Sir, i was using reliance dongle for internet connection since 05 february-2013. My reliance netconnect no.-[protected]. It has been suspended by reliance since may-2016 without any prior intimation. I was advance rental plan customer, so i made advance payment (Rs.1863.43/-) in june-2016. My payment is still lying with company. I complained about it in reliance customer care/reliance appellate authority but there was no solution. Since june-16, i am trying to get my money back but they have not given yet, even after providing different types of ids, pan card details, address proof for sending cheque, bank a/c details as & whenever asked by reliance executive. Plz resolve the issue as soon as possible.
