    Hi,

    My number is [protected]. I had made an online payment of rs/- 588 on 27th jul 2017 against my postpaid bill generated on my airtel site. I got a message from airtel that the payment had been failed. The message was " payment failed : your recent transaction for airtel mobile number : [protected], amount - rs. 588.0 and txn id[protected] has failed. Please click on below link to try again. http://pay.airtel.in/red/r/40c02542.

    Between two days till today 29 jul 2017 i checked my bank online passbook and found amount of rs. 588.00 had been withdrawn on 27 jul 2017 but the amount hadn't been returned back to the account. As per communication provided by airtel it should had been returned back to respective bank account.

    Then i called airtel customer caren today morning and they replied payment already been made!!!

    My question why the wrong feedback message was sent to the customer that the payment had failed and they asked customer to try again to make payment???!!!

    Why the correction hadn't been made in further sms if we might consider it was a technical fault?

      Hi, myself nishanth using aircel simcard, before 8 months the cost of 1gb data was 200 to 300rs, but now they can provide unlimited calls with daily 1gb data for 350rs, how it is possible, now they can provide this much means previously we are cheated by telecommunication corporate for more years, we lost more money due to this, need a proper explanation are else ready to book a complaint against all telecommunication companies

        Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against this portal & ofcourse you too. How can i believe that if i register a complaint here then it will get resolved. You guys says the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think trai is on name & nothing else. Earlier also i had made complaint regarding poor internet speed but no action has taken
        I am using 4g phone, change my location still poorest service getting from operator. No work done. All you are hopeless.
        Every month i am paying bill for internet but not able to use 10% of overall data.

          Sir,
          I am customer of idea since two months, as i ported from bsnl. I made a 347/- plan o[censored]nilimited calls and 4 g data offer, via paytm. While the offer expired, i repeated the the same amount recharge via paytm and amount taken to idea account. But now they says, offer is not valid for me so only calls can. The same 347 amount how they put in two plan. I believe if not eligible for a plan, they should not take money and calls only offer should be a different amount figure. Being a customer i cant vigilant alltime wether i have such offer or not. And they dont have any rights to use customer paid amount as they wished plan.

            My mobile no is [protected] using 4 months. I recharged data pack monthly regularly. When i using google broswing
            They (Vodafone) are auto activating unknown services without any prior notice or consent. And deducting my balance illegaly it happen often.
            And when i connected to customer care for the issue they replied in cunning way you activated these services. Then they begun drama of call trasnfering to other vodafone excutive (Master thief) then the person tell us how they easily cheat their customer & smart loot game to be continued by stoling balance then excusing server down /server busy /server updating too many excuses for tolerance & so escape... We indian are helpless so write you as a hope plz help regard this... Thanks

                I diald 123 and received an offer. 94 rs 3 gb for 28 days. Tata docomo gave me option to subscribe from my balance. I recharged for rs 94 from balance. And i received 2 gb for 7 days only. Means 1 gb less i received and instead of 28 day only for 7 days i received net balance. My tata docomo mobile no is [protected]. I m trying to complain from 5 day but not getting any satisfactory solution. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  When i not subscribed any service. Then why its subscribed in my number and why deducted my balance. Always issue in ur company is coman. Last month i have same issue balance deducted this time this too. Which kind of service your company provide???

Airtel company rejected porting twice in same month. We already given all the correct document related to authorization. But still airtel company rejected our porting request.

                      I complaint to customer service of idea telephone regarding recharge of 399 which was done on 21-7-17 and a confirmation sms was received but the plan o[censored]nlimited free calls was not activated and thus i wrote a complaint. After sending the email i received a call from[protected]. The man told me that he is calling from idea customer service in response to my complaint. He said as your mobile does not come under the scheme of rs. 399 offer we will reverse your money back.
                      I told i checked your offer and dialed the offer requirement so how now i am not eligible for the offer? He told me we must reverse the money to your account. He told me to get my debate card number or credit card number. I said i paid the amount from online banking and thus he does not need any card number. He said give me your atm card number for this transaction. After some argument i gave him my card number, when he asked for cvc number i said no way i will give this number.
                      My sixth sense alerted me. He said please keep line open till you receive a sms from the bank. I received sms from bank otp number. This was the point of alert, the caller said give me the number you have received from your bank. I said to him i am not a fool and i wanted to cut the communication but he said ok there is another sms has come to your mobile give me the number. I said i don’t want the money you are a fraud, hearing this he started abusing me. I do not want to repeat the words. After i hanged i received sms from my bank that my card is blocked due to suspicious activities. It shows that the caller wanted to either transfer money or buy something on my card, as he could not get the otp he used some arbitrary number this led bank to block my card.

                      Thanks to my god for alerting me for not falling is his trap. However there are following questions.
                      1) how the person came to know about my complaint which i sent to customer care? It is sure that the person is either an employee of the idea, who has approach to idea email system.
                      2) he may be friend of any employee who has official approach to their emails.
                      3) he may be a hacker and has hacked the email system of idea.
                      4) this is sure that he read my email and came to know my number my complaint and the amount i paid for the services.
                      This is sure case which idea should investigate but idea only called me and has not informed about the action they have taken to know how the email was read, informed or hacked by the caller. They should action as there could be further frauds the person can do. This will harm idea as well their customers.
                      Police can easily trace the number, which is[protected]. The call was received on my number [protected] dated july 23, 2017. @1:08 pm.
                      Please guide me as i want to idea should take the matter seriously to the extend either they caller must be punished and their employees who have leaked the information should also be punished.

                        We have made a recharge in my idea mobile. My mistake one digit is wrong in mobile no and recharge happen to other mobile. I used paytm for recharge

                        Same time i requested to make my payment reverse. But then denied. Everything is possible todays digital world.

