Dear team,
This is to inform you about the complaint against my corporate connection going on with vodafone, since from the beginning i have been suffering from the service related problems with vodafone. Several times i called many people associated with the vodafone even to marketing calls also i responded with the same problems i’m suffering with but no one is ready to solve my problem at all.

The problem is that some time ago i have taken 16 cug numbers from vodafone (Csa (Devendra jaiswal | balaji networks | +91 [protected]) and after some time because of some problems in my business i don’t want to pay bill of some vodafone numbers and don’t want to use also for a few months only. I have asked to my csa to solve this problem and he advised me to give a suspension mail for those numbers which i don’t want to use and after this i will not be payable for those numbers. I have done as same as. But after few months i have got mail about those numbers' bill amount approx 5000/-. So as per csa advise i am not payable for these bills i have complained many times to csa (Devendra jaiswal | balaji networks | +91 [protected], vodafone mobile services ltd, up-east, 47, balrampur quarter naka hindola, lucknow-226004, u. P.- india and many times to corporate customer care [protected] and corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and may time to servicedesk. [protected]@vodafone.com and i have mailed to anupam. [protected]@vodafone.com (Our crm) and called him also but no one is ready to solve my problem at all..

The other is that we are facing a major problem about outgoing calls barring due to the suspended number bill every month and for this problem.

Today's problem is that today is 18th of july and my all cug numbers' bill due date is 19th of july for bill payment my current running numbers but today before due date my all running numbers are barred you can check. Due to these barring my all business is stopped working. Who will be responsible for my business loss due to my cug numbers barring.

Recently through marketing call came from vodafone i discussed the same concern but despite of solving my issues i came to arise back with one new problem, airtel associates started pitching me to port-out my vodafone corporate numbers, through the airtel executive came to me i got to know that despite of solving my issues the same vodafone csa balaji networks from which i took corporate connection of vodafone the business manager-devendra jaiswal was involved in churning out my vodafone connections, i informed this devendra jaiswal about my problems several times but he is not ready to take any actions at all just false commitment. So this is my last and final warning to vodafone that if my problems with my numbers won't be solved then i will take strict actions against vodafone.
So, at last i just want to inform that solve my problems with my corporate connections else after this i won't let anyone to give me excuse for anything.

I hope at least you can help us for all but really no hope from vodafone.

    Dear reliance team & grievance,

    Reliance:

    I am a consumer of reliance communication since 2011 (Blue category)
    I would like to kindly draw your attention towards reliance 4g network.
    Hope i will get fastest response from you. I have many issues with my reliance number.. I had sent already mail for same issued but i am not getting any response from reliance team.. Which is very painful for me to handle its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.
    Ii don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering.. I need some one whom i can discuss and escalate asap..

    Trai:

    Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against trai portal & of-course you too.. How can i believe that if i register a complaint here then it will get resolved. You guys says the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think trai is on name & nothing else.. I am using 4g phone, when i had change my location still poorest service getting from operator in my location... No work done. All you are hopeless
    I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several mails to them but fruitless.
    Some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also maybe deleted mail from there mail box.
    I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them.
    If trai has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, i request trai to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else i will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till i get justice.
    Please take some urgent action and if you want to know any thing from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

    Waiting for revert on previous mail and please look into matter to concern department as as possible and resolve immediately.

    It's a totally miss managed service that reliance gsm pis giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service.. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative..
    They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don't think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit..

    But the condition is, here in this campus this network is worst network.. Even i'm not able to pick-up call anyone from this network.​.​
    ​i​ got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them
    Who was did not take any responsibility for valuable customer.

    Such is the pathetic situation...

    They talk big during the sales and once the goods sold, they pay no heed to customers problems.. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible tomorrow call back my alternative number and also nothing more else???

      I am m. Karthikeyan, i am from kanchipuram town, tamilnadu.
      Subject : i am the postpaid customer of reliance network ([protected]) more than
      10 years, i am paying regular bill before date, but more than 2 month my reliance mobile network not working, i complainted so many time in customer care but sill my number not working..

      I given requested to change my number to other network, but that also not change.. My gas, eb, bank, adhar card etc., government message also not reaching me.. I am totally upset. Due to this reason my lose my clients also...

      So please take action on this issue & please rectify my issue...

        I was using vodafone for last 4 yrs and due to some service issue i have ported to idea. On porting i had an outstanding due of rs.147, which i paid on 27-july-2017.
        Now my connection is blocked from[protected] stating there is outstanding.

        On contacting idea, they are telling vodafone have not cleared and says outstanding is present and on contacting vodafone they say no outstanding

        Both are blaming each other and i am unable to use my connection

          Hi team,

          This is a complaint against idea telecom operator.

          I was using airtel network, and due to network issue, i switched to idea.

          On morning 29th july 2017, i got a call from idea customer care, they told me that your airtel mobile bill of rs.126/- is pending and if you are not paying this your service will stop from 29th night.

          As they said, i paid this amount on airtel store and i submitted my airtel postpaid bill receipt to idea customer store (Address of that store shop no 8, royel tower, behind shree krishna veg resturent, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra 411014) on the same day (Request id[protected], customer care executive promise me that your service will not disconnect, but my service get stopped.

