom for the last nearly 14 years but i dont know they have sent me the bill which is excess. I have been regularly paying my ills without any default inspite of that i have received the bill which is approximately double the average of my prevoius bills. I had talked to rcom customer service today at about 9 pm and was told by them that they are charging extra payment for advance paymemt till september 2017 which will be adjusted in future payments. I had requested for a revised bill as i am not willing to pay the advance amount as mentioned the bill but customer service person told me that he is lodging the complaint but i will have to pay the whole wait for 5 days last date of the bill being 18.08.2017.

                      My service provider is vodaphone. My question is for registration of adhar card can vodaphone insist for thumb impression on the true copy eventhough signature is given? How can they demand thumb impression? They have to verify the copy withe original adhar card. Pl reply and issue suitable instructionto to vodaphone authorities,
                      My point is very short. Adhar card registration for mobile number is necessary as per govt instruction. I am having a sim card of vodaphone. They are insisting for thumb impression on adhar card even though signature is given? My question is that has govt autorised vodaphone authorities to collect thumub impression of mobile owners?

                      I complained 15 times about slow data speed to Reliance Jio customer care but no improvement in speed. Theres a need of new tower for high speed.

                          I had ported my number from idea to vodafone, i had paid all dues and one month bill from vodafone is also paid, yesterday idea has come up with an additional bill of 559.53 rs which they say it is the due amount which i used while the sim was in ported. They are saying that the the above amount is for the transition period of the sim which is about 7 days. I asked them a detail bill for this due amount why it is 559 rs for seven days, where i used to pay them for one month only 600rs maximum. And my connection is debarred for one day since yesterday 7pm onwards. I would request trai to take necessary action on this regard disrupting the service in an unethical manner. By which i am having huge difficulty as my customers are not able to reach me over my phone. I have no option to pay the bill on net or on the idea store as they are not working on sunday's. This is a deliberate attempt by the idea official which they have done it for revenge sake. Request you to take necessary action in this regard.

                              I am getting speed issue since yesterday. I want to inform that i have taken 10mbps/unlimited plan but i am getting 2mbps max and min, 500kbps. This is a third time in 14 days i am getting speed issue, even i can't login.
                              So solve my problem as soon as possible and promise me this (Issue) never occur in future. First time they took 3 days to solve issue. This is a cheating with consumer.
                              G-broadband always have same excuse, server problem. I don't care about your problem in last 14 days you have 3 times server problem. And if you have server problem then extend our plan expire date so we can use our 30 days plan. Not a 20-25 days. This is called cheating with consumer.

                                  I applied for mobile number portability from aircel (Karnataka) to aircel (Jharkhand) so that don't have to pay roaming charges.

                                  I submitted aadhaar card as identity and address proof.

                                  The new sim got activated by aircel.
                                  After that i called 59059 for trai tele verification. It went well.
                                  But the new sim did not got activated by trai.

                                      I am ravi kapopara living at ahmedbad, gujarat.
                                      There is a mobile tower at madhav mall exactly next to our home within 10 foot area and it's very dangerous for us. Sometimes bolts and other parts have fallen in backside of my home. We are having four months young child and radiation of this tower may harmful to her.
                                      Please help me to remove it.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have using 2 reliance number but whenever i am recharging the amount is getting deducted automatically. Reliance company activating vas services without taking customers permission and keep on deducting amount. My parents are not so familiar with phone so they are unable to deactivate the service also. Reliance is not having customer care also where we can register complaint for seek for help and neither the appellate authority is replying to my mails.
