Respected sir,
My idea mobile number is [protected]. I recharge it 404/- rupees which is for local + national calling unlimited + deta unlimited 84 days. This information is mention in *121#, *122# and in idea application and when i used it there is only 1 gb per day nd 300 min for calling after that there is chargeble. But there is not any clarification about any caping and when i call ur customer care person for complain your executive dont give any clear rply and said tht ther is t&c apply which is not mention there. So find out my attachments for this..
U give this wrong information to customers and misguided them so plz give proper resolution of my problem as soon as possible. And i want all the services as mention in it. For any other queries contect on [protected], [protected]

    Last day14aug I have several times Complaints about my internet service but each time they have gave me a suggestion but those r not worked, then I call there hither authority regarding the same issue. They have assured that this will be shorted out within 48hrs, to day some lady called me and told it will take 6to7days & talk me in a very rudely. Then to day I called again but no body is giving guaranty how much it will take, just telling we r trying. My point is this for these days which I am suffering then when bills come would they adjust the bil? If not so then why I should suffer and tolerate such bad I'll manared behavior.

      I have tried to many time in reliance customer care & reliance store in Gurgaon to deactivate my reliance Sim [protected]. At the time of complaint register they confirm that your sim deactivation request has been registered and sim will be deactivate but when i confirmed on mail team confirmed that only outgoing call is deactivated still my monthly will continue. today I asked MS. Ritu in Delhi complaint appellate office she told that no complaint registered. I am still receiving monthly Bill. My sim is not working. Whenever i call on [protected], No one receive the call. Please support how can i terminate my SIM.

        I have recharged my airtel no. [protected] of delhi circle whith rs. 399 there is no hidden terms condition like 3000 min for 84 days. I contact customer care of airtel they said that u will get only 3000 min for 84 days this not valid combination i read the term and condition there 1000 min per week limit shows.. I request to u that please take strick decision on it so this type of inconvenience should be stopped thamks

But company do not accept my request. Customer care of company is not answering after several efforts company reapplied that you have not sufficient balance but i have rs. 40 balance till to day..

          Main thing, They r decling my port request, I want to switch in jio.

            I have been a jio customer from september 2016.

            I recharged my above mentioned phone number with jio dhan dhana dhan offer (399/-). On 8th august

            I was not able to get internet connectivity after the above recharge. The error message is "please check your network connection"

            Tried to resolve the issue by calling customer care centre several times. Every time they checked the apn settings and asked me to do some meaning less things such as changing the sim to a different slot etc.

            Every time i call i get difference service request ids. They claim the first complaint as closed when i call then every time and issue a new number. But the fact is that my complaint stands the same without any resolution.

            On 11/8/2017 i talked to their customer care and raised this question and the call was escalated to on mr. Praveen (Ref no. Mr0000cb1zn2). The fact is that he could not resolve the issue but made my life worse by doing something in the system that i got a different message altogether saying that my number needs to be re verifies through aadhar based e-kyc process. For informatio they have alloted this connection on the basis of my aadhar number and finger print scanning.

            I am quoting the service id requests provided by themr for reference. Sr00000bwxgv, sr00000bx8w7, sr00000bz7lm.

            Awaiting your speedy response and resolution in this matter.

              My name is satish dhatrak this complaint is regarding the non co-operation & rude behavior or mr santosh (Customer service desk) on adharcard updation.

              Its been worst and pathetic sevice been treated by vodafone person mr santosh on updation of adharcard. Since i have 3 vodafone nos which are registered on vodafone network since one of my postpaid no was been switch off [protected] so i requested him to generate otp no on other vodafone no which are registered to vodafone network but this person started talking rudely mentioning don, t teach me it is not possible to send otp no other no started takling rudely and badly and started saying to complaint any were ever you want i will not help you.

              Have never ever face such pathetic situation as other customer ladies also stood up and talking rudely about my sense.. Have never seen such goons in my life in vodfone store. Request and immediate action on concern vodafone gallery on non acceptance of adharcard updation and rude behavior by vodfone servicedesk team.