          I called to customer care multiple times, they told me that your request is in pending state, they need more 48 hours to resole that, (And today is 4th day, exclude sunday), and they also told me that go to nearest idea customer care they will help you, i did the same, this time i went to customer care in vishrantwadi, pune but the store executive told me that i cant help because your number is in gujarat circle, go to that idea store where you have submitted your request, i ask him the number of that store but he didn't not give me, he told me that the store is not having number, i had mailed to the idea store of viman nagar, but i have not got any response yet, even they are not receiving my call.

          When i call to idea customer care executive they do not know their job, the only want the call to be completed without having to provide useful information or solve the query.

          Now, today is 2nd august, sill my incoming and outgoing call is not activated, i am in roaming and i am facing many problems due to this, even i can not do any banking transaction.

          Please do need full,

            Dear sir i want to tell u i am living in this address village and post kushmaura sisendi mohanlalganj lucknow pin 227305.in this area no network in any company whatever is airtel, aircel, vodafone, jio, bsnl no network in any network providwr company plz do something on this. So please do something about this thats because of these few things people wants to move from village.

              मेरा नाम आशीष कुमार कन्नौजिया है। मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] आईडिया प्रीपेड उत्तर प्रदेश पश्चिम है। मैंने इस नंबर को 4 महीने पहले आईडिया प्रीपेड में एयरटेल पोस्टपेड से पोर्ट करवाया था। 4 महीने बाद अचानक मेरा नंबर से कॉल बैंड करदी गई, फिर मुझे आईडिया कस्टमर केयर से बताया गया की आपका पिछली एयरटेल पोस्टपेड में कुछ भुगतान बकाया है तो मैंने उसी दिन यथाशीघ्र एयरटेल आफिस सदर बाजार आगरा में बकाया राशि ₹80/- का भुगतान कर दिया जिसकी रशीद भी आईडिया आफिस ओमनी कम्युनिकेशन सदर बाजार आगरा में 1 अगस्त 2017 को जमा करवा दिया और पिंकी गौतम जी ने कहा अब आपका नंबर अगले 1 घंटे में दोबारा एक्टिव हो जाएगा और में वहां से चला गया। लेकिन मेरा नंबर चालू नही हुआ तो मैंने कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधि के पास दोबारा कॉल किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आईडिया आफिस से ही एक्टिव होगा यह तो मैं आज 2 अगस्त 2017 को 4 बजे आईडिया ओमनी कम्युनिकेशन सदर बाजार अगर गया तो पिंकी जी ने मुझसे साफ मना कर दिया की आपका नंबर में एक्टिव नही कर सकती और पता नही कैसे होगा उनकी व्यवहार बहुत ही अनुचित था, जब मैंने उनसे कहा कि मैं कांसुमेर कोर्ट में शिकायत करूँगा तो पिंकी जी ने कहा "हाँ करदो शिकायत" इसके बाद उनका जब मैंने नाम पूछने के लिए दोबारा गया तो बेबाकी से अपना नाम पिंकी गौतम बताया। अब मेरा नंबर बंद है क्या करूँ कुछ समझ नही आ रहा क्या करूँ। मेरा दूसरा नंबर [protected] है

                Reliance communications — cheated my refund amount as well as not disconnecting my number.

                Im kavin. My mobile number is [protected]. When the sales person from reliance met me, i asked him a postpaid connection. He collected from me rs. 300 as deposit amount and activated the sim.1 year passed away and later i came to know that sim is a landline connection sim. When i went to the reliance nungambakkam mobile store @ chennai for disconnecting this number, they replied to pay the bill amount. When i suppose to pay my bill i asked to refund the deposited amount rs.300. But they said that they are not responsible for that, you should go and ask the sales person. I said that sim was activated by your reliance company and that sales person charged me by wearing your company identity card and you are cheating me. But there is no proper action. Hence finally i paid all my bills fully but still now i didnt get my disconnection status still now. They may be getting ready to generate next month bill and making to pay. So kindly please take proper action against reliance telecommunication.

                  For last two months we 25 nos of postpaid cunsumer in same billing address is suffering due to poor network connectivity of vodafone in sikkim (737132).
                  We must have to pay monthly rentals although we are not getting the service from them. We requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several mails to them but fruitless.

                    Whenever i have 150 rupees or above of talk time, aircel forcibly subscribes me with various charged services without my consent.in a month i lose more than 80 rupees on aircel value added services which i don't even know at times. It is my hard earned money and i want to claim all these looted and robbed money. If trai has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, i request trai to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else i will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till i get justice.

                    I have taken 4G sim yesterday 4.00 pm from idea care center, safilguda, Hyderabad. at that time they said 4G sim will be activated with in half an hour.

                    after 48 hour it is not activated. i facing problem being a tax consultant and tax filings are pending. due to this disturbance, i am getting huge loss.

                      I have recharged with 1 gb data and used approximately 300 mb data but on the contrary the vodafone service provider deducted 700mb data without any reason. They did not take my complaint.

