My name is sureshbabu and aircel user. Company refused to provide offered service after recharging as per offer. That was a 398 offer didn't get any benefits on the recharge. I recharged the offer on may15 2017 about two months. I call back company for two months but they didn't give any proper response. Pls help me my mobile num is [protected].       I had applied for a vodafone postpaid connection on the 13/07/17 with reference no. 2197731. After enquiry by vodafone staff, i was given a number [protected] on the 14/07/17 for a premium of rs 500/-. I had filled the form, given the premium amount of rs 500/- and i was given the receipt and the sim card ([protected] sy) for the same number. To my surprise on the 15/07/17 i came to know that my number was allotted to some other customer. I want you to take action against the cheating of vodafone officials and help me to get my number [protected].

          I have visited vodafone store at goregaon west mumbai to update my aadhar with them as per there sms. I was kept waiting for more than one hour. There is no sufficient sitting arrangement or drinking water facility for the customers. Customer are force to wait for hours together. When my turn came after long wait vodafone people were trying to sale their post paid plan to me. When i said that i have come to update my aadhar record or verification with you they refused to do so. As if this facility is not avilable for prepaid customer and insulted me with their rude language, they even threatened me saying that my sim will get block.
          I am surprise to get this insulting tratment from vodafone store. Vodafone employees name is mr. Swapnil harale from where i got insulting treatment and rude answer.
          In the name of aadhar verification vodafone is trying to sale postpaid plan to customer with distress selling ideas. For your
          Information i got my sim from vodafone on aadhar card document. Why they are harrasing customer now in the name of aadhar and selling their product.
          Hope i will get proper justice from trai and action on vodafone for insulting customer like me. For no fault of mine.

              We are using IDEA Network for our Mobile. Since last few months we are facing network problem. We have given complaint to IDEA Customer Care, but no remedy given by company. We are paying their bills every month time to time but no service provided by IDEA. Company every time give reason that our location is inside the building, but on the other side BSNL and Vodafone network is very good. We fed up with IDEA every time when we have do call or receive call go out from the office and attend it. I request you to please do the needful so that we can get proper service.

                Hello, myself (Falgun) leaving in gujarat, i have complaint against trai rule for deactivating non used number if not used for 60 days.
                1. I was a user of airtel number [protected] which i did not used for more than six months due to non-availability of additional handset. I am salaried person and due to which i have another number for daily office work use. Hence airtel number was not in network for more than 120 days. Now this number is issued to some else and there was no prior intimation or communication from service provider about the closure of services and transfer of number.

                2. My number is link with many services and now such information is getting transferred to someone unknown.
                Why there is such policy that if number is not in network for more than 120 days, than service will be discontinue and with be transferred to some else this is incorrect rule for "ab-initio". Mean once the number is register with all required documents it should not be issued to anyone else except his consent. Because once the fresh number is registered on anyone name it will be an address of that person for the whole life and it is like a home any time contactable and available.

                3. Why such policies are frame which are useless once you have issue the number it should not be reissued to anyone else forever and service provider should generate new series for each new customers.

                For me trai is defaulter and airtel service provider how come they have issued my old number to anyone else without my consent.

                  My vodafone sim no.[protected] not use last some months and i want to reuse sim yesterday so call customer care no 198 one customer care officer told me recharge more than 30 rs and i ask to him i want to use in net in sim he said after 347 rs recharge u can use net so done recharge at 347 rs he said after 1 hours u can active ur net and use net services after one day i have done more 50 rs recharge for talk time recharge but my outgoing services /net serviecs not active so i callback to customer care no 198 and other service executive told as ur sim no. Is parentally dactive so i have not use this no. So said ok no problem but i had recharge done as per your instructs executive what is this they said its can't back...
                  I said what is my side problem i following instruction as per vodafone executive.
                  Finally i loss for 400 rupees
                  I request to pls do need full action so
                  Other more customer not loose this type money and this type of issue

                    I have planned to migrate my airtel prepaid sim to postpaid sim on 11/07/17 and i took the new postpaid and the dealer said it will get activate in another 3 hours but it did not. Next day morning (12/07/17) one person from airtel came for address verification and after he went got a message that postpaid sim has been activated and you can change the new sim. But after changing the new sim got the network, mobile settings has been downloaded and asked me to restart my phone. After restarted my phone, network went off and did not get any for 30 mins so i decided to swap my prepaid sim, fortunately got the tower in my prepaid sim but outgoing services and data services has been barred. Only getting incoming service as of now. I have escalated to so many managers, senior manager and even nodal officer in chennai. But everybody is saying that need 48 hours but still issue has not been resolved after 72 hours also.

                    I am suffering alot with this by not making any outgoing call for 2 days and no data. Not able to book any cab services, check office emails. I am using my iphone as mp3 player. I am not able to pay anything using paytm/mobikwik and cant use banking services. Because of this i am totally getting frustrated mentally and feeling high pressure.

