I am not able to send normal messages from my vodafone number. Facing this problem for more than one year and not finding solution.

Because of this i am not even able to send messages to get my basic things done. I am not able to register or verify my number in job portals or any government websites.

Please sort this problem out as soon as possible.

    I have opted for port out of my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel on 29th june 2017. My vf number has been deactivated since 10th july 2017.

    My vf services are closed, but my airtel services are not yet started. I have opted for this in maharashtra, but due to some professional reasons i have been in bengaluru.

    Please help me out on this.

      Hope i will get fastest response from you. I have many issues with my airtel number [protected]. I have registered multiple complaints but i am not getting any response from airtel team. I have issue with my outgoing calls and sms, which is very painful for me to handle. Its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem

      I am Reliance gsm user .Relince showing in their offer menu (*129#)
      recharge with rupee 40 get 50 talktime, 31 core balance and remains promo. After recharge I didn't get promo balance. These are not a single issue they are disconnected my number to communicate customer care since three months and I am also facing a lot of call drop issue.

          This is a official complaint against airtel regarding not activating my replacement sim mobile for over 48 hours. My mobile number is[protected] and it is a corporate post paid account for read-ink techn pvt ltd, bangalore, ka india.

          I have gome to 3 airtel stores to get finally my sim replaced because stopped working. Submitted all the paper work and letters to store in yelahanka on friday july 21 2017, they told me it was pending activation and will be active within 4 hours. 13 hours later i called airtel customer care and they told me that their systems were down to go back in 1 hour. I called back 1 1/2 hours later on and they told me that will be activated, i asked for themanager and they gave me a wrong phone number for mr kannan manager.
          I placed 14 calls on sat all day and asked for escalation and spoke with the following managers sheri chrishian (Floor manager) told will solve in 1 hour and would call me back never did... Another call waited for over 1 hour on the phone and got escalated to david milind (Another floor mgr) that promissed to call and never resolved or called back either. Another call got escalated to shadith ahmad and then to his manager praveen kumar and then to subuna kl (Manager of escalations, the worst of them all..) and asked to be transferred to her manager and she kept me on hold for 1.5 hours and them disconnect...

          Everyone of this 14 calls claims that they send an email and escalated to the back end and would call me back and never did. It is afternoon on sunday and my corporate phone still not working for 3 days and no one cares at aitel support. It is the worst support i ever encountered...

          Hi Team,

          I have been long user of Hathway and recently I have migrated and there was delay of 2 weeks to do it. I got promise from hathway that waiver would be given but if you pay future amount. Well I did so but I haven't got proper response from them.

          As well as these service provider gives false commitment on speed related issue.

            The company auto activated the vas without my consent and deducted around 110 rs from my balance.
            Also they cheated by telling to do 1gb recharge of 186 to get the amazon offer of 45gb free 4g on vodafone. I did as they told, even after doing that, i haven't got my offer activated.

            I called them again and asked to make me talk to some senior member which they did and on his saying i did a recharge of 175 again to grab the offer bt still result was same.

            Meanwhile i lost my 360 rs in these activations.

            I even mailed them but still awaiting their response.

            Please help!

              Hi trai,
              Few days back i got an email from idea that a new postpaid number is activated for me. I never requested any number from idea.

              I was surprised to know from idea customer care that the documents that were used for new sim was indeed mine.
              Customer care asked me to send an email quoting all the details to welcomesupport. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com, but unfortunately i am not getting any response from them even after 1 week.

              I also raised few questions to them:
              1. How they got access to my documents and my email id?
              2. How did they activated the number without my permission (I also got an email for email verification which i never verified, still number is registered to my email id.)

              What if someone is using it for wrong purpose? And since it is postpaid, i am afraid that i will get bill on the specified cycle, which will affect my credit score if i don't pay it.

              I want my every question to be answered by them.

                I am useing airtell connection number no [protected] from tha last three months and recharging with rs 349. I straing to note that only data is on 4g net but voice calling on 3g net. We can not make call from 4g net but campany charging on recharge of 4g. So data is on 4g but voice call is on 3g.
                Even 4g is also not working properly. So many time call is rejacted from other providers.

                  We ported our reliance no [protected] in the name of rachna ganeriwal airtel network on 29.06.2017 and as per company it was updated on 4.07.2017 and on the same time our above number was deactivated from reliance but airtel did not activated our this number.
                  Since that time we are regularly speaking to the customer care and are always assured to resolve the problem within next 24 hours but even after 16 days we are getting the same reply.in between we have visited to airtel outlet at rajapark, jaipur on 17.07.2017 regarding the same issue and got the same reply.
                  We are facing lot of problems due to non activation of the number and airtel executive don't have solution.
                  Pl guide us for the necessary steps to be taken as we want to continue the same number because this no is attached with our many accounts.

                    I have been using my idea number from 3 year. Befor the launch of 4g it was having good network rang near by my locality. But now from around 7-8 months there is no proper network. And there is no 4g service available in my locality. Still they dont have any answers when 4 g service will be available in my city.

                        They took 3 months advance and didn't provided the service. We have been calling customer care and salesman for 3-4 hours everyday. They are reluctant to solve our problem. They register our issue and mark it resolve without doing anything. We have tried reaching their senior officer but we are unable to do so because o[censored]navailability.
                        We are severely disappointed with the service and feel cheated.