                        They told i[censored] do by retailer then it is possible. U do it by own then it is not possible.

                        If i[censored]se digital payment encouraged by government then we face such type of issue and companies like idea is refusing for any support.

                        Need support and help to get my money back

                            On 24th july i lost my sim ([protected]) at about 2:30pm. Then i go to retailer for reissuing sim card. They tell me that sim card is not match with my id and then i call to tata docomo customer care so they tell me the same. I think the shopkeeper form which i buy the sim is made some mistake at when i purchase it.
                            About 6-7 yrs i use the sim card and as per the trai rules all the telecom services must have to checked that weather the same person from which id sim is being purchased is using the sim or not.? So how it is possible that i am able to used this sim at that long time.

                            And if there is no rule in your rule-book for customer verification after selling the sim so can you please make some proper law for heigher customer satisfaction...

                            At all i have many documents which prof that i am using this sim at very long time (More then 7yrs) including id cards, bank accounts, social media accounts, etc.

                            So can you please solve my query or i will move on trai because your helpline customer care will not that qualified for answering my questions they speak on same learning way like parrots... Bla bla bla... It is very shameful that they disconnected my call without solve my problem (Calling nu:[protected]/time: 10:05pm approx).

                              I have tata docomo prepaid sim which i have requested for porting in idea in the month of may 2017, but the location where i stay tata docomo network is not available. I was been told by idea that porting will be done within 7 days but still after & day idea sim was not working.

                              After complaining to idea regarding this idea say porting from docomo to idea porting was done on 20/05/2017 & sim is inactive from idea & it has been send back to tata docomo

                              Then after complaining to tata docomo regarding this issue it says that sim is converted to idea

                              Both tata docomo & idea are not giving any information regarding how to activate that sim

                                Sir i have complaint regarding to poor speed of idea internet. I called many times to idea customers service but they don't give me proper response about my request. They are always lieing with me. I have very tired by the use of this poor internet service. Please you help me for this matter. Not only me my friends also face such kind of problem since last 2-3' months, they give fake advertisements about network and 3g/ 4g this services and not give proper speed. So i request you to please solve my problem by asking higher speed of internet to idea cellular company.

                                  We are using airtel from the past sixteen years. But from the past six month we are facing more technical and connection issues on internet.in this regards we heard cherrinet is best connection in chennai for internet speed. So we would like to apply a new connection.in this regards we requested on[protected] and paid the initial amount is rs. 4890/- (For three months) through by cheque. On[protected]Tuesday), collection executive came and collect our documents along with payment and informed us will connect one or two days. But till then no connection and no one responding my calls to installed a new connection or informing the status of new connection. We are really disappoint this service. From the past one week we called many times and we complaint to customer care (I. E.,[protected] only customer care responding then after the same issues. They got payment but why they not responding how can we believe that cherrinet genuine or...
                                  Please find below contact numbers those are not attend after collected payment. And attached payment proof for your reference. I kindly request you to please take action against them and justice.
                                  We need our refund amount along with all proof. How can i share your service to others. We would like to make connection with act. That service is very good in ayanavaram circle. I really made a big mistake to choose cherrinet service. If i choose act, connection will come within 24 hours. Not like cherrinet after 1 week there is no response.

                                    Vodafone (Mumbai) has not sent the bill for the month of may-2017 either via e-mail or by post. Then they send a mail directly informing myself that i have not made any payment for the bill even after several reminders.

                                    I have officially launched a customer complaint to their customer care dept but they failed to provide me any such bill over email or by post. Still they insisted me to pay the same and give proof else they send a court notice to my home.

                                    I did pay the bill now. But this is total unfair that without giving any bill to customer as proof they are just forcing the customers to pay the bill.

                                      I am facing issue with the bill for last 2 months. I am using my docomo number for last 5 years. When i had taken this sim, that time only i had activated internet pack in this number of 2gb (Rs. 99 per month). My average monthly bill used to come around rs. 400. But for the last two months (May and june), total of rs. 3432 was charged on my number. When i checked with customer care, i came to know that they had de-activated my internet package without my consent. They charged for whatever internet i used (I had used internet within 2 gb only). I raised multiple complaints with the customer care saying that the internet pack cancellation was not done on my request and was never communicated to me that the pack is de-activated. I requested to correct the bill and send to me but there is no action from the team. 2 weeks back, docomo barred my outgoing calls, messages and internet. I request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and find a solution. I am not able to migrate to other network as docomo is blocking the porting request since i have not cleared the bill. For clearing the bill, i talked to the customer care executive and told clearly that if proper bill is send to me then i will be paying it without any delay. But docomo team is unnecessarily dragging the request and putting me in trouble. It has been more than 2 months i am following up with the team. I am struggling due to the unprofessional behavior from docomo team.

                                        Please refer to airel bill no[protected] dated 21st june 2017 for rs 61588.34,
                                        I have spoken to airtel customer executive on customer care no 121 and multiple times regarding excess billing amount and also sent a mail to airtel in this regards.

                                        While going through bills it has been observed that the charges levied by airtel for usage of mobile data in international roaming on 16th june 2017 are absolutely wrong as timing shown in the bill are timing when i was in my hotel and my hotel had a free wifi facility and for me using mobile data when free wifi is available to me doesn’t make sense hence they are requested to remove mobile data charges of 16th june 2017 from the bill and send me a revised bill with these corrections.

                                        I have also noticed that you have a fixed a credit limit of rs 14000 for me for using mobile services from airtel whereas in this case the billing amount is much more than the credit limit. Although, airtel is claiming that this credit limit is valid only for voice and value added services and international roaming is not covered under this but i have never been informed about this and as a lay man i will only understand the meaning of credit limit that i will not be use the services beyond this limit.