                My sim is deactivated since last 12 hrs and your team is giving only assurance, at 4.30pm today they asked me to change my sim, i did it, they said it will be activated with 30 min to 4 hrs and now it almost 7hrs. It is still not working.

                I called up their call center twice, they say wait for some time... Can any body tell me how much time precisely...

                Second time when i called their call center, their executive was arrogant, wow what a response they are giving for being loyal with for so many years...

                Please look into the matter, the person accountable should be punished along with the punishment / penalty to airtel.

                      They create monopoly with their customer, they are not sending Portability code me to
                      port out from their. it's very bad experience with Airtel.

                        Hi trai,

                        This is regarding my experience with airtel customer care, they have been advertising about 24/7 service for a while - which is completely a false advertise and truly misguiding.
                        I have dialed 121 which is the only interface i can communicate with them. Dialing 121 made me really lose hope on life as they are simply making me press all the buttons on phone screen and i was not able to communicate with them.

                        They have an email id option which will be answered after 2-3 days and never instantly.

                          Last week i filled up balance of 55 rs but i didnot get the full amount... Today morning i checked the balance, but there was only 25 rs there. On calling them the reliance executives gave an excuse that my promo balance had been deducted.. But if that is the case then i should have 37 rs... As i got balance instead of 55 as 37 rs balance and 15 rs promo.. I should have the 37 rs left. Last month they had deducted 111 rs from my account... So please take action that i get my deserving money because you are my last resort..

                            I m using[protected]Idea 4g sim). A day ago idea has provided a scheme of getting upto 2gb data at rs 65. But we got only 1gb and after 10 to 15 mins data pack was over. Actually the problem is that i had not even used it so how it can be over. I talked to customer care also but they said that data has been used by us.
                            Offers are provided to customers to attract them towards your services but if you will break their trust they will never ever believe on your services.. And it will be your loss that you are losing your customers trust as well as them too...

                              This is about my prepaid no.from Airtel. It has been active with me for many years but I had to travel abroad to my husband last year. I had recharged it last on 8th August 2016 and switched it on and off many times this last year. But After I landed back and recharged it for Rs. 500 thinking it is still my no. as it was for so many years but to my horror this number is given to someone else.
                              Anyways I know my number cannot be given back but can a refund be made or a recharge be done to my alternative Airtel number.

                                    I have put a complaint of weak data signal with customer care and appellate authority of airtel since last 10 days. I must have given attest 4 to 5 complaints to customer. Rtcare all of which have been fraudenyly closed by airtel without the issue being resolved and without my consent. Matter has been escalated to appellate authority too but all i get standard email replies that matter has been taken up with technical team and wait for another 48 hours. I have got 3 such emails in last one week.

                                    Nobody seems to b interested in resolving the matter and no sense o[censored]rgency is shown.
                                    Airtel is claiming to b fastest 4g service provider and talks about open network. Now where is all that claim. Why is trai not taking legal action.
                                    I want a resolution from airtel by tomorrow on both data and voice call issue faced at godbunder road, thane and anjurphata, bhiwandi location.
                                    I m fed up with airtel and writing to trai after which i will have to port if not resolved

But I got received mail to payment successful. After 4days I got a call from GTPL.in your payment pending on hear after 1week you get it back. But I'm not received today onwards.

                                      Am a seniorcitizen. And being harassed without attending to complaint's and my cancellation request of broadband connection is not being answered inspite of complaints raised with customercare/nodal officer/ appelate and several reminders through customer care. I took a broadband connection with act fibrenet co in chennai, paying advance rs 6160/-for 6 month usage. From day 1 the connection was not proper and could not use my computer for one week, (Due to wrong wifi connection) inspite of complaints and reminders. My request to speak to higher authorities, not being provided. I get only mail reply asking for more time to solve. This has put me into lot of stress/ tension and worry. And could not attend to my other works in peace. They changed my packageplan without prior permission nor informing me and caused sudden usage of fup to more than 70%in just 2 days!!! And no explanation given so far. Not satisfied with the services in the beginning stage itself and now my opting to cancel my broadband connection and request for returning the balance amount, is not being complied with and not being answered at all since one week. Have mailed to their nodal officer/ appelate on this, and no action so far.
