• i am a resident of delhi. For some personal reason i had come to my village in rairangpur, orissa.
• on june 20th, 2017 i had put a balance of ₹ 350 in my airtel no. [protected]. A message had come to me that ₹ 350 gives 1gb + local & std for 28 days. I put that since i have very ardent need of it.
• now what happen when i tried to call my uncle it doesn't work. When i called airtel customer care services a representative of that company mr. Ranu kumar had a altercation with me on phone. Now the situation is, the nearest mobile recharge shop is about 6 kms away from my location. Now i am not able to connect to my company members resides in delhi.
• hope that you understand my situation and help me out to resolve it.
• my airtel complaint id is cbnrv[protected] registered on 23-jun-2017..19:50 hrs.

    This is to inform you that i am facing a issue with 4g network in indoor from last 7 days. I tried with all the trouble shooting steps. But still the same issue is going on, and not only me few more subscribers are facing the same issue. Please look into the matter and solve the issue, and due to this 2g network, i don't know how my all data balance get reduces.

    Area:- krishnapur, kestopur, kolkata-700102, nearest land mark - loknath mandir.
    Network bars:- 1 or 2
    Issue:- facing with only data,
    No issue in outdoor.

      As i am using reliance gsm postpaid from 3 years and above and now they are not let me out from their network to port to idea network as their network and voice quality has gone worse. As i have made payment in time and balance has left out and now they are saying "there are subsisting contractual obligation from the subscriber agreement". And their customer care people not give and proper response as my number is very old i can't loss this number. So as trai has to solve our problem.
      So kindly do justice to us.

        The internet service in darjeeling, wb has been blocked by all the service providers w/o any information to its customers. I request the authority to resolve the issue at your behest and provide valid reason for banning the service to its customers. I have been facing financial loss due to the ban. As i have paid for daily internet usage to the service provider, i. E. Airtel, i have not been able to use my data and is going waste.

            My telephone no. [protected] presently i m using services from tata docomo cdma services i applied for outport no. Is tz766452 from tata to bsnl but tatadocomo not allowing me to outport as far as concerned i have not outstanding and i m strongly willing to outport and join govt. Telecom services.
            Current service provider offering me some new schemes and closing my porting request there won without my concern. I was contacted with their 24x7 helpline they are also not attended my complaint properly. It is requested to consider my porting request and allow me porting with bsnl and take strict action against docomo service provider.

              Dear sir

              I am facing a problem from idea cellular ltd. I used post paid connection [protected] last 5 to 6 year. But few some month company charge some wrong bill from me. When i noticed this i complaint him but he is saying we charged this service as per your request.in this case i pay all bills and send request for port my number before 8 days my billing cycle. My number was port after 8 days of start my billing cycle. But company provide me whole month bill and also pay new company bill of this month.

              When i complaint regarding this bill to company he said to me that this is mandatory plan whenever you used it only 8days.

              Today i received a call from airtel for cancel my port application due bill not clear last service provider.

              I visited idea customer service franchise but he didn't give me any solution. Today idea cellular called me for full payment of bill. Otherwise he will block my number.

              Kindly help me regarding this.

              Today I have received twice call from idea but all time they treat me as criminal. and they didn't accept wrong bill complain. This is very bed experience for me and I want to seek legal action against idea company.

              I want correct bill but they didn't think about this so please take action as per government norms.

                I have been cheated by tata docomo. I took a replacement sim card from their store and was promised activation in 24 hrs however it's 2 days and it's still not done. When i contact customer care they say they don't have request but store says they have sent email. Customer care keeps disconnecting my call. I want to go to vodaphone but port out was declined by docomo last time i requested without any reasons being given to me. I had cleared the entire outstanding as well. Also in the current situation where my sim card is inactive since the last 2 days i have missed out on important calls which have led to monitory losses to me and have also caused a lot of stress. To add to my agony neither the store or the customer care is ready to own my issue. A simple process which should take not more than 2 hours since only an imsi swap is required hasn't been done since the last 48 hours.

                Dear Team,

                I am the postpaid consumer of Tata Docomoo from many yrs and from last few months I am getting the execive bill bcoz of content download charges and for that I have called retention team and adjusted in the past but now I am not able to call costumer service and all the store are also been closed, I have also stated various email to listen & appellate but not got any positive response and the agent and the supervisor are forcing me to pay for the charges which I don't owe, I am ready to pay the charges which I owe.

                I am helpless now I am not getting any positive response from any team.

                I want this issue to be resolved ASAP bcoz I can't fight and I need this to be escalated.

                    Airtel is producing fraud bills on regular basis. I had also received fraud bills. For march month extra charges taken by them. They are adding boosters and other packs with out consent of costumers.
                    Also after knowing this i had complaint about this and requested to change my plan for minimum pack only. I am not using their internet services from last 4 months. But they did not changed my plan. Now they are producing bills on regular basis and did not respond to my complaint.
                    My complaint was once rejected by them with out any reason. After follow up they transferred it to higher management but no action taken by them.
                    I am facing a lot of problems with this issue and no action is still taken by them.
                    So you are requested to resolve the issue and take necessary action against airtel.

