I am prepaid mobile user my mobile number is [protected]. It was theift on 08.06.2017 in delhi. With this mobile i have also lost my wallet too. Yesterday I went to your vodafone care which is located at Nirman Vihar metro station Delhi & meet with representative which entertain my complaint on Counter No 2. She is very roud & helpless lady she is not understanding my words. I gone with FIR copy & aadhar card copy.. she only took me aadhar copy and making excuses that why where is you originial ID, where were you from 1 month, your sim is not attached with aadhar & blah blah.. I requested to her please took my biometric if you have any problem.. this was in my name so why are your staff making so problem. Which can be solve easily.. I also lost my another mobile number with that time.. but they understand my problem and issue me instant sim without any this type of nonsense questions.. & after making more effort from She provide me SIM but the sim is not ready till date. My 8 banks account are map on that number. So please do the needful for the same..

and a suggestion for you please make your staff familiar & who can understand some problems of other.

        As per discussion with vodafone customer care number 199 my international roaming pack for singapore for rs. 2500 was activated on 26.06.2017on my number [protected] but despite having the pack my outgoing calls is barred by company and company issued me the bill for approximately 37000 despite my credit limit of rs. 6400 i made a complaint at customer care they told me that charges are wrong and they will reverse it but i have to deposit the bill to activate my barred services. This is totally harassment to me and also a mental torture. For any other enquiry call me on [protected].

            This s further to the telecon I had with your 198 executive n Team lead Suresh / Satish.

            First teach him what customer service s all about n how to interact with a customer.

            Was surprised to note that I have been moved to some 800+ plan, when I had requested only a basic plan, which is 599. Over n above I understand that Rs.99/- has been levied as a topping. From Oct 2016, I have been saying that I need it only for broadband n no topping required.

            This team lead s now saying that u had made a call n June 2017. When am ready to pay the call charges, what is his problem. He does not seem to understand my requirement.

            Expecting a clear resolution n confirmation on the following :

            1. Plan change to 599.
            2. Deactivation of rs. 99/- top up. Team lead confirmed that it was done, but no confirmation / order no. recd till now.
            3. 99 top up activated without my knowledge for 6 months. How will that b rectified
            4. How my no.[protected] held by me for more than 10 years changed. That too after promising by Airtel executives in Chennai and by your Delhi corporate team, that I vl get the same no.

            Hope you will not make me think that Airtel customer service is deteriorated. This is because the way your team lead spoke was disgusting.

              Sir/ madam,
              I had a vodafone prepaid connection on which i was enjoying Rs. 348/- recharge along with 28 GB internet & unlimited calling for 28 days cycle.
              Few days ago a vodafone postpaid sales executive named Sandeep on behalf Makkar agency, Vodafone store, Sri Ganganagar contacted me & pressurised me to migrate in to postpaid. He said that i will get 25 GB internet & unlimited calling in just Rs. 299/- per month so it would be much beneficial to me to migrate in Postpaid in stead of prepaid. He said he has target & commission in this. He continually called me to forcefully migrate in postpaid. On trust on him & company reputation I switched to postpaid. After that i got knew that i have only 1 GB net for whole month & monthly rental is Rs. 349/- + tax. Then I called him but his number was switched off. I also contacted to above agency & they also didn't help me. I wrote a mail of concern to vodafone a week ago but they also didn't gave me any solution.
              I am feeling like a scapegoat.
              Please help me, i just want to migrate in my previous prepaid plan. I lost my prepaid balance also.

Due to financial crisis i request Airtel to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid .I tried in Airtel stores and retailers, But no use, they are accepting / processing application . Then i called customer care and they suggest me to go strore and call customer care . But store people simply blames "No prepaid SIM avail" . I am trying to migrate from last one month, No improvement ..

I contacted to customer care 198, he told me you taken a loan 5 Rs in may month, but sir I am sure never taken a loan, and not got a message regarding this deduction 6.50 Rs and requested to ccare if I taken loan please sent a message of deduction. I also trying many times this number 121411, which told by ccare, this number gave response every time, no any deduction happened from 15 days. The ccare refuge to me and did not help me and not registered my compliant. No any get deduction message in recharge times. Please return my deduction money, I shall obilige you.                         This is Karan Verma from House No. 1125, Sector 23 B, Chandigarh. The connection is on my name [protected]. I am really very very frustrated with connecting service. Sir Story behind is that I have started a new connection 9 months ago. Since the day of installation connection is not working, Many times complained to your customer portal for solve my technical problems. Still, there is no permanent solution from your side. I must say I had made mistake to take a connection from connecting. I am still requested to your customer portal to solve my networking issue but nobody comes to my home till two days and this problem after four days generated.
                        2. I need a serious reply from your side and I want to disconnect my internet connection, in that case, I will not pay any bill which is sent by you to us that is sure from my side. because the net is not working since the day of month June so i am not liable to pay any bill.
                        Sir from above letter also forward to connect broadband technical service team but no one reply me and any telephonically sms, So I requested to you please take serious action against connecting broadband porivate ltd company so that nobody furstrated about delay in work by these compaines.
                        Kindly look into the matter and i shall be thankful to you for this.