                        Kindly help us with the issue. We want some penal provisions against them and ensure their accountability.

                                Hello Sir/Ma'm,

                                I am writing this mail in regards to my phone # [protected]. Due to poor services and poor network I did switch my phone number to Airtel as Airtel offered me a very good package, that too about 2 year back.

                                In the beginning of July I received a call from Vodafone asking me to Port it back to Vodafone and offered me more benefits.

                                Benefits/Package I was getting in Airtel was -

                                449 Rental plan, in which I was getting unlimited called local, STD, Conference and Land Line with 5+10 GB 4G data for life time on 4G Handset + Incoming free in Roaming (No free Outgoing) + 100 Local and national SMS + 5 Free Movies on Airtel movie app per month + free Wync music app to listen unlimited Music + excellent network connectivity.

                                On Vodafone I was offered while asking me to port it in Vodafone -

                                399 Rental plan - in which I will be getting unlimited called local, STD, Conference and Land Line with 5+10 GB 4G data for life time on 4G Handset + Incoming + Outgoing free in Roaming + 100 Local and national SMS.

                                While porting I was asked to share my document and I did share my Voter ID card copy and with in Half an hour a person came at my home and collected the document and asked me to send PORT as sms at 1900 for some code.

                                I received a call from Airtel to retain and they offered me 200 rs of discount for 3 months and 10 more GB data so total 25GB that for next 6 months.
                                I liked what Airtel offered me to retain me. But as I did share my document and code to vodafone, I have been forced to move to vodafone.

                                Now though I agreed to move on Vodafone, the plan which was offered to me got totally changed.
                                I called at 198 to check my plan and they said my plan is -

                                499 as rental plan - in which I will be getting unlimited called local, STD, Conference and Land Line with 5+10 GB 4G data only for 3 months then it will be restrict to 5 GB only + Incoming free in Roaming (Outgoing will be chargable) + 100 Local and national SMS.

                                If I would have to get this kind of plan then why would have agreed to move on Vodafone?

                                Vodafone people at 198 are not ready to give any solution, they do arrange a call back and I just received only one call saying they plan which was offered is not possible, and they cant help.

                                I am here filling a complaint against this big company who do fake promises and do Fraud to the customer. I would appreciate if anyone could help me on this issue.
                                I have informed at 198 that I will not pay my bills if the offered services will not properly gets activated.

                                Please suggest what can be done here.

                                    My number was ported to airtel i. E. [protected], i paid unwanted bill of more than rs. 12, 000/- ported out to vodafone, at last call i was aware that all my pending bills were cleared, now not only at my number but also at my wife's number airtel keep calling asking more money which as per my legal knowledge after porting airtel cant, now received sms from vodafone too... It seems there is nexus between the two to grab, extort maximum money from the consumers.
                                    I will have no choice other than to file case against both the companies.

                                      I had raised a request c1-[protected] on jun 19th for demographic change and i got update as it’ll be resolving within 3 working days, but still it has net yet resolved. After that i had called customer care so many times more than 5 times but no use of that, still my request is not yet resolved. Every time customer care executives were asked for 24 hrs of time to resolve the issue, but it is never happened after more than 5 times of escalations also. By seeing all these i can undersign how your team is working. And there is some extra charges in my bill as well for unnecessary things. What ever i complain by calling customer care always they are telling that they will be taking feedback, but no use of taking feedbacks as they are simply telling that they will be taking feedback and there is no progress.

                                      Again on 15th of july i had called and spoke with shiva prasad, he claimed him self as he is the supervisor and he literally begged me to provide 24hrs of time to resolve the issue, first i had not at all accepted and he started begging to give 24hrs of time at finally i had accepted and he assured me he will be following up on this personally and will provide the resolution but till now i haven’t heard anything.

                                      Today (17th july) again i have called and i asked customer care executive to transfer the call to supervisor, again they have started asking 24hrs of time to resolve the issue by escalating this one more time, what is the use of escalating the same issue again and again as there is no proper resolution when escalated last time?
                                      I have asked to transfer the call to next level and deepa came in to picture and again she started asking for 24hrs of time, how many 24hrs of time but i’ve not accepted in between the conversation call got disconnected, not sure how and i didn’t got any call back from your side.

                                      How many 24hrs of time do you want to resolve 1 issue?
                                      How many times will be escalating the same issue?

                                      I’ve to move out of your network but i’ve migrated to this network recently i should complete 90 days to move out, thats why i’m not able to migrate and waiting for 90th day.

                                        Sir, i was using reliance dongle for internet connection since 05 february-2013. My reliance netconnect no.-[protected]. It has been suspended by reliance since may-2016 without any prior intimation. I was advance rental plan customer, so i made advance payment (Rs.1863.43/-) in june-2016. My payment is still lying with company. I complained about it in reliance customer care/reliance appellate authority but there was no solution. Since june-16, i am trying to get my money back but they have not given yet, even after providing different types of ids, pan card details, address proof for sending cheque, bank a/c details as & whenever asked by reliance executive. Plz resolve the issue as soon as possible.