                        Every year airtel members come here in iit roorkee to sell their sim.
                        But the condition is, here in this campus this network is worst network. Even i'm not able to call anyone from this network.
                        I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them..
                        Here every student is facing same problem but there is no one to listen our complaint.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          This is to inform you that, a sales executive of idea visited my premises and sold me the sim assuring that for three months, i can enjoy the net 1 gb daily though my handset was 3g with free voice calling. As per their rules he took my documents and said i will be getting a verification call next day. Next day i received the verification call, he verified ll the details and asked weather i know my post-paid plan, i replied yes, 1gb net free daily with free voice calls for 3 months. He denied, and said no sir, your plan is 3gb per month net & free voice calling.in reply i said then please dont activate my sim untill you get confirmation from the sales executive who sold me the sim. I provided the contact no. Of sales executive to him on his demand. Next day i received the call from verification department that the matter is solved & i can enjoy the sim as per sales executive promised. But after using for 5-6 days i consumed about 3 gb of net & my net connection was discontinued. Immidiatly i made a complaint to there customer care center. But in vain. No action was taken. Then i stopped using that sim. After month they sent me the e-bill which cannot be able to open by the password they have sent. Started sending me mail, phone calls on my alternate no. Regarding the payment demand. I also sent a reply to there mail demanding payment outstanding, and wrote this details. But still no action.
                          Recently they sent me an advocate notice also to remit the amount. I visited there gallery to discuss the matter, they asked me to pay the half of the outstanding amount & settle the issue. I refused to pay sir.
                          I decided to launch the complaint at your site, and hope you will take some action for doing all this fraud practice & harassing the consumer.

                          I have remitted Rs.149.00 for recharge to my Mobile number on 31.03.2017 for Rs.149 paln and the same was confirmed nby JIO customer care immedaitely.Susequently I recharged for Rs.309.00 plan on 15.04.2017 and while the said 309.00 paln was active I was informed by JIO Customer care athat Rs.149 paln will be active from 22.07.2017 after exhausting 309.0o plan .But after expirey og 30le and misleading information and started harssaing and fleecinng me
                          The amount of Rs.149.00 recahgred to my JIO Network for Rs.149.00 paln on 31.03.2017 through retail shop and confirmed by JIO Customer care has not been recharged to my account ald illegally /fraudulently swiped out

So once i gave him a call on these numbers [protected] and [protected] and warned him stating that i will file a complaint against you in delhi police, he laughed and soughted on me in harsh language. As i was very much faided up with his vehaviour, and before i took any action he did a complaint in trai on 29th july 2017 and in end result my number [protected] get blocked.

                            Its my humble request to please reactive my number and also i request to look into this matter seriously.

                              Dear sir
                              I have purchased 2 new postpaid no of relaince [protected] and [protected] about 20 days ago. Both numbers were paid. However, the network coverage is very bad in my area in delhi.
                              I made a complaint on reliance customer care, but they told the requirement of adding new tower/booster and the time to resolve the issue is upto 30-90 days.
                              I can't wait for such a long time as it is just waste of money in terms of monthly rental.
                              I, therefore request you either to provide mnp or to change no in prepaid.
                              Both the conversions are not ;possible in reliance because my number is not older than 90 days.
                              However, the conversion from postpaid to prepaid is possible among all operators like airtel, vodafone, etc. Than why reliance is not allowing me to convert from postpaid to prepaid.
                              Also they are charging advanced rental of one month.
                              Kindly help me.

                                This is to inform you that I have officially closed my vodafone services for ([protected]) on 7 July 2017 for all pending payments including VAS.My total bill was settled in June which was around 4400 rs and value added and monthly charge for the month of July 2017 as 750 rs. They confirmed me that the service will be closed by 10-June-2017 for the request sent on 02-June-2017.And now they seem to extend the date and keep on levying charges which is totally rubbish.When I emailed them I got a response same as usual but with different reference number.I am ready to pay the amount of 250 rs if it is legitimate and yes I need to get rid of their obtuse minded services.Here with I am sharing you the reference numbers given by them.

They are refusing to file my complaint regarding this, i got her call recording in which she refused to file my complaint as directed by her seniors. My previous complaint ticket no.                                     I have submitted a compliant regarding non working of bsnl landline no.[protected] on 11/07/2017 through customer care number but on 14/07/2017 local exchange dept. Closed our complaint without doing anything they don't even call us or visit my site. On 15/07/2017 i registered one more complaint but till today no one visit or call at my premises its been 20th day today our landline and broadband are dead. I am in profession i daily need internet. Just because of their negligence i have to spent extra money on my internet backup device. If they cant do any thing at least tell me i will cut off bsnl connection. My money and time both are wasting because of bsnl.

                                      I am a deffence personnel posted in mumbai region. I have got a message to link bsnl sim with aadhar number. Visited customer care along with aadhar card for linking. But my aadhar card address belongs to my native home town in odisa. They are asking to have local address in the aadhar for linking. Request clarify the issues as i cannot change my aadhar address frequently as per transfer. So kindly find suitable solution for linking for all deffence personnel having same problem. But i have local bank account with the local address.
