Hi

I have done mnp on my mobile no [protected] from docomo and [protected] to airtel on the basis of commitment made by miss purvi mobile no [protected]

She told me that i will be getting roaming outgoing call free in 499rs

I repeatedly re confirmed with her that are you sure if i will getting roaming outgoing call free and she was like why i will make wrong commitment as all our calls are being recorded and i have confirmed with my supervisor regarding the same

Now after mnp i am being informed by airtel that roaming outgoing calls are not free

I am feeling cheated as wrong commitment was made by airtel for the purpose of mnp

Kindly look into this

    Dear sir/madam,

    Till now my porting request is stuck with reliance. I know that's its customer's right to port his/her ph. No. To any network provider, hence requesting trai to help in this case.

    I have already submitted my mob. No. Portability request for my mobile no: +91- [protected] on 31st may 2017 but till now my request is not approved by reliance. There is no bill outstanding and reliance has rejected request 4 times in last 10 days

    My porting request number is rm211314.

    I already received a call from reliance regarding portability, then i answered that i want to port my no. From reliance to airtel network as there is very bad network for reliance so i want to port it.

      A fight tv service is forcefully activated by cutting the balance in midnight, by idea cellular. How customer would stop this nonsense from these big bulls who are giving such rubbish services when not needed. My 50 rs deducted and charges for customer care are different. They are telling u have to call once again by spending my money? Is it worth?

          I went for an mnp on 24th may from my postpaid docomo to airtel, but from last thursday onwards i don't have any network because docomo disconnected it & airtel does not connect from thursday (8th june) onwards i am trying to airtel customer care & nearest airtel office but they are not giving the solution, just asking for wait for 24 hrs when i called them, it will start from 8th june onwards, could you please help me to activate.

            I had applied for airtel broadband connection and paid 3 months rent on 1 june 2017 but still my connection was not installed. I called to customer care they said it will take 5 days more all the time. During payment they said within 72 hours connection will installed. Now what can i do. Customer care executive only first time take my call but can't solve my issue i am on the call but she cut the call. Again i call him back but didn't responded.

                The telecom companies like Vodafone and Idea cellular charge the huge amount on recharge for 4G internet. But they are unable to provide the speed of internet which they claim in their advertisement. Most of the time their speed of internet is around 60-80 kbps only. Which is less than 2G speed. So they don't have right to charge the amount of 4G internet speed for 2G speed. I am from Goa. But I never get the good speed on Idea and Vodafone network.
                Reliance Jio provides the service at good speed.
                Trai is not doing anything to force the operators like idea and Vodafone to provide the services for which the customer pays.

Jo ki bilkul jhoot hai. Main abhi 5/6/7 june ko badrinath dhaam gaya tha. Airtel ka internet to chalna door phone main pure signal bhi nahi aa rahe the. Bahut muskil se kabhi kabhi call connect ho pati thi. Kya company aisa jhoota advertisment karke desh ke logo ke saath dhoka nahi kar rahi. Kya company ki iss dhokadadi par koi roke lagei. Signal na aane ke karan hum apne parivar se bhi connect nahi rah paye. Mujhe umid hai ki trai airtel ke khilaf jhote advertisment dilkhne ke kilhaf action legi.

                  Dear sir abhi tak meri complaint par koi action nahi hua hai.agar hum hindustan ke logo ki kismat main aise hi dhoke khane likhe hai to aap jaisi badi sanstha ka kya phayda.
                  A balance of ₹35 had deducted from my idea number, i didn't call any ISD no. but my call details had an known number at 9:07:14 PM @ 9/6/17 of duration 1:00 minute. This no. isn't in my call log. Idea customer care didn't refund my money back. The Photo of my call log from dated 8/6/17 to 10/6/17 has been added.

                      I am facing serious issues with internet on my jio no [protected].

                      I raised a complaint against the issue, got to know that there is tower issue and it will take around 90 days to resolve the issue.
                      My complaint no is sr000009yqq3

                      I also spoke with the appellate officer to make him understand that customer cannot wait for 90 days for issue resolution. He says it will take minimum of 90 days for resolving issue. Also there is no temporary resolution or workaround to fix this.

                      Request you to kindly check the issue with jio, poor service. I want my money refunded.

                                Unethical delay in disconnection: i'm complaining about vodafone. I gave my request for disconnection of my vodafone cell no [protected] on 29-may-2017. However, by various excuses vodafone is continuing to delay the disconnection. Kindly note that vodafone has done this repeatedly with disconnection of my earlier connections also. They say that it will take 7-days to disconnect but on the unethical excuse to continue charging money, they say that 7-dys will start once they call us and discuss. Highly unethical and drains our resources. Kindly penalize / take action on vodafone accordingly.

                                      I have opted for Porting my Number [protected] from idea to Airtel. I had received my UPC and it got successfully processed on 10-May-2017. I received an sms saying my Porting will take place on 22-May-2017. Now after my previous network is gone on 20-May-2017 and I insert the new Airtel 4G Sim card in my phone, I am not being able to make outgoing or incoming calls on the new sim Nor even on the old sim. I am stuck without any network connection in my number. This is absolutely a nightmare and a situation that cannot be accepted..i asked for help from the customer care 121 and the store where i got the sim but no one help me..my new sim no. Is[protected]U

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        This is regarding Vodafone service.

                                        Vodafone has activated 3 VAS without my consent back to back within short time Screenshots are attached - check timings of activation too.

                                        It's a cycle of activating VAS (without consent) after deactivating each time.

                                        CC executive repeats the same answer every time I call to complain.

                                        I'm frustrated of deactivating the VAS every time it gets activated (without consent)

                                        Please look on this issue as I never request a VAS by myself on my number.

                                        Moreover, I complained on twitter @VodafoneIN every time when one new VAS gets activated on my number. Screenshots are attached.

                                        I have mentioned this issue to @TRAI as well on Twitter as Vodafone looked no serious about the issue.

                                        I expect some action on this issue asap.