                    Being no.1 service why airtel can resolve this issue within 1 day and as a common man am suffering alot and frustrated a lot. I want to take this as very serious and need some result.

                        I am a vodafone mobile customer and i was using my number, i. E. [protected]
                        My number was deactivated by vodafone on 29th june 2017for some reason and i verified and submitted my application again on same day, but till today 11 july 2017 my number is not activated yet.
                        I have complained vodafone store many times and visited store 5-6 times and called in vodafone customer care noida centre 28 times, even i complained in vodafone nodal officers but there is no result and positive response in my case.
                        I got 8 commitments from vodafone and all were false
                        I have suffered a loss of 8000 rs in all this process as my working number is not available in my financial transactions...

                        I have all call recordings and now vodafone is giving me dates all the time since 29th june 2017

                        So i request you to take a strict action against this and ask vodafone to refund my loss...
                        Vodafone india is not responding me well and i want to file a complaint again them as i was exploited, cheated and humiliated by vodafone india.

                          सर मेरा नाम शम्सुल वारिस है मैं उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला शाहजहांपुर में तहसील जलालाबाद का रहने वाला हूँ मैंने एक वोडाफ़ोन कंपनी का सिम लिया हुआ था जिसका नंबर -[protected] जिसमे ४४५ के रिचार्ज पर एक जीबी डेटा प्रत्येक दिन मिलने का प्रावधान दिया गया था परन्तु कंपनी डेटा तो हर रोज देती है एक दो घंटे में विना किसी डाऊनलोड के डाटा समाप्त हो जाता है कम्पनी से कम्प्लेंट करने पर समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ /कम्पनी कस्टमर से धोखाधड़ी कर के पैसे वसूल रही हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है की इस समस्या की जाँच कर कंपनी के खिलाफ क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें आपकी महती कृपा होगी /

                              I am amol my bsnl landline number is [protected], it's second time that bsnl gives me previous balance for my above number, but i don't have any dues rather they have a one month extra amount is their with bsnl for invoice period 1 mar 2017 to 31 mar 2017 with invoice number [protected] and amount is 777.34 and transaction id from my side for above amount is hdfcbd24636597 amount is 778 on 18/03/2017, now also for billing period 01 jun 2017 to 25 jun 2017 they gives outstanding 775.88 hich is already paid on bsnl website with receipt no. [protected] and transaction id fcdr[protected] on 27 jun 2016
                              Now they sent me bill of amount rs. 1351 with invoice no. [protected]
                              In which previous outstanding is 777.34 which is already paid.
                              So kindly help me out to get rid of this issue

Ported on 19thjune2017 from airtel to reliance i have ported my no from airtel to reliance for satisfaction that good plan good service being offered. I have opted for plan 399 unlimited calls and 15 gb 4g data and 3g unlimited. I have deposited 300 as security deposit that i was told that it will be adjusted in 1st bill but neither i have get 3g unlimited data nor i my seurity deposit had been adjusted and i was told that bill be came after end but its advance rental plan. My bill has been generated for 696 that is over above of limits and their representataive are so illetrate having no manner to talk to customer. They are fooling customer and froding customer so my request is to either give as per plan or reverse my no. To airtel beacuse they doesnt require customer satisfaction. And neither i have time totalk to them again and again. I have contacted many times but no result

                                  I am getting unwanted sms from a company called portea (Sms received in name of/as md-portea). Even after sending e mail on 30th may 2017 to said company [protected]@portea.com, these people are disturbing me. Even after several requests they have not stopped sending sms. I have called them on their number

                                  Before e mail i have several times requested not to send massages. Finally in anger i have said some bad words too thinking that atleast they will stop sms but they did not.

If this is the service airtel provides and claim for the bill payment, i am totally upset with your organisation and the services rendered by you. Due to your inefficient staff in solving the problem quickly i had made a claim for the financial loss @ rs.2000/- per day for the non-working days of your telephone and internet services. Therefore you pay me the compensation or allow me to proceed further with trai to claim the same from your end.

                                        I am prepaid mobile user my mobile number is [protected]. It was theift on 08.06.2017 in delhi. With this mobile i have also lost my wallet too. Yesterday I went to your vodafone care which is located at Nirman Vihar metro station Delhi & meet with representative which entertain my complaint on Counter No 2. She is very roud & helpless lady she is not understanding my words. I gone with FIR copy & aadhar card copy.. she only took me aadhar copy and making excuses that why where is you originial ID, where were you from 1 month, your sim is not attached with aadhar & blah blah.. I requested to her please took my biometric if you have any problem.. this was in my name so why are your staff making so problem. Which can be solve easily.. I also lost my another mobile number with that time.. but they understand my problem and issue me instant sim without any this type of nonsense questions.. & after making more effort from She provide me SIM but the sim is not ready till date. My 8 banks account are map on that number. So please do the needful for the same..

                                        and a suggestion for you please make your staff familiar & who can understand some problems of other.