                      Hi,

                      I made a request on 03.05.2017 to shift my airtel broadband connection from one location to another in ghaziabad city only. I have been confirmed that it will take 3 - 5 working days to transfer the same. It had not been shifted and i did not get informed that there is some network wiring issue so airtel unable to shift. I asked to surrender the number and there after i get confirmation call from airtel company that it will get shift in 2 days. I have provided complete address where it should get shift.

                      My request have been closed without any prior information and still connection have not been shifted. Again i called at customer care centre and again i have been promised that it will get shift in two days when it have not been done, i asked to surrender the connection.

                      Now, company people are calling again and again to transfer the connection at some other place.

                      I did not use the connection and there was no my fault at all and they are generating bill without usage while i request for surrender on 13.05.2017.

                      Kindly let me know where should i contact to resolve the issue.

                        How can two telecommunications companies can charge me for same time period and months for my mobile no.[protected].

                        Airtel send me bill from 20 th april 2017 to 19 may 2017, idea also sent the bill for 27th april 2017 to 26 may 2017. How can they both charged me.

                        I already port my mobile number to airtel after that also idea have sent me bill. Which is totally not acceptable and now they are harassing me that if i will not pay this bill we will stop your number. Airtel and idea both are doing harassment and telling that we will stop your number.
                        Please i need justice for this harassment and do double charges from both companies.

                          I mohan kumbhar, no-[protected] hai first mera airtel ka tha muje [protected], [protected], [protected] se call aaya port aur bill plan ke bare me, plan ye bola gaya 499/- me incomming outgoing free, 100sms, data 6month-28gb, aur 6month ke baad 22gb. Milega.
                          Magar muje data-3gb mila hai.
                          Pls iska niwaran nikal liye. Vodafone ne fraud kiya hai mere pass sara recording detail hai aur asp ke pass be hoga.
                          Complain given to vodafone customer care with recoding, then also they are not taken any action.

                              I am pallav prem mob no [protected]. My complain is if my data offer completed then why not sent notification msg sent by vodafone. And also i checked on this *111*5*1# no dated 30th and 31st may data balance showing 14 mb. Now i am looking my bill data charges also add. It means vodafone is cheating with customer. I talked with vodafone executive and also i mailed but they are not ready to rectify my bill.
                              Sir galti to vodafone wale ke taraf se hua hai data balance show kar raha tha tavi to data use kiye nai to kya jarurat tha paisa laga ke use karne ka. Pls look this seriously.

Whenever i register any complaint to customer care of vodaphone about any thing, they don't solve my problem and they blocked my contact number from there customer care services, now i want to switch my service provider from vodaphone to other network because of there ultimate harassment, but they have blocked my contact number thats why i am not able to switch my phone number to other service provider, due to this fake service of vodaphone i have lost my time and money. So please do needful.

                                  I had using old vsnl email id - [protected]@vsnl.com and when tata bought vsnl, my service went to tata which i am not interested as earlier tata had lot of over billing issues and quality of tata services are very bad.

                                  2016... They raised bill for rs.288 as edditional email, i disputed, they waived off. Now again they raised rs.288 in 2017 as additional email.. Seeing this i had requested for cancellation of email id [protected]@vsnl.com and refund the prorate amount as i had paid full one year advance payment to tata teleservices.

                                  Instead of refund my amount, they are asking rs.288 which they had not provided any service nor i requested.

                                  Tata teleservices are raising bills and collecting money without any service provided, this is like cheating indian public. I want action aganist this company.

                                  Please no one use tata services...

                                    I am having post paid mobile nos. Of reliance communication ltd under name of mmm investment and consultants. 5 nos. Are working. I got bill in time and i pay bill in time for the last 5 years. Now i am facing problem that when i take my cell phone to call, i am getting a message (Priya upbhogta late payment se bachney ke liye apne bill ka bhugtan dey tithi se pahle karein, agar aapne bill ka bhugtaan kar diya hai tau iss soochna ko undekha karein.) why i am getting this information before each and every call i mak to someone? It is waisting my 15-20 seconds before each and every call. My call might be important but this operator does not think about my precious time but despite of my request call to customer care, operator is not solving this matter.

                                      This is regarding on private network telecom services like on (Airtel, relience,) companys
                                      I have been observer-ed that, this private "telecom services" taking our finger prints while providing new sim card/ new internet connection and they are telling, we must submit our aadhar card details as well.

                                      I feel that, when ever these telecom services are taking our finger prints details.. There might be a chances of miss use our personal details or else how can we decide our data will be secured with these pvt. Companys?

                                        We have taken reliance sim may, 2017 via portability mobile no.[protected]. I have been facing network issue and multiple times registered
                                        Compliant against network issue to reliance (Ref number :[protected] on 2nd june 2017), but there was no action against my compliant. And multiple times i spoken to customer care, but no action and no service displaying on my mobile during my office hours.

                                        I request you to give permission to change from reliance network to other network.
                                        Because trai guidelines says 3 months duration to change other network.

                                        Due to reliance network, i am facing lot of issues and continuous disruption. Could you please help to give permission to change my network to other network.