                          I got call from number [protected](Lady who said she is calling from raipur chattisgarh
                          named tanya ) said that I have not paid the internet bill for 3 months (ICMS - idea cellular - postpaid).
                          The reason I did not paid the bill because my account was suspended by idea around 10 days and I was not able to use service for 3 months. my service closed by idea in one month
                          My internet connection was not working. Still she is asking me to pay the full bill and settle the matter.She threatened me and abusing me in very bad villagers language from collection department to forward case file to court procedure if not settled.

                          I have called their customer service representative few times to stop my connection and send correct bill. But still they forced to use service for another month and sent me bill for 3 full month with late payment fine.

                          Such telecom companies are looting customers by forcing their service and threatening them use Legal case so that customers should suffer for their wrong doing.
                          Plz take an action against Tanya. I have all the recordings against her.

                          What should be my course of action ?

                            I am receiving marketing massage from banks, real estate agencies, insurance companies. Being a registered member of NDNC Registry, I should not receive any cal lfrom these companies. Still, I receive lot of calls. A Couple Examples
                            1) Received a massage today from the number [protected] offering a cashless health insurance
                            again a marketing call from a company/agency.

                            Please take this as a compaint against these agencies troubling people who registered with NDNC.

                              So pls take a complaint for delay of activate airtel mobile number of [protected] and take necessary action I need my mobile number

                                  I opted for airtel secure and during my claim request, they asked for documents and clarifications multiple times and upon providing everything they are making excuses to decline the claim request. Not giving decline reason in writing. Escalated the same to higher management of airtel but nobody was interested.

                                  Misleading add of Airtel Secure (I believe it is outsourced to " OneAssist")
                                  Initially I felt that there are some teething issues in the newly set up Airtel Secure service and I tolerated it for some weeks but now I realize their intent to repudiate my claim request with no reasons.
                                  I raised a claim request on 21st May and since then OneAssist kept on asking for so many documents and clarifications (insensible questions which I had to answer in writing) and I kept on responding to their queries and multiple times I submitted documents. Finally I was told that I have submitted all the documents and provided clarification to all their queries and got assurance that in a day or two someone would pick my damaged phone. But it took a week to them to find a reason/excuse to decline my claim and reason is that the original bill which I have with me has not my name on it. I have submitted the bill wherein my name was not mentioned however the shopkeeper has mentioned the word "Card" instead of my Name as the payment was made by credit card and amount was not very high (so he mentioned it casually).
                                  I asked OneAssist guy to send me decline reason in writing, which he refused to do it. Just to safeguard himself he sent a document request once again. How can he send me the document request when I have submitted all the documents and provided all clarification and declarations?
                                  He was trying to prove that I am not the owner of the phone. I stole it from someone.

                                  A customer can be harassed in Airtel ?????

                                    Regarding reliance prepaid number: [protected]. I have subscribed to daily 1 gb pack and additional 10 gb data offer. However my balance got deducted from the main account. It was 438.150 which is now 111.27. They deducted 328 without any reason.
                                    Its very huge amount for me and it should not deduct because 21mb was remaining by daily pack data and 1579 mb from promo balance then why it was deducted from main balance. I have attached the screenshot from the same.

                                      I have tried to port my reliance mob number to airtel so many times but its not happening. I submitted all the documents as well as generated port. A msg from airtel was also recieved that they are processing the mnp, but nothing happening till today. I have purchased a 4g phone but unable to put the 2 g sim in it too. Ultimately suffering a lot.

                                      Dear sir, main 13 june 2017 to new connection liya tha daily morning ma verification complete ka massage aatha ha evening me cold not be complete ka massage aata ha . 250 security ka bi iya ha, ki jagha baat kar li fir bhi koi solution nahi huaa
                                      I have given the disconnection of broadband connection from Tikona broadband on 2ND June and till date it has not been disconnected.
                                      U am still getting the bills.
